I am a wounded vet, and a Veterans Advocate, I had a teammate with Stage 4 cancer who has been a life long Notre Dame Fan. One of his bucket list items was to see ND play life long dream. From the beginning the ticketmaster agent helped us with accessible seating. When we arrived the Citrus Bowl Security assisted us through the cordons and out to our seats. It was great. I would encourage folks to down load your tickets to your phone before arriving several folks could not connect to their ticket and it was near impossible just before the game. The Folks at the accessible seating area were awesome. It was a trip of a lifetime and a great blessing
We enjoyed our experience at the Citrus Bowl. We parked at AmWay and rode the shuttle to and from the stadium. The pregame event was nice with plenty of things to do and eat. We had the opportunity to see the Gators and the Band. The stadium staff was friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because paying $5 for a bottle of water is robbery. We would definitely return for future events.
Had a great time on a beautiful day for football. Though we lost, it was a fun afternoon. I only live a few miles from the stadium, so we took Uber - timed perfectly to avoid the surge and only paid about 5 bucks each way. The new Citrus Bowl improvements are nice. We sat in the 205, row K - and had a great view of the game. A few complaints: The PA system is horrible. Good luck trying to hear the refs calls. They are muffled and you can barely make them out. The acoustics aren't that great for hearing the marching bands play either. The stadium has a RIDICULOUS policy on caps for bottled drinks. Beware that if when you buy bottled drinks (soda, water, gatorade, etc.) they DO NOT allow you to keep the cap. Their lame rationale is that some fans throw them?? It makes it hard to carry bottles if you are buying drinks for multiple people, and if your drink falls over, well too bad... Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a beverage with a cap. Overall good experience and the renovations are nice.
The Capital One Bowl was a pretty decent event. Shuttles from near the Amway Center were great. Highly recommend this continues for other events, although there was a little bit of a back up loading afterward. My favorite part of the event honestly was the flyover of the two jets after the national anthem. VERY neat! First time I've ever seen that, and being near the top of the bowl it felt like you could reach out and touch them. Food stations could be better. I realize it's a sporting event, but it would have been nice to have some higher quality foods, more variety, and a few healthier options too. Having nothing but burgers, cheesesteaks, hotdogs, and two kinds of average beer was pretty limiting. Overall I'd recommend the event, but improvements could definitely be made.
Positives: Parking was easy to find not far from the stadium. The seats were actually good for being on the 3rd level and seemed a bit wider for comfort. Everything was easy to find. Negatives: Concession stands were limited and way over-priced. Bathrooms were a disaster. Parking was way over-priced as well. Replay screen needs to be much bigger as it was very hard to see from where I was. Overall, I'll always go if Alabama is playing. Other than that, it was like a 2 star motel with a 4 star price.
The obvious lopsided outcome of the game made this a very enjoyable event for this Alabama alum. Aside from the performance on the field, the overall experience from a fan watching perspective was quite enjoyable. The stadium was nice. Seating comfortable. About the only complaint is the concession stands ran out of soft drinks about 10 minutes into the second half. Getting in and out of the stadium went smoothly. Purchasing the tickets on TicketMaster, printing them out on paper and then having them scanned at the game, went smoothly. Overall, an entertaining and memorable event.
Roll Tide Toll! the tide showed it's dominance and established itself as the best team in the nation, despite the 3 losses--consider the fact that they were to 3 SEC teams- tough conference
Beautiful weather and easy access to the Parking Deck and Free Shuttle to the Stadium.Great game although Concession stands were not equipped to handle credit card transactions.
My son and i had an unforgettable day in Orlando. This was our first bowl game and i must say that Buffalo Wild Wings did everything first class and the fact that Michigan won made it even better. Thanks for making New Years Day so special!
The Citrus Bowl in Orlando Florida puts on a great show. Even though the University of Florida lost the football game experience was great. All the Michigan fans were really nice and the comraderie was excellent. If you ever have a chance to see an event at this facility I would highly recommend it
Over all it was ok. The seats were good and comfortable , other than having 3 sets of people showing up with the same tickets for the seats directly in front of us . That added a smal amount of entertainment and blocked the view from time to time . My question was how they were all granted admission ? . The food left a little to be desired and for the price could have been better .
