Donell Jones

This was the first time that my sister and I have seen Donell Jones in concert (as well as going to anything at this venue) and since one of his songs, Knocks Me Off My Feet, is one of my favorite songs, I couldn't miss this show since the venue was not far from my home. It was said that this show had sold out, so I'm glad we had tickets at Will Call! When we went inside, the DJ said that Donell had not been here in Vegas since 1999, and I was blown away by that, so I was very glad that I decided to attend this show. The show started after Midnight, and it was said that it would start at midnight, and since he came out a few minutes after Midnight, I felt that it started on time, compared to all the other Midnight shows that I've been to that have always started an hour after midnight. Donell rocked it hard and went through all of his hits, as the audience sung along. He took us back to the mid-1990's when he had a lot of his hits, and there were some songs that he sung that I forgot about. But I have to also throw in the fact that this man has the nicest style! Check out the pics! I love it! Definitely one of the best dressed in the business, I think. But back to the show, LOL, I just went nuts when he sung Knocks Me Off My Feet...but he didn't sing the whole song, that's the only thing that I didn't like. Also, he surprised me as well as a lot of others with In The Hood because I completely forgot about that song so it was nice to hear it after all this time. But overall, it was a great show, and I really hope he doesn't take that long to come back here because I will definitely go see him again.

I attended the concert with Kelly Price, Jagged Edge and Donell Jones. All were good but Donell was the highlight for me. He's one of my favorite artists ever. He looked good, sounded great and performed all my fav songs. I'd def pay to see him again.

I was a little bit disappointed. First, he doesn't have a live band?! I can forgive that if the performance is splendid. So overall it was good, but it could've been better. It felt like a short time on stage. I was expecting to be blown away, and I wasn't. That's depressing because he's one of my favorite artists. The openers were great.

Jon B was fantastic and took me waaaaay back to the 90's of real R&B. For Donell Jones to be the headliner disappointing that he only had a DJ vs. a live band... Hard to follow after John B's performance and live band.

I have to give much praise to JON B. he really out performed the head liner Donell Jones, love the live music, Rocky Rodriguez and band did a good job. Donell Jones did a ok job let alone singing with his C D'S he only stayed on stage for a good half an hour, but needless to say the time spent on stage was ok just think the people did not get their monies worth.

Jon B was great but what happened to Avant ? Donell Jones could have did more songs.

CASE BLEW IT UP!!!!! WISH HE WOULD HAVE PERFORMED MUCH LONGER.!!!!!

THE CONCERT ITSELF WAS GOOD, BUT DONNELL'S PERFORMANCE WAS A LITTLE BIT SLOPPY BECAUSE HE WAS INIBRIATED..... FURTHERMORE, CASE'S PERFORMANCE WAS MORE EXCITING AND UPLIFTING, UNLIKE DONNELL......THE ACT FROM DETROIT WITH THE LADY SINGER AND THE LIVE BAND WAS GREAT!!!!!! BUT THE OVERALL VENUE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER ORGANIZED, MORE ACCOMMODATING FOR THE V.I.P.s AND SOMEWHERE WITH MORE SPACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Case was amazing!!! He connected with the audience and had us begging for more. However Donnell Jones did not live up to his reputation. He was completely detached from his audience, frequently lost control of his voice, and as the headliner only sang 5 songs. Truly a disappointing performance. The two opening acts were also sensational and them with Case made it a worthwhile experience.

Had fun. Opening acts, Host, DJ, & Donell & Case were all great!

I enjoyed the venue and thought the atmosphere was really good, I wish Donell would have sang some more of his older songs. Case was good, but why didn't these fellas dress up for us? We dressed up for them....would see them again though!

The concert was extremely affordable the venue is huge and the performances were amazing. The DJs played all the hit songs in between sets. There was more than one bar for drinks and hot food available for sale. There was even an after party in the same venue for an additional fee. The restroom was clean and well maintained.The entrance could have been more organized though. People were skipping the line and it took a little longer than I thought to figure out which line to stand on because staff wasn't outside directing the lines efficiently, they were in the venue lobby.

The show was amazing!!!!!! All the artists were Great, but I especially enjoyed AVANT & SWV!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would definitely see them again!!!

The show was great. John B. was a great opener. I've been listening to him since he first came out and it was a great surprise to see him perform. Lil' Mo was my favorite artist and it was great to see her. I'm waiting for a new album. Avant had a live band and he was great. My wife loved when he came out. SWV is still doing their thing. They bought down the house. Even Lil' Mo was in the back singing and dancing. Donnell Jones tore down the house. It was a great mix of artist. Although Donnell Jones didn't have a live band his set was still great. Over all I liked Avant's set the best because he had a live band. COncerts are so much better with a live band.

EVERYONE WAS EXCELLENT, BUT JON B COULD OF BEEN BETTER AND SUNG MORE FAMILIAR SONGS. LIL MO IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SINGERS SHE OPENED UP THE SHOW SHE WAS AMAZING> JON B WAS SECOND HE WAS ALRIGHT, SWV WAS HOT JUST LIKE BACK IN THE DAYS!!! AVANT WAS AWESOME & GOT HIS SEXY ON! DONNELL JONES WAS GREAT AND SOUNDS DAM GOOD!!!

i have no complaints....this show was an success. In between the performances the Dj had the audience up and dancing in the aisles. my feet hurt because i never had a chance to sit in my seat

Event was great felt like I was at a party. I will be back again. Great show.
