Kip Moore

Singer/songwriter and MCA Nashville recording artist Kip Moore unleashed his major label debut Up All Night in 2012. When the casual, baseball cap-clad country crooner takes the stage for arena shows and theater concerts nowadays he belts out fan favorites like “Beer Money”, “Something ‘Bout a Truck”, and “Hey Pretty Girl”. Moore made his way to country music via blue-collar rock, listening to icons like Bruce Springsteen, Jackson Browne, and Tom Petty as he rode around rural Georgia with his father. After college and before he started headlining gigs and selling tickets, the Southern musician spent six months living it up in a beachside Hawaiian hut with just a surfboard, a guitar, and a good friend - eventually making his way to Nashville and jumping into the songwriting scene.

Great venue!! Peoria Civic Center is a great place for concerts. When I first found out it was in the Theater, I thought it would be too small. Plenty of room. We stood next to the stage and loved it. I'm sure those in the first few rows were upset to stand the whole time in order to see. But well worth it!!

Kip has traveled around with his band for the past 10 years playing for crowds of 30, 50, 150...but over 3,000 of us were ENTERTAINED Friday night. Starting out with an amazing up and coming young lady by the name of Courtney Cole who connected to the audience with her acoustic set of songs like Headlights and Shotgun. Then A Thousand Horses warmed the crowd up nicely with their rocking country sound. But the highlight of the night was Kip Moore. The crowd sang along to every song and Kip connected with the audience telling stories of how personal his songwriting is and how grateful he was to have such a great crowd to sing with.

Kip's performance was unbelievable. He is such a talented individual who performs from the very core of his soul so you feel every word he utters. A thousand horses was also great! Enjoyed that concert so much that I bought tickets to go see him again with Brantley Gilbert in the Summer time.

Kip and his band were amazing. They played Pretty Girl which I have to say was the only reason I went to the show. Kip is charasmatic and puts on a great show. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the opening bands were a lot more rock and roll with loud electric gutars than acoustic country which is what I was hoping for.

Was absolutely upset when finding out Kip Moore would be performing at the NorVa. However!!! It turned out to be one of the best concert experiences of all times. Kip was amazing as usual ... loving his love for his music and his fans. Hearing more than just the songs that are on his latest album. Gets me pumped for the release of a new cd coming later this year. Just wish he had played "Good Time Girl"

Great show by the Kipster!!! Mixed in some new songs that were pretty awesome. As usual, The Norva's sound was extremely good. Kip's stock is only gonna get bigger n bigger. Will jump at the chance to see him again! Played a slowed down version of "Everything But You" that was phenominal!!

Kip Moore was amazing and unforgettable! This is the first time I have seen him headline a show and it was everything I could have imagined and more. I was right up front against the stage, right in the action. Although,I suspect there was not a bad seat in the house with his performance. He had tons of energy the entire performance. Whenever he wasn't playing his guitar, he was running back and forth on the stage. He sang about half of his album, along with some other material --all wonderful. Kip did not disappoint. I would recommend his show to anyone!

This venue is great! Full on concert experience with an intimate feel due to the layout and size of the venue. Was able to be right up at the stage and could see Kip Moores face as clear as day! Such a fun time without the huge ticket cost usually associated with such an up close experience. Would love to see more country stars there - count me in!

This was the third time I have seen Kip Moore perform and each time he outdoes himself. He definitely knows how to please the crowd. Especially the ladies! He has the ability to make you feel like you are the only one in the room. But he can also rock hard and make you just want to dance and sing along. After seeing him for the first time last December (2012) i became a huge fan, after last night i am officially counting down the days he releases a few album! if you want to see a great country concert without all the frills, go see Kip Moore! Its just a matter of time before he starts playing the larger venues.

It was a really fun, energetic show with Kip playing the whole Up All Night CD and some new songs from the next record. Some people in the crowd got rowdy and obnoxious at times but the venue people helped remove them. Kip interacted with the crowd, shook his hips and had every girl there in love with him. I loved that he went to the merchandise booth and signed stuff afterwards.

Kip Moore was absolutely amazing on stage. He has a great stage presence, and interacts well with the audience. He and his band actually sound good live, which can't be said for many performers. He had a good mix of old and new music of his that kept the show moving fast. Overall thoroughly enjoyable to watch, not to mention his physical attractiveness. I would definitely see him perform again. The actual venue and the audience were another story. The bar area outside of the hall was not the cleanest, and not geared to its country crowd that night. I opted out of getting anything besides bottled water there. Some of the audience members were outright rude to each other and I definitely saw at least two fights break out. It's an unfortunate and inevitable symptom of GA tickets. It detracted from the experience considerably.

Kip was the most down to earth guy!! Someone offered him a beer from the audience and he took it! He took someone's iPhone and took a pic of himself and handed it back to the girl! He also dedicated songs to people in the front row and would make the girl weak bc he would song directly to her! He is awesome, hands down don't miss this show and try to get to the front of the audience for a personal experience.

This was a neat opportunity to see the full band perform acoustically. Whether Kip is standalone or full band, you're in for a musical treat. 8 Seconds is a Texas style honky tonk, which is great to see in the Midwest and a breath of fresh air. One suggestion though for 8 Seconds...when you're holding a concert in warm weather...TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONING HAHA!

Any time Kip Moore is in town we always get tickets to his show because we know we will have such a FUN time!! We will travel to see him too! He puts on a very entertaining concert and always seems like he is having a great time performing for us! His music is infectious and we sing and dance to every song! A very fan-friendly artist who interacts with the crowd! I highly recommend his show! Drake White and his band (who opened up the show) are also high energy and entertaining as well.

I would have liked it to be only Kip also, but it was an amazing show regardless. Some people were there for the other two artists so it is what it is. Kip's voice sounds just like it does on his albums and I'd go see him anytime! Great Job Kip!

This show was exactly as it was billed. Kip, Randy and Wade each telling stories and singing their songs. Their banter back and forth shows how comfortable and the respect they have for one another. Its good to see another side of Kip without the full band and his songs stripped down to just him and his guitar. I know the majority of the people at the show were there to see Kip and it would have been nice if he had a little more playing time but what he did play was amazing. Kip Moore goes above and beyond what most artists out there do. He stayed on stage after the show and while being fined for breaking curfew to sign autographs and played one last song - no mic, no amp just him and his guitar. The venue was practically silent and sang the last verse of Guitar Man with him. It was a magical experience that still gives me goosebumps when I am thinking about it!

Listened to 2 hours of a lot of talking back and forth and watching them drink on stage rather than performing. Saw guns n roses at garden recently all business. These 3 gents should refund us all for listening to them laughing and joking around. Big thumbs down. Venue was terrible 1.5 for a drink understaffed. Sadly waiting on line might have been better than watching the chatter

We were pretty bummed to come into the city from Long Island. We saw him at TOC last summer and he was amazing. We knew this set would be acoustic, but he only played 3/4 songs. The rest the two other guys ( in his band? not sure we didn't know who they were) played all night. Seemed like he may have been hungover. We were really bummed.

Best concert since Garth Brooks back in the 90's....high energy, full throttle show from start to finish, and to ice the cake, stayed after and signed autographs for everyone. I would see him again tomorrow if I could!!!
