Loggins & Messina

Fantastic concert, excellent venue, beautiful evening!!! Brought our picnic dinner, bought some great wine, and truly enjoyed every minute (except for the walk up the hill w/cooler). But would happily walk it 10 times more for this one. (And I'm old...)

Having just witnessed a great concert by Kenny Loggins, it reminded me of the other great concert I was able to attend with this great musician. The only thing that would have made that concert any better would have been the addition of Jim Messina. The Loggins and Messina concert at the Hard Rock Cafe in Biloxi, MS we attended in September of last year, was stellar. All their great songs from the past and a few newer ones just made my day. The band was awesome, especially the saxaphone musicians, and of course, Kenny Loggins and Jim Messina. When they played the Pooh song, it brought back memories of my own baby daughter and the lullabies I used to sing to her everynight. Just a great, great concert.
