First time to Golden 1 Center and to watch basketball, seats were great and our whole family enjoyed the show!

On a night when WWE superstar Seth Rollins entrance theme song was played during the 4th quarter at the Golden State Center, the Los Angeles Lakers made like Seth Rollins moniker after WrestleMania 33, Kingslayer. It is safe to say that almost all of Sacramento is now Golden State Warriors fans, and that the Lakers movement is still strong as the Let s Go Lakers! chants were louder than the Beat L.A. chants among the new Warriors bandwagon fans pretending to still be Kings fans. And a 3rd quarter surge by the Lakers led by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope s 30 points after 3 quarters (34 points total) turned the spectacular Golden State Center into Staples Center North. If you ever make it to Golden 1 Center, have the Grass Fed Asada Beef Tacos from the Centro Street Tacos stand. The seasoning on the meat is awesome, and top it with some Chipotle Salsa for that extra (not spicy) kick.

We met friends their had a ball. The Kings Lost but thats pre-season. I recommend they always promote to State workers like this. A great way to fill the seats. My 19 month year old enjoyed her self, smiles & relaxing even though I st with the pegions a the top. Thank you Kings.

The kings dont seem to have the offensive drive. They always wait for the other team to put presure. We need younger and more energetic players. Kay is too heavy .....

Game was good. Half time show was really weak. The maskot was very entertaining. Need to get crowd more excited.

I like the rookies, they have energy and talent. The crowed is still loud but we need more fans to energize the team. K-Mart is still the "Guy"

Thanks to Maloof Entertainment and the Kings, this state worker was able to go to the game. Foul calls were questionable-here we go again with the referees. The rookies looked really good and Kevin Martin fabulous. Enjoyed the game at the end but it was painful to watch the Blazers get inside and under the basket so easily. Hopefully we will get some defense and not depend so much on 3-pointers, although they are fun to watch. I plan on attending a lot of games this year..

I liked the excitement , would of liked it better if they won! I was sad not to see some of my favorite players but some of the new kids on the block look very promising!

Game was awesome. Good crowd & good atmosphere.

Although the Kings lost, it was a close game going back and forth. When they tied up I thought they could pull away and be in front. Hopefully, with time and experience they will come together as a team and start winning games.

So the kings lost to the trailblazers & the referees were calling way too many unneccessary fouls, but my seats were great! The greeters were friendly & the people @ the concession stands were just so nice! I loved the experience, hated the loss!

It was mine and my 5 year old grandsons first time to a game. We both enjoyed it very much. Very close game, it would have been nice to see the Kings win.

This was first time to a basketball game and I will never forget it. I had so much fun on our much needed date night and we both look forward to going to another game. Neither of us are really into sports but we would defiantly recommend this adventure.

The celtics got their butt handed to them on a platter tonight baby!! The Kings played team ball and this was the best game i seen and went to all year, which lead 2012 out in a bang, bang & bang baby!!

Great time watching a few of the Celtics future hall of famers. Garnett is flat out a great defender and force on the boards. Next time I hope to get better seats because I was in the upper deck. Nice time though...

I couldn't ask for a better home opener to start the season! We beat the Warriors and looked promising in the process. Great time. However, it's sad to see what's become of the arena!

I truly enjoyed the Kings game and all the festivities associated with it.

About 16 years ago this time of the year, I attended my first Sacramento Kings game at then-ARCO Arena and had a great time, but this was my first game back in a couple years and the place still had the same charm and feel to it amidst the many empty seats out there. This was also my second game with lower-level seats and could not have asked for more. The staff who work for Maloof Sports and Entertainment are always friendly (they are also some of my customers at a nearby grocery store), so it definitely has that family feel to it. The game was also quite exciting and had us out of our seats most of the fourth quarter. And although the Kings came up short in the end, it was an exciting night to be there and look forward to going to a few more games before the new arena opens in 2015.

Even though our team didn't win - the arena didn't disappoint. Lots of fun things going on the arena center. Parking was easy - although getting out was a bit confusing. Advice for watching your favorite team - DON'T leave early. The parking lot is still a mess and stay to show your support. So tacky to leave early.

The game against the Oklahoma City Thunder was the greatest game of basketball I have ever seen live. The Kings played their hearts out for the capacity crowd dressed in all black for the "Black Thursday" theme and beat the best team in the NBA. The crowd was unbelievable, louder than anything I could have imagined. The player introductions were fantastic as well, with purple glowsticks waving all around the stadium. All in all, this game has inspired me to make the effort to get out to the arena much more often. Go Kings!

