I sincerely enjoyed my first Parent's Weekend and especially my first football game at the Rosebowl. As a die hard professional sports fan I have visited many Arenas and Stadiums across the country. However, this was my fist ever attendance at a college game and it could not have been sweeter!

The family and I came to watch our first ASU game as visitors. The atmosphere with the UCLA Fans was cool to see in their Sea of Blue. The Fans showed great sportsmanship walking by all the tailgating they were enjoying. Inside the stadium was just as great. Nobody got annoying as we sat among many UCLA fans in section 24

Many thanks to the UCLA fans who were awesome to us opposing team fans. The rose bowl rocks for a live football game even in the end zone. We waited to long to get seats so had to get seats in the general admission. Tail-gating was great as it was spacious on the golf course grass with port-o-potties near-by. Much nicer then visiting USC at coliseum. The only cons involved being there for the first time it wasn't made clear that in General Admission seating you can seat in either end zone where-ever you want in the GA section. Most workers at the stadium looked at our tickets and scratched their heads. But after a complete circle around the stadium we found our seats.

it was our first game at the rose bowl. we were pretty disappointed with the parking. then when we got to the gate one of our tickets wouldnt scan and the lady was so RUDE!!! she tried it twice and said "only one of you can get in and thats it!" so we asked to speak to the manager and she had a horrible attitude and when the manager came he scanned the ticket and it went through and she gave us the dirtiest look and just let us through. it kinda ruined our time as we first arrived but then when the game started we had fun

The Rose Bowl is the best venue for watching college football. UCLA Homecoming week was fantastic and the tailgating was out of this world. Southern California fall weather is great for the players and the overall collegiate mood was most enjoyable!

Had an amazing time at the Rose Bowl. I'm a bit of a newbie to the American sport scene but had a fantastic night. The atmosphere was like no other sport event i've ever been to. The fans are great and the marching band and cheerleaders really add to it. The win was a bonus too. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Parking was horrible--quite a hike to the stadium. Money or parking was outrageous. The seats were way up there in the nosebleed section. The only thing redeeming about this experience was the college fan atmosphere.

UCLA beat a ranked team! It was AWESOME! The student section's cheer leaders (who directed the cheers) were a bit bland, but nobody's perfect. And they did something right, as #22 in the BCS went DOOOOWWWWWN!!

I had a great time at the UCLA game. The tickets were every inexpensive, especially compared to the "other school" in LA. The tickets were behind the endzones. Ideally, I'd like to sit on the side of the field, but the endzone seats were a great deal.

Ordered tickets early the first day and still end up in row 76. Thanks Ticket Master. The Rose Bowl Sound Technicians playing music over the bands is quite sad to say the least. We lost the game, but football is what I came to see. Rose Bowl entertainment isn't really part of the atmosphere for me.

I would expect a major Division I football program to have their team prepared to play football by the second game of the season. Atrocious organization, especially defense. Abominable coaching, wasting back-to-back timeouts trying to get organized. A waste of an evening.

Awful game. Venue OK. Parking on that golf course is really hard to find your car when leaving at night. However, traffic control once we finally found our car got us out of that residential Rose Bowl neignborhood and onto the freeway fast. Traffic control on exit was best part of the whole event - that tells you how much I liked the game

Great location. We saw a winning game! Seats good. Stay on West side, out of sun. Steps are steep as you get to higher rows. Parking sometimes a long walk. El Cholo stand and Oscar Meyer sausages both make a great lunch or snack. Beautiful weather on Nov. 21. We had a fun afternoon.

The game started off good with the UCLA defense making a touchdown and the defense and kicker won the game for UCLA. The offence needs some work but I think they are better than a few weeks ago.

Great game. Bruins won! I highly recommend you park at the Parsons lot in Old Town Pasadena & take the bus up to the venue. No traffic or parking problems. Afterwards, there are great restaurants in Old Town that are a 2 block walk from the parking lot.

