Amazing spectacle, beautiful decors, very good dancers.

All dancers were so talented and danced their hearts out. I especially enjoyed the diversity where tap and flamenco were beautifully incorporated. Such talent!

This was an amazing performance that I could watch all night. Sadly time flew by too fast. . One picture that I'll attach here shows 5 woman as if they are dancing on a cloud all in the air at the same moment. Wonderful, wonderful performance. The tap routine competing with the Irish dancers was truly fun and humorous. A very entertaining night.

As usual an outstanding and truly enjoyable and remarkable show. It's a real shame that Riverdance will not return to the U.S. and Cincinnati in particular. These young and talented performers are a pleasure and joy to watch. Yheir skills are truly amazing and I am fortunate to have the chance to witness their performance.

This was the first time I had experienced Riverdance. It was awesome! The music and dancing was outstanding. I took my 8 year old niece to see it and she loved it as well as the adults in our party. Very entertaining!

This was a fantastic show, I had a great time. Everything, from the music, to the narrative, and of course the dancers was top notch. As someone who had not seen Riverdance before, I was amazed that it was so much more than I was expecting. A great show for the entire family.

This is my second time seeing Riverdance. Once when I was 13 and again at 23. I could see it a dozen more times and I'd still say the same thing. Magical!

Unbelievable! This is by far the only show I can not miss when they come to Cincinnati.

I loved the show! This was the third time seeing the show in the last ten years, and it still leaves me breathless!! I took my mother to the show for the first time and she started crying a bit because she was so excited and moved. Everyone should expencience Riverdance!

It was just amazing. It had professional dancers, comic, and a mix of culture. The musicians were not left behind, their performance, specially the drummer, was just outstanding.

THIS WAS AWESOME. WE HAVE SEEN RIVERDANCE PERFORMANCES PAST. ALTHOUGH THIS ONSTAGE PRESENTATION HAD A LOT LESS CAST, THEY WERE REMARKABLE. WE LOVED THE VARIETY OF TALENT. ESPECIALLY THE FEATURED FLAMINGO DANCER AND YOUR TOP NOTCH MUSICIANS. THEY WERE VERSATILE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY ENTERTAINING. LOVED THEM. A LOT OF HARD WORK WENT INTO THIS PRODUCTION, AND THE PERFORMANCE SHOWED IT ALL. KUDOS....

My wife and I have seen this 31 times so far (yes, the number is correct) since it first came to Los Angeles about 1996. We have caught the show as far away from Los Angeles as Colorado Springs, CO while on vacation. We have taken family to see it in Las Vegas and Arizona when it came to the west regularly. Alas, they stopped coming out here for the past 2-3 years, and now they're doing their farewell tour. We have already seen it in San Bernardino in December and Hollywood in January, and will see it one more time in Hollywood before it moves on. We love it and will miss it.

This show lived up to my expectations! I would go see this show every night if I could! Hold on, I do watch it every night on DVD! The dancers were amazing, the singing was perfect, and the theatre was to die for. I would recommed that anyone go and see this show!

Didn't know anything about the show but discovered an incredible blend of visual and audio beauty in form, style and precision. WOW!

Riverdance was an amazing show! Great attention to detail was paid to everything from props, staging, costume changes, music, and of course the singing and dancing. What a treat to have been able to see this unforgettable performance. Loved it!

I'd rate this Vancouver matinee at about 3.5 stars. The dancing was, of course, superb. I especially enjoyed and appreciated the "flamenco" and "russian" influenced numbers, as well as the comic scene. However, I thought the vocal numbers were too long and rather dreary. Alas, the male vocalist was just awful, in my opinion - plus almost all the music was far too loud. It gave me a headache. After that grumbling, I'm glad I went, and glad that the theatre looked packed. I wish Riverdance continued, if quieter, success.

The last time my girl friend saw this show was ten years ago and was excited to have the opportunity to see the show again; River Dance is excellent entertaiment that's well worth the wait.