The game was a great match-up but the stadium seemed clueless on how to handle a sell-out crowd. I left late in the second quarter to get a hotdog and coke so I would miss the halftime rush. The vendors seemed to be unaware that they had a sellout crowd and were definitely unprepared. They ran out of food and cold drinks, the service was the slowest I have ever seen at an event like this. I missed the entire halftime show and a field goal and almost missed a touchdown waiting on a hotdog and a warm drink. The vendors were by far the worst I have ever seen at a bowl game. BTW if they had had hawkers in the stands selling I would have bought from them but the only ones I saw were only selling beer.
The team I support Michigan won big! There was not mush not to like about the experience as far as the game went. The Citrus Bowl Stadium though was poorly set up to serve food and drink to the customers. The lines were very long and those wishing to get a snack or drink missed significant parts of the game while awaiting service in the concourses. The restrooms I visited were also poorly designed and the lines were long. They should be modified to "flow through" restrooms instead of sharing the same door. I can understand a mark-up on food and drink, but $11 for a can of beer! I might have had one at $5, but not at $11. As far as profit, I am certain you would make more money by having a better delivery system and more reasonable Stadium pricing. You would sell more and have much better customer satisfaction.
Didn't bother with pre-paid parking and you shouldn't either. One hour before kickoff and there were plenty of unofficial parking spots north of the stadium on and off Washington Street. Prices were $10-$20. A short walk lead us to Lorna Dune Park where venders and fans mixed it up and we stopped for a quick hot dog and fries. Then it was across the street, through security, and to our seats. Sold out, 63,000 for UM v Florida. A great crowd and atmosphere throughout the game. It was a mild 84° and very pleasant. Staff was friendly and the game was awesome. Post game exit was a breeze. I would come back for another NCAA bowl game.
Sat in the upper bowl but had a great view of the field and Orlando skyline. Besides the one dbag Gator fan upset his team got destroyed it was a great atmosphere with good people.
Live in Orlando and know the Citrus bowl well. This experience left me wishing I were at home watching the game! Getting into the venue was met with disorganized lines that looked more like flash mob gatherings than any sort of line. There were not enough ticket workers....at our entry point there were 2 lines 8 people wide each and only 2 workwrs scanning tickets! Concessions were terrible...my husband waited in line for nearly 45 minutes and they looked like that the whole game!! Slow and disorganized service behind thise concession stands. However, on our way out every single staff we passed wished us well and goodbye. Guess they were glad to see us go!
Went to concessions with 8 minutes left in 2nd quarter and got back to seat after halftime. No hotdogs (before halftime) understaffed. If they are going to charge those prices then hire some staff!!
They had the audio system turned up so loud that everybody in my section was covering their ears and we were at the far end of upper deck away from the speakers! It was horrible! Game was good... nice place otherwise. Ended up sitting on the other side of the stadium... it would have been NICE if tm had indicated which side of the stadium would be used by which team's fans! Very little or no official staff reporting the issue, and no number to text with the issue.
Overall a good experience, never saw a drunk or obnoxious fan from either team. Parked in a private lot off Church Street with an easy walk to stadium, had NO problem with traffic arriving or leaving. Sat in the upper level, which is HIGH up, but we were close to the 40 yard line and could see the action at both ends of the field. Only complaint was the VOLUME of the speakers BLASTING canned music and promos during timeouts. TOO DAMN LOUD!! My advice, do NOT get seats south of the fifty yard line, or bring earplugs.
We attended the 2015 Citrus Bowl game in this stadium. The stadium is very nice and easy to navigate. There are lots of restrooms and concessions sites. I don't know that there is a bad seat in the house - I think all seats would be good - even on the corners. My only complaint was that there wasn't very much variety in the concessions. It would have been nice to have food other than hot dogs like chicken strips or sandwiches. I think if you had a special wrist band you could go to a place on the club level (2nd level) where it looked like they had good food options. Also, water should not be more expensive than pop in FL where it is hot and you want people to stay hydrated - otherwise allow them to bring in water bottles. Bands should have been switched since sound projected across the field. We heard more of the opposing teams band than our own.
The upgrades to the stadium looked fantastic. Even the seats up high had an awesome view and we loved the plaza level because we could go down and stand to video.