The Kings were playing the Indiana Pacers at Power Balance Pavilion for the first time this shorten season and for the first half, both teams struggled to make their shots. At the half Kings and Pacers were close. The third quarter was disappointing for the Kings, dropping to 14 points behind the Pacers. However, the fourth quarter was off the hook! Kings got their zone defense going and came back with a 22-7 run that got down to a nail biter finish. 5 seconds on the clock, Kings up by 2, Pacers had the ball. 5 seconds later, Kings win by a score of 92-88 in an amazing come from behind win!!! You can never tell about the Kings, just when you think they are done, they surprise you and do the impossible!

I thought this would be a great time for New Year's Eve. But my team gave no effort at all. We should all get our money back. Especially when the very next time you see a completly different team playing wish we would of went on New Years Day instead.

It was a lot of fun. The arena is kind of a dump but its compact and everyone is close to the action.

This was my first NBA game, and I am hooked. I always thought that game tickets were too expensive and that we can see the action better on the tv screen at home. But now I see why people go to the games - it's an awesome experience! I was jumping up from my seat every time the Kings scored, and so did thousands of fans at the same time. From the very beginning, everything was well organized at the venue. I love the black T-shirt we got at the door, and every Kings fan wore it. When the lights went out, blackout, and the dramatic Kings introduction was on the big screen and the whole stadium lit up purple from the little lights the fans were holding, it was so cool. The game was amazing, very close scores for the first quarter. I was impressed by the Kings, because I sorta thought we were gonna get creamed. Then we took a strong lead by half time, it started looking really good. The half time show was enjoyable, and the cheerleaders were really good too. I did not leave my seat for anything. It was an exciting game. LAkers came close, it was a real fight. We beat LA! Awesome game! As soon the game was over we headed to the parking lot. It was not difficult to get out, traffic was well organized.

In an epic display of teamwork and rebounding, the Sacramento Kings proved that the glory days are over for the LA Lakers.

Oklahoma City fans behind us were obnoxious - shouting out Anaheim ad naseum. The Thunder made the most noise. If the meet the Lakers I hope they sweep!

They are becoming what we have known all season, a force to be reckoned with. It will happen next season - playoffs!

These seats were great for the price! My likes are: You can take the back stairs to your seats (easy access) A lot of leg room No other seats in front of you You don t have to step over people to get to your seats Centrally located between the snack bar and restrooms

The seats were great, the crowd was cool, the food was fantastic, and the service a-rated. One of the best times I have had at a professional basketball game.

Traded seat with a co-worker, absolutely great seats, 2 row baseline, plus the kings won. I will be going back as soon possible. Only downside pricey beverages, even water.

We had great seats and the game was fun! It was about as exciting as a pre season game can be.

After taking our Ticketmaster purchased seats, at the end of the first quarter, we were selected to watch the rest of the game from Suite J (Bobby Jackson's Suite). To our amazement, Bobby entered the Suite at the beginning of half-time and spent the entire break signing autographs and taking pictures with the people in his suite. Needless to say, it was the best Kings' game experience I've ever had. Love that Bobby. Paul Keller

The game started out slow but picked up quick! Tyreke came off slow,did some good plays though. I hope is injury isn't as bad as the buzz has it. All in all, it was a good game that Kings should have won, but was very exciting with lots of action.Took our granddaughter to her first game and she was really cheering for our team!

My son, daughter and daughter-in-law had a great time at the Kings game with me vs. Toronoto. Boring first half, but an incredible second half and especially the 3rd quarter. I've been to 20 games this year and this game to honor Tyreke was great for games sake, for what the Maloofs did for Tyreke and the pulled bbq pork with baked beans was fantastic. Thanks for a great evening; it created great family memories for us all.

I and my family are visitors. We have gone once a basketball match in USA. The match was good. Also We was interested in Mehmet Okur who utah jazz player.

Game was exciting from beginning to end. Up and down like a rollercoaster. However the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the beers were ridiculously priced at $15 for a tall domestic beer. I get I'm at an event but I'm not at Staples Center either.

Haven't seen live game of the Kings and the Lakers. Seen in TV ,but not a live game or show. Plus our Golden 1 is amazing !!

Kings vs. Warriors was the best first NBA experience I had alongside my brother!!! If I could replay this moment I would. I still can't believe how close I was to the players!

Seat view and location was as expected, but the arena is great -- new, clean with a lot of good food and drink choices.

