Life In Color

It was such a amazing night that I will truly Never forget...the music...the people...The Bass!!! Yessss oh that bass is something special.

Second time at life in color and had a blast! Always more hype than a normal show because of the paint!! The producers do an awesome job at putting this together and even the security guards at the venue were super awesome and involved with the crowd. We had the rail and got SOAKED in paint! Also met some really cool people who I'll never forget. 10/10 great time

My first rave was amazing so much fun didn't know what to expect but had a great time music was nonstop on on point! Nothing but good vibes the crowd was good, people just there to have a great time and make the best of the experience, nice mix of age groups. Definitely worth going!! The staff did great looking out for those that needed assistance wven others in the crowd watching out and helping others.

This dayglow was unforgetable. Great music, and awesome people.

Concept of Paint Party was really a great addition to the amazing music. Arena being indoor was really nice as it helped people take off their clothes :P :)

The show was pretty fun, but some things weren't that great. No re-admission was a total and complete blow. Paying $60 for a show, I felt like I should have been able to be let back in. Only other thing that was not superb, was that the paint was extremely irritating. Burned eyes and skin, same happened to my friends.

Amazing! Be prepared to dance all night and get messy! Only downfall was the obviously underage kids who were literally passed out drunk in line BEFORE the event started. Pathetic. I felt sorry for their friends, who's nights were ruined trying to take care of them. And they did a countdown to the first paint blast, but when the countdown was up, they showed a video for a couple minutes first, which killed the energy in the room. Other than that, it was awesome!

This was the most amazing night of my life. The music was great, the performance was awesome and everyone got soaked with paint!!!

Dayglow/Life In Color was AMAZING! Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. The VIP tix weren't realy worth it but I did enjoy the "swag" bag and free bottle of paint! The music and show were so energizing and great in general! Everybody is having a good time. BRING SUNGLASSES. I had some but took them off for a moment and got shot directly in the eye with paint. Burned like hell! Didn't last too long though. Would definitely go again.

I went to the Life in Color (formerly dayglow) show in Hartford on December 8th, and I had a great time. There was not much I did not enjoy and can confidently say that if it comes back around I will be going again. Anyone who is thinking about it or can't decide, GO!!! you'll have a great time and won't regret it.

Many many many good tracks,Fedde mixed it up with throw-backs that really brought everyone together! Was definitely feelin' the vibe! Soooo much love in that XL! I plan to be back in the spring!

Listen. Dayglow will blow your mind, yes it was expensive, but ask me to blow 80 bucks on it again and i will without any sort of hesitation

Nothing bad I can say. 2 things. I understand there needs to be cops but they need to tone it down. We asked them one question and they gave us the biggest attitude and did not help and started interrogating us. its a rave hello everyone knows what goes on.The xl employees were amazing as always. Also I kno this will never change but the 18 year olds need to go. They are annoying and ruin it for us adults. They cant handle it. Anyway love you day glow!

I was a little skeptical going to Life in Color but once I was there I had the time of my life. It was worth every penny! If you are on the fence about going just do it, you will have a blast!

The music and atmosphere was amazing. The event staff, while some will always be to serious, were awesome and fun. I met a lot of great people and had an awesome time. The XL Center is the perfect venue with numerous night spots and hotels within a few blocks.

It a very fun event to attent too I would recommend for those true ravers some djs weren't that amazing but at the end it got really good it was really fun!

Dayglow was so much fun! I have never been to anything like this before but I will DEF go again! Tickets were a bit pricey but other than that it was so much fun! You get blasted with paint and the music is great! Everyone gets along and just dances! There are no drinking fountains in the builiding which is rediculous because after dancing and a million people there you get thirsty. They do have drinks there but a water bottle is $4.... But I would def go again and recommended it to everyone!!!! :)

I enjoyed this show a whole lot, the only constructive criticism i might have was that if you werent in the crowd for even a short period of time it was FFREEZING! But thats most likely just because we were being hosed down with thick layers of paint, The crowd was fun, happy, and there were no confrontations that i saw. Generally a happy, charismatic crowd like any rave, LOVIN IT!!!! Carola wasnt that great, but the Bingo Players know how to make you feeelllll itt!!!!!!! They are an excellent electronic group if you ever get the chance to see them, go!

