We were blown away. On time, perfectly orchestrated, jam packed excitement, incredible guests! The intensity was there from Kayla Bliss right on thru to the end of Buju's last set. Every star was amazing. It felt like a once in a lifetime gathering. Queen Ifrica was a revelation - fierce!! Only one minor let down - the dj rambled into sexist kind of talk, which a number of us women along the line in the front row talked about and were unhappy with. We knew he had a hard job handling the breaks, set changes etc. but he could have gone in a different direction with his creativity. We were mesmerized by the whole concert, and will be thinking and bragging about being there for a long time to come!

The concert was AMAZING!!!!! I dance the entire time, the entire arena was on their feet when Buju came on stage. Bujus performance was electrifying. Man this man was born to perform, born to uplift the people. His outfits were amazing. He changed when he called on Shabba to perform. He is a veteran and I will not miss this event next year. This event was totally worth my trip from California. Oh ya and I love my seat. I loved Bujus entire performance. I loved when he did a stoop & whine his body & another time when he was singing and went down again, he was intune with the audience, very intense, he was more than 110% in belief in what he was singing.Buju sings from the soul.

Considering that the Caribbean community is a major contributor to the diversity of culture that exists in NYC, I was very happy to see MSG filled with people who love Jamaican music. The audience interacted with the artists in a personal way and visa versa. It was a wonderful event that I wish more people could afford to experience. I was particularly inspired by the vocal range and positive vibes of the Queen, totally entertained by Tony Rebel's stagecraft, uplifted by the energy of "old boy" Burning Spear, mesmerized by the professionalism of the high stepping Buju, and very happy to see the evolution of Shaba as a seasoned performer, ranking him as one of the best ever from Jamaica. This was a great show, and I give some "big ups" to David Levy. However next time he should cut out the sexual jokes. We had a few kids in the audience. Next time David, play some CD's between band change. Kibba yu mouth.

Buju has the ability to make you literally feel his music. He is the greatest! I really only went to see him and Shabba Ranks, but Queen Ifrica and Tony Rebel were extremely entertaining too. The show was better than last year's because it kept going rather than having breaks after every performance.

This was my first time going to a Buju concert. I really expected more. Very disappointed. Rather spend that kind of money to see Machel Montano instead.

It was so nice. The crowd and the performers were Oh so Great!!! Just wish Shabba would have continued his performance,He has to realize that even if he's is one of the Best, he''s been out of the game for a minute. Shabba that was very childish of you and your performance should have continued. Next time keep it professional and give the people what they came and wanted to see. Buju Thank You for a Great! performance this Year you really gave us our money worth ,Thats the BUJU I know and Love

all the proformances were great, but i felt that it was rushed. tony rebels set was too short, as was everyone elses, buju put on a great show as usuall but i felt a bit jiped because buju wasn't on stage long enough. So in short all the acts put on great proformances, but none of them proformed long enough. Not at a $99.50 ticket price

The show was just excellent. Shabba tore up the place. He is a master. Buju is such an excellent performer with great command of the entire stage; he had the crowd entertained from the beginning to the end of the show. The show was worth every penny I paid. Thank you Buju, keep up the good work. It was my first time seeing you in concert. appled

I thought the show was amazing, well organized; on time. I enjoyed the way the different artists performance overlapped each other. There were no signs of competion between any artists (clash). Buju was in rear form, he has really matured.

Had a great time , love Buju Banton. Been to every U.S. show since 1996. Big fan of his music. Enjoyed Shabba Ranks come back loved him as a young girl. Tony Rebel was fabulous. Wish Beres Hammond would have been there, saw him at BAM was also a great show. It was a great night and a well behaved crowd. Hopefully large venues will continue to have Caribean shows more often. Kudos to WAMU Theater.

On a hole The show was good. Buju Banton was the best of all. I think he should spend more time on stage rather than the other local artists did. I know that everybody need a chance but since the show featured Buju he ssould give more. I'm happy I went and this has been my second time. I'll make it an annual event.

The show sell off................. Queen Ifrica, Tony Rebel, Burning Spear, New Kidz, Morgan Heritage, Shabba and Buju (need I say more). The show was extravagant and then some. Madison Square Garden had to turn on all the lights to get Buju to end the show. Had a wonderful time, looking forward to next year.