They are so much better in person. If you love dancing, Irish dancing, or tap dancing, definitely go! They are so talented and very entertaining to watch. Would totally see them again!

Been waiting 20 yrs. Ticket prices were realistic for an enjoyable and memorable show.

One of the best performances I've seen. All of the performers were magnificent from the dancers to the singers to the musicians. This was absolutely fantastic.

I have been a fan of the Riverdance ever since the soundtrack came out back in 1995. I remember buying it blindly just because it was advertised as Celtic music. Being in high school choir at the time, I remember the choral arrangements and vocal solos of the show. When the show came out on VHS; I bought that as well. I watched as Michael Flatley and Jean Butler and the rest of the star-studded cast performed magic on the stage. I always told myself that if I had the opportunity to see it live, I would. The show was so amazing! It was so cool to see something that I have long admired in person. There was no disappointment. It sounded and looked exactly like the soundtrack/VHS that I remembered listening to/watching on repeat when I was younger. The preciseness and timing of the dancers was incredible. The vocals of the soloist and the choir were spot on while singing both English and Gaelic. The added tap-off between Celtic and traditional tap dancers was a sight to see. The playing of the band/percussionist is to be highly commended. Absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend to see it if you have the chance. You won't be disappointed.

Leading man is handsome Dancing is entertaining and captivating. Choir singing is boring.

I loved it, I would have preferred a little less singing and drama. She was amazing but I really was looking forward to the dancing. I liked the dancing with the tap shoes more than the quiet shoes.

I have always wanted to see Riverdance, but they stopped touring when I was a teenager. My husband and I woke up early on their last day in Houston and happened to see a post on Facebook. I was so excited to be able to get tickets. This show was everything I had imagined and more. It's now my second favorite show, second only to Wicked.

we visited Riverdance 20 years age and was fascinated by the precise dancing. Same this year. The feet and legs move, and from the waist up very little movement. It seems that their feet are moving at warp speed, all in unison.

Absolutely one of the best events I have attended in a long time! I had seen Riverdance several years ago when it was in Houston, but this time it was even better. Definitely a must see event for this year.

I took my daughter to see the 20th anniversary Riverdance show. She LOVED it, and so did I! The New York tappers were so fabulous and such a fun addition to the show. The Irish dancers were just amazing and the dancing was so exciting and inspiring. Worth every penny!

We saw River Dance a number of years ago and were pleased to have the chance to see it again. The dancing was phenomenal as expected, but we were a bit disappointed with the overall production. The singers were virtually impossible to understand, and while the musicians were fabulous, we felt that they were a bit intrusive and detracted from the overall show. Overall, however, a good show well worth seeing.

Have seen Riverdance four times throughout the years. In my opinion this should be the best one yet

The Orpheum was beautiful venue making the show feel intimate and opulent. The drummer's constant energy as well as the dancers and other musicians was amazing. We had seats high enough to see the entire stage and their feet. great show.

This show was absolutely amazing. It was a celebration of Irish Dancing, music and culture. The dance moves were beautiful and so much fun to watch. You can tell they love what they do because of how hard they work to put on a good show. I hope to go everywhere.

We saw Riverdance in the Hammersmith Apollo in London England over 20 years ago and we were thrilled that it was in Detroit for us to enjoy again. It brought back so many memories of the evening with my wife back then and how things change but some things stay the same. The production was as epic today as it was then, the dancers and musicians put as much effort in their performances as the cast did back when we saw it originally. Even if you are not a fan of Irish music and dance I would suggest you give this a go because the production is awesome and it will get your feet tapping in no time. What was most enjoyable was when the dancers or musicians connected with the audience, you will feel great when you leave and a little sad that the show didn't go on for longer.

I bought these tickets for my mom for mothers day not thinking I would enjoy this nearly as much as she. After all.... it's TAP, how many ways can a group tap differently? Well.... go to the show and find out. These people were absolutely amazing. Even when they needed to catch a breath and the musicians played with the dancers off stage, they were fantastic. I walked out of there continuously saying wow!

