The music was great of course, it was Pink Floyd but that was about all that was great. The laser show disjointed myself and my friend. Maybe it was because I had seen Roger Waters in concert x 2 and those shows were awesome so there was no comparison. . The glasses that were provided helped but even then it didn't live up to being spectacular as described. I have seen many light shows that surpassed this one at concerts. We actually left the show during intermission which I have never done before. Sorry but I give this a thumbs down.

The only good thing about this show is the music of Pink Floyd! 1-The show was advertised 2.5 hours - It lasted less than two. 2-Intermission? Why? Maybe they had to let the amps cool? 3-After the intermission the volume was considerably lower. To the point the audience started chanting "Turn it up". 4-Also after the intermission someone forgot to turn the stadium lights off for at least a minute. 5-Was not in 3D! Only thing the glasses did was multiply and create halos on what light you saw ie... exit signs. 6-Speakers blocked a big portion of the screen for high priced seat on the sides 7-I thought the visual show was kinda lame. They did turn it out for the last song. Too late! 8-Venue was too big. Maybe would have been better at a smaller theater. 9-It definitely didn't help when they stopped selling alcohol early!!!

Screen was very small for 3d. The presentation looked like a powerpoint presentation. The show wasn't even good if you wore the glasses the whole time. The crowd had to chant turn it up!! The volume was so low. The front rows were abandoned half way through the show, people were leaving the whole time. I have seen many floyd shows, this was the worst. Don't believe me? Go and see it.

You can't beat the combination of the sights and sounds of the Pink Floyed Laser Light Spectacular combined with the Majestic Theater. Everything was excellent from the beauty of the majestic to the immersion of the mind as the audience journeyed through the tracks of Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall via colorful 3d laser images and top notch sound in all its Pink Floyd glory! I go back again and again!

The show was so much more than we expected (and we certainly expected the best!), it was utterly an entertainment extravaganza...especially once the crowd warmed up and started cheering and joining in! One word of advice...sit as much toward the middle as possible, and at least 15-20 rows back for optimum effect.

For somebody who took Sydney before the show. This was absolutely mind blowing!! Would recommended for anybody who Does or Doesn't have a psychedelic gleem in their eye! Stunning show! I do wish though they would've played more early years Pink Floyd but all in all it was totally worth the money!

The place was very good. Nice theatre well organized and with style. The show offered a wide variety of Pink Floyd themes adding the plus of the laser 3d.

Was the worst thing I've ever attended at the Bergen Pac, and I go to a lot of shows the Bergen Pac and always enjoy them this just wasn't designed for this type of building. Something just wasn't right. Walked out halfway through.

Just ok, but definitely not worth the $39 plus fees they re charging for these tickets. They don t even play all the best of Floyd like Hey You and Have a Cigar, but then they play some odd songs like one off the Animals album that no one has ever heard. We paid all that money for tickets and we had 7 people in our group, and they wouldn t even give us a program because they claimed to run out of them, even though we bought our tickets in advance, and the place was no where near sold out. And we were one of the first there. Even the kids were disappointed with the laser display which consists of mostly one laser on the left side of the stage that moves back and forth the entire time. Only the last song is what I would describe as spectacular , but nothing else. Otherwise, it s like sitting home watching an MTV video with one laser moving in your face. And btw, that wizard of oz portion, which is basically the entire first half of the show is lame and way too long. What a cop out and a waste!

not the laser rock of old in a planetarium, but a mind blowing pink floyd fan's must see. The Bergen PAC is a perfect venue for this tech laden well produced light and sound show. I sat center orchestra and had a 3-d surround view of the lighting techs work WOW