January 1, 2015 Citrus Bowl. Awesome game with a happy outcome for me. The venue itself was newly refurbished and very nice. The problem was the lack of concessions. Beer was plentiful, but some of us just wanted water or soda. The two concession areas in the corners had long, very slow-moving lines. I waited twice and gave up after five minutes without the line advancing whatsoever. Of the several temporary concession stands set up in the end zone, all were completely out of everything by halftime! And they were quite rude to fans who didn't realize this and approached to try to purchase something! The only ones that were still going strong were the alcohol booths. I tried to buy a bottle of water there but they only had warm water. I refused to pay $5.00 for a bottle of warm water. They had soda but it was only for use by the bartender as a mixer, so again I was sent away without my water or Pepsi. I finally found a beer vendor who was resting in the corner and I saw he had a couple bottles of water in his tub. I was elated and gave him $15 for two bottles of cold water ($5 each plus a $5 tip). It was a nice day but not extremely hot and sunny -- the lack of water on a hot day would've been horrible. Citrus Bowl, next year PLEASE have tents set up selling only water and soda. People are willing to pay your ridiculous prices for it, so why not make it readily available? You could've sold double what you did.
January 1 bowl. Very little college game day atmosphere outside stadium. No food or drink or other vendors outside. The alumni tents are for the rich. Once inside, very poor concessions at ridiculous prices. Remodeled stadium is nice but for a bowl game, need many more amenities at affordable prices. Game was good. Minnesota band was good.
Our seats were good, and the chairs were comfortable so very happy with that. One strange thing that we have never seen before is that there was a line to the mens room where there was none to the ladies room! Seems the facilities were lacking for the men? The sound system could have been a bit better, but overall the experience was fun. The weather being nice was crucial. If only Minnesota had won the game, this review would be five stars! Ha ha, just kidding. Food was lacking. Paid $4.50 for a hot dog that was so skinny it was lost in the bun. Ate popcorn to try to fill the gap. Could have had better selections/prices. Actually, since it was the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl, we had been hoping to munch on Buffalo Wild Wings!!
Had a lot of fun! Stadium has just been remodeled and the Citrus Bowl people run a first class event. Easy to park, with a great shuttle operation. Team lost, but had a great time anyway.
Great game. Beautiful weather. Do not pay for parking from the citrus bowl. They overfilled the lot I had reserved (and already paid for) so I had to park in a further away lot. There are Closer private lots for as low as $15. I paid $32 for a lot that was not truly reserved.
The event was great... The facility is fantastic. The 200 million dollar renovation was worth every penny. Upgraded food concessions and restroom locations better than expected.
My wife and I are Minnesota alum. Went down on a lark. It was so much fun. Sat in the Missouri section. It was a blast. People really friendly just enjoying the game. I would recommend going to a bowl game of your liking just to have fun.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because my team lost! We had perfect seats the weather couldn't have been nicer, parking was $25 close to the stadium, had we wanted to walk a little there was parking for $10. Traffic wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, we made good time in and out. This was my first bowl game it was more fun than some NFL games I've been to.
Horrible food vendor. Food stands were understaffed, not well managed and completely inadequate for the demand. Restroom facilities were not maintained during the game and floors were soaking wet by half time. Spent a total of 40 minutes in line to get food and never was able to buy any. Game was great, weather was great and the parking shuttle program was excellent. It's not suppose to be about the chicken finger basket, I get that, but it was so poorly executed I was embarrassed for the event.
The Good: The facilities were excellent! Stadium has an apparently fresh makeover and adjacent parking areas were clean and secure. The Bad: Lines for everything were incredibly long and slow - from traffic flow to gate entry to concessions things need to operate more smoothly and efficiently. Street signage to get to correct parking areas needs to be seriously addressed, as this caused severe traffic delays along all side streets. I missed more of this game than any other just waiting in very slow lines, which is inexcusable! The Ugly: I know good temporary employees are hard to find, but most of the group operating the stadium and parking were unmotivated, unknowledgeable, lacking in simple manners and often didn't even speak sufficient English!
Purchased tickets for my first bowl game. Process was simple, tickets were ready as stated and available for print out. Was also able to add them to my Apple Wallet and both paper and digital options were available at the gate. Great venue, all in all an incredible time!
The capital one bowl atmosphere was great as both teams fans braved the damp weather to enjoy Fanfest. The pre game concert with Hunter Hayes was enjoyable and upbeat. The fans from both schools were well behaved. The game was exciting and very close until late in the 4th quarter. Great event will draw me and others back to this New Year's Day game.
We truly enjoyed the Upright Club experience for the last year! ...Saw the stadium is getting torn down/remodeled for next season. It was a great game in spite of the bad weather - parking pass for Lot 1 was excellent and appreciated. Catered food and beverage was extremely good, restrooms and facilities were clean and maintained. Hospitality staff and public safety was the best I have ever had any event. Everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful - made us feel very welcome! Thank you, Orlando and friends!
