I took my daughter and a couple friends and I was thoroughly impressed. They did not disappoint and The Pageant was an excellent choice for the show. Concerts are more intimate there and everything is well organized.

Concert was great! So much talent by these young individuals! My daughter had a great time especially at the meet & greets!

For my very first concert it was amazing it was a small venue wich I thought was very nice I was up close and could see everybody very well . The only thing was is security was not watching girls kept trying to get closer to the stage and budging through the crowd!overall Jacob was amazing !!!!

Security was slow letting us into the venue but me and 3 of my friends were standing for almost 3 hours listening/watching Hunter so called "sing" and Sanni (WHO IS AN AMAZING SINGER!) sing like 1 original song. Into Jacob's 3rd song I started having a panic attack bc I hate tight spaces and its JACOB SARTORIUS IM SEEING bc it was surreal to me and security took me and my friend backstage and we ran into Hunter and Sanni. During the show Jacob's managers took us backstage and we watched the show from there and after his manager surprised us by meeting Jacob backstage when we were GA! bottom line start the show a little quicker and THANK YOU JACOB'S MANAGMENT TEAM AND HOUSE OF BLUES CHICAGO FOR THE BACKSTAGE EXPRIENCE!!!!

As a parent I am not a fan but my daughter loved it. The female act was supremely untalented. Listening to her was horrible. The others were ok. The worst part was the Meet and Greet. The paperwork stated a parent could accompany the child through the meet and greet with a GA ticket, without having to pay extra for a M&G pass/wristband. Untrue! They stopped me at the door and made me send my 11 year old daughter into a room with a bunch of strangers. These are preteens people! Parents don't generally like their kids going off alone at something so crowded and disorganized. On top of that, I saw other parents exiting the room where the M&G was who did NOT have a wristband so there was no consistency with your door people.

Jacob did not disappoint! He involved the crowd and all his songs sounded just as great live as they do recorded.

It did take a while for everything to get started. The concert was supposed to start at 6:30, but no one came out until 7:30. There were two opening acts but they were great! Jacob was so great. Everything I excited. Completely life changing we were so LIT. I Love him.

Inner circle tickets. It was totally worth it. Got to meet Jacob and the bomb digz and sonny. We were treated really great. Sound check was super cool and first inline for meet and greet. Jacob was awesome on stage. Lots of energy and great music.

The concert was set to start at 6:30. Was a standing room only which for my 4ft 3 child made impossible to see anything. A total of 45 minutes was spent on DJ music and some dumb bear dancing on stage. 2 acts before the main performer Jacob Sartorius who was on the stage for about 45 minutes. A total of 3 hours was spent at this so called concert. Wouldn't recommend this event to anyone. Should have better planning and time management.

My daughter had a blast. The only thing I disliked was the wait for Jacob to perform. It was miserable all scrunched together for 3 hours with nowhere to sit. The doors opened at 6:30 and Jacob didn't start performing until around 9pm.

He only sang 5 songs then left. We had to sit through an hour of lip singing of Hunter Rowland.

jacob sartorius may be a big social star, but this concert gave me a headache. he cant sing for anything he seemed very rude during meet and greet. never go see jacob in concert. what a waste of time and money.

OMG!!!! I love Jacob Sartorious and was even planning on flying to see him. BUT OH MY GOSH. YESSSS! He's coming to GA! I was so excited! My friends and I were all planning on buying VIP tickets, but... I play the flute, and I love it. It is something I'm really serious about, and I am trying out for All-state Band this year. And of course. UGHHH. If I do make All-state then the concert dates are March 2-4 and it kills me! I'm so depressed that Ill have to give up this once in a life time oppurunity! AHHHHHH. However, if i do not make All-state, the first thing I will do is buy a VIP pass. I really hope they aren't sold out by then!

He is the BEST. Jacob Sartorius make his meet and greets memorable and same goes to his concerts.