Exhibition games are a wonderful way for basketball fans to get a glimpse of their once favorite college player and a wonderful way for the player to show off his alma mater to his new teammates. This also gives the public another avenue for basketball and youngsters their first chance to realize their dreams. This was a wonderful experience for my 8 year old grandson especially with his love for all sports and to see a player that won gold at the Olympics and watching former University of Kentucky players in person . I love seeing him smiling so obviously this was a wonderful evening of family fun.

We had great seats and really enjoyed the game. Hope they do it again cause we will definitely be there!

This was hands down the best Kings game we have ever gone to. We will miss Arco Arena so much. So thankful we were able to get tickets to the game. We bought standing room only and ended up upgrading when the game started to Section 108. It was great. We saw and sat near old players, caught some shirts, balls, and got amazing commemorative tickets for the last Kings game at Arco! We loved being part of history. I was lucky enough to see a Kings game there the first year, 1988 and the last year, 2016.

I took my 5-year-old son to his first ever basketball game. It was a great experience seeing it through his eyes. He loudly cheered for the Kings, stood up and screamed on the good dunks, danced with a Kings dancer and enjoyed a jumbo popcorn and a drink.

I am a disabled person. I have a service dog that I brought to the game with me. Every person on the staff was extremely nice and helpful to me and my service dog. I even received a phone call on Monday from the customer service desk checking to see how I was and how everything went and how I enjoyed everything. It was very nice.

The stadium is old and out dated. Good thing they are moving. Parking lot prices was $12. Kind of a mess to get out.

Seat were great drinks were right outside and the enough vendors were it lines weren't too long and the game was superb.

Amazing, fun and exciting time. The Kings pulled out a victory and the arena was jumping like old times! Coach Karl did not disappoint . The energy in the building and the fans showing support made the whole night fantastic. Great seats and the section 218 Authentic Fan was great . We all got free hats. A fun night!

I took my 85 year old Dad and my Brother to the game and the staff was very helpful. My Dad could not get to the seats I bought so the staff found us new seats and was very kind. We had a great experience and we would love to go to another game soon. This will most likely be the last game I go see the Kings with my Dad as he is in the last stage of a debilitating condition, but the last 30 years the Kings Games have always been a great time win or loose.

I always liked basketball but I never in my life followed a certain team.. Until this season I attended my first basketball game. It was with my friends. It was then when I became a King and started to go to all the games and a lot of the meet an greets I met The rookie Ben Mclemore and also Isaiah Thomas we might have had a bad season but to be honest I just enjoy being there at the arena. Win or lose I will force be a Kings fan and will attend the games next season Forever Purple!

Great game only because David took down Goliath. It was an improbable win but somehow the Kings won. Tickets were way overpriced for their location. Including tax and fees, $65 each for two rows from the top at the basket end, just about as far away as you could be without being in the parking lot, which was also a nightmare to get in and out of. Very poorly designed.

Great game good times. New owners and Shaq making a new duet. Kevin Johnson went over board and needed time out. Owners should have been better introduced to crowd. Dj needs to turn down bass and quit blasting everyone. Pizza win went to 215 section to about 80 people and they handed out 7 pizza's. Blow out on delivery to them. Over all great game.

Love watching the Kings!! Young and fun team to watch. Inspite their difficult owners and all of the controvercy surrounding them, they still seem to get it done.

The LA Lakers defeat the kings in which was an exciting game second half as both teams remained close. Great seats, atmosphere and fans! I'd say 65% were Laker fans, mini Staples center- felt like a home away from home! Ha loved it!!

I took my son for his 15th birthday. It was an easy-going experience all the way around. Easy parking, easy getting in, easy finding our seats. Very nice! I LOVED that they now have concessions upstairs!!! BEST IDEA yet! I thought that the games they played on timeouts to amp up the audience and give a way prizes were creative and fun, as well. Being in the upper seats, it is kinda hard to feel the energy level of the room, so that could be better. I think the fans needed some cheer up activities, like the Dance Cam. THAT was quite fun! My recommendations are: Don't neglect the upper sections! Make an effort to keep it balanced (t-shirts, gift certificates, Slamson visits, etc). It was great fun and I will bring back my other sons for a game too!

I loved being so close to the court with cheaper seats, it made the experience that much better. I do feel that more tickets could've been given/won for the lower/court side level and instead of winning free tacos, maybe win a ticket to another game, concession vouchers, and etc. not necessarily a play station game or something that not everyone has or likes to play. Overall, the experience was great, and I will be returning.

