Most fun we have had in a long time. The show was great. We love old time rock.

Great small venue and the group not only played excellent but they had great stage entertainment including costumes props and great dancing

Very good show. Three of the members are originals from 47 years ago. Entertaining, high energy. Kept the show going for an hour and a half.

Absolutely amazing show. These guys still rock. The four of us that attended were not disappointed. All the songs were oldie favorites performed by great performers. We would definitely see them again.

I was disappointed that Boswer was not with the group. When one thinks of ShaNaNa one assumes that Boswer will be part of the group. They didn't even mention that he wasn't with them. I was disappointed.

It was a great review of tunes from the 60's. All of the songs were really good. Loved the Pokadot Bikini song

Sha Na Na rocked. Would definitely go to see again. Sound was just right that you could hear the songs & interaction on stage. Brought the audience on stage to interact with them. Sounded just like the good old days.

Wow, we had a fantastic time with Sha Na Na - not just watching them, but joining in on all the fun. They sounded great. Mostly original members. We did miss Bowzer & there was no replacement. We had a blast singing along, laughing at all their fun craziness, and acting like kids again!! Highly recommend Sha Na Na for a blast from the past and a hilarious time!

We had so much fun. Brought back memories and the band was excellent. Took us back when we were teenagers. great and they were nice enough to stay and sign our CDs.

The band was great & haven't lost anything over the years. They proved that us old folks can be energetic & entertaining.

This was a surprise for my husbands birthday and we both enjoyed the show. It was entertaining - funny - lively show. We were surprised how they went from one song to another. Not sure how they would be - being on the older side. But boy they could jam!!!

Amazing show! Glad you brought them back. This is our 4th time seeing them and we had just as much fun as we did at the first. They get older, as do we, but they don't lose their love of music. Keep up the good work!

The show was entertaining and interactive with the audience. Played classic songs that everyone could sing and dance along to. Worth the money and you won't be disappointed!!

Saw these guys years ago when Bowzer was with the group. They were in St. Charles recently and put on one heck of a show! Everyone was in the aisle, dancing, clapping along, laughing and having a great time. Some even came in 50s gear and costumes. Great selections on their playlist. They put the other oldies shows to shame! These guys know what Rock 'n' Roll and Doo Wop is all about! Would love to go back and see them again. If you love this music, don't miss their show. You will have a great time.

Sha Na Na totally rocked at Penn's Peak on November 12, 2010. I've been waiting for about 40 years, since I was around 12 or 13 years old, to see them & they did NOT disappoint me! They had the audience singing & dancing in their seats & when they sang "The Hokey Pokey", everyone was out of their seats & singing & dancing! A great time was had by all. I can't wait to see them again!

This was a performance by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Pops with Sha Na Na. The opening was superb with Marvin Hamlisch conducting the symphony doing a series of 1950's songs. Mr. Hamlisch brings a unique style of humor and fun to every one of his performances. The orchestra performed for approx. 50 minutes including a new composition by a local university student. It is evident that Marvin Hamlisch revels in promoting young talent as I have seen him do it a number of times and it is gratifying to witness. As always the performance was superb. After an intermission the orchestra returned with Sha Na Na. The members of Sha Na Na were attired in 50's clothes and a couple had the "greaser" hair style. Their performance was fun and at times very good but at times was lacking in voice quality. Some of this may have been due to a lack of volume by the sound system but some was due to, regrettably, voices not being what they used to be. The two best singing performances of the night were done by younger members of the group, Michael Brown and Gene Jaramillo. A lot of credit goes to the three members who have been with the groups for over 40 years but to be honest they do miss Jon "Bowzer" Bauman who is no longer with the group. His antics were missed, although replicated by the other members, and so was his great bass voice. Overall a fun night. The interaction between Sha Na Na, the audience and Marvin Hamlisch was very entertaining.

It brought me back to watching Shanana in front of our console t.v.They rocked and had us all on our feet singing along ! How could you not know all the words ?They still had the 'greaser' look too. AAAAHHHH JUST LIKE HIGH SCHOOL !

It was a great trip down memory lane. They put on an amazing show. Researched them afterwards and was saddened to find that several of the original members had passed. Regardless, they were well worth seeing.

Loved the music and all of the old songs. Enjoyed the interaction with the audience, the stories, and the funny skits.

The performance was outstanding. They had the audience rocking thruout the entire show So happy that I didn't miss it.

The event started out a bit slow. After the intermission they picked up the tempo and rocked. I was disappointed that Santini and Bowzer and some other big names weren't there. Still a pretty good show.

This was my first Grease Sing-A-Long experience, and it was a very memorable one. I went with three friends, and we all had a complete blast. Sha Na Na sounded incredible, and they were so great interacting with the crowd. The real Frenchy, DiDi Con, hosted the show, and she too was phenomenal! Each guest received a pink bag full of movie related goodies to use during the viewing of the show too. For any Grease fan, this show is a MUST :)

Where have I been this whole time? I can't believe this was my First time! It won't be my last!!! I ALREADY HAVE IT FOR NEXT YEAR!!

