Jimmy Fallon

It's fun to make fun of people, and comedians have made a pretty nice living doing so for a few centuries now. But the Late Night host prefers a different game entirely: Jimmy Fallon celebrates pop culture and all its personalities, taking pleasure in their eccentricities where others might tear them down for quick giggle. The resulting softer-yet-still-edgy approach has brought a new order to the world of late night, leading the baby-faced wonder to the Tonight Show chair once occupied by Jack Paar, Johnny Carson, and Jay Leno. Now he has set about changing the comedy tour game too by among other things, extending his coattails.

One of the best shows I've been to (including stand-ups and concerts)! All of his opening acts were amazing and he just topped the cake! Can't wait for him to take over late night!

Overall my husband and I had a great night and lots of laughs. The guys that came with Jimmy were pretty funny. I was glad that Jimmy came out between the comics to introduce them and make a few jokes. When it was Jimmy's turn I was a little disappointed. He was funny but I had heard almost all of his bits. I would have thought on the first night of his comedy tour he would have done some old favorites but new stuff as well.

All four of the comedians were hysterical and made for a really fun night. Jimmy was a great MC for them and it was cool that he still did a lot in the beginning, in between, and at the end. Awesome event

I thought the overall sow was terrific. Wish Jimmy could have performed more-feel like his portion of the show was the smallest.

The show was really great, so great to finally see Jimmy Fallon in person. He is an amazing, all around performer. It was nice to see the other comedians, maybe 3 instead of 4 next time and more Jimmy with more new material.

Partly my fault, but I thought Fallon was going to be the headliner instead of just the Host. Comedians were good, but not good enough for a theater like that.

This is not a good place to see a comedy tour... Your way to far away from the comedians if your setting on the mezzanine level(couldn't evan see them hardly with binoculars) and theres no big screens to watch if your up that high!!The first 2 of the 4 opening acts were horrible... don't think I laughed once!! Would of been nice to see some more skits!!

I had a great time. An evening full of laughs with good clean jokes. the other comedians with Jimmy were funny and true entertainers. Only a couple negative things...you couldn't take photos. Hello... its 2013 most events allow you take photos. I don't know if that was request by Jimmy or the Peabody but I found that rather dumb. Also I wish Jimmy's set was a bit longer, 35-40 minutes really wasn't long enough.

The pre-show dinner was very enjoyable, kudos to the Peabody Opera House. My wife and I have been fans of late night with Jimmy Fallon for a while and it was a pleasure to see him live. The 4 comedians he brought were also historical. We laughed and smile so much during the event that our faces literally hurt afterwards. I'd absolutely see Jimmy Gallon again

I'm bad with names but Mr. Thune was not living up to the "Clean Cut". He slipped a few curse words in "accidentally" which I believed until the off-color story at the end. Seth was great. Jimmy was great but was not on very long in comparison to the others.

All the openers were GREAT!!!! Very funny and entertaining. I was sitting in the very front row and they asked us questions and had fan interaction going on ... GOOD TIMES!!! As for Jimmy, he was hilarious ... His impressions were EXCELLENT!!!! ... The thank you texts bit was AMAZING!!! The lip sync off was okay ... I mean, funny but a little meh for me ... Overall, the show was really good ... I just dislike that Jimmy didn't do an encore thing like most artists and whatnot ... But, if you get the chance to attend, GO!!!

During the first half of the show, the various writers for "Late Night" did their own standup routine. Better than the average comedy club, but not Jimmy Fallon. The second half of the show was all Jimmy and he was awesome as usual. He had a good mixture of planned skits and impromptu comedy with the audience. This was a special appearance at Butler U due to the Indy Super Bowl, but I hope he comes back soon. Great time.

I enjoyed the experience overall. The venue was excellent. A previous experience highlighted by bad acoustics (in Clowes?) was overwritten by comfortable seats, a good view all the way back in row AA, and a pleasant staff that has never disappointed me. It was nice to meet some of the staff writers I wasn't familiar with, and get a better sense of their individual senses of humor. The MC was excellent and kept the energy up when present. The other performers and Jimmy were running at a lower key. Each brought funny material, but Jimmy's set offered a lot of material we were familiar with, or seemed dated (mocking GPS voices?). No real complaints. We had a good time, but a $30 dollar ticket price made me expect more.

Was glad we went to see Jimmy Fallon at Clowes Hall, great opportunity to see one of our favorites. However, was not thrilled with the mediocre routines by the writing staff - even college students think about more than private parts and what is done with them - I am by no means a prude, very liberal, but these guys were just boring - like a miss-worthy warm up band. Jimmy was stellar and sharp, worth the wait - but could have done without the rest. If those are quality writers from NYC, my partner and I need to move there so she can work for NBC - quite the comedian on a much wider range of topics!

I was disappointed in the overall show which lasted about an hour and 50 minutes--not even two hours! Before Jimmy came on stage there was an unknown, rather lewid host who got old quickly and a string of six writers from the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show. Apparently Jimmy thought people in Indy were easily entertained. Foolish me thinking that Jimmy might bring some recognizable entertainment along with himself. The host and six writers who tried to do some stand-up comedy were there just to waste time and it felt exactly like that. Jimmy was good but was on stage for only 50-60 minutes and since there was no other true entertainment he should have stayed on longer. I feel that everyone in Indy deserved much better than that---long time before I see another Fallon show.

