Enjoyed the concert! One big problem- - lighting! We were in Row L, Center. Loved our seats but there were several white spot lights in our eyes most of the concert. Had to close my eyes a lot! Very annoying.

Not knowing what to expect and having seen Queen a number of times, we couldn't miss this cover band. While most cover bands do not try to imitate the players, "Freddy" was amazingly close to the real thing as was lead guitarist who had some licks that blew us away. A fun concert at a really good price for 5th row seats!

I was about 7 when Queen was in their heyday in the U.S. (1980) so i never saw the magic live. Fast forward a mere 38 years to 2018 and found myself in Lynn Mass at City Hall Auditorium to see London based Killer Queen and from the opening chords, it was like being in a time machine! The band was incredibly tight and the man who played Freddie was spot on! He had the look, the onstage moves and more importantly, the voice. The place was packed and loud and sweaty which made it so fun. The crowd was so diverse and stood through most of the show! Die hard fans will note a few key changes in some songs like "I Want It All" , "Radio Ga Ga" and "Bohemian Rhapsody", but it wasnt a big deal because they were so good! Highly recommended, best tribute type show ive ever seen . So glad i made the trip! If you want to get a glimpse of what a real Queen show was back in the day, theres no other out there!

It was a great concert. A lot of grey and white hair in the audience, but the lead did a great job of getting us off our seats and dancing in the isles. Temperature of the room was way too hot, and seats were way to close together, so it detracted from an otherwise really good concert. Band was fabulous.

My husband and I were real excited, until we saw the chairs, not only were you sitting half in your neighbor's lap, but as soon as the music started, I kept my fingers in my ears, and my husband tried to stuff paper into his. It was WAY too loud, and you could hardly hear the words of the music, plus he didn't even try to sound like Freddy. Couldn't even hit the same notes! After only half an hour we got up and left, and my ears rang for the rest of the night, even though I had my fingers in my ears! Lost money on this one and would never ever go back to see it. So, ... that's it!

This was a terrible show. We (all four of us) left after the third song. I'm not going to say more than that. Save your money and your ears!

My husband took our 10 year old daughter to this concert because she just loves Queen. They both really enjoyed it! The lead singer looked so much like Freddie Mercury and mimicked him very well. The only complaint they had was there were no t-shirts or any memorabilia to buy.

It was good to see a tribute band of Queen. While many songs were very close to mimicking Queen, it is clearly apparent that the original band is a hard act to duplicate. Killer Queen was like seeing Freddy Mercury in person. His face and moves are right on. This was a good show and worth recommending to others to see.

Maybe I set my expectations too high, but it was mediocre at best. I don't regret going because I haven't been to a concert in quite a while, but I'm glad it wasn't that expensive. I had an excellent seat. Too bad the lead singer wasn't as good as he thought he was. The band looked a lot like Queen, but the lead singer only vaguely resembled Freddy Mercury and exaggerated all his moves. I had to look at an old Queen video to compare. Also, I guess I didn't remember as many Queen songs as I thought. I was greatly disappointed and about to leave when they finally played "Bohemian Rhapsody". I never heard them play" We are the Champions". Maybe after I walked out. But I couldn't take it any longer so I walked out. Talked to two other women walking out when I did and they thought the same as I did. Still for $23 it was better than watching tv.

This was a good show. The venue was perfect for this program. Great value. Great choice of songs and nearly 2 hours of playing. Just a few sound snags but overall it was a great performance. The lead singer was very good; great presentation and voice. However, his band was outstanding and the lead guitarist was one of the best I have ever seen. We marveled at the ability of the lead guitarist. Would recommend the show highly.

I thoroughly enjoyed this concert. The performance by Killer Queen was excellent. Patrick Meyers was a very realistic "Freddie Mercury". While performing he even managed to whip the audience into waving, clapping, jumping, and shouting in joy. It was fun to watch and participate. I wish the band members had introduced themselves. All four were very good, but the lead guitarist was especially fantastic. He was different from the guitarist on their website. This is their first tour of the U.S.A, so see them if you can. They are here from the U.K.

Wife and I saw Killer Queen. It's about as close to Freddy Mercury as we're going to get (aside from Adam Lambert). These guys have been doing this a long time and they are professionals. The set list was well constructed, the instruments were spot on. Just a good time and the next best thing to seeing the real Queen, and a welcome event since they are gone.