I am a house music junkie, apart from a little rap and top 40s here and there I eat/sleep/breath crazy house music both mainstream and underground. This concert boasted a multiple sets from DJs who didn't dissapoint. I can't recall one song that wasn't an absolute banger. If your into this kind of concert, the only thing you have to get by is a bunch of crazy kids high on Molly and drunk bumping into you. If you don't care about that then get ready for a life changing time haha. My friend went completely sober to this and he said the music was so nuts he didn't even mind. 5 stars cnt wait for the next one,

It was totally awesome... one of the best events I've ever been to. The venue could have been a little bigger, but everything else was perfect. The paint was wild, the atmosphere was fun, and the performers were amazing. Friendly security staff helped my friend and I find lost items at the end. Everyone should go!

Waste of money! Had to buy the paint couldn't see the acrobats very poor use of the area. Way too expensive for this type of event. Didn't check IDs the crowd was full of 15 year olds.

this was not what I expected. you have to wait for two hours sweating for a squirt of paint. want more? you need to buy it. not worth the money.. next time ill squirt my friends with paint in the back yard. not to mention the people were so arrogant it was horrible

Besides the paint stinging & burning your eyes if it got in it, it was worth every bit of it!!! Had a blast l! Deffinetly will go back! Worth the money! Great vibes and music!

Life In Color was by far my favorite rave I have attended. It was quick through security so you could get right into the show and they had a great bathroom system. It never took long to get my water bottle refilled and the Conscious Crew was amazingly helpful as always! As for the rest of the show it was amazing!!! So much paint and great vibes from everyone in the crowd. The music was awesome and so beautiful I just want to go back!! I will definitely be going hard in the paint next year!! Thanks USC! <3

I loved the artists. It was definitely amazing. I didn't like that it took an hour and a half to get inside. Also, there definitely was not enough paint. Last year was way better. Kind of disappointed. I still had fun though.

The show was amazing and full of energy. I definatly loved that you could purchase personal paint to go crazy with as well as have the show shower the crowd. The acrobats on stage were also fun to watch! I cant wait for the next event.

It started out subtle. Good music good vibes but then all of a sudden tons of people came in fulling what was once empty space and now was full of life and energy and excitement. The music got each and every one of us to go crazy and enjoy this experience. It was surreal, like taking a break from reality to be a part of something phenomenal. The paint was even better, it made you feel ALIVE!!!!!!! The music was sick!! The stage was sick!! and the people well most of the people were pretty BADASS!!!! I enjoyed every minute of it except for the occasional rude people trying to force their way in which did kill my dancing partying mood temporarily. I will always be a a party goer no matter what!!!!!!! MUCH LOVE!

It was my first Life in Color and now we're planning for Paradiso! The music was pounding, the mood was happy and festive and everyone was dancing and partying and the paint!!!

It was my first rave that I've gone to and it was seriously an unforgettable night. Adventure club & Steve Aoki & Blasterjaxx seriously made my first rave an amazing experience. Can't wait till next year to go hard in the paint again. I loved it especially how they gave away free water!

Life In Color was THE BEST night of my entire life. Everybody there was so nice and amazing. The music was amazing I danced all night long. The lights were incredible, but they did make it hard to take good pictures.

I live here in Washington and I go to at least 5-6 big parties each year but last weekend I went to life in color unleashed and it was like going to my very first one all over again. If you ever get the chance to go to a life in color party take advantage of it

