Dom Kennedy

I was surprised by how many Dom Kennedy fans are in Atlanta. The concert was sold out and the Masquerade was packed. Dom Kennedy, Casey Veggies, Jay 305 and everyone else who came out was amazing. And the special guest that Dom Kennedy and Casey Veggies brought out were amazing also. You won't be disappointed.

Concert was dope, dude puts on a good show. Ran thru a lot of songs, the whole vunue was live.

The concert was amazing. It was so energetic and it took a while for Dom to come out but it was all worth it cause he brought out Big KRIT and Two-9 performed. I even got front row I was not expecting that but that's what made the concert even better.

Amazing performer, great concert. Opening acts were good, it was worth the wait.

This review is to say how horrible the club handles the venue. Waited for a long time to be the first people there just for the to open the door so everyone could just run to the front of the line. When there was a fight the crowd broke it up no security. Which is annoying when you keep getting pushed.

As a Los Angeles native, underground hip hop head, and fan of "medicinal" herbage, I was high and impartial to a Dom Kennedy performance in Atlanta, Ga. Dom's energy was higher than expected, injecting vigor into even his most laid back cuts. Did I expect to see Casey Veggies (or any one of his CA cohorts) surprise the crowd and perform a track from the recently released OPM project? Yes. Did it happen? No. Before Dom appeared, the lanky string bean, Nipsey Hussle, vamped up and down the stage, prepping the crowd for an evening of underrated west coast hits. Dom is not lyrical, an amazing performer, or overly charismatic but he represents the aesthetic, culture, and sentiments of the Los Angeles generation I experienced.

Had fun, the crowd was cool nothing to crazy and the venue wasn't to hot.

Dom and Nipsey killed it, crowd was hype! Also met Nipsey Hussle walking they parking lot, hammer.

Started early (8:30), ended early (9:30). OPM got my money...

I love Dom Kennedy's music and I feel he is so fresh and different. He has a west coast vibe and seems to be in the game because he loves it, and he is something so refreshing to what is considered rap out here these days. However, I did not appreciate waiting for over 2 hours for him to come out and perform. Especially when there was not an opening act. Just standing around listening to what appeared to be someone's playlist. That was a long wait, and no matter how many drinks you've had or whatever else one does at concerts, it still didn't mask the fact that this artist took too long to come out. Especially if you are not going to have an opening act. His performance was ok. His voice seemed little hoarse. But he did his thing despite all that.

Dom Kennedy went soo hard this night! I was in love all over again with him!!

dope show, met a lot of cool ppl, dom brought out yg, nipsey, & veggies just to name my favorites. after the show i went out on to hollywood blvd, and man oh man, what a night life out there. you have to experience it for your self

it was a great concert but i wish the main person Dom Kennedy would've performed longer than just an hour an half. Great songs, good crowd it was a great time overall.

The show was amazing, if you're a true fan you will definitely enjoy it. Dom's set had a lot of variety from his album and mixtapes but he did include a little more new stuff than old. The crowd was really hype and if you love Dom's music you'll love seeing him perform live. The music box venue was gorgeous and it's an experience I will never forget, speaking as a fan since 25th hour.

The concert was great. The venue could hve been a lot better . It was very packed and sold out . Dom took three hours to come out only to perform one hour that sucks . He's not Kanye or Beyoncé why did it take so long? No surprise guest. He did a couple freestyles and even rap his goo songs on the yellow album! My favorite part. Everyone was super hype in Atlanta. We run this . Duh. He's wearing the same outfit to every performance , that laker shirt and shorts . I wanted him to sing a few west side with love 2 songs but he didn't . Overall it's a good concert and I'm visiting cali soon and I would like to go to that concert too!

The Filmore was a great location, wide open spaces and multi-levels. All 3 sets were good. Glad to see a lot of the OPM team at the Concert. Dom performed WAYYY more tracks then I thought he would, which made the concert SUPER LIVE! Good vibes, Good atmosphere all night! I HAD A BLAST!!

BEST SINGLE PERSON CONCERT BY FAR! SAME LEVEL AS DRAKE'S CLUB PARADISE

Dom Kennedy did his thing at Fine Line cafe, in Minneapolis Minnesota last Saturday. The atmosphere was nice and lowkey! The drinks was strong and the music was loud and clear! Only issue I had was that I overpaid for my ticket ..cause it was 15 at the door and ample amount of room!! But overall the Concert was awesome and the experience was priceless!!

