The first time I had every been to a hockey game was 3 years ago (to see the Cyclones) and I absolutely loved it and was dying to go back. Things kept getting put off and never got around to going again until recently with a friend who was attending her first hockey game. It was an amazing time and if I had the availability and money, I'd definitely be attending every single game!

I love the Cyclones games .... It is such a fun time ! My daughter and son enjoyed it with me as well . I am a cancer survivor . I have breast cancer and am going through chemo right now . The auction after was wonderful as well . We stayed for the benefit . The media really needs to show more things like what the Cyclones do . Every dime of the auction went to the 6 various cancer organizations . It is always such a friendly family atmosphere at their games . I LOVE THEM !!!!!!!!!! Thank you Cyclones !!!!!!!!!

Seats were in the first row right behind the bench. With the coaching staff standing in front of us you could not see more than 20% of the ice and was impossible to follow the puck. Luckily there were open seats and could move back a couple of rows.

I love the Cyclones games, and attend many but this was the best one yet. Great attendence and exciting play by play action. My only problem was with concessions. I qwaited in line 45 minutes to get my $1 pizza, hotdogs and beer and they were out of food. it was disapointing.

Decided to take my mom (huge hockey fan) and my daughters (twins age 9) to the Cyclones game. It was our first time. It was throwback night so seats were only $7 so I thought why not. We got incredible seats (3rd row) and had a blast! The game was very exciting and the crowd was a lot of fun. Speaking of the crowd there were a lot more there than I expected, over 10,000. The kids enjoyed the between period antics on the ice and we won the game!

This was the first Cyclones game I've been to in 10 years. They played a great game defensively and offensively. I certainly won't wait another 10 years to go to a game. Will see them again SOON! Highly recommend you go watch a game.

Took my boyfriend to our first hockey game for his birthday. I bought front row seats and the price was very reasonable. We had a BLAST! Our seats were great, could see all the action and we even had some players run into the glass by us! Very interactive with the crowd. Would recommend going to a hockey at least once!

Awesome experience at U.S. Bank Arena! Took my kids to game & they said it was "the bomb.com"! ' Clones played a great game - they are very talented hockey players, and won, 2-1. Event organizers were clever & creative with various entertainment activities during brief time outs & between periods of play. Only downside was some bad language from just a small number of fans; Let's keep it "PG" for the kids' sake. Definitely going again & would recommend to others for an exciting night of action packed entertainment.

We live east of the city and unfortunately were unable to attend due to the extensive flooding in our area. We do enjoy going to Cyclone games and do recommend them to anyone who enjoys hockey, but were unable to use our tickets this time. Can they be reused for another home game?

There was only one paw patrol character and it was tough to see him and see the game. There should have been a little show at half time with the characters. Or least had the one character that was there come on the ice for a few minutes so any kid that couldn t see him because of the long line would be able to see him. My nephew was very excited to see the characters from his favorite show. The cyclones on the other hand were great.. good game and we loved their paw patrol jerseys. He also loved the free Twister plush he received. We would have liked to see Twister in the stands more.

This was billed as a "Paw Patrol" evening. My grandson loves Paw Patrol so I gave him tickets for Christmas and excitement was building since then. At the game, the only evidence of Paw Patrol was a patch on their jersey. No characters in stand, no cardboard cutouts for pictures, nothing. Totally disappointed kids.

It would have been better to have more of the characters out at the same time to avoid standing in line for an hour just to "meet" them. Also, I would have liked to have known when I purchased the tickets that the coaches stand up during the entire game. If you are in the first row behind the players you can't see anything.

I bought two tickets for this game. They were in Row C of section 122, seats 3 and 4. When I got to the game I learned that the seats were 3 ft apart and they seemed to be the only two seats in the arena like that. I couldn t fully extend my arm and touch my girlfriend. We had to move to different seats and look over our shoulder the whole time to make sure no one was going to claim them. Horrible experience and I will not be using this service again anytime soon

I don't think it's fair that the star rating is based on the venue. US Bank Arena could certainly use a renovation, but that has nothing to do with the Cyclones. The Cincinnati Cyclones Friday night game was great fun. We took our 1-year-old son to get out of house and have some family fun. The Cyclones have done a great job in recent years of making the games very family friendly and fan interactive. We will definitely be back!

It's always fun at a Cincinnati Cyclones hockey game. The venue is nice, seats are comfortable. All venue staff is very nice and professional. Food is hot and delicious (you need to get the Goetta Nachos!!). The Cyclones make the game fun with the music, games, contests, etc. Now if we can just get the team to want to win!

The Cyclones have done a great job of making the game of pro hockey accessible and affordable for families & other groups, through their simple 2-tiered ticket pricing and by regular hosting of events such as the "Kids Club Game" promotion. Their in-game host is one of the best in the business, and their mascots are very kid-friendly. Fan engagement is crucial to ensuring repeat customers, and the Cyclones do that very well.

Lost my husband to brain cancer last July, so especially wanted to make it to the Cyclones Fight Cancer Night. We had an awesome time (as always). There was LOTS of action and the Cyclones pulled a "W" in OT. Love that they colored the ice purple and they wore purple jerseys!