Last weekend I saw Paramount's Laser Spectacular, featuring the Music of Pink Floyd at DPAC. I have very nice things to say about the venue. There was lots of parking available nearby, we didn't have to wait long to get in, the staff was very friendly and helpful and our seats were comfortable. The show itself? Yeah, not so much. I saw the show with a friend and we both agreed there were many issues. For one, the music was too loud. My friend, who is a professional sound engineer, measured the volume in the room at over 115 dB. Even worse, the mix was treble heavy which made many of David Gilmour's guitar solos painful to endure. The laser part of the show was underwhelming, as well. The 3-D effect was less than impressive, and many of the effects were way too simplistic and obvious - like during "Us and Them" they flashed the words "us" and "them" along with the song; "Run Like Hell" featured a guy running through the whole song; and sax or guitar solos were accompanied by a cartoon image of a sax of guitar. Yawn. They played a large chunk of "The Wizard of Floyd" and the lasers added very little to that. Same thing in the second act when most of the selections from the "The Wall" were accompanied by clips from the movie, with little integration of the lasers. Finally, some of the song selections were questionable. They did not play "Shine on You Crazy Diamond", they played my least favorite song from "Animals" and did not close the show with "Comfortably Numb" as expected. That was the penultimate song. Instead they closed with an early PF tune that I was not familiar with. That may have been why many people leaded to the exits early. Over all it felt like a pretty amateurish production. Or as my friend said, "It was like a Pink Floyd laser show done by a really good group of high school kids." And at $30+ per ticket, I paid at least twice what it was worth. This one was a solid miss.

I've never seen so many lasers in my life. I only wish they were more relaxed about photos, it would be great to take some for memories and to share with friends which would also give them free advertisement.

I saw a Pink Floyd laser light show back in the 1970's that was good, but now with the new technology its unreal!! The prism and the 3D glasses just make it twice as good. I have never seen anything like it and still had the same number of brain cells that I started with when it ended !!!!!!

The laser show was very good and had 3D and Multi spacial-3D using the supplied glasses added exciting dimensions to the show. If you are a Pink Floyd fan or just want to enjoy the excitement of a laser show, I would recommend it. The Resorts Theater in Atlantic City is not a conventional arena so they have some graded platforms BUT multiple rows at a single level so viewing is difficult if you are short with very uncomfortable chairs....basic chairs with no arm rests and poor padding.

Definitely entertained. The people without the 3D glasses probably didn't enjoy the show. Not sure some knew to get them. Yes, it was an extra cost but a NEED! Not all laser lights synced to music but still good. Wish all the songs had the animation that the last song had.

It was definitely the best New Year's Eve I've ever had! Paramount got the visuals to the songs on point. Plus the lights were trippy and fun! It was a little much for some people who I guess we're real Pink Floyd fans because I was surprised to see a good bit of people leaving. It was such an amazing show I'm going again next year!

The music was great! I didn't have seats that were that great and had to kind of look around for the best vantage points from my seat. And I do highly recommend the 3D glasses that they had on sale for $2.00. Looks like those would be included because they made such a difference in all the lights and lasers during the show.

The Kalamazoo State Theatre is quite the beautiful venue, with a grand feeling of nostalgia. The Laser Spectacular was mind-blowing; mind-warping, even! It more than superseded our expectations. I don't want to give too much away, so I will only say, "go, if you get the chance! It's moving and visually exciting!"

Went to the show and wasn t quite sure what to expect with all the mixed reviews online. Most of this show is pretty awesome. The only song that wasn t too exciting that I was fairly disappointed with was Breathe (In The Air). Just not many very cool lasers going on with that song which was a shame because it s such a beautiful song and not to mention the first real song of the show. But after that the show only gets better. Some of my favorites were Sheep, Wish You Were Here, Any Colour You Like, Comfortably Numb, and the finale One of These Days was just an absolute monster. Overall this show wasn t what I expected, but it s still a very impressive spectacle. The glasses they give you when you walk into the show are a must have, they allow the screen lasers and movie clips to be seen better and make the lasers trippier for lack of a better word. The weird thing with the glasses is my friends and I got them for free, but we met up with a couple other friends of ours who were at the show too and they said they had to pay $2.00 each for theirs. Worst thing about the show is that while there weren t very many people in the audience, the people who did show up were light weights, on drugs or just plain obnoxious because there would be times where people would scream and make noises in the middle of songs so that I couldn t hear the music. So do be prepared for an unruly crowd if you choose to go. Otherwise, I would recommend this show for any Pink Floyd fan, or as a great way to get somebody into the music.