Buju never disappoints! This show was amazing. There was a great line up of artists leading up to Buju and they were all great! Non stop music to get you up and dancing! Burning Spear was dancing like a 21 year old! Buju came on to sing for a bit and then he gave the floor to Shabba Ranks and Morgan Heritage only to return to close out the show. He sang songs from all his albums, including Optimistic soul from "Rasta got soull" Can't wait for his next show!!

The concert was good...wished the performers performed the whole song or even sang more instead of trying to make the audience sing more...i thought shabba would have his own set not just brought in the middle of when buju was singing. it seem disorganized...could not hear the back up music...but I love Buju and reggae concerts are what they are.

Gosh! Buju looked so stunning in his out fits - very pleasing on the eyes and as always he gave a stella performance. the only problem is I would have loved to see more of him, shabba, tony rebel, burning spear, Queen Ifrica and less of the novices, they were not necessary we had enough pro. The concert initially included two of my favorit artist but they wer removed a week before the show. So at least Buju Banton would be there and Tanya Stephens. The venue was set up well lots of room but the Tanya Stephens show was weak she didn't seem ready for a show she was dressed like she was practicing with sneakers on. The vendors were great as well. THe show started at 4pm and Buju finally came on at 9PM so that was a long wait. I don'e thing I will another summer reggae fest at cross roads. x

Saw this show on Friday. Buju was his usually - great. He always puts on a great show. really got the audience moving. Good vibes. Enjoyed seeing Shabba Ranks - he was the man back in the day. Love to watch him dance. Wished he sang more of his older songs like Wicked in Bed & XRated but I don't think he is into the slack lyrics anymore - he still sounds great. Thumbs up to Tony Rebel and Burning Spear Had a fantastic time - money well spent

The show started off great, until Burning Spear entered the stage. The crowd had no respect for the roots legend. After experiencing many magical Spear shows, I could not believe my eyes when the crowd failed to acknowlege him or his music. The prom dressed crowd must only listen to dancehall music. Obviously, the fan base at this show was not the same fan base that patronizes the music scene.

This event was a great experience. The value of "old school" played off throughout the show and was an inspiration to the audience who all responded by singing along. Nice to see Shabba Ranks ... Center stage is a great location and Buju Banton gave one of the best shows of this century. I have taken in a Buju Show before and he gets better every time. I would advise anyone to see Buju any chance they get and I would return to the center stage for any other show, just for them being the brave venue that gave the people Buju Banton. Buju has a show the world needs to see, and center stage was the perfect place to bring it to Atlanta. Buju return soon. Eddie Kane

The show started much later than I expected but the DJ was great so it made it better. We had to be understanding because the show was moved from Richmond at the VERY LAST minute and the venue had already had a show that evening so they were trying to handle multiple shows in one night. But once the sound people got it together and the band came on stage, the energy picked up pretty quickly. The two soloist/backup singers were pretty good but I particularly like Nikki. She had more of a soulful voice and vibed more with Buju's crowd whereas Angel seem more mainstream. Nubian was okay. I hadn't heard of him before but some of the people around me said he was whack. Gramps Morgan was good. He has a great voice but he had a hard time trying to get the crowd involved but I think it was mainly because it was so late and everyone was waiting on Buju at that point. But once Buju stepped on stage it increased the energy 100 fold!!! He is a such an awesome performer and although the crowd did do a lot of singing, he made it worth it!!! Long wait but good show!!!

Buju's sold out concert on the 25th of september at the Norva in Norfolk, VA was worth every penny. Regardless of all the bad publicity, the artist did an amazing job entertaining and keeping the crowd hype. All his songs were of positive nature and we all had an amazing time. Comeback soon Buju you will sell it out again my brother, much love.

His band, the back up singers, everyone there just brought the most energy to the stage! I'm glad there were no protestors there to ruin my evening...Buju Banton is one of the best live performers out in the reggae community! BIG UP RUDEBWOY!

Buju was great, it was the first time we've seen him in 10 years but he did a lot of standing there and letting the crowd sing. I paid to hear him NOT the crowd. The workers at the Norva did nothing to enforce the rules of the venue. I go to the Nora a lot and every other show I have been to the workers did their jobs and made people follow their rules, at last night's show the crowd did whatever they please and no one said anything to them.

Buju was incredible and the sound system was phenomenal. However, it was disorganized and Beenie Man was the last show and only on the stage for a short while and was told that he couldn't sing anymore because the show was over. This was a huge disappointment. Also the stadium closed so fast that all of the food vendors were gone before the show was over; another disappointment.