These seats were awesome! Right on the ice and just off center ice. Plenty of leg room, which is key for me since I'm 6 foot tall. Great action on the ice and so cool to be that close to the players. Several players slammed into the glass. This was a birthday present for my sister and we had a great time! Only thing that could've made it better is if the Cyclones would've won the game.

the seats were great. Loved the game. What more can I say! It was my first time seeing hockey played. For being a woman, I loved it! It was fast paced game like my husband said he wished he knew what was the rules of hockey to follow along with it. We enjoyed it. My son is autistic and the buzzer of the game didn't bother him. That was fantastic. I would love to go back to another game!

My husband and I regularly drive from Chicago to see the Clones play. In 2008 we were able to attend the first game of the Kelly Cup Finals (a victory!). This year we were able to attend another Kelly Cup finals game and it turned out to be a Cup clinching game (and we got to see Twister rock out his playoff beard lol)! I have never seen any of my favorite sports teams clinch in person so to be able to see and experience it was something else! I can't wait to be able to go again in the fall!

$12 seats six rows behind the benches and at center ice? Amazing! The bang for the buck is impressive. US Bank arena is a great venue for hockey - I've been going there since my high school days when I watched Barry Melrose play for the Stingers (BTW, Barry, thanks for all those tickets!). Cyclones hockey is a great sports entertainment value, good price-point, entertaining and well-played.

Overall you get what you pay for. US Bank arena definitely needs some upgrades. Seats were okay priced for where we were. Scoreboard is very dated with its pixels and couldn't make out half of what was being displayed. Hopefully they do something to change the overall appearance of the arena since there are a lot of things that go on in that building.

Cyclones games have always been fun! Hockey has always been fun to watch, but the Cyclones are super good at hockey and the event team makes the games very interactive and fun. They have a Lion King cam which is super unique. The concessions were okay, but these games are a great way to have fun at a great price.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cyclones games and will definitely be returning again! The game was so exciting, and so was the fanfare surrounding it! I also adore my free Puckchop! My only complaint would be that the announcers were a little difficult to hear.

Excellent venue, , inexpensive ticket, cheap (one dollar) beer and an entertaining product. This minor league professional hockey is entertainment money well spent.

I'll never go again on Throw Back night. While it was a good game and the Teddy Bear throw was a wonderful cause, the arena was not staffed to handle the crowd. I waited 25 minutes to buy one bottle of water, and missed the Teddy Bear toss. The concession lines stretched from the counter to the back wall, making it difficult to walk from one side to the other. The $1 beer lines were 30 people deep. I would rather go without food or drink than wait in those lines. Also, they only had 4 - 6 entrance doors and the line to get inside was long and it was 14 degrees waiting outside.

This was our first Cyclones game and we had a fabulous time. The crown interaction and participation they do is entertaining and fun and the game was exciting also. To top it all off being that the game was on New Years Eve they had a indoor fireworks show after the game. I was skeptical as to how that was going to turn out and turns out it was awesome! Not too loud and just a little smoke when it was done. Probably the best New Years Eve I have had in a long time. Thank you Cincinnati Cyclones for a great time.

I took 5 friends to the Cyclones game on New Years Eve, all of which were first timers to a hockey game. They all enjoyed it and so did I. The indoor fireworks were a first for me and I found them to be incredibly neat. I haven't had a bad experience at a Cyclones game yet. I would highly recommend.

The game was amazing, and our seats were great given the lateness of purchasing them. The only issue we had was with the large amount of stairs for a member of our party with mobility issues. Will look into handicap seating areas next time we see a game. Go Cyclones!

Had not been to a cyclones game in forever. My son is a huge PJ Mask fan so we decided to take him to his first game. He loved meeting the characters! The picture taking opportunity was awesome. We then enjoyed the game. He loved the fire and he loved watching Twister and Porkchop. We had a great family night out! He did not ask to see the tablet until well into the 3rd period. He is 3 years old so for him to sit that long and just enjoy the experience was nice to see. We will definitely be planning to come to another game soon.

We had an awesome time at the U.S.Bank arena. The Cyclones played a hard high scoring game. It was very exciting to see the team play hard and give the fans something to cheer for.

Watching the Cyclones was a really great experience. I was surprised that I was able to get second row seats by the blue line for only fifteen dollars! When I got there, I had a perfect view of the ice and was really excited to be so close to the glass when hocky players would slam into it. A lot of the game was very hype and I well enjoyed the music, events, and other little goings on. In addition to this, I went ahead and purchased the fan zam tickets for my father and myself, and I'd like to let anyone know beforehand that the fan zam isn't /actually/ a zamboni--it's a zamboni body with a car engine in it. In any case, I had a lot of fun watching the game, cheering my local hockey team on, and dancing around to the YMCA with my friends. If you enjoy hockey, good company, and fun times, I think the cost of the ticket is well worth it.

Took my daughter and three grands to see the Cyclones. Total cost for 5 good seats about the same as two tickets to see the pros. We were not disappointed. Great game, great promotion and a very enjoyable evening.