The football program needs great improvement but the pregame activities are fun, the atmosphere is lively and the food at the Rose Bowl has improved. This particular game was exciting as UCLA won it in the last minute but it is sad to see a stadium that is not full.

Luckily, I arrived 3 hours early because it took an hour to park on the golf course and another 30 minutes to walk to the stadium. Getting out was about the same. All the local alternative roads around the stadium were closed off too. It's a beautiful setting, but not worth the traffic hassle for me to attend another event there. Going to a game against a nobody opponent with half the attendance and traffic would probably have been a much more enjoyable experience despite the reduction in competitiveness on the field.

I learned when it comes to UCLA FB, never leave the game during the 4th quarter for an easy parking exit. Excitement happens in the 4Q, that you don't want to miss (as I did). It was my first UCLA game, I know better now.

The Rosebowl is the best venue in Los Angeles to to tailgate and watch football. But 4 1/2 hours to play 60 minutes of football is no longer acceptable for me. The TV time-outs completely ruined this game.

The parking situation at the Rose Bowl is deplorable! I had to walk over a mile with my 5 years old, in the dark, to find my car. It took us longer to drive to the Rosebowl, park and walk to and from the stadium than the amount of time we were at the game. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE ROSEBOWL AGAIN!!! UClA should pick a better venue.

Turned out to be a great game. 4th quarter determined the game. In my opinion will call window and ticket sales and/or a support desk should be open till end of game. In my case and two other that had a similar issue, and a number of factors we could not make it to Pasadena till half time. Cars are not allowed to drive to Rose Bowl. You have to take shuttle. It took 30 minutes to park and the get to the Bowl. We were there before 4th Quarter started and will call had closed. Ticket Master should make arrangements for situations like this. It is the privledge of the ticket holder to get there when they want and can.

We enjoyed the game between UCLA and UNLV and the half-time show with all the cheerleaders and dance team members but I can't figure out why UCLA fans at a UCLA home game had seats in full sun? Had I known, i would have cheered for UNLV, they were in the shade the entire game. What happened to home side advantage? I think UCLA should have paid me to fill the stadium if that's what they were going for. Note to self: when attending event at Rose Bowl during the day sit on the west side of the stadium.

It was a great deal for our whole family. We had a great time at the Ralphs Tailgate. We got to eat and drink before game time and the kids had a blast with all the activities. The game was awesome and the seats were just as great. Great time for the money spent and we can't wait to do it again.

General admission is awesome because you aren't locked to a seat. You can sit in either section behind the goal posts. High or low. It is first come first serve but it's awesome!

Not experienced with many live football games, but the first few rows at the Rose Bowl are terrible. Totally not worth the $325 I paid. Can't see passed the players on the sideline. But, what made it suck more than the view were the drunks around me (UCLA grads??). After spending the first half screaming and dancing around the front rows (this I could handle), one 'fan' proceeded to pass out in the seat directly in front of me with his head slumped back in my lap. This amused others (and annoyed a few as he kept banging into my camera). Had to leave at the start of the 4th as I had had enough.

Parking in Parsons lot and shuttling in made access super easy. Got there early and enjoyed short concession lines just a short walk from our seats. Unfortunately, this game may end up costing me upwards of $200,000 though. My daughter who is now a high school junior had such a great time that now she seriously wants to attend UCLA. Can somebody direct me to the financial aid office please?

Seats were great - in the shade all day. Some rowdy Bruins fans were banging on the metal post above our head, which made a very annoying sound, but overall the experience was good. There is not much legroom when someone sits directly in front of you, depending on the size of the person of course. Ducks led 42-10 going into the 4th quarter, and beat the Bruins 42-30, final score.

I used a special alumni deal and got the Ralph's Ultimate Tailgate voucher added to my $40 ticket, which, with added fees came to $45 per ticket. I could have had buy one get one free general admission and saved more, but it worked out OK. I should have brought a seat cushion for the hard aluminum bench seat, and food so I could've avoided the extreme concession prices for crummy food, but the view was good, especially considering how awesome their video board was. I would suggest avoiding the marquee games (USC, Oregon, Stanford) to be less crowded, because even the Memphis game had 72,000 attendance. Also, if you take the shuttle from the Parsons lot leave early if you can to avoid the HUGE line after the game ends.