This is one of the better games I have attended this year. Marcus Thorton performed as we have come to expect. Kenneth Faried, The Manimal showed us his dunking skills. Javel McGee and Big Cuz was at it. I enjoyed the tension, and the determination exhibited by the Kings and Nugget players. The game was NBA Big!

What an amazing game. I've been a Spurs fan most of my life and attend Sleep Train Arena since it was Arco Arena. I thank the Kings for still been here and would love it if they stay and and don't sell out, but I also understand the business. Either way it was worth watching every minute of it. Glad to have been part of it.

Buying tickets on line for the first time by a seventy-three year old was somewhat hectic. The time restraints caused me to go through the whole thing twice. Easier the second time because I was prepared. The seats were great but unfortunately the biggest man I've ever seen came in and sat in front of me. Fortunately the seats to our left remained vacant and we were able to shift to the left and I could see fine. We thoroughly enjoyed the game and the game winning action was at our end of the floor. I sincerely hope there will be more of these King's promotions for the bottom tier.

Watching the Kings handle the Cavaliers was incredible. Without their star player, Kevin Martin, the Kings YOUNG team was able to force the Cavs into OT! Fans are believing that the magic is back.

I love it. I Came all the way from Amsterdam to enjoy my first NBA game ever. Love it Love it. Love it. High passed game, nice dunks and some cool moves. not like what we have in Europe.

The Game tickets were Great! The event was well organized. It was easy to parking with great staff to help find our seats. Stadium was very clean and food was tasty for me, my wife, and kids we took. During time outs, Slamson was so funny and purely entertaining. Overall, Great fun! -[- Fe

This was an amazing experience for our family. Attended this event with my Son his sons , my 3 grandsons. Happy California has their own event and not have to travel to Las Vegas.

Everything is so overpriced! $5 for a bottle of soda and $10 for a hot dog. For a family of 4 you are looking at easily $100 just on food alone. I will probably never go back again and just watch on TV. To expensive!

My kids really enjoyed the atmosphere when the kings game was on. They enjoyed the mini games during timeouts and half time. Also a big surprise to them was lil Jon. The concert was a great way to end the night with a bang. Great show for the Sacramento area. I would definitely go again.

Kings need to step it up and be more dominate on the floor.

This was an awesome event that should be held annually. It was a little long for one night of basketball, but I thought overall it was really enjoyable.

seat was row n in section 213,and luckily it was right on aisle. had extreme difficulty in climbing stairs to location as i am 78 yr. old senior!! basketball game was enjoyable as vanilla ice performed at halftime show and best part of evening was kings won last game of this season!!!!

Kings put up a great game. The defence was great & our Willie delivered. Our speedy Fox did his best. Thank God we won!

Barely got into the game...before the demonstrations outside. We were limited to walking around the complex (to explore venues and food and drink options) once lock down occurred. More people outside trying to get in then we had watching.? Kings had a bad game... They did allow people from upper deck move down to closer seats.. :-) They stopped serving beer early... :-( We are all forced to leave only at one entrance after the game .... - very crowded and jammed.exiting and going down stairs.. It was probably for our safety but it was not a comfortable experience. There were not any announcements about status of demonstrations outside. Staff were positive and tried to assure us of our safety.. Was still worried about my family getting to our car safely..but thank goodness demonstrations had dispersed. We may try a game or two again next year??

This was my first event in the new kings stadium and boy was I impressed. From the moment you walk in you can see the court. It's very easy to find everything and the staff is incredibly friendly. Well done!

The effort by the team was pitiful although they won and for what my tickets cost and everything Else they could at least put more effort And the need to trade # 5 he will never take a team to a championship!

I've been to the Golden1 Center a few times now, but I didn't explore the 2nd level until recently. Although the seats are steep, the view's not that bad. And there are plenty of food options upstairs too. Definitely check out the G1 center, and splurge on the lower level tickets! Way worth it for a concert.

Every game I ve been to has been a blow out with no effort from the kings ... everything inside the golden 1 center is extremely overpriced the seating is to tight I had to get up every other minute to let people squeeze through.. I wish I would ve saved my money and stayed at home. It s honestly a better experience watching on tv.

Hands down the best sports experience I've had. The venue was superb, the staff at the arena was very professional, and the game was top notch. It was my kids' first time to a Kings game and all of our first time in the new arena. We're all over the moon. Highly recommended!
