VIXX

I attended their First Showcase at the House of Blues Orlando as a vvip and it was a dream come true. I will go to any/every VIXX concert in Orlando! They were amazing. Every single one of them is extremely talented and has such charisma :) I will never forget that night, it is one of my best memories :)

I attended the Vixx First Showcase at the House of Blues in Orlando. I went because my daughter had wanted to see them. I know their music as well and enjoy them, but as I am in my 50's, I knew I was going to be desperately out of place in this crowd. Fortunately, I was able to sit in the balcony away from the ensuing mayhem of screaming fans on the floor by the stage. As a result, I was able to view the concert from the comfort of my seat. I have to say that after attending concerts for 40 years, this particular concert was a first for me. The screaming of the fans was absolutely deafening - but I found the entire experience fun. Vixx is an extremely talented and engaging group of young men who worked extremely hard to please their fans. Not only did they sing and do a lot of difficult and complex dance routines, but they sat down and played some games to entertain. They also answered fans questions. These guys really worked their tails off and did their best to make sure that their fans had a wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed their performances and had a great time watching the fans go nuts. I would definitely recommend Vixx to others. Despite speaking and singing in Korean, they are truly engaging and enjoyable.

VIXX was amazing. Their vocals and dancing were incredble and they were very sweet and professional. Definitely would go to another one of their shows.

Now, I'm not an impartial reviewer. I love VIXX. I own all their albums and have posters up in my room. I was that one chick dancing along with most of the choreography. But since I'm in the fandom for the amazing dancing, the great vocals, and the general epicness of Kpop, I'm going to assume my review will interest someone on the fence about whether seeing a Kpop group in person is comparable to the quality of their albums and MVs. Because, let's face it, most of that stuff is auto-tuned and clip patchwork, right? Well. Considering VIXX performed this concert with minimal track (so they sang most of it live), the vocals were astoundingly good. I can't walk and sing at the same time, so the fact that those harmonies came out even more perfect than they are in the albums boggled my mind. Those boys have chops, ya'all. The dancing was great. There were a few twerks, as sometimes happens. Poor Leo almost fell once because he tripped on a monitor or something (I wasn't quite at the angle to see what it was). But besides the understandable biffs here and there, the choreography was tight and exciting, as VIXX's choreography always is. It was an absolute pleasure to see Error live. And for those of you who love VIXX's ballads like I do, there were enough to satisfy without annoying those of you who prefer the high-tempo stuff. Wardrobe changes didn't take long at all, so we got a lot of outfits with only a video break in between. I'm down. The translator was kind of what marred some of the transitions. She was kind of spacey and took way too long to say a simple thought. Which is like whatever, I get that being a translator isn't easy. But she wasted a lot of time during the Q and A portion, so only Hyuk and Ravi got to answer questions. Next time, honey, don't waste so much time asking VIXX to hug you and then trying to explain to them what the heck you mean. And don't take so much time introducing the Q and A--just say "we have questions here and VIXX can come up and pick one off the board" and move it along. It's annoying to those of us who are more interested in what VIXX has to say than what you as the host have to say. Granted, her making VIXX uncomfortable by asking for a hug was kind of funny. Especially when Hongbin was like "NO." Would have been nice if they'd had more merchandise, since it went pretty quickly. And more than one table would probably be good, since it was a swarm of fangirls up in there. But the quality and price of the stuff was good. I love my sweatshirt. It's so comfy. All in all, VIXX was great. Totally worth the ten hour bus drive and money spent on the ticket. Seriously, if you're on the fence about whether to invest in one of their concerts, don't be. Go. They're fantastic.

VIXX was amazing! They all looked like they were having fun. Limelight however needs a wack to the back of the head... the translator limelight hired was god awful, and the hi touch ticket thing was a big mess... if you are going to raffle the event do it at the concert with the sold seats. You could tell the guys were getting annoyed with the translator the annoyed looks were hilarious. Ignoring limelight mistakes the guys were great to watch. I was ready watch it again.

To begin with, the group itself was amazing! It is completely unforgettable! VIXX has been my idol for quite a while and I was so mad to miss their showcase at Dallas a year ago, but this showcase compensated for it! Their appearance on stage is strong and they perform as if it was the music video you where watching in front of you.

