Awesome show. Started ontime. Pyro and sound system was awesome! It was the last night of the tour, and Bruce and the band were in top form!!

Phenomenal concert in every way - even though we were close to nose-bleed section, the acoustics, lighting, and showmanship from both Ghost and Iron Maiden were absolutely worth the effort and cost to see them!!!

The band amazing! The crown not good. I was dancing and singing the whole concert! The band played amazing! But people were low in energy, I enjoyed to the full!.
I first saw Iron Maiden in 1983 on The Number of the Beast tour, and they were pretty solid then. Thirty-four years later, they deliver even more than they did in '83. Bruce's vocals are incredible after all these years and even surviving throat cancer has only made him stronger. I couldn't believe he could still hit those high notes! Steve Harris' presence is the anchor for the group, while the duo of Campbell and Murray just melted the faces of all in the audience! Great show from the best heavy metal band!

Iron Maiden still rocks and even their new stuff is good. The only two disappointments to the show were that they no longer play Run To The Hills (how dare they) and Ghost, the open act, isn't my cup of tea.

Well, They were basically ON FIRE!!!! Never missed a beat. It was the 56th time I have seen them and they were never better. All the boys are in great shape. The Three Amigos tear it up and are totally in sync. Bruce nailed it, full of energy. Steve n Nicko super tight duo. The return of Wrathchild and addition of The Great Unknown, just made it for me. Then when I got to here the title track of their latest album, The Book of Souls, well,,,,,, my latest favorite Maiden song. Head banging all night long!!! If Eternity should fail, you don't want to miss it!!!!

Both Ghost and Maiden sounded incredible. My issue was Maidens terrible setlist. Really. No Run To The Hills. Anyway the stage set and sound was truly one of the best I've heard in a long time. Ghost has a new fan.

Iron Maiden never disappoints. A fantastic night of great music - big stage show and great fans. They have so many great songs - could have played another 2 hours and still would not have covered all their great music.

Good show. Would have prefferred less songs off new album and more of their hits. Saw them in 2012/Dallas a d the show was much more enjoyable.

Well, I saw the first show when this tour kicked off in Ft. Lauderdale on Feb 24, 2016. And it was amazing then, especially being Bruce's first show after his Cancer scare. But I must say this first gig of the US leg of the tour, exceeded that one. Great Crowd, very organized and orderly getting us into the pit. The crowed was well behaved with minimal pushing or crush. Sound was great and the Book of Souls Stage show is arguably the best one Maiden has ever done (and if you're a fan you know they do some pretty Epic sets).

Let's be honest, most of us go to see a band like Iron Maiden to hear the hits, and with them only playing 14 songs and most of them being from book of souls, it was a bit underwhelming. They sounded great, just wish it was the songs we wanted.

This show was incredible! The set was killer, the mood of the opening will haunt my memory for years to come. The art and production they put into the stage with amazing. The book of souls giant inflatable Eddie puppet was fantastic and seemed very life-like. They played several of the classics, but a lot off their book of souls album (hands down the best album they've recorded since Powerslave!) This was my first time seeing them, but the 9th time for my boyfriend, and he said he'd never seen the band perform with such high energy. You can talk about the band's albums and tours of the 80's all you want, but the fact is that they're in their heyday NOW. They've got fans who've loved them since they started the band still coming out to show, and gain new fans with every generation. I saw 3 generations of maiden fans in the merch line all wearing their Iron Maiden shirts discussing different albums and different tours they'd heard and witnessed. Grandfather, father and son. Hail Maiden!

Another stellar performance by Iron Maiden. Incredible energy for a band that's been around so long. There was a good mix of old and new songs. Personally I found the new songs to be a high point of the show. Only disappointment was that the mic on the vocals got spotty on the last few songs. Maiden is a great band to see live.. if you get the chance see them while you can.

Iron maiden gave the best as always, but the sound was very bad, missed the audio of the microphone all time, in both bands. The parking lot to leave was a disaster, wasted a lot of time in leaving. And the person who was on security, did not put order, there were many people occupying the corridors and did not allow to see the concert from the places that had bought.

Maiden always puts on a heck of a show, and this one was no different. The choice of opening act Ghost was an excellent pairing. Both bands are energetic, and rock hard. This is of course nothing short of miraculous in Maiden's case as they are all in their 60's, with Bruce being the youngest - at a spry 58. If I have to list any cons about the performances, the list would be tiny. Maiden may have flubbed a couple of guitar harmonies, it happens. The only other complaint I heard from others was their set list. This band has a discography stretching back to 1980, 37 freaking years.. so chances are high they are not going to play everyone's favorite song. This is the Book of Souls tour, and they played 6 songs from that album (which I personally enjoyed the heck out of) so they obviously cannot fit all the "hits" in the set. I do believe many fans miss "Hallowed Be Thy Name", but due to the lawsuit we are all getting boned. If you get the chance to see this tour, GO! I would say that even if you like them a little bit (is that possible?) just the energy from the crowd that gets projected is enough to make you a convert. The venue was fine, and the crowd very well behaved and respectful to each other. Not a huge surprise here as many of the original fans are older now, and bringing their kids. A huge plus was the merchandise tent set up early outside the arena. We were able to get our Texas exclusive tour shirts early and put them in the car before going in. Con - The credit card machines at the entrance failed. Since that's the main way to get in, the line was very very long, and people were getting irate. We were able to jump out of line and get paper tickets and get right in an hour early. But, many people were stuck outside for way too long, and missed some or most of the opening act. Ghost played to an Arena that wasn't even 1/4 filled, even though many people wanted to see them. Overall, it was a great time! 11/10 - Would lose my voice again.