Weather was a downer, but Hunter made the experience a hit for all! Enjoyed being close to the stage and the energy that hunter and the band had on stage got everyone pumped up for the big game! Great concert...well worth the $$$
I enjoyed it the weather was just right. it wasn't as crowed as I thought it would be. I had really good seats that's what really made it all worth while, I will be going to next years games...( GOD WILLING)
What a great place to watch a football game! I was impressed with the fans from both sides of the ball. The facilities are in need of some repair but all in all it was a great week of fun and festivities!
My first time at the Citrus Bowl. Definitely not my last! Gamecocks won the game even though the Huskers put up a valiant effort. The Citrus Bowl was a great place to watch a game.
I had a great time. My son and I attended the game together. It was the first live college football game for both my son and I. The stadium looked great with all of the new renovations. I would suggest the actual stadium seats be upgraded. The seats have no back support which is a challenge when watching a 3 hour event (comfort issue).
Well the Bama boys sent the little boys from Michigan packing with there Big 10 tail's tucked between there legs. And Michigan thought they should be in the BSC title game. Yeah right, Not! Overall the game was great if you were a Bama Fan and if now you left at the end of the 3rd quarter like most of the Michigan fans did. All I can say is Roll Tide and hope you can get a National Championship next year.
The Capitol One Bowl was a great experience. Getting our tickets through ticketmaster went smoothly. Parking at the Geico garage downtown and riding the free shuttle made getting in to and out of the stadium easy. The facility was clean and easily maneuverable. The Fanfest was a little disappointing, but not enough so as to dampen the experience. And to top it all off, Bama won BIG, 49 - 7 over Michigan State. Roll Tide!
Great time - Fanfare outside was a lot of fun. Only problem was the stadium ran out of cold drinks by the 3rd quarter...plenty of beer, but no water, soda or powerade. Tough when it's in the 80's in Orlando on New Years Day!
This event has gotten much better than it was in the past. The parking was good, getting into the event was much easier, no long lines, food vendors were quicker with service. All and all this was a great event. I will definitely attend the event again whether my team makes it or not. It was a great outing.
This is our second year in a row to attend the Citrus Bowl. It is awesome! Especially awesome when your team wins. I have read complaints about location, no sun screen allowed and no info prior to going to the stadium regarding things that are allowed and not allowed. I had no problem because I informed myself prior to the game. Don't know a thing about no sunscreen. Great job - awesome experience.
21 minutes of commercials in a quarter that takes 15minutes. thats 36 minutes for a quarter game took 3:45 to play . crowd was lackluster. couldn't hear the bands, small crowd.. after six years wil not be returning nxt yr
First off parking is a mess, because they only have a certain amount of lots and they cost $40 I believe. Then there are cheaper options but it is pretty shady with guys saying they are parking for a school fundraiser but then just put you on a random curb. There were a lot of people around tailgating in the same situation so we did that and it was supposed to be $10. Hand the guy a $20 and he says thanks and starts to walk away. When I stopped him he said he didn't have change, he then asked at least 8-9 others guys he was working with and none of them had change for a $20 either. Shocker!!! Then the stadium itself is just ehh. We were really high up and missed most of the 1st despite getting into the stadium 15 minutes prior to kick off. The reason was because 6 ushers gave us wrong directions to our seats and we ended up on the complete opposite side based on what were told, which being that high up took forever to get to. Our seats were bleachers which I am totally okay with Ive spent countless games in the swamp with this type of seating. This place though had us completely on top of each other, no elbow room, and extremely uncomfortable. Again I'm not talking about my but hurting it was how you had to sit based on people being so close. I don't know if I'd ever go back.
Couple things I think they need to work on if you are going to hold events that size. The lines to get in the stadium were long and moving very slowly. There was no crowd control and it took over 30 minutes just to get in to the stadium. Second, the lines at the concession stands were outrageous! The workers were very slow and it took an average of 25 minutes to get a drink. We missed the whole second quarter of the game waiting in line. Everyone surrounding us in our seats had the same complaint. Maybe try having more vendors walk up and down the stadium selling items to ease the long lines at the concession. Other than that, I thought the stadium was great, the ease of the buses transporting people to the stadium was fine. I would like to attend another game there, but if the concession issue isn't fixed I think we will just watch from home.