I paid $85 VIP special per person for 2 people and this was the first light/DJ music event I have ever been to where you weren't allowed to bring your own lights/gloves or even gum. Didn't mind the pat down at all at the entrance. There was the rediculous over f&@ing pricing of the lights/gloves and etc that this life in color production organization probably got online for hella cheap and then turn around and sell for 200% profit. They pretty much gave you no choice but to buy if you wanted to use lights and other accessories since you could not bring your lights. I've been to many different events like these in the past (not Life In Color) in the past from NYC to Miami and those were 3 times better than this event in Tulsa. The DJs mixing the music were ok. Dj Blau was the best. I liked the paint spraying and the visuals and acrobatics of the two on the ropes. They were cool. There was Way too much main stream music. I wish that they could use some more Armin Van Buren type, or even some Skrillex type beats or Glitch mob beats/mixes. I have much better trance/Dubster and House music on my IPhone playlist that is better than most of what was played at the event in Tulsa. Overall I made the best of it and so did my wife and two friends that came to the event. They felt the same way too as I did. Between us 4 we've been to more than 7-9 different Dj music/rave/light shows in different parts of the US that were better. Maybe I'll go to another life in color event in a better city than Tulsa if I can bring my own lights and there will be less mainstream and more originality in music.

This was my second time going to Life In Color, happy it came here to Fresno! It's an awesome experience and recommend it to everyone who loved EDM! Getting covered in paint and being front and center the entire time was the best and being with such amazing people best time ever! Nervo and David Solano was amazing! Hope Life In Color comes back!

This is the best thing you could do. If you are too cheap or nervous to go, you are quite possibly #missinout on the best time $75 could buy. U could go out to a depressing bar in NYC and run up a $150 bar tab in a bar where 80% of the patrons are dudes or go to happy hour with the work crew and have 2 beers and a wild time .... OR you could go to Life In Color and become truly immersed in fratopia with hot girls for a night you will never forget. YOLO. FOMO. Delts. All of that.

I attended LIC Houston and it was honestly one of the best raves that I've been to. The atmosphere was great, the music was amazing and I left completely drenched in paint. It was definitely worth the price and the experience was incredible!

My party "party" years were about 15 years ago and I would have died and gone to Heaven to have been able to experience LIC back in those days. (Woah!) HOWEVER!!! I'm now in my early 30's w/children & responsibilities, therefore, I must choose my parties wisely seeing as how they are few & far between! LIC was worth every bit of every dollar spent & every minute away from my kids. It was absolutely freeing and, strait-up, unforgettably-memorable! I chose LIC as the venue for mine & my husband's anniversary, who btw was dreading the whole idea all together; raves were never his thing! He said I "forced" him to go (lol) but I'm glad I did. Once we were there... It was CUH-RAY-ZEE cool! He was surprised to see free spirits of all ages and with every "older person" ('cuz we're soo old..) that he saw, he became more comfortable. The mosh pit was.... Well.. A mosh pit! Crowded with everyone trying to push their way to the front of the stage where the Music was INSANE!! Paint was flying everywhere! (Whether you were in the front or the verrry back...Ya got soaked!) Light show was fun & trippy. Pyro was amazing! It was good for about an hour at a time, taking breaks in between; that's about all I could take of the claustrophobia-induced crowd. But the beauty of it was that anywhere that we went, within the boundaries of the venue, we were surrounded by the Pounding Music of the DJ's and by all walks of life! So diverse.. So chill... All Love!! My husband, the hesitant, suggested that we return to LIC every year! He had a blast. WE had a blast! Downsides: typical! No bags allowed! so you're stuck carrying the few items that you're allowed to bring in plus anything you might buy while you're there, party's over at 10pm (that REALLY sucked!), everything's over-priced (but hey! They gotta make their money). Other than that...I'm looking forward to LIC 2015!! If you love EDM and you aren't a hater... GO!!!! You won't regret it!!

Houston did not disappoint! This was my first time to LIC and it won't be my last. I'll admit I was a bit iffy about the whole thing when people said last year sucked but they sure lived up to their name this year! Firework display was a plus. And everyone had paint on them! I wasn't even THAT close!

Had a blast like always this year and last mosdef made up for the Stereo live show "DayGlow"........need more paint! Like a freaking paint shower!!!!

My friends and I were up at the very front and loved it! Besides all the people shoving us of course to get up front but the music was sick and we went hard in the paint of course :)

The music was great. Awesome line up. The crowd was horrible. Needs to be 18+ event. Having 16yr olds just ruined it. Bad vibes and being crammed in the crowd because of it. If LIC came back to philly I would only go if it was a 18+ event. Nervo killed it.