I drove 135 miles one way to attend this show and was expecting a much more entertaining show. I have seen rock bands with more impressive laser setups. The first half (45 min.) almost put me to sleep. If I wanted to watch the wizard of oz, I would have stayed home. The second half (also only 45 min.) was a little better, but not much. The show was billed as a "2 and 1 half hour laser spectacular". Counting the 20 min. intermission, the show ran only 1 hour and 50 min. and was much less than spectacular. I know there wasn't a big attendance but that's no reason to shortchange the ones who did attend!

The laser light show was very cool, but the main problem was with the sound level of the music. In the beginning it was too quiet, then after a few chants from the crowd to "Turn It Up", it got way louder, too the point where it was almost uncomfortable. Seemed like a low turn out based on the number of empty seats. I wasn't very happy with some edits to the music as well, for instance they cut out a large part of the song Time, including the awesome Gilmour guitar solo. That's just inexcusable!

The venue is great! This was my 4th Paramount Pink Floyd Laser Spectacular over the course of 20yrs. I was disappointed in the graphics, lasers and videos. They used to run Pink Floyd videos, with correlating graphics, and there seemed to be more laser action in the past. Example: Money had cash registers and coin flying all over the screen. I was surprised to see the balcony shut down and less than half an auditorium full of people. Maybe this show has deteriorated over the years and I was unaware.

I was a bit disappointed in the sound system that was set up at this venue. Could have gotten better sound if I had gone home and put on my stereo. The first half had video behind it, which the best was when they played some original video from their animation etc. The second half was mostly what I would call "clip art" graphics, and almost made me laugh. I'm sure it was a licensing issue as to why they didn't show Pink Floyd's original video behind the lasers, but it sure would have made for a much better show. Still entertaining as I love Pink Floyd!

We arrived at our seats, black 3D glasses in hand, just as the show started. The audio was great and the first half laser show was good. We had balcony seats and the exit sign lights on either side of the theater caused a glaring line across the 3D glasses but we found if you put your hands up at a certain point you could block it. Decent 3D but not spectacular. At intermission I found out a different set of white 3D glasses was needed. When I asked one of the ushers, I was told they didn't have any, "They didn't send enough". So I spent the entire second part of the show stewing on feeling ripped off by not getting to enjoy the 3D experience. To make matters worse, the guys sitting next to me, which had been silent during the first half of the show, began Oooing and Awwing so it must have been better effects. I don't suppose it would go anywhere to ask for a partial refund. Be warned, get there early - get both sets of glasses...

I hate the Abraham Chavez Theatre with a passion!! Can't wait until they convert it to a multi-cultural center or whatever they have planned for it! I mean, where else can you find event seating that has nearly seventy (!) seats in a row with no vertical access aisles?! And if that's not bad enough, the horizontal rows are so narrow (further emphasized by the fact that the seats recline slightly, leaning back into the row behind), it's virtually impossible to negotiate the nearly thrity-five pairs of feet/legs along the way to the choice center seating without disrupting or injuring every patron along the way. I could hardly enjoy the performance -- or any of the other performances seen there in the past -- without having other patrons stepping on my feet or whacking me in the back of the head as they stumbled across the row to seats alongside of behind me. And, I was in center seating for this laser show! I can't imagine what it was like for the poor souls closer to the ends of each row! Seriously, I will usually avoid purchasing tickets for performances that I would otherwise pay good money to see when I realize that they're scheduled for the Abraham Chavez Theatre! It's simply not worth the aggravation associated with the seating! (The ticket price was fine. But, as always, the 36+% mark-up for fees to TicketMaster, etc., only amplifies the discontent with the venue!) Oh... but, other than dealing with the seating hassles, the laser show performance was fun and nostalgic, reminding me of very similar shows accompanied by the music of Pink Floyd that I had seen in San Francisco's Morrison Planetarium forty-five years ago!

First off- LOVE this venue. It is absolutely gorgeous to look at. The view of our seats were great. They were a little snug together, but great angle for this lazer show. As for the show itself, I felt it could use some improvements. Not sure exactly how long they've been doing this event, but I know its been around a bit- so I'm kinda surprised it wasn't better. At least the 1st Act of the show. I felt it was very jumbled, last minute thrown all together. And the visuals were a little blah. The 2nd Act, however, was REALLY FUN. I did enjoy it overall. But if they did make improvements I know it'd definitely be a must see kind of event!
