Tori Kelly

When she was 14, Tori Kelly started writing songs in the bedroom of her Southern California home. Within years she began sharing those songs online, and quickly won over Internet audiences with her sweetly soaring vocals, graceful guitar-playing, and knack for blending breezy melodies with boldly heart-on-sleeve lyrics. With her YouTube channel boasting more than 55 million views and almost 700,000 subscribers, the 20-year-old singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist is now at work on her debut album— a passionate pairing of soul and pop that reflects both her lifelong devotion to music and uncommon authenticity as an artist.A musical purist who began singing at age three and learned to play drums and guitar by the time she was 16, Kelly wrote, produced, mixed, and self-released an EP titled Handmade Songs By Tori Kelly in May 2012—then saw the EP debut at #6 on Soundscan’s New Artist chart and at #9 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart.

What a show! From beginning to end TK rocked! She seemed so comfortable in front of the crowd. Such a beautiful voice. Her drum solo was remarkable. She's up and coming, but won't be for long. Catch her in a smaller venue before she blows up and can only be seen in a stadium.

This was actually the second tour date I attended. I had gone to the show in LA at the Wiltern the night before and she was amazing there and she was in SD. She honestly has every aspect covered. Here lyrics are amazing and actually have depth to them; the short story that she tells behind each song allows you to understand a bit more about her intentions too. Her riffs are breath-taking!!!! I love the idea of her touring before the album dropping so that we are able to hear her raw performance before hearing the mix. Additionally, she played crowd favorites: dear no one, paper hearts, all in my head. THEN she threw waaaay back and thanked fans that were with her since youtube by playing "suit and tie," "PYT," and "Thinking About You," which she brought Angie Girl out for!!!! For me, a live performance is everything. She continually and consistently impresses me with her talent. If you haven't heard her and you get a chance to, I would highly recommend going to see her. She's funny, she's awkward, she's genuine. She'll stun you with her talent.

This is my second time seeing Tori Kelly perform. Last year my daughter and I saw her at the House of Blues in Anaheim. Last years concert was all acoustic and it was wonderful. I was concerned that this tour with a full band would take away from her performance. I was happily wrong. For the acoustic fans, about 30 minutes in to the show the band left the stage and she did a 15 minute acoustic set that was fantastic. The band sounded great and for a couple of songs she put her guitar down to sing a dance which was great to see. I wish only the best for Tori's career. She is a super talent!

Tori Kelly was so much better in person than online. We got to meet her in the hotel which was the best experience. She is so down to earth and we look forward to see her on her nexttour. I've been to a lot of other concerts, but she was my favorite. Her songs have so much meaning and her voice is so beautiful.

I went to this concert with my boyfriend and have definitely made a fan of Tori Kelly out of him. This was one of the best concerts I've been to! The Sinclair is a great, intimate venue. We stood all the way in the back on the first floor and could still see the artist perfectly. It got hot in there but it was a small price to pay for such a wonderful night.

I am late writing this but this girl is so talented. Nowadays where most lack originality she is a breath of fresh air. She probably sounds better live than in the studio, she is just that good. my daughters are huge tk fans so when i found out she was having a show @ the anaheim hob on my daughter's birthday, it was a no brainer. best bday surprise ever according to my newly turned nineteen year old...once you've heard tori live, it's something you'll never forget. your goosebumps get goosebumps. her recorded songs do not give her justice and you can't compare her to another singer if you're trying to describe her vocal style to someone who's never heard her songs. she's perfected her artform; envelops you in her lyrics and takes you to the place she's singing about. if she comes to your city, don't miss her... =) TK Fan for life...

I loved every second. Except for the fact that there was a roped off area where no one could sit but I guess it was for management? Any who she was absolutely amazing. So pure talented so full of soul and so deserving if her moment. Me and her are the same age and she pushed me to do more with my goals just through her music. And her drive is amazing as well. Seriously, this woman FAR surpassed my expectations at her show! Before the show I didnt know much about her. I just knew she was a good singer but hearing her live made me an instant die hard fan! Her voice is so clean, her skill is so effortless and she has such an awesome stage presence. It was great to see her in such an intimate setting. The only reason this show doesn't get 5 stars from me is because doors were supposed to open at 7 but they didnt open until 8. And then when they opened we had to wait another hour and fifteen min for her to come out. I literally waited on my feet for almost 3 hrs before the show started! But when she came out, she made it all worth it!