The event was great in that there was not a bad seat in the house and VIXX put on an amazing performance. The light show was perfect with their dances and their singing was spot on for each song. The down side was that the venue did not know how to handle the amount of fans for a kpop concert. The translator was not the best and the camera work was poor.

It was absolutely beautiful. I was a little upset with the American staff, maybe the company that put on the show, just for general unprofessionalism and the unfortunate interpreter, but I'm glad they at least had a way for VIXX to communicate with us. The concert was amazing!! VIXX performed to their best ability and I could clearly see everything from my seat. Camera work was only okay, but the sound quality and video quality was A+++. Everyone pretty much died. It was just perfect. I couldn't have dreamed it to be any better. Starlights unite!! x33333

OMG are you kidding!!! VIXX concert was amazing. Technical difficulties aside the boys put in a fantastic performance.

i was sad that we were let in late, and that it didn't start on time. I was a companion for my friend in a wheelchair and it was upsetting how hard everything was for her. Luckily we got everything sorted out and we all had a great time! Even though the concert was shorter than it was supposed to be it was the greatest night of my entire life!

This concert was excellent and I loved every moment of it. The only thing that I wish they would have done better is when they show the faces of the group performing, sometimes the camera wasn't on them completely or would be on someone else while they were talking. But that's all. Everything else was perfect. The sound: great. The lighting: amazing. I left awestruck, not only because of the amazing groups performing but because of the way it was presented. I would definitely go here again for such an experience.

It was awesome show and i really enjoyed every minute of the show. I didnt like the fact that we couldn't take picture and video, and the security was rude.

It was amazing to see my favorite K-Pop Artists and they really did an amazing job! It will be a night I'll remember forever! I hope I can see them again someday!

Ok, first of all, I was in the Celebrity Circle section 1 (far left section facing the stage) and second row, so I was SUPER close (I wish I was in first row though - they got a TON of fan service). I also had a bow with N's Korean name on it so he knew I was his fan. The concert started 45 min after the advertised time (it was moved to 7:30PM by Limelight 2 hours before the concert, then delayed another 15 min or so). They began with Error, and it was AMAZING to see that live for the first time. They wore ugly red suits and the lighting was a horrible red, but the performance rocked! I didn't expect any less from them :P They did all their singles except Super Hero, which was fine since I'm not so hot on that song. They also did 3 non-single ballads (Only U was a single), Someday, Youth Hurts (or Blue Blossom), and From Now On, You're Mine (or Love Comes True). I wish they did more ballads since I LOVE all of them (especially Don't Wanna Be An Idol and Thank You For Being Born). Now for the good part - the fan service was much better than I was hoping for! B.O.D.Y. is a pretty heavily choreographed song, and even though VIXX did follow the dance they were smiling the whole time (probably because we ere dancing with them). N was smiling so much and locked eyes with me quite a few times! During G.R.8.U the members didn't even follow the choreography for most of it, just went to all sides of the stage and sang to the fans. N came over to our side first and stayed for his whole first verse ^^ Leo came over and serenaded the girl in front of me for quite a bit as well (his fan service surprised me the most). For the encore, they began with Rock Ur Body and hyped us up again (like that was even possible)! VIXX all seemed SO happy and it wasn't just due to the atmosphere of the song! The last song was From Now On, You're Mine, and the fan service just EXPLODED during that song. N brought out a camera and recorded part of CC section 4. He also came over to our side in the second half of the song, locked eyes with me again, and pointed straight at me; I couldn't stop covering my mouth in amazement ;~; I will remember that forever. Those of us who bought CC tickets were also entitled to a "hi touch" event (high fiving the members). It was more rushed than we were promised but it was nice to see them up close! I totally forgot what I was going to say to N when I saw his smiling face and blurted out I love you in Korean. I had his face in my mind and forgot how Leo and Ravi looked... Oops. Overall the concert was an amazing experience and definitely worth what I paid for!

This was our first Kpop concert and we were not disappointed at all! We traveled from Texas just to see VIXX live and they were worth every dime and hour spent traveling. Even though the concert started half an hour late, they still stayed and performed for a full two hours with a fan event afterwards. The energy and excitement was full force the entire time. We were up and out of our seats for their entire performance. It was so nice to see a group from so far away up close and in person and to see that they were as nice as we always thought. We would so go through the travel again for such an enjoyable time!