For those who love Jimmy Fallon's late night show, this show was a bit of a disappointment. I love the 'Zog, who opened with a great panto to the Wonder Woman theme song. His revealing costume did him no favors, but probably won some young female co-eds over. I really liked AD Miles, who I have a sweet spot for due to Role Models, and his interpretation of "Love Take Me Down to the Streets" by Wings. However, the writing staff was a bit less polished as stand-ups versus performing their sketch ideas. The Robo-voice dudes were horrible in particular. They are my least favorite part of the Fallon show as well. I would have loved more new stuff, but I understand that they just got in town. The songs Jimmy trotted out were already viral hits from his show, but he did have funny interactions with the college kids in the front rows.

I definitely recommend Jimmy Fallon's Clean Cut Comedy Tour. Jimmy introduced the four opening comedians and they were all funny...the 2nd and 3rd ones were my favorites. My cheeks were literally hurting from laughing and smiling so much BEFORE Jimmy's set. Jimmy's set was long!! If you're a fan of Late Night, you're in for a treat because he used some ideas from the show, he sang and danced, and his energy is amazing!!! Definitely worth the money. If I could go back, which I would every time, I would definitely pay extra to sit closer. I bought the cheap seats and still had a great time but that's my only complaint. So worth it!!!!!

The first half of the show was just Okay. One of the comedians (The guy in the wonder woman suit) was good but the other two were kinda boring. It would have been much better with just Jimmy doing longer impressions and more of his stuff or have better comedians. Even though I have seen everything Jimmy did on stage before, it was still good. I recommend more for the next show more of Jimmy with more and new material. more impressions with out the stop watch.

I've loved Jimmy Fallon since SNL and his comedy tour was definitely no letdown. The four guys that performed were great and responded well with the audience. It wasn't the gross/raunchy comedy that has become popular recently, these men were seriously funny and made smart jokes. I would definitely recommend it to a Fallon fan or any comedy lover. I was expecting Jimmy Fallon to be on stage a lot longer. At first I thought he was the host of the show as he introduced 4 other comedy acts before he finally came out to do what he does best which is make people laugh. He was great when he came on but I almost walked out before he came on stage as I didn't pay my hard earned money to see these other acts, I paid to see Jimmy. I've seen many other comedy acts in the past 3 years and because he was only on state for a short period of time I rated the show fair.

This should have been billed as "Guys that have been on Fallon's show". First 80% of the show wasn't Fallon..bill it correctly. They were funny...but I could have seen them all for $10 at the local comedy club. ( or youtube) Fallon finally did come on stage at the end for about 20 min. He did absolutely no prep for this show bringing out age old bits...that are funny if you haven't seen them forever...not why you go to a live show.

We were incredibly excited to go see Jimmy Fallon! We think he is hilarious and this is how we chose to spend our anniversary! However, we were pretty disappointed in the show as a whole. We appreciate Jimmy Fallon wanting to showcase other comedians, but people came to see Jimmy Fallon and wanted to see more of him! He was on stage about the same amount of time as his partners, which is not what we expected. Jimmy was great, but his time was short, and overall the whole show was much shorter than we expected.

There were four opening comedians who were okay. They were the quality of the average Funny Bone --in fact, one of them said he was recently at the St. Louis Funny Bone. Then Jimmy took the stage. He was so hilarious for every single one of the 20 total minutes he was on stage. This was so very disappointing. We didn't pay for tickets to see Jimmy Fallon to then only see him for 20 minutes---which was also the length of the opening acts. I was so disappointed and shocked that he would do this. He performed in St. Louis a few years ago at another event and I hear that he performed for over an hour. That is what I would have expected as a headliner of this tour. I certainly won't pay to see him again.

The stand up comics he brought along are talented, hilariously funny youngish entertainers who understand and perform intelligent humor. They totally entertained from beginning to end! Caesar, Benny, Hope, Skelton, Dangerfield, Leno and one of the very best of all times CARSON could bring this level of crazy comedy, delivered without exploding "F BOMBS" every other word, and with timing, passion, with and heart. Jimmy Fallon now steps into those ranks. Welcome to the club my friend! Thanks for a wonderful show with a great team of comedians. I am so happy for you that the torch has been passed to you, "Break a leg" in February. You desire the shot, and you will do great!

All of the comedians in this line up delivered some major laughs! I was unfamiliar with Nick Thun, Nick Bargatze and Julian McCollough, but they quickly became some of my favorites. They kept the show upbeat, very entertaining, and most importantly, clean cut (except for a few cuss words from Nick). I drove all the way from Houston to see Jimmy and he was amazing, as expected. Awesome experience from the venue to the other comedians, and of course, Jimmy was great!

Who Doesn't love a good laugh?? Jimmy Fallon brought his best and kept us entertained and laughing the whole evening. The worst part was it coming to an end. The Tampa theater was a perfect venue for an intimate setting cause when your with Jimmy Fallon your family!

He had 5 other comedians. He was in stage for only 30 minutes... Disappointed.

It was funny and most importantly CLEAN, as advertised. We really appreciated that. It's nice to hear comedy from guys with a larger vocabulary than most!