So, as all her fans know, Tori Kelly is phenomenal. Seeing her in concert sounded like an angel floating down from the heavens when she hit her infamous falsetto notes and quickly changed into luscious belts when she got down and dirty. I loved every second of it and can't wait until she comes back and gives me my life once again. If I did have to say something negative about the show, there wasn't the correct time on the ticket that said when she would come out on stage. It told us that we could enter the venue at 7 PM, but she didn't come out until after 9 PM. I doubt that was her fault, but that was a bit of an issue.

I have been a Tori Kelly fan for almost 6 years now and I can't explain how excited I was to go see her. She is absolutely stunning and has a voice of an angel and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else than in front of that stage to see her that night. I love that she get so personal with the crowd and never forgets where she comes from and that's why I'm such a huge fan of hers. I'm so excited that I pre-ordered her album like five weeks ago and I can't wait to get it. I hope the centerstage has Tori back really soon because I would love to go see her again.

Tori was absolutely incredible! I don't understand how someone can hit every note so flawlessly :D. She was so nice and down to earth, engaging and joking with the crowd, making it a very fun and intimate concert experience. Not only were her original songs amazing, she also introduced us to one of her new songs "Design", as well as doing covers by Lauryn Hill, The Beatles, Justin Timberlake and Frank Ocean. Ending the show with her single Dear No One was a crowd favorite! The space was cool and intimate, everyone was having a good time, and Tori was so lovely and talented, it couldn't have gone any better. Can't wait to see another Tori Kelly show when she's back in town!

I became a fan 2 weeks before this concert after watching several of her Youtube videos. On the day of the concert, I had sent her a Twitter message asking to give a shout-out to the Golden State Warriors, then it was a pleasant surprise when she actually did so during her show. I had great front loge seats for this concert and enjoyed very much. I liked the Prince tribute songs. Plays with a small band, but does a few solo numbers. No back up dancers or grand stage effects. Months later, I notice she performs on a lot of award shows. She's a performer I probably share the most on social media. With anticipation I look forward to her next album and tour.

This concert was really great. Tori has an incredible voice and is extremely talented on both the guitar and drums. Artists who play instruments along with vocals are always much more fascinating to experience live, and for that I wasn't disappointed whatsoever. The only downside as to why I docked 2 stars was because the meet and greet was only a few seconds and she seemed fed up from having to take pictures with so many strangers. And also because the pit wasn't fun at all, especially not for average sized people. I am an average 5 foot 5, person and was three rows from the front in the pit and I still couldn't see her due to FOUR 6foot tall guys infront of me. This made me feel extremely bad for anyone else that was there that couldn't see either. But besides those two problems, I would recommend going to see Tori in concert at least once in their lives. The music, display and vocals were to die for.

I've only heard a couple of her songs before. However my niece asked to take her and my 11 yr old daughter. I ended up taking the whole family which includes my 5 yr old daughter who was just as excited as the older girls. We all had a blast and there was definitely NOT ONE dull moment. Not only was her show entertaining, but her opener Thirdstory was phenomenal! Tori KELLY is a game changer with all that talent and heart. Not only is she an artist and performer but she sings, plays guitar, drumset and writes her own music. She is amazing with the crowd and really knows how to please the crowd! Which artist comes early not just to do meet and greets but to sit, chill and have tea with some fans, she also stays after and goes out to greet any fans who didn't get to meet her yet, she takes pictures with them and just hangs out for a bit. She truly cares and appreciates her fans and it shows every show of every tour, she's always adding more cool ways for her to spend time with her Toraays, her supporters, her fans. I can't wait for the next tour because I already want to go hear and see her perform LIVE again!

Spent the $125 dollars for the meet and greet. Got my picture taken with her but was not impressed with the 5 seconds that you get to spend with here. Also no autographs was disappointing. What made it worth it was second row from the stage. She played for over an hour and a half. After this tour is over I hope she goes back into the studio and records another album. By then she will be playing in bigger venues. Traveled 300 miles to see her and will again on her next tour. She will become a huge star and I will be able to say I was there at the beginning.