I can cross Riverdance 20 off my bucket list. This show was everything I knew it would be. I have been a follower since Riverdance premiered 20 years ago. I know all the songs and dances. I fell in love with Irish music after seeing the first show on PBS. Now I was able to see it live. The lead dancers were not Michael Flatley and Jean Butler. But they were able to hold their own. The Irish troupe was fabulous. Members of the cast were triple threats - singer, dancer, instrument player. The Tap Dancers were superb. The visual effects were breathtaking. There was nothing about this show that I disliked.

The show was like riding a roller-coaster...slower speeds and then break-neck acceleration. I enjoyed the instrumentation, singing and the dancing... A great family-friendly show!

Wonderful Celtic, flamenco and tap dancing. The lead dancers were incredibly talented and they're enthusiasm encouraged and inspired the audience. The musicians were wonderful as well. Great celebration of dance :)

Riverdance was amazing. The show is better than ever. James Greenan (lead dancer) said in an interview that the production company had bought a new LED screen and that certain numbers were polished and perfected. In some way to give it a fresh look, but "over all it is still the same original show". He is correct. The show looks better and excellent. The show opens with a reprise of one of the songs sung as it echoes the narration. This new touch was spectacular. The show needed this. It is a beautiful show. The dancers are super talented and professional. They interact more with the audience; something the show did not have much of in the past. This allows the audience to make Riverdance their own...feeling part of the show. I love Riverdance.

I took my 5 year old daughter with me to see this performance. Both of us were captivated by every aspect of the show. She especially liked the "tap off" between the guys. I would not hesitate to see this again.

The show is incredible because of the beautiful story and more importantly because of the most excellent performers!!! They have crafted their skills to perfection. And the colorful backdrops in all the scenes added so much to the performance. If you can go, GOOOOOO!!!

LOVED, loved, loved this show!! Total night of entertainment. Just the right amount of music, dance, story, charm. Backdrops and lighting set the scene each segment. Awesome drummer, musicians and dancers were perfection. We absolutely enjoyed our night. I would definitely buy tickets next time Riverdance comes back. Pantages Theatre is just the right venue for this event.

This was a first experience for both my daughter who is 5 years old and myself. My Granny was from Ireland and always talked about this...she would've been proud that we were able to go and I'm sure she was watching down from heaven and happy to see that I was carrying on the Irish tradition :)

Took my 7 year old to this performance and she loved it me too. The best live show I've ever seen before! My daughter and I will never forget this show, this night for the rest of our lives!

It was a very good, put together show :) I really enjoyed myself because Ive been waiting to watch this. The funny part is, I forced my boyfriend to go (although he ended up liking it) I saw the commercial on tv and i was like, "OMG I have to watch this!" him- "go buy the tickets" SO I get up and I go on my computer. He later comes to see what Im doing him- "What're you doing? me- "buying the tickets. :)" him- "I was joking..." me- "WELL I WASN'T!!!" hahaha Although I was EXTREMELY tired so I dozed off in the singing parts but thats ok, i was primarily there for the tap dancing. :)

I had the absolute best time, I had great seats, I was very close to the stage and was able to see the performers clearly and the expression on their faces while performing is what I remember most, I was so moved by the dedication, the heart and soul that was put into every piece. I have wanted to see this show since its beginning and to finally see it in it's farewell tour has been a remarkable event for me. The raw amazingly talented performers was exceptional, they had energy, passion, emotion. I had every hair on my arms and neck standing during both Acts. I was deeply moved, and awe struck at the physicality and the accuracy of these dancer's. I can't believe they do it night after night, and still maintain the spirit of the show. I would hope that another show will be made in its honor, but sadly I think no one will ever do justice to what I saw. The final two dances I was literally on my feet. Thank you for crossing something of my bucket list. I was just speechless at the end. I stayed up all night reliving each song, and dance and the troupes faces, and the company as a whole. I was lucky enough to see the masterful tapper/baronite walk past after the show, I got a nod and smile and that made my evening. I would love to see it again, and again. It never gets old. What a production, and what a way to go out on top.