Well organized only negative was being outside in the pouring rain and being given our posters which were drenched in minutes. I liked that the merch table was open prior to show. Staff was respectful and organized

My daughter had a blast! This was a birthday gift for her! She is ready to go back again!

My daughter and I enjoyed the performance by all of the artists! Jacob, Sanni, The Bomb Digz were all great and very entertaining! We hope that they will visit the PENSACOLA area sometime and Atlanta again. VIP meet and greet was awesome, my daughter really enjoyed it! We hope to do the Inner Circle next time! Thanks again!

My girls enjoyed the show, however, the way they let you in was a mess, the way you had to have specific tickets. You had to have general admission with VIP upgrade, unbelievable . Some people did not get that. The line was way to long, and Jacob did not seem sincere.

Great show, I loved all the acts. The Bomb Digz were great...had so much fun.

I took my daughter to this show -- she had been excited to see it for months...the show was published as starting at 5:30 p.m. -- we got there 10 minutes early at 5:20 p.m. She was really excited to see Hayden Summerall and we kept wondering when he was going to come on. She was really disappointed when the show ended and he'd never been on even though the publicity said he would be there. After the show, she started checking her instagram and snapchats and learned that he had come on but that he'd started just after 5 p.m., some 20-30 minutes before the published start time. She was really disappointed and I was not happy either -- these tickets weren't cheap and she wanted to see him as much as she wanted to see Jacob. I don't know who to talk with about this but it wasn't cool at all!

My 9 year old had a blast at her first concert. The Neptune theater was really neat. We paid $100 and did the meet and greet. We really thought we were going to get Jacobs autograph but apparently they were too pressed for time. They snapped 4 pictures and my daughter was out. They wouldn t even let the parents go back to take their own photos. She was very disappointed that she didn t get an autograph. Kind of bummed I paid all that extra money to be honest. She was so sad. The venue was downtown and it was hard to find parking.

I ve spent the last year and a half defending Jacob as a 26-year-old woman. Sweatshirt really captured my heart and I thought I had another Cody Simpson or Austin Mahone on our hands. But instead of getting the 2-4 years of making catchy, strong pop hits, I barely got a year and he s already trying to turn into Drake?? I had high hopes for the show even though I hadn t been feeling his music as much anymore, but the show let me down even harder. He posts these videos on his Instagram story of him jumping around on stage with bumpin music in the background, but what you ll find out is that he does that ONLY for the post. Those 20 seconds of amped up party time is the ONLY time you will feel a sense of energy for the rest of the show. Sweatshirt, which became an uncomfortable acoustic singalong, wasn t even sung by Jacob!! I know he s probably sick of it, but that song is why a lot of people even know about you, my dude. Miley is sick of Party in the USA and Beyoncé is sick of a Crazy in Love after 15 years, but they still perform those songs because they know they are important to the catalog and to making a well-rounded show!! So at least sing one of choruses!! On top of that he didn t even play Bingo!! Another bop, totally thrown away. This setlist really needs a makeover and someone needs to let Jacob know that some fans could only afford/wanted the regular show tickets. I shouldn t have to get the VIP package for pictures and lunch to feel like I had a worthwhile experience.

The Jacob Sartorious concert was absolutely incredible. The opening acts were amazing and then Jacobs set was perfect. I hope Jacob comes back to Seattle soon.

I purchased the VIP package for my daughter and her friend to meet the boys. I am so disappointed with our overall experience! The VIP meet and greet was supposed to begin at 2 pm. We got in line around 1:20. It was absolutely freezing. I understand that weather cannot be predicted, however, when they don't allow people in until 2:30, that is absolutely ridiculous! After getting in, we were also roped into paying an additional $2. per minor to be allowed in the venue. After waiting in line again for Meet and greet, my daughter was not allowed to bring her poster in for pictures and the boys weren't allowed to sign anything(for $100, I would think an autograph should be allowed). We were told the merchandise would open by 3:30....well...at 4:30 it finally opened. The boys did a nice job with the concert, but after all the frustration, it was hard to enjoy. Very unorganized!!!