All I can say is that it was an amazing, unforgettable experience.

Lots of good vibes, fun getting splattered with paint, fantastic music. I can't wait for the next show. Going to get a huge group and find a way to get even messier. Great crowd, only wish it went a little later. Remember your ziploc bags to keep valuables clean and dry.

The show was a lot of fun and I'd definitely go again but I paid a lot of extra money for a survivor package which included a hat, tshirt, sunglasses, a bag etc. I never received those items and was never informed on how to get them. Apparently the venue was supposed to give them to me when I presented my ticket but they never did so I feel like I wasted a lot of extra money for absolutely nothing.

Of the 4 raves I've been to since I was 16, this had to have been the best by far. And that means it beats Carnage, Dada Life, Dillon Francis, and even Zedd. Though Zeds Dead, Tommie Sunshine, or Crowd Control aren't necessarily artists I listen to regularly, the show they put on was absolutely fantastic. Upon entering the old stadium I didn't at all believe that there was going to be so much paint, obviously I was wrong, since I walked out completely drenched. Totally worth the 3 hour drive, 10/10 would do it again! :)

Paint was incredible ! Bass and stage was so intense !

Concert was great! Paint is water based so it's going to make you and everyone slimy but because it's water based and a little more runny it comes off easy. I suggest bringing some sort of eye wear to protect your eyes and possibly a bandana over you mouth if you don't want to worry about eating the paint. Prepare to get super messy and have the time of your life!

It was my first time at any type of EDM rave. Had a great time with good DJs and great beats. Only issues I had were the other people there. Bringing drugs into the crowd even after being searched. But security in Syracuse handled any issues very fast and found the culprits. Bottom line is that I would absolutely recommend this.

It was amazing with all these fun umass people i had a great time the djs was awesome and i would love to have another life in color tour experience at amherst again !!!!

This is my second year attending Life in Color at RFK Stadium and both years it was the greatest experience. All good vibes amongst the attendees. However, I do feel that security is a bit much. I am not sure if it is RFK or LIC but I have never been to a show where they are so strict about everything. You can't have a bag or purse that is "too big", they excessively pat you down, I had to throw away my chapstick last year and my friend had to this year. Call me ignorant, but wth are we going to do with chapstick?!? I learned from last year and only brought a small fannypack, my phone, wallet, and keys. That's it. Other than the overbearing security, LIC is literally one of the best shows ever. It is so fun to throw paint at people, get paint thrown on you, and just dance the night away.

I had such a great time with my girlfriend, it was her birthday so I wanted to make it special. Parking was a little pricey being $20, however it was to be expected. The sound was great, the new paint was fantastic. The fireworks, video displays, and pretty much every aspect of the show was thought out and initiated well. No lines getting in, no lines at the bathrooms, and we left a little early so no lines leaving either!

This was my 1st L.I.C. and I had a blast with my friend and all the others that was there. Can't wait to plan another L.I.C. trip.

It was super fun, but it sucks if you have tall people in front of you because you can't see anything. People are super pushy and it is super packed. I recommend a hat and goggles or safety glasses to keep out of your eyes, and keep your mouth shut! I would have brought a towel though to wipe off my glasses but it would just end up getting soaked in paint anyway. Don't go to the bathroom if you want to keep your spot-pee before hand! I thought there would be paint more often but overall a great time and you pay way less for what you get! Fun experience for my first rave!

The concert was awesome no doubt, the staff was old and rude, did not have a problem at all but they search me like I was a delinquent and asking many questions because we were out of state and treating other people really bad, they are there because we all pay a ticket and thanks to that they have a job, Concert was awesome, Please hire Staff accordingly to the event.

I can't wait for next year! & I had a blast on my first time experiment.

Music was perfect as always so much paint so much fun went perfect even after it started raining played in the rain like a little kid lol ;)

Such an amazing show. I've been to a lot of EDM events and this one was by far one of the most entertaining.