I have seen "One Night of Queen" three times and was hoping this would be just a good. Unfortunately it was not. It was Ok but not nearly as good as One Night of Queen.

Pretty Awesome. Other than the lead singer not being able to hit some of Freddie's amazing high notes it was an excellent show. Brian May was flawless.

This band killer queen is literally amazing, the gentleman who played Freddie Mercury was Freddie mercury reincarnated. I never had the good fortune to see Queen live prior to Mercury's death but now I feel as if I did! All aspects of this band, music, looks, instruments were Queen. I would love to see them again!

While there is no denying that Freddie was a unique talent, these guys get it really close. Certainly closer than anyone else I've ever seen. If you are a fan of Queen, do yourself a favor and see these guys perform. You'll be happy you did. They put on an amazing show.

I really felt this show was all hype. The band was just ok but as a Freddie Mercury impersonation it falls flat. Mercury was a tall thin diva..... this band looked more like they had a Sonny Bono impersonator on stage. His voice could not come close to the high strong driving rich tones one would expect from a tribute band doing a concert venue. The audience provided more entertainment than the singer did.so for me and my companion it was more a laughfest of how ridiculous the whole experience was so it was just chalked up as a learning experience to look for ratings before we take a shot in the dark like this turned out to be a waste of time and money

We left after an hour. Too few of Queen's great hits. Too much of the hard rock. The lead singer would be better off removing the "Freddy Mercury" mouthpiece. We were really looking forward to hearing Queen, but will have to wait for the real thing.

This was very disappointing! They did not play all of the most popular songs, but mostly songs we never heard before. Lead singer wanted the audience to entertain him (ie, he would say stand up, clap hands, jump up and down, wave arms). He was supposed to entertain us. Lot of the time, music was louder than his singing. Would never recommend this band. Hard Rock seems to always have good acts, but not this time.

I felt the band was excellent high energy having a great time onstage. Great range of musical history of Queen. The singer so reminded me of Freddy in concert you could almost forget that he is gone. Brian May double carried the load admirably

performance was disappointing. Mostly the fault was with the sound system: the instruments, particularly the bass, were too loud, drowning out the vocals so we couldn't make out the lyrics (and some times being just painfully loud... wanted to cover my ears). The vocals also were highly equalized, with so much sybilance added that the vocals were distorted and unpleasant (seems to be a problem with a lot of live bands these days). The band displayed great energy, and except for the above noted sound problems, their musicianship was very good. Would have liked better (stronger) performance by the harmony singing. Glaring omission: didn't perform "Love of My Life"

I saw them last year in Erie Pa. And was so impressed with their performance that I came to see them again this year and brought my whole family . After we went this year I told my family that I would rather hear Killer Queen than the current line up on the Real Queen with Adam lambert as front man (no offense) . Adam is a Great singer but he sings the Queen songs the way he does, not the way that Freddy Mercury did and thats fine . Killer Queens performance is as close as you can get to a Queen peformance from the 1980s.

I am giving this show three stars only because the musicians were exceptional. The singer attempting to soud like Freddie Mercury was awful. Not an easy role to fill but Queen was all about Freddie s great voice and this wasn t even close.

For those of us who are too young to have seen Queen when it was fronted by Freddie (and just can't bring themselves to see Adam Lambert), this is a great alternative. Killer Queen embodies the spirit (and looks) of the authentic Queen. The Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is a great venue. We have been to several shows there and never had a bad seat or experience. It is easy to get to, get in and out of and the price point can make for a great, but inexpensive, night out.

Killer Queen put on a good show, they represented Queen very well. The gentleman who was representing Freddie Mercury did a good job with his impersonation of him and his mannerisms. The guitarist looked similar to May of Queen and played very well. On the down side, the singers volume kept going in and out and there was too much reverb in the music, bad sound board, probably the worst i have ever seen. I would cut the blinding lights also, you could not see the show and hurts the eyes. otherwise a very enjoyable show.

If you enjoy Queen, you should definitely check out this great cover band "Killer Queen" They had a lot of evergy, enthusiasm and talent. The crowd was a bit mellow and older - I was amazed how many people sat through the songs! The lead singer was a bit surprised too, but he kept the engery up and got the crowd going ...as best he could! He did a great job with the vocals, the movements and the crowd intereaction. The Brian May guitarist was also outstanding! Lynn Auditorium was a little cramped and hot, even with A/C. We saw Adam Labert and the original Queen members last year and that was an awesome show. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed "Killer Queen" as well.