I'll stick to my review of the stadium since the game was a complete blowout after the first quarter. Our "seats" were in the upper section, but they aren't seats, they are numbered spots on an aluminum bench. Food choices in this section are limited to hot dogs, corn dogs, bbq sandwiches, and cheesesteaks. No hamburgers offered oddly. The parking situation is pretty poor as well. Best, most convenient parking tends to be in somebody's yard adjacent to the stadium.
Stadium facilities are fine. Staffing of event was poor. Stadium was sold out, yet each concession stand only had 2/6 registers open which resulted in huge lines throughout the game. Which meant, if you wanted that FIVE dollar bottle of water and snacks, you were going to miss a good portion of the game. Not many drink sellers in stands either and they didn't have enough water (only beer). Then there is the location of the stadium...in the middle of the industrial hood...bums, panhandlers and generally trashy were all part of the bowl experience here in Orlando. Sorry, but after attending many other bowls, this was the worst one I've been to. Won't be going back anytime soon. Fail.
Loved that my team was in a Florida Bowl. I go to Naples every year during the holidays. I found the stadium to be a good venue and of course my team won big time! Left happy but there were a couple of problems. I wanted to buy a Michigan Jersey and was willing to pay $175 for it. Nothing like this was available so I just purchased a t-shirt to show my pride. I also did not bring anything down that would of been confortable for the hot weather. Getting food and drink inside the stadium was impossible. The lines were too long and wanted to watch the game. The beer vendors came around once. That's all that I was able to get in the 3 hrs. I purchased a bud light which i dont like to keep from dehydration.
I would like to thank you guys and gals at ticket-master for helping me get the tickets at the last minute. I spend most of my time overseas and was able to get leave for the holidays this year. My wife actually suggested I try to go because we were going to be there on holiday. Only catch was that I had to bring the daughters as escorts.....I'm glad I did. They had the best time ever, and the oldest doesn't even like football. But she loved the whole bowl atmosphere and my Game Cocks didn't let us down.
Even though the stadium is quite old, it is still in very good condition. And since it's pretty small, there's really not a bad seat. Oh, and the game was awesome. Go Cocks!
This is a great event. The organizers go to great lengths to make it a memorable experience for everyone who attends. The field was in great shape, the game was exciting to watch, everything went smoothly. We are looking forward to the new stadium because there is much to be improved. The restrooms are very outdated. The corridors are narrow. The stairs are narrow, rickety, and for those of us who do not like heights they are very scary to ascend and descend. The stairs are hard to navigate while there are so many people going different directions, having no divider is a hinderance and danger in my opinion. Hopefully all those issues will be addressed in the new stadium. We were excited to be attendees at the last bowl game to be held in this stadium, she is a grand old structure and have given us many memorable moments over the years. Thanks for all involved! And it was an awesome game!! Go Gamecocks!!
This was a great experience at my first ever line american football game have watched on tv before but they sure put on an event the only bad point of the day was the weather and unfortunatley you have to accept whatever this is even if you are in the sunshine state
Wonderful stadium for a football game. Ordering tickets is a trial. Ticketmaster only allowed "best available" on day game was announced and kept giving me tickets on the opponent's side. Also, parking is a nightmare at this venue as it much be purchased on-line at an insane price for parking 1/2 mile away in the grass with no security. Overall, good stadium but that is about it. Purchasing tickets is difficult and Orlando tries to suck every dime out of you for parking and anything else you want to do while there. Fanfest was good but poorly organized - no program, no map, no way to know what to do or where. Other Bowls are much better organized and don't charge for parking every time you move.
The game was great. I really enjoyed the football. Wisconsin and South Carolina was a great match up. The weather sucked with drizzle and wet seats. It was not too hot, but I guess I expected warmer weather in FL. Since Orlando has no home college or NFL team, I doubt that they will build a new stadium any time soon, but this is one of the junkiest stadiums that I have been in. It really needs a face lift or to be torn down. I would be disappointed as a player to come to Orlando and play a bowl game, which is supposed to be a reward, at a dilapitated stadium in the ghetto of Orlando. Oh, by the way, the stadium food sucked. The worst I have ever eaten at all the sproting events I have attended (which is many). I normally look forward to stadium food. This food was expensive for stadium food, tasteless carboard, and awful, with limited selection. Why can't I get a burger, corndog, or chicken tenders without fries if I want? Even the lemonade and sweet tea sucked. Also, the ticket prices which I initially didn't think were too bad for a bowl game, I guess could have been cheaper since the stadium was half full.