These three boys who came here put on a great show for little girls. They were good singers and had the crowd going. A lot of fun I just wish they would let the parents sit in the seats there was only the standing room open which made it uncomfortable.

The first two singers were lip singing to their recorded song. Jacob was not bad with his band. My daughter really likes all three.

Hi, I took my 12 year old daughter,her friend and my 5 year old son! They had the VIP upgrade. Jacob,Zach and Hayden were all so very nice to my son. Jacob called him Savage bc he got him a dinosaur stuffed animal and that s all my sons been talking about since that moment! He says he s Jacobs best friend! So Jacob THANK YOU for making my sons very first concert the best memory ever!

I took my daughter to this concert and also purchased VIP for the meet & greet. She was very disappointed in her interaction with Jacob during the photo session. The other "artists" were much more inviting and friendly. He did not say a word to her and did not even look at her. She said, "wow, I thought he was nice but he's not." I am sure this did not happen to every single girl but she got unlucky in this respect. On the surface, the concert was fun for young girls and his fans. We were front row but off to the side. He interacted with the audience a handful of times but tends to look past those by the stage. I would recommend he give his fans a little more engagement. He seemed more into getting the best shots for the video guy on stage following him around like a shadow [half the time] as well as the other camera off-stage.

In a few words, the Inner Circle ($300+) is not worth it No pictures are allowed during the lunch or the sound check. While the kids were asking important questions, the answers were not serious, laughing, not paying any attention to the kids. This was the dream of their life. Jacob seamed extremely tired from the exhaustive schedule. No sound check pictures was a joke. No pictures. No memories. Not worth it

for my grand daughters 12th birthday she loved it!

My daughter has been a fan of Jacob since day one and the first time we met him he actually posed with her and even though it was rushed she was still happy about meeting him. She got to meet him again this week in Atlanta and it just didn t seem like he even cared about his fans. He barely spoke and just smiled for the picture. These kids get so excited and then you treat them like that. Just sad. Fake it if you have to but don t forget that it s your fans that keep you in this business and the parents/adults that pay for them to come see you. Oh and how can I leave out the pushing in the crowd. My daughter was hurt because people just push and they aren t even told anything. The security guy didn t even care. -Annoyed Mom

Jacob is so talented and amazing. This was the best concert ever!

The show was very much age-appropriate and enjoyed by our 11 year old girls. The most frustrating part was the parents! Several were on the floor blocking the view from the younger kids.

Very good. The teenagers loved it and the preformers did a grwat show for the ages tgey attract.

I would recommend these artist. They were great. Can t wait to go to another show

I took my 11 year old to see Jacob on Aug 16 at the Old National Centre in Indianapolis. We purchased the meet and greet packaged and waited a few hours outside before the show. Jacob and his friends, the bomb digz came out and played football while there were girls in line and they ate it up! During the meet and greet my daughter was able to give Jacob an Indy hat that she had as well and took multiple pictures! I believe it was worth it! We also got front row where she was able to interact with those on stage. The crowd was of course, full of little girls who where anxious and tired so it was very chaotic and rough at times, but that is a general admission concert. After the concert we waited again to see if Jacob would show his face and he did! He interacted with the crowd and even snapchatted a picture of my daughter on his story! She was on cloud nine for the rest of the week! Thanks to Jacob and his team we had a wonderful experience !

Took my 14 year old daughter because she is a big fan and the show was really good!

Jacob was phenomenal, great show so glad I had the opportunity to do the meet and greet. Truly a day that I will never forget

Really fun. Good show. Very entertaining. I would recommend having it at the House if Blues in Cleveland next time. They offer seated tickets that parents could take advantage of. It's also more central. I talked to people from Pittsburgh, Michigan and Toledo that traveled to get there. It was the best night of my daughter's life. Getting to meet Jacob and the Bomb Diggs was really fun for her.

My daughter had the best time. She keeps talking about going to see him again!