This concert exceeded my expectations. The dance performances were nearly perfect, their singing was just like their album (but you could tell they weren't lip syncing). I drove 7 hours to see this show, and I would do it again!

VIXX put on an AMAZING performance! They have great fan service and really work hard to make the show enjoyable. The dancing is everything you would expect from VIXX. My first Kpop concert and I will definitely never forget it!

I'm sooooo glad I went to the concert. I never thought I'd get to see the boys up lose like that ever in life. But I did and not only did they look amazing, they sang soooo well. Vixx Celeste come back to the U.S. I love them and I loved the show. ^^

The concert itself was fantastic but the organizers were all over the place when it came to supplying VIP customers with stuff before the concert began.

The music was amazing they sound incredible live! They really seem to care about their fans and it showed in every song!!! Please come back to Chicago!!!

The concert was amazing and our boys were spectacular. My only complaint was the organization of the merchandise table. The table was located right in the middle of the doors so it was difficult to squeeze through the crowd to get to where you belong. It would help if there was some kind of organization of lines then we could avoid all the pushing, shoving and getting stuck for minutes. Thankfully, the starlights in the crowd were very polite.

I was so amazed how close my seats were to the stage and when VIXX was singing and dancing I could see their facial expressions. All songs and dances were matched to their music videos. The sound system was superb in that you can still hear VIXX singing on top of all the screaming and shouting. But most of all to have VIXX sit on the stage and was willing to talk to the audience!!!!! I have seen this interaction with other KPOP groups on UTube. You can feel that they wanted to put on show! And I kept thinking that VIXX was singing and not Lip Syncing. However, it was requested that pictures and videos not to be taken, I was disappointed due to that this was probably my last concert due to my Handicapped Issues. I wish that VIXX would consider another US your and come to Charlotte NC.

I liked the size of the venue but some people did scream a bit too much. I was sort of half deaf after the show. But VIXX really put on a show. Their dancing was spot on and their voices were gorgeous as usual. I love them and I can not wait to see them again. They are definitely my permanent favorite band.

It was amazing show. Hopping they will come back for next time asap.

VIXX are perfect! I went by myself and still had the best time!

If you ask how VIXX was just by themselves, of course they were amazing. Their manner and stage presence was, as always, charming and professional. Disregarding all of the sound mishaps and management hiccups (featuring rude staff), it was an amazing experience. VIXX is a Kpop group you definitely should follow.

VIXX was amazing (like expected) and I loved how the venue was on the smaller end because I felt as if I was able to get fairly close to the members even though the event was general admission. The experience felt very intimate because of the small venue and the crowd was excited but still respectful (minimal shoving). Only complaint would be the minor technical difficulties with the mics which messed up parts of the singing/rapping and also the translator was not very good during the Q&A.

Vixx as of right now was my favorite concert out there.. I have been to abut 5 concerts and so far its my favorite.

The concert was absolutely amazing. The sound was great, the members did amazingly, the stage was a nice size. The overall performance was amazing.

They are an amazing group to see! Love them so much and hope they can come more often in the future!

I loved the showcase. I been into kpop for more than 10 years and been to my fair share of concerts. I have to say that Vixx's showcase was in my top 5. it probably that high because my bias is Leo.

The concert was awesome except for the fact that they sold out of good very fast other than that vixx performed very good and they interact with the audience so it was great.

It was the best concert ever !! The dancing and singing was amazing and everyone was singing along. It was the best expirence ever

It's VIXX They're amazing. It was the best first concert for me because I never thought that getting a hi touch and merchandise at my first concert would be possible plus the seat was pretty close to the stage even though it wasn't celebrity circle!

VIXX was awesome! They were gorgeous and sounded amazing! The whole package! Definitely going to keep a look out for their next concert! The crowd was amped and it was a good time! VIXX fighting!!!

Despite a few bumps along the way, this showcase really came together well in the end. I was a little worried at first since I've never been to an all standing venue or Terminal 5 before, but it actually wasn't bad at all. I was fairly close to the stage and had a great view. There were some minor mic issues in a couple songs, but other then that it was great. I hope they come again sometime so I can see them again.