Fun, fun, fun! This is a wonderfully interactive event for family and friends. I would definitely do this again. Yay! ;o)

This was my first time going to this event and we are definitely going to be making this an annual tradition. It was so much fun to be at the Hollywood Bowl dressed up in my 50's garb with a bunch of other Grease aficionados and fans who love the movie just as much as I do. Having Frenchie (Didi Conn) and Sha Na Na open up the show made it feel like you were actually there. Then to get a surprise visit from Jan (Brusha brusha brusha) was cool. I will definitely be doing this again and again. There is just nothing like hearing thousands of voices singing harmoniously together to "Summer Lovin" and "Greased Lightning" in the Hollywood Bowl. To say I had a blast wouldn't be sufficient

Sha na na was great! All these years later and they are still in great form!! Dee Dee "Frenchy" was a nice treat for the audience as well as her bubble gum. The sing-a-long movie was very enjoyable and finding out that the song "Sandy" was actually written by one of Sha na na's lead singers was a real surprise-especially when he sang it for the audience!! Greas came out in 1978 but it is still the word!!

Grease sing a long was a blast. Plan to do it again next year.

The Sing Along showing was amazing. It's my 3rd year and it's more enjoyable every year. It's a must go to in order to let out your inner Sandy or Danny!

What can I say.... this was the best sing along ever! This was my third time seeing Grease at the Bowl and it was fantastic. This was the most interactive crowd I've seen here thus far. Wonderful event and a must see if you've never been to the Hollywood Bowl.

The movie is timeless and classic. The songs are fun to sing along with. Don't miss the opportunity to join 16,000 of your closest friends in the biggest "drive in" in the world. If you are old enough to remember Grease in its original run, you'll love watching and singing again and again. We brought kids who only know it from revivals or have seen it on DVD. They still get a kick out of the songs and sang along with abandon. Given all the men and women who were dressed up, it was like going to the "clean" version of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Sha Na Na opened with a 45 minute set of great '50s and early '60s covers which set the right mood.

It was a fun night being at the Bowl on a summer night. The sing along was fun too. I paid 60 per ticket for my family. I thought it's overpriced.i had mediocre seats.

Grease sing a long was so much fun for everyone. Sha Na Na concert before the movie started was great and introduced my children to 50's music. There was a ton of audience participation and a large majority dressed up for the event as well.

The pre-show with Sha Na Na was fantastic but the highlight was the Grease Sing A Long. It was great how everyone participated and a lot of people dressed up as Pink Ladies and T-Birds. Absolutely Love It! To watch the movie on the big screen was great!

Great show! Brought the family for a fun summer activity. Everyone had a great time. The host and the opening band were fantastic. I would highly recommend it if you like the movie Grease.

Had a blast at the Grease-Sing-Along! It was so much fun with over 12,000 people singing all the songs. Sha Na Na was great and Frenchie was a hoot as the host of the event. Can't wait for next year to do it all again!

This is one of the most fun events of my year and I wouldn't miss it for anything. I don't care how much fun my friends make of me!

I bought these tickets for my wife since she loooooves Greese. Being the great husband I am I told her I would tag along. What I thought was going to be a mediocre night turned into an amazing night to remember. I had a blast, nothing better than the bowl full of people all singing and dancing!

Very fun show! Didi Conn was wonderful. Loved seeing Jamie and Randal. Suggestion: invite Edd Brynes, Susan Buckner, Doody, Marty. Or Frankie!!!! We met them at the Hollywood autograph show and may be willing to come. Sha Na Na was great and got the crowd going. The sing along movie version was terrific! Loved the show and did not realize it is an annual event. We'll be back next year. Had fun dressing up for the show.

I went with my family which included two 7-year-olds. We all loved it. Grease is just a multigenerational movie that never get old. The experience was awesome because we went as a family and left with new friends we met there. Great laughs and everyone was there to have fun. I love almost everything I see at the Hollywood Bowl, but this by far was the funniest. A definate annual event for us now.

This was our first time to the Grease Sing A Long and the whole event was fantastic! There were so many people dressed up as Grease characters and Sha Na Na played For an hour before the movie started. Our seats were great! We love it!

Went with my best friend since childhood. We've watch this movie more times than I can count or remember. The Sha Na Na's had a great performance before the show and really helped get you in the mood. Watching Grease on a big screen with Grease fand was incredible. The fan costumes, group singing and dancing and vibe was magical. Would totally recommended to any Grease fan. Great night!

Cool day, not too windy. Sha-na-na and Didi Conn were a hoot and really warmed up the crowd before the show. Still can't hand-jive but it never really never caught on as much as the Macarena (thank god). Great family-friendly show and atmosphere. Lots of catty queens in the audience but that's to be expected at just about any large non-sports event in Hollywood. Love the movie and will see it again.

The Grease Sing A Long at the Hollywood Bowl was a blast! Frenchy, Sha Na Na and singing along with a crowd of 18000 to the greatest movie ever made was so much fun!
