This event was great. Our seats were in section 128 and we had a great view of the ring and entrances. The only thing, and I'm sure a lot of people agree to this, is the House of Horrors match was bad. We paid money to watch a match not watch the big screen. Besides that the event was A+. There was even a SAP Center exclusive Bayley shirt which I'm happy to say I bought!

WWE is getting worse with every event that comes to Chicago. The show was boring and the 20 minutes spent on Shane vs Stephanie are 20 minutes of my life I will never get back. I think I am done attending live WWE shows.

Was my 5 yr old son 1st time wwe live event, had an awesome time ! Wwe alwasy puts on great show , and wrestlers really play into the fans. Only issue we had was some ignorant fans in front of us , brought big signs ,and I understand that is part of show , but need to show some common courtesy to other fans around , other than that , had agreat time .

Always enjoy going to WWE Live events from Monday Night Raw to PPV. I have been to three Paybacks so far and this one was the best because it was not only a WWE Event but it had the majority of matches with NXT wrestlers as well as wrestlers that who know to make a show. I enjoy going to WWE Events, not only for the wrestling action but also because Chicago crowds are the best when it comes to Live events for the WWE

The event was great. The only thing I regret is not getting seats a "little" closer. I paid $125 for seats that were good But I would have paid a tad bit more to seat at least 3-4 rows ahead. When people stand up it makes it difficult for those behind to see. A couple people acted like they didn't know how to sit down after a while. The event lasts about 4hrs (with short breaks of course) so you get your $ worth.

I attended my 7th wwe event, wwe payback 2016, i sat ringside for the 1st time.i got to take home my chair. I enjoyed the whole show. my only disappointment about the show was I didn't get to see sasha banks wrestle. I rewatched it and I saw myself on tv.

This was definitely better than the last time we went back in September. Much livelier crowd. Seats were good pretty close my only complaint was the whole section that we were seated in couldn't see the screen when they were playing the skits. Kinda made us feel a little left out and not sure what was going on. Hopefully this can be fixed the next time they come to the arena.

Seats were exactly where the arena told me they were going to be (I had floor seats). I liked how they had separate entrances from the floor seats and elevated seats, each with their own restrooms/food stands - this helped with lines and overcrowding. The only minor complaint was the arena was a bit hot - it was a hot muggy day outside, and though it was cooler inside, they still could have turned the AC up a bit more considering the large crowd.

Event was great but the seats were not listed as partial view as the other section farther down were. Thats why I bought these tickets in this section. But when getting to our seats the entrance and the big screen behind the entrance we had no view whatsoever. Given the fact that this arena has no center screens above the court we missed everything that was played on screen. DO NOT SIT IN THIS SECTION FOR WRESTLING EVENTS.YOU NEED TO BE AT LEAST ONE MORE SECTION OVER TO SEE EVERYTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THESE SEATS WERE NOT LISTED AS PARTIAL OR OBSTRUCTED VIEW. First ever WWE PPV event and first WWE event since a house show in the late 90's. Show was great, except for the Orton/Wyatt House of Boring (sorry meant Horrors) match. Crowd was well behaved, which was cool because I brought my 11 yr old daughter with me and there was never a moment when I cringed because of something someone was saying or doing around us. Getting in was smooth. We joined a line that was at least 200-300 people deep and were in the building in less than 10 minutes.

This was my first time in Allstate Arena for an event & boy oh boy, was it so worth the trip! I've been to Wrestlemania the last 3 years, but those crowds are nothing compared to the crowd in Chicago! I had a great time with the world's best fans (WWE Universe) & will definitely be back for ANY WWE event held at this arena. If you are a WWE fan, you definitely have to attend an event at Allstate in your lifetime.

It was overall one of the better PPV shows WWE put together. From beginning to end, the crowd was fully invested in the show. Cheering, chanting, heckling, YES chants. The crowd was fully invested in it. I highly recommend seats in sections 102, great views and there is always a possibility sitting near you in this section.

Some may disagree, but the WWE always delivers when I attend a live event. Even though I've been to multiple events, including 4 Wrestlemanias, The Great American Bash here at the SAP center, and many other countless wrestling events, this one was something special. Every single wrestler that I wanted to win, won. The staffing was pretty cool too. They were friendly with me and all around it was an unforgettable event.

There was plenty of parking right at the stadium reasonably priced for $20. Overall a great experience the only thing the large tv screen above the ring that was right in front of my seats was malfunctioning and showed large black lines that blocked part of the view.

I've been attending live wrestling events since I was a child - over 25 years - and WWE Payback was the worst show I've been to. At $125 a seat and the fact that it was a pay-per-view event, I had fairly high expectations. The wrestlers looks tired, worn out, and like they were just going through the motions to get out of there and go to bed. The plots were thin at best. The House of Horrors match was a pre-recorded video and the actual wrestling was just a few minutes in the ring (again, $125 a seat for a video and maybe five minutes live). Overall, WWE management failed to deliver the quality expected from a Raw or Smackdown event, never-the-less a PPV. Save your money and go to one of the amazing independent wrestling events (like BTW) instead.

Payback was so awesome. The last time I went to a match was when Junkyard dog was wrestling. The wrestlers were athletic, entertaining and if you went and didn't end up yelling, singing "he's got the whole world in his hands" then you were dead. My LB and I went and had a fantastic time.

This was an amazing show! John Cena versus Bray Wyatt was one of the most epic last man standing matches of all time! I brought my two sons aged nine and aged six and they were in heaven at this show. I would definitely go to another WWE event in the future because this was absolutely incredible.

My kids loved it and had a great time and although I was checking the 'hawks score, I didn't think it was bad either. It started a bit slow I thought but then got going and the climax was very good.

When Daniel Bryan wasn't able to wrestle Kane in the BURIED ALIVE MATCH, I thought the show wasn't going to be very good. I have attended many events in Chicago and many PPV'S, and the wrestlers really stepped it up to make Payback one of the better PPV'S I have seen in person. I particularly loved the John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt LAST MAN STANDING match. They both really stepped it up. I really enjoyed this event and it was a lot better then i thought it would be.

I enjoy seeing wwe live every time they come to Chicago. I even travel to surrounding states to see the wrestlers perform. It's extremely entertaining and highly recommend it.