VIXX was absolutely wonderful even though they seemed tired from performing in Chicago the night before. My friends and I were screaming in excitement the whole time ^^ They're just amazing in person and very charismatic. However, I'm not the only one who probably thought the organization of Limelight and their staff was awful. The translator was not that great and sometimes VIXX's microphones wouldn't work.The showcase was pretty short too, but I'm giving 4 stars because we had a REALLY fun time all because of the members from VIXX. :)

This show was absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable! I was lucky enough to be within the first few rows and the performance blew me away. VIXX is so charismatic and talented on stage, and were so sweet during the q&a session! I will never forget the kindness and love the boys have for their Starlights.

I've been waiting for a year to see VIXX in person and seeing them finally for the first time was a mind blowing experience!!! I was one of the VIP ticket holders, so I automatically had access closer to the stage along with the other VIP's. I was about 10 feet from the guys and they looked even more handsome in person. They're literally flawless and I've never seen anything like it in my life. The leader of the group N made eye contact at me a few times during certain parts of the show which made me extremely happy. They sang every song that I wanted them to sing. Even though there were some sound issues, I didn't notice it really because I was having such a great time. They put on an excellent show...loved the lighting and the special effects too. The show started on time and after it was over I had my high touch with each of the guys. I looked them in the eye and they looked me in the eye too as they thanked me and I did the same. When I came to the last member who is the leader N, he smiled and I really thanked him and I had my hand on his a little longer than I should have. I felt a slight push from someone behind because I was holding up the line. :) I will never forget that night. It was worth spending the extra money seeing VIXX up so close even if it was a for a few seconds. I hope they come back to NY because I need to see them again!

had an amazing time ...they put on a FANTASTIC show

The planning of this event was flawed, but we did get to see an amazing performance by an international idol group so I rated it as "recommended". I'm going to limit this review to one pro and one con. Bad news first: There was a slight starting time delay. The time difference by itself was no problem. Sure, it was cold waiting outside for an extra half hour to 45 minutes, but it wasn't cold enough or long enough to cause serious concern. The problem was that the delay cut time out of the event instead of just sliding the entire event schedule back. I was extremely disappointed to hear that songs were cut from the set list and that other parts of the show were shortened due to time constraints. Good news: Before the show I had worried about how much lip syncing there might be due to the complicated and exhausting dances, but I was blown away by how much they sang live. The awesome choreography was on point AND the vocals were clear and (mostly) in tune.

Maybe I was just really spoiled by the awesomeness of the B.A.P show at the same theater in April, but VIXX was lacking in comparison. The sound quality and performance were great, although the guys did look a bit tired. They did a nice Q & A that was fun, but interaction with the fans wasn't even a tenth of what B.A.P did, and there were no fun props during the show, and only one costume change. And only 15 songs, including the encore! I think B.A.P must've done at least 25 songs. I don't blame the guys. I'm sure these tours are hard on them. The most disappointing thing was NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ALLOWED! Really??? This might be the only time in our lives we ever get to see VIXX in person and you aren't going to let us take any pictures??? Everyone tried, of course, but security really cracked down and forced everyone to stop. I even saw them try to stop people who had media press passes. Absolutely ridiculous!!! And for all this we paid more than DOUBLE what the B.A.P show cost us! Not fair at all.

I was a bit sad that the concert started late but the band apologized profusely so I couldn't help but forgive them. The songs and choreography were fantastic. I can tell they have practiced very hard. I wish the translator would have been more on the ball. There was a part in the concert where the band said something in Korean and the translator was nowhere to be found, leaving all the English speaking fans as well as the band uncomfortable and confused.

The show was absolutely amazing! The sound quality could have been a little better (the band was having issues with some of their mics quitting in the middle of songs and sometimes there was a little bit of distortion) but the staff handled it well and did the best they could with the equipment they had. The band themselves were fantastic. They definitely know how to put on a good show, and I would definitely go to see them again.

The way the theater was laid out it always seemed like we weren't that far away. Kpop rarely makes it to the United states so I'm glad I got the chance to see Vixx! They are an amazing band that really cares about their fans. I really hope they come back!!
