Al Amin Temple Shrine Circus

My 8 year olds and 2 year old loved it. It was a little long though for my husband. He was over it at intermission.

As an adult seeing the circus for the first time with a child singing the circus for the first time my expectation was to just enjoy the child's exuberance. Instead I was just as enthralled and delighted. The acts were truly entertaining suspenseful frightening <at times sunny at other times and overall well worth seeing. My only complaint was that it was not made clear the children would need a ticket to ride the elephant during intermission. So the little boy I was with waited in line to see the elephant and was denied that opportunity because he lacked a ticket. So I thought that should have been made clear throughout the event. But we also had a marvelous time and I would recommend it to anyone who was thinking of something to do to make a lasting memory. My only other complaint was that they did not allow us to take photos with our cell phones. We had taken a few without realizing this and got called out by the picture police! Aka security. Will you work complying with all the rules as far as we knew taking in only our drivers license instead of a bag . That kind of put a damper on our fun. I don't see what it hurts to take a picture just to share on Facebook with her friends. Its just free advertising for them.

My 2 year old loved it! My hubby is hard to impress but I loved the elephants, dogs, motorcycles and human cannonball the most. I took off a star BC we had great front row seats but were constantly annoyed at sales people walking back and forth in front of us the entire show. And we got there what should have been 30 minutes into preshow and the entire crowd was being forced to stand out in the light rain until 15 minutes before showtime. The rides were $15 for ponies or camels or $20 for elephants but my hubby refused to spend $40 more so we could ride elephants for 2 minutes.

Every year we attend this event and every year we enjoy ourselves!

My son is 4 and I have taken him to the Shrine circus for the past 3 years. Ever year that we go everyone has a BLAST! The acts are awesome and entertaining. This year he even got his face painted, held a snake, and rode the elephant. We will be going again next year when they come as well! Fun time for the family.

My family and I loved this event. Would definitely go back. I have a 9 and 3 year old and it was very suitable for them as well as adults.

Very theatrical. more singing and dancing than I remember the last time I attended a circus 10 or so years ago. Elephants looked sad and broke my heart.

Fantastic Family Fun! The Show was fantastic and the people in the crowd were kind and considerate. The venue employees were friendly!

My two year old was mesmerized the entire show! It was expensive but I think we got our money's worth. The show was 2 1/2 hours long which included a 30 minute intermission where you could take photos, ride the animals, etc all for a fee. My son loved riding the miniature horse and getting his face painted. Although everything was overpriced, including the popcorn which was more expensive than movie theater popcorn, it was well worth it seeing my son so happy!

Too boring for a circus. Too much attention to the pay-for animal rides and face painting.

We all had a great time. Definitely will be going next time they are in town.

I took my daughter to the event and the only think she like was riding on the pony's... After 30 minutes she want it to go home, it looks like this event is more for people over the 15 years old... My daughter is 4 year old... Thanks any ways...

Last years acts were a little better, but this year was still a lot of fun :)

Really great show. Family had a great time. Look forward to next year's return.

Great show! Super long lines for the animal rides but worth it :)

This show was fun and reasonably priced, especially with a BOGO ticket that was offered online (or through out town on a flyer and/or the kids brought home the same coupons from school). We bought 6 general admission seats and got there early (right when doors opened), so we got first row seats without paying first row price! I will say that I did see some different things that I didn't see in the major circus's and this particular show wasn't quite as polished as the higher end circus's- the dancers didn't have tons of energy but that is stuff adults might notice and not the kids. When you first walk in the preshow consists of 3 rings (pony rides, camel rides and elephant rides). I don't know how much each ticket cost, because you had to walk to the opposite corner to buy tickets for each of those things. There were a lot of pissed people on those rides. People were standing in lines for awhile waiting to ride and the line would stop so that the show could start and those people had to come back either at intermission of after the show to ride the animals. AND that means they lost their place in line 3 separate times. I personally, wouldn't advise the wait or frustration, but the kids did look cute riding the animals. Of course food items are expensive there, but what isn't at these types of places? $15 for light up swords and wands, $5 cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones. In all, get the coupons to get a good deal of pricing and skip all the other stuff.

The show was perfect for kids. The rides were great. Amazing performances. Definitely recommend to a friend.

First time at the Circus and we loved it!!! We can't wait for the Circus to come back to town again!!!!

Great show! Very entertaining for our 2 and 5 year old boys!

We had so much fun and my son loved it!! It was so entertaining and I loved how the kids could ride the animals and meet the clowns!!

Since it was a Shrine circus it was OK. The kids really enjoyed the animals and being able to ride the elephants, camels, and ponies. For the adults most of the acts were amateurish and I though the circus would never end. Also the half time break was very long and just seemed to be for the circus to generate more revenue. But, we would take the grandchildren again.

It was my husband's 28th birthday and after 10 years of marriage and one year old twins- it's hard to A. Surprise him and B. Have a date night Nailed it! It brought out the kid in him and I. I did see loads of children under age 2 but they didn't stay long. Because it was loud and with intermission- it ran over so I don't recommend for children under 2. I'd go again! And glad we didn't bring our little ones. *Bring lots of cash! Snacks and food for two people was $30! Then to ride animals its CASH ONLY. and buy ur tickets during intermission because you won't be able to after the show.

Awesome show great for Adults and Kids and a great price so worth it

A circus is to have clown acts . Lots of animals . The tigers were great!!! I DID NOT LIKE ALL THE DANCERS the do not belong at a Children's event !!!! The girl"s with flashlight were cheesy as well !!!

Worth while. Take your family for a fun night out. U r gonna spend most of your money on the animal rides

All of the kids in the audience seemed to really get into the show. I thought it was a pretty cool show. I would go again.

For $30 per person, it was worth it. It's not Ringling Brothers but for a small circus, it was entertaining enough for the kids.

It was great. My son and I had a good time. I can't wait to see them again.
