I don't think I have been to a venue as well thought out as The Sinclair. To top it off this show was amazing. The Thermals are a band that translate so well live. I have no idea how they are able to play that hard for an hour straight without stopping. Pretty & Nice was also a pleasant surprise and a good start to the show.

I have seen The Thermals at least 15 times now and will definitely see them MANY more times! They are always amazing! If you have never seen The Thermals I recommend you see them! Just an awesome band live! This was my first time to El Ray and I loved the venue. I will definitely go back to the EL Ray

This band has a fantastic stage presence - every member played/sang their heart out. Great addition of Jessica of Summer Cannibals (also great) on guitar. Played a good mix of old and new, revved the crowd up with great energy. Loved it!

It was a super high energy show, starting with the Summer Cannibals kicking ass then continuing to hit all the highs of the latest and best Thermals material to date. Awesome show, would go see them again any time.

I was already a fan but their gig at the Bowery solidified it for me. They did it loud and gritty. Crowd surfing and moshing aplenty. The two opening acts also rocked the house. Definitely recommend.

It was a good show. The band was great and the crowd and venue were pretty good too. This was my first time at the Sinclair, and second time seeing the Thermals. They played a good combination of old and new songs.

Been wanting to see the Screaming Females for a long time, and they did not disappoint. Marissa Paternoster is a tiny guitar goddess, who brings to performance every bit of the grit and intensity you hear in their albums. I wasn't familiar with Black Wine, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were, particularly drummer/vocalist Miranda Taylor. Of course the Thermals were great. The venue is good, clean, standing room, but with a little balcony up top with tables and chairs for anyone who wants a good view sans moshing.