This is my 2nd time seeing Tori Kelly live!! And first time meeting her! I arrived at the venue 2 hours before meet and greet started and even though I only got to meet Tori for like 2 seconds it was the best 2 seconds of my life! It was worth my feet ache and tiredness the next day! Not only is she so humble but also one of the best artist out there! How did she not win a Grammy?!?? I've been a Toraay fan since 2011 so meeting her was a dream come true! After a few hours waiting outside my friends and I (which by the way I bought 3/4 of their tickets because I also wanted them to enjoy seeing Tori) ran in to get a good view at the front! Yes the wait was a killer since all of our feets have been hurting but it was so worth the hurt when Tori Kelly finally came out! (Third Story you guys killed it as openers!) this is my 5th concert of the year and I know already going to be the best! Tori you are the most realist, rawest artist and I fell in love with you after the Inspiration medley you did a few years ago. I will always and forever support your music. If you haven't seen Tori live before then you better add it on your bucket list because she puts on an AMAZING show!!!

Tori Kelly is SO much better live than she is recorded. Don't get me wrong, she's great on her album, but she's amaze balls live. The precision with which she hits every single note in her runs is crazy! Her melismas, range, and pitch are so spot on, it's ridiculous! She also has a fantastic stage presence and has a way of relating to her audience and getting them involved in her show. Her Prince tribute was perfect.

Tori really is the best that it gets, hands down. I've seen the amazing Whitney Houston and Prince in concert and though they too were great performers ....Tori still tops them! Tori hits every note on every song and relates to the crowd, she doesn't just sing her songs but she connects with her fans! Amazing! Wow! Is all I can say. Her voice is amazing, her music is beautiful and her band is super cool. I also enjoyed the opening act, Third Story. If you weren't a fan before ( which is crazy) well you will be! She sang old and new songs and was very energetic and entertaining. I had a blast and I'm definitely seeing her again if I ever have the opportunity!

The venue was great, I didn have to wait at all and the lines were very short. The security was great and the lines also very orderly. Overall, I had a great experience. I would most definitely go to the Electric Factory again, especially to see Tori!!! Tori was such a sweetheart and so so incredibly talented. Definitely worth my time and money!!

I had an amazing time! I went as a V.I.P received awesome merch and the chance to meet and take a picture with Tori. If your a fan of Tori, I highly recommend getting the V.I.P tickets to take in the full experience, even though the encounter with Tori isn't nearly as log as we would all wish it could be but still it's well worth it. Having a V.I.P ticket meant getting to get into the venue earlier than those who just had regular tickets and thus giving you a good opportunity to experience the show in the front row and as close to Tori as you could possibly get. We all know Tori is beautiful and her Unbreakable smile brightens up the room. She is super talented and amazing live! I personally found the show very inspiring. The next day I Found myself wishing to relive the whole experience. Seeing Tori is mandatory if your a fan of her music!

Tori Kelly is a phenomenal musician. Her voice is simply amazing. She surprised us all with interesting rifts, suprise instrument battles with her band, and songs I didn't expect. Unlike artists like Nicki Minaj that ignore the earlier stuff, Tori played to her fans in the audience that have been with her since the beginning. With that said, I think she needs to work a bit on her stage presence but that's not a big enough grievance to lose any stars in my book. I will be attending a show every time she goes on stage. I'm very interested in watching her growth.

Tori Kelly is a phenomenal performer and I truly recommend seeing a show of hers if you can. I honestly cried 5 times during her performance. The Ryman Auditorium is my absolute favorite venue in Nashville. I have been to over 30 shows there & Tori made the Ryman proud! One of the best shows that I've seen. She came out and immediately started singing. I think she sange 4 songs before stopping to breathe.In total, she sang for almost 2 hours! Each and every song was great. She has an incredible voice. She was so fully of energy and enthusiasm. This was a great concert and I hope she comes back soon!

Great concert. Wish she would have engaged with the crowd a little bit more but I understand why she didn't because when she was talking a lot of people didn't Show any respect.
