No more Ween! Ween! Ween! chants. It's now Freeman! ... Aaron Freeman is back with a vengeance. A new band, talented players abound. A new album, which gets better every listen (I suggest once daily). A new perspective. And still a great performer. One look at him and you will see that he is completely healthy. His songwriting continues to amaze. We love you Aaron. That fudge hat rules :)

Awesome! Aaron Freeman looks and sounds great - his voice stronger, clearer, with expanded range and vocal control. The music and lyrics from his new solo album, are, well lyrical. And with some WEEN thrown - a perfect evening.

Seeing Freeman was just like seeing WeeN 10-15 years ago, except everyone is older. It is with this last solo record and show that I realized Aaron's contribution to what was WeeN is much bigger than I had thought. The show was pretty flawless, and the solo stuff mixed with the older material like a pork roll mixes with egg and cheese on a kaiser bun.

Freeman put on an excellent 1.5 hour show, with six Ween songs, and most of their new album. It was a great time! See these guys if you can. Just don't expect a Ween show! Highlights were Molly (the brownest moment), Transitions and Covert Discretion.