LIC was pretty good this year. Not near as good as last year.

This was my first rave I've ever been to and regardless of the crowd pushing and shoving, I had an incredible experience. Flosstradamus and Gladiator KILLED IT! Really appreciated $1 water bottles!! Staff at pinnacle bank arena were champs, lots of thanks!!

I can not wait til this event comes around next year. Had an amazing time with My friends and I. Load of people to interact with. Djs were amazing. Had the time of my life and I would definitely recommend this event to others. 2 bad thing hotel raised prices really high so get your rooms early. Also a lot of pusing which created a lot of little fights people between some groups of people.

My four friends and I opted for the VIP tickets and had an unforgettable time! We are a;ready planning out next LIC event! I recommend to anybody, even if you don't like dubstep, the experience is well worth it.

Literally the most fun I've had at a concert! Paint, lights, friends, and some of the best artists out there doing what they love and sharing it with you through a life thrilling event put together by a professional team who really make every show the best for their supporters. This was the first time I had been to one of these events and it was the best!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The music was awesome and the overall experience was kick ass! It was kind of crowded for the area we were in but it didn't ruin the experience!

I had an amazing time. I would do this over again. The only thing that needs adjustment too is having a more organized line and fast paced when people need to be checked prior to getting in to the place. Also I'm no beer drinker there should be more options as far as drinks. Maybe some wine coolers like flavored smirnoff, or barcardi or other options rather than beer yucky. But everything was great oh and toilet paper refills. Also I was hit a few times with empty bottles not cool at all.

When the countdown ended and the first batch of paint was sprayed, I barely had any paint on me and wasn't sure if the event would meet my expectations or not. But three hours later I was covered head to toe in paint and the music played was awesome and totally fit the theme of the night. Not one person walked out of the arena not covered in color. The only downside of the event is that the paint burns and irritates your skin, especially on the face, but once you get past that it is fantastic. I will be attending all future events like this that come to my area.

This was honestly the best concert I have ever been to. I can't stop thinking about how amazing it was! It was an experience like no other, it took my breath away. Just everything was absolutely amazing. Leaving the dance floor on my 18th birthday was the greatest feeling I have ever felt. I strongly recommend this concert to anyone that wants to let loose and escape reality. Breathtaking is the one word I could use to describe this. This was one of the greatest choices I have ever made, was to go to this concert. I'm absolutely ready to buy my next ticket. I went hard in the paint. Dayglow 2012

Definitely a must!! Had a blast! I'll never forget it!!

Way better venue than Las Vegas or San Diego. Safety was great, carpets kept it from being too slippery and wet with all of the paint, the conscious crew did an amazing job keeping people safe and having a good time, temp was great while being covered in paint, great set up, pretty clean restroom set up, decent line up. Downsides would have been, headliner taking forever to get in stage and few moments of technical difficulties made the crowd sit in silence and become super restless so most people left early, and security made me throw away lip balm for Christ sake.

It was really fun I would recommend this to a friend just to try it out. It was not worth the $70 though because you also have to buy drinks and the paint was really cold and in the end you just feel really dirty and wet.

It was a blast! Until I decided it would be a good idea to get close to the stage where I got doused in paint. I didn't mind the paint to much, except it got in my eyes and stung really bad. I had safety glasses on, but I would recommend wearing old snow goggles, or something that won't allow paint in your eyes. Or you could stand further back from the stage! In the end it was a very good time and I would definitely go back!

The music was absolutely rad but the vibes in the crowd weren't the best, lots of frat bros being touchy and disrespectful :( still had a blast overall!

Absolute PERFECT event. Got over at the perfect time (2am), not too early or too late. The lineup was amazing. Yookie threw down so hard! I went mostly for RL Grime and was not disappointed. At first I was hesitant to get covered in paint but after the first paint blast (which felt like being slimed on nickelodeon) I accepted it and loved it. You only get absolutely drenched in paint if you're at the very front. I was close but not close enough to be drenched, so I got moderately covered in paint. The people were great, never any pushing or super crowded parts and no lines for water. A very well organized event. I will absolutely come back next year!