I saw Riverdance 20 years ago at the Shubert Theater in Century City and loved it. I was so excited to go and see the show again 20 years later and it definitely lived up to my expectations. We had good seats, the music was outstanding and the dance performers were awsome. A must see for everyone.

WOW! Amazing dancing and singing,....Professional,....Talented...... Organized.....Variety.....Great Sound....Nice background and costumes. .....LOVED IT!

Lots of energy. The dancing was unforgettable. The musicians were great, just great! The drummer made me want to dance! The violinist made me happy! The singing was mesmerizing. I didn't know why there was a Flamenco dancer. But, she was good. She didn't fit in with the rest of the show. I already recommended it to my Facebook friends.

My sister and I have been looking forward to seeing this for months now. We were not disappointed at all. The entire show kept me totally entertained not a moment to be bored. I found myself living in a fantasy, seeing myself up there dancing, smiling. The show was filled with beauty and you could tell the performers wanted to make sure the audience was well pleased. Thank you to all who put on the show behind the scenes and to the performers themselves. I will forever be grateful for this experience.

The precision dancing was just fabulous. As the playbill stated, it is a result of years of dedicated practice to achieve these results. We were truely amazed. The Riverdance Band was equally astounding. Just an excellent group of musicians. The dance that features the tap dancers and the Riverdance troupe was outstanding. The Flamenco dancer was a brilliant change of pace and the Moscow Dancers were also unique. There is so much for everyone to enjoy. The only negative note that I might caution about is the tight seating in the balcony of the Landmark Theatre in Richmond.

Riverdance was amazing last night! I had to remember to take a breath sometimes. The dancers are incredible, the footwork is mind-blowing and to have them all dance it in unison is beyond my comprehension. The smiles on the dancers' faces make it all look so easy and enjoyable to them, like there is no effort. Obviously we know there is tons of practice and hard work that goes into this kind of dance that flows like a river. The band was great, a small group with great power and skills that amaze all in the theater. I am guessing it was the bodhran that Mark Alfred played with his hand inside the drum like instrument, was spellbinding. The fiddle by Pat Mangan made me want to yell out "now that's how it's done son!". Everyone in the band were great. Laura Yanez, the soloist had the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. I froze when she sang so as not to miss a note. It was one of the remember to breathe moments! Michael Samuels, the baritone soloist made my heart stop. His presence and voice were so commanding and breathtaking. We ran out back after the show in hopes of thanking him. He was awesome. The Riverdance tappers in trading taps were great and we loved that light hearted segment in the show. Jason Bernard and Kelly Isaac were very entertaining.

I rushed to see this show because it was the last one, Farewell Riverdance. Too bad I didn't go earlier, this way I could have seen it more times. Everything was amazing. It's calms you, It gets you excited, it uplifts you. The performers know all types of dances and you would think they came straight from the Olympics.

This is the type of show you do not want to end. it was very uplifting.

I liked the entire performance. The fiddler was excellent along with the entire band and drummers. The singing and story line was enjoyable. The dancers were wonderful.

The show was disappointing. Didn't really recognize any elements from the original. First act and second were repetitive, no story line to follow. The highlight, if there was one, was the tapping mixed with the riverdancing.

I had seen the production when it first came out 20 years ago and loved it. This interpretation far exceeded my expectations, both in physicality and diversity. The talent was stellar!!! And a special appreciation for the percussionist and the jazz/tap dance off. Simply feel it's the BEST production I've ever seen. Thank you for dedicating your lives to achieve such excellence.

I would highly recommend this show to anyone. It did not disappoint. Highly energetic and entertaining.