Waaaaay to many flags thrown by the Refs early and often. They took multiple TD's away from the Huskies on questionable calls against the Washington Offense. And suspiciously bailed out the UCLA Offense with phantom "Defensive Interference" calls against the Huskies on key 3rd downs to keep Bruin drives alive. In the end the homer Refs gave too much free momentum to the host Bruins and the Huskies simply couldn't overcome the good UCLA team - plus their home-cooked Refs.

I like the Rosebowl! We sat in the bleacher section, and I rented the seat backed cushions, they were pretty comfortable. The parking was terrible. When I ordered the tickets they said parking would cost from $10 - $25, ok But the $25 parking shouldn't be on the other side of Pasedena. Possibly the $10, not the $25. Over all it was a good experience. Go Bruins!

I am a bruin and love football so the game itself was great. However, the parking is overpriced especially for how far away we were from stadium, but smooth getting in and out. Seats are uncomforable. Asked 5 people before we were told how to get to our seats. Food is overpriced. Tickets were good price, but next level up overpriced. Security was good. Fireworks were hard to see.

Great game, especially for Bruins fans. It was wet and we didn't care. I was worried that we'd be surrounded by Cardinal/Gold in the stands, but it was a comforting sea of blue/gold instead. Section 1 seats were a steal at $94 w/fees as even end zone seats were going for $105 and up. Most in sections 2-4 were no cheaper than $150 each. We lucked out and found three together in 1-H even though the site said 'Only Single Seats Available' when I was looking. Score!

Without a doubt any event at "The Rosebowl" ROCKS!! We're not tailgaters but we enjoyed watching all the fans cheer for their team! I purchased 6 tickets online for our son's 16th birthday. Great seats, great prices and a GREAT time!

The game itself was pretty lackluster. UCLA's rather ordinary performance was only outdone by Nebraska's inability to get anything done right. Nice warm day. TONS of husker fans outside the stadium: 89% Red, 20% Blue (Where were all the UCLA fans???) At game time, still was half red. Great day, not to be spoiled by the nice UCLA Fans who greeted everyone with: "F'ing corn cobs, HA, HA, HA" "Look at all these f'ing farmers!" "Nebraska f'ing Corncobs" As a Califonian, it was a bit embarrassing...Next time, UCLA fans may want to take the trip to Lincoln to see how nice those fans are to the visitors.

One of the best, if not the best, football game I've been to. How can you not love the Rose Bowl. I like taking the shuttles from the Parson's lot in Old Town Pasadena, which is cheaper, allows me to park (and more importantly to find my car later) more easily, and I can either hang out in Old Town either before or after the game as well! Go Bruins!

Any game at the Rosebowl is worth watching! Make sure to bring sunscreen and hat and plenty of water if you're not sitting near the pressbox for shade. You'll be out in the sun for the entire game and it gets hot.

tickets were great, seats great view, rose bowl redone plenty of restrooms were over 90,000 people at game, food, restrooms, security awesome, I'm over 60 years old and so were a lot of other seniors who also loved the game and the way the youths handled themselves and helped others, sorry USC its UCLA time to shine, three years of domination, senior bear out!

Not a great game to watch but was nice to be there. I thought some UCLA fans got a little "out of hand" at times with no security around but UCLA played well and the fans had a lot to cheer about. Food was terrible. I had the Sliders with fries. Way to much$. AND THEY WERE TERRIBLE! Hot Chocolate sold in the stands...the size of the cup changed during the game! They got smaller. All food and drink prices were way to high in the Rose Bowl.

It was very easy getting to and out of the Rose Bowl. If you stayed or parked in Old Pasadena there were shuttles but you could also walk if you were up to it.