Overall it was an alright show. I just wish the sound system would have been better. It was hard to hear what they were saying and thier music in the background. I already knew the song so when I herd a part that I recognized, that's when I would figure out what song they were performing. Other than that the young man that was our waiter was awesome and so was security. My boyfriend accidentally met Cassey so alls well that ends well :)

Second time seeing him. Gets better and better. First time Casey veggies live. He definitely did his thing.

Dom Kennedy NEVER disappoints HOWEVER the show took FOREVER to start. Also the local acts were a little inexperienced. I know what you're thinking...they're local acts so they're supposed to be inexperienced. No, what I mean is they were performing and they weren't getting the reaction they hoped to get from the crowd and said, "That's what's wrong with this city, you don't support local acts," and walked off stage. That left an awkward silence. Also, between every act there was country music playing. I don't understand...we're at a Dom Kennedy concert, you'd think they would at least have music playing from the same genre...?? Again, I'll reiterate, Dom Kennedy himself did not disappoint so if you're there strictly for him, you'll enjoy this show.

The Dom Kennedy and OPM concert was one for the books! Starting off with Warm Brew they got the crowd energized and set the level for the rest of the night. After J 305 and HBK gang put on a a very good performance. They also brought out Cassie Veggies as a special appearance witch made the night even better. Then Dom Kennedy came out and put on one of the best performances ever and made the whole place go up.

This was my first time seeing Dom live in concert, he did not disappoint. The show was one to remember, he sounded great. He did one hell of a set, from his early albums to the new ish! I would pay to see him again, and especially with Nipp Hustle!

He does his thing and his shows are superb! If you'ere a fan of him then you got to so see him, trust me you won't regret it!

AMAZING!! First Time Seeing Dom Kennedy and Skeme Live!

Other than the fact that he didn't come out until 11:00 this concert was perfect.

Dom put on an amazing show. He played most everything from the Get Home Safely album and some tracks from the Yellow album. I would highly recommend seeing him. It was a high energy show and he played for approx 1 hr 20-30 min.

Great Show overall. The only thing I would say is do not expect 1997. You will be upset. Otherwise, awesome show.

Best show I've seen in years! Dom, Skeme, Ty, & Veggies were all well worth it.

I am an old fan of Dom, but he played mostly his new album, so I was kind of disappointed. He also did not play for a while, but he is a good performer. Just wanted more of the old music.

Not a large crowd at all but Dom and Fatrell put on a great performance.

Dom Kennedy did an AMAZING job! Very small crowd, probably due to ticket price and the fact that he was just in DC 4 months ago... Fat Trel (one of his openers) did amazing as well, I'm new to his music... the other openers did not fit at all!!! Cramton Auditorium is too large a venue for such an upcoming artist though.

Great show! Dom Kennedy always delivers for his fans.

Show itself was dope!! But this is the first time I am not allowed to be in the pit when buying GA tickets! I was under the impression that my tickets where for that area. Nonetheless, Dom put on an amazing show, so no matter where you stood, you had a good time. Casey veggies performed w him.!

First if all Dom is the best performer. You can tell he enjoys performing. He loves his fans! Not only is his music cool... his demeanor is by far shown on stage. He is a true artist a true performer. I had thee best time watching him perform Friday night at Nokia. So happy and thankful he performed not just songs from his yellow album but 1997 & On The Way Home not to mention bringing out artists from the Young Nation Album! Truly impressed with Dom; not one disappointment ...except that I wasn't the girl chosen to go up on stage bc I actually know the lyrics to The Ways! Not "ways" . All everyone needs to know is DOM KENNEDY is a genuine artist and performer! HAD AN AMAZING TIME! I WOULD LITERALLY FOLLOW HIM ON TOUR IF I COULD! IM EVEN CONSIDERING GOING TO SAN DIEGO JUST TO SEE HIM PERFORM AGAIN; that GREAT. Amazing, good, great, unforgettable, genuine, hype, top of the line PERFORMANCE.

The event was beyond amazing! Dom Kennedy knows how to make his fans happy. I lost my voice from all the screaming of excitement I did. This is my 3rd show I've attended and I don't get tired of them.

Dom show was just THAT show to be at! Sucks if you missed out.