The dance troupe did an amazing job. The tap competition among the men was outstanding!! Lots of laughter and fun. Even though this is my first time in seeing the show, there were two items I was disappointed about, one - we couldn t take any photos during the performance. I understand about not filming, but no photos were allowed. All you could take was pics of your ticket and maybe the pamphlet about the show. And two - to learn that after 20yrs since the tour company came to hit on our shores; thought maybe it was a new production with new music, it was not. Overall the show was beautifully entertaining; loved how engaging the dance troupe was with the audience, great fun for the whole family!

I was spoiled by seeing Celtic Woman a couple of years ago and that show was just so much better than Riverdance. Still enjoyed it though.

Phenomenal. Argueably the best live perforance I have ever seen. Different than the original Lord of the Dance of years gone by. More than the dancing. Unexpectedly entertaining with great dance, music, performance, and humor too. I especially liked the idea of the story that was told thru dance, song, music and visuals. Absolutely great!

I thoroughly enjoyed it because I am a big fan of the original. It had all the familiar routines plus lots of new material. Was it as good? Have to say no but I'm so glad I went. My boyfriend had never seen the original and he really liked it. The sound and music overpowered the sound of the tap shoes unless it was the big group dancing.

The performance was outstanding. I smiled through the entire show. So much talent.

We have seen Riverdance once before but this show just blew us away. The music is haunting at time and then incrdibly lively and the dancers are simply awesome. That has become an overused word but I can think of none other that weould describe their performance. It has always been a real mystery to us that anyone can move their feet that fast and with rytthm. If you ever get a chance to see this show, drop everything and get tickets! Additionally, this was held in a time-past theater - 1920's -which could only be descibed as gilded and ornate. Absolutey beautiful and the atmosphere took us back to a time of elegance with top hats and evening gowns. A truly fabulous evening that we will remember for a very long time.

A celebration of a people, their culture, and their evolution through the most amazing combination of dance, music, and song. These performers are so talented and work so hard to provide an experience that you will not forget. And it's unlike any other show out there. The pacing of the performances with its contrasts between dance, ethereal voice solos, and instrumental pieces, are all perfect! I have seen this show 3 times, and I'm ready to see it again.

I was hoping I would have a chance to comment on this show. My third time seeing Riverdance; my wife s first time. She loved it. This was as good or better than the first two times I saw Riverdance. A great dance company; wonderful soloists; amazing musicians and the drummer/percussionist is at the top of his game! He really seemed to hold everything together and was obviously loving every minute! If you can see this this show...SEE THIS SHOW! Theater, Dance, Music at their best.

We tried to see this 20 years ago and had to cancel. Waited 20 years to see it and want to see it again. Really great to hear and see the music and dancing of different cultures. Highly recommend, we'll be back.

They showcased all of the group and everyone has special talent{s} ..... A great mix of dance, vocals, showmanship, etc. .... Something for everyone .... Even the "Lil Brats" seemed to be content ... {My two {2} are in college now, so I'm not a big meannie} .... Great Show !!!!!!

I would have given this review 5 stars if traffic wasn't so horrible. The city of Rosemont needs to look into better traffic control when they have a show and a convention at the same time. Now about the show. It was phenomenal. I went with my mother and MIL and we all loved it! I get antsy easy during shows but this show kept my attention the whole time. There was enough variety with singing and dancing and the awesome talent that I wasn't bored for even one minute. This was my Mom's fourth Riverdance show. She had seen shows in Tahoe, Vegas and downtown Chicago and she said this show was BY FAR the best!

The show was incredible from the dancing, singing and musicians talented beyond belief I could watch them all day and 87 Mother-in-law just had a great time Thank you Riverdance, and Rosemont Theatre the staff was so helpful getting us in the wheel chair section very smoothly We will definitely attend next time they're in the Chicagoland area

The dancers did a wonderful job. I was surprised at how much time the singers and musicians had. I felt like half the time the dancers were not on the stage and some of the music and almost all the songs were really slow. I was expecting an upbeat show the whole time and that was not the case. However, everyone was very talented.

I saw this show 15+ years ago and thought it was great then. It hasn t missed a beat. It s still a show everyone should see.