The game was awesome. The fan zone and entertainment was fun. The Citrus Bowl is definitely in need of some improvement. The screen was horribly small and the amount/choice of replay was inadequate. Concessions weren't great. No fountain drinks - was stunned there was no souvenir cup. Bottled drinks were warm and they were out of Coke Zero before the game started. My husbands hamburger was disgusting. My cheesesteak was actually pretty good. Just expected the bowl experience to be superior than the regular home game experience and it was not due to the venue. Williams Brice has it all over the Citrus bowl. Not a big country music fan, but Hunter Hayes was pretty good. My daughter enjoyed the pre-game concert.
The Uprights Club offers all you can eat and drink from 11:00-the end of the third quarter, plus a parking pass, a game program, t.v.s and great seats!
For sunny Florida s cold drizzly rain is a little unusual. What isn't unusual is great football. The way they had everyone parked away from the stadium and then shuttled in was awesome. No traffic! Everyone at the game was just super nice. On top of all that, our team won!!! We will be back!
The Citrus Bowl is a dump, and needs to be torn down. The parking situation is terrible, the seats are uncomfortable, and the only scoreboard is in the endzone. The prices charged for good seats at this stadium should be considered gauging. If it rains a little, water pools in the bleachers and you sit through a football game with a wet butt, along with somebody's knees in your back for three and a half hours. I will not pay for tickets to this venue ever again!
Everything went well except the traffic. Orlando needs to relocate the stadium or improve the traffic flow, from I-4 to flow near the stadium. Seating and view were great; weather was not. But at least it was in Florida and not in a frozen stadium somewhere. Wisconsin was done in by its own mistakes, which were not characteristic of a Gary Anderson team. South Carolina, with the exception of Conner Shaw, was outplayed. Enjoyed the game and the experience, even if the result was less than satisfying. Possibly the poorest game Wisconsin played all year; layoff between final Big 10 game and bowl game was likely too long. Too much rust!
The event was very well run. I would've had no idea that there were 56,000+ people because it was so well run. I highly recommend the pregame FanFest and the concert. Hunter Hayes played for well over an hour before the game. At halftime, there were audio issues and he only got to play one song. Overall, the game was an incredible experience and I plan on returning in the future.
Our first American Football game day! Did not know what to expect, but this was the top family event of our holiday!!! Not comparable with a soccer match in Europe
Great experience at the Capital One Bowl game (Citrus Bowl facility) The seats in this section are field level in the end zone. They included a parking pass Lot 1 (very close to stadium) access to the Air Conditioned tent, Private restroom facilities, Full buffet meal (wings buffalo & teriyaki, salad, carving stations, Cheese grits & shrimp, sausage, many dips, Full bar and a half time desert (ice cream sundaes, cookies, brownies etc) What more can I say. These tickets are the best choice If you want a first class experience.
This is the second year in a row I have attended the Capital One Bowl Game -- I would gladly go again. The facility, especially the field, was very well maintained; and the Event Staff and Crew (Gold and Black Shirts) were very professional and always handy to answer questions or direct someone to their seats. The game was a slugfest between two top notch teams. The game went back and forth through the first three quarters as the Cornhuskers and Bulldogs traded scores. The stake in the heart of the Nebraska was team the 87 yard TD pass at the 11:07 mark of the 4th quarter. That gave Georgia a 14-point lead they would never relinquish. Sadly, despite a brave effort, my beloved Cornhuskers went down to defeat. Despite the loss it was a great game on an exceptionally temperate afternoon in central Florida. Thanks for a fabulous family outing and a memorable game.
Nebraska vs Georgia was an excellent game. Entertaining and competitive. Stadium food is just that, okay but nothing to rave about. The facility was clean and the field was first class. Dirks Bentley was great at the per-game festivities and the halftime show. Complaint: please have two areas for the athletes to try their hand at passing receiving etc. one area for the adults and one for kids. The lines get too long.
The organization of this year's event was fantastic. From the Dierks Bentley and football Fanfest before the game, to the exciting football game, the highly entertaining halftime show and traffic organization after. My family and I had a wonderful time.
GA and Nebraska gave the fans a very exciting game! We stayed to the end which is something we never do because this bowl game is normally a blowout. The stadium is great! The food is very pricey but that's expected at these types of events.