Iron Maiden has always been my favorite band, so finally getting to see them live is an item off of the bucket list. It was so amazing hearing the new music, as well as the old hits. So amazing, and Ghost is an amazing live act as well, and an excellent choice of opening act for Iron Maiden. My only complaint was with the ticketing, as it was set as "Credit Card Entry" but the scanners stopped working, so the whole line was sent to Will Call to pick up tickets. For people who had waited an hour or more to get to the front of the line to be told to go to the opposite side of the building was definitely not well coordinated. And with everyone getting in line over there, and security telling people that some scanners worked at the other side only to have the people who went back over come back to get in line minutes later. It was just very unorganized and and the security wasn't doin w Avery good job of explaining the situation but more like barking at the crowd. All in all it was an amazing experience, but the venue could tweak some things to make entry flow smoother.

I've seen Maiden a half dozen times over the years. Always a great stage show, and the band are all solid musicians. And up until now, I've always been impressed with the sound. Not this time. It sounded like the sound guy was hung over, just pushed all of the faders on the board up, and went to sleep. It was one big wash of white noise. Bruce Dickenson's vocals were lost in a wash of reverb and delay...you couldn't understand him even when he was speaking between songs. At times I got lost in songs that I've known for decades. And I can't blame the room acoustics...because the opening act Ghost sounded phenomenal.

I was blown away! I have seen Maiden a couple of times over the years and this one topped them all. I don't know how they keep turning out such great music that still has relevance after 40 years. I don't know how 60 year old men perform on the level of enthusiasm and energy and creativity time after time after time but they do and they top themselves. Run don't walk to your nearest Maiden concert and get on the floor. It's worth the time and money. Also, I never thought I would but I very much enjoyed Ghost. Very interesting and entertaining. Great warm up.

I've seen Iron Maiden several times starting in the early 80's. They really haven't lost a step. Bruce's voice still raises the roof and the stage show is always amazing. Ghost was a surprise. Not quite what I expected. Satanic theater kids. Lead singer had a good sense of humor.

Overall, it was a pretty good show. The audio mix could have been a little better, but not terrible. The mix for Ghost was terrible! Vocals were barely audible & too much bass. Enjoyed Maiden's stage set & videos, however I thought Ghost used the lighting more effectively. Biggest disappointment was no "Run to the Hills"! WTH?! I'm sure they are tired of playing it, but this was my first & probably only Maiden show and to me, this was their biggest "hit". At least they played "The Trooper"...

I've been an Iron Maiden fan for many years. I wasn't sure what to expect because the guys are a bit older since the last time I saw them live. But they were absolutely awesome! The song selection was excellent, the sound quality was very good, and the performance was top-notch. They have more energy on stage than bands half their age. These guys are legends. Excellent performance. My husband especially was in his glory with this one as he had waited thirty plus years to see IM! First and hopefully not last time for both of us! Particularly enjoy Bruce Dickinson's strong voice and soaring vocals as he cavorted around the stage in the style of someone half the age. Add in screaming guitars, bass that is more intensive than what might come to mind along with a smiling drummer and it equals one kick ass night out! Some of the best props too spotlighting their mascot Eddie in various forms!

The show in Toronto opened with one of the hottest acts ever to come out of Sweden: those mischevious ghouls in Ghost. Masked demons playing their earworm Satannic tunes with the melodic singing of Papa Emeritus III, all Hell was unleashed in a tight set. Even James from Metallica was seen, grooving to Ghost's magical groove. Iron Maiden blasted onto stage with monstrous zeal, playing a good proportion of songs from their 2015 epic, The Book of Souls. Not a dry eye or vocal chord was left after a two-hour plus panoly of their long history of audience favorites. What a fantastic way to enjoy the greatest metal band of all time. Up the Irons!

What a great show. I was lucky you catch them on the 2016 book of souls tour twice. Then saw them in Vegas and Oakland on the last leg of the book of souls tour. Iron Maiden had great sound at Oracle arena in Oakland. Ghost were excellent as well. The venue was perfect. Except for $15 beer prices. The energy that Maiden bring is like none other. A delight to watch and obvious the band are enjoying themselves as much as the fans. It was my 24th show from them. One of the best. If you have never seen Iron Maiden, do yourself a favor and go to one of their shows. You won't be disappointed. UP THE IRONS !!!

This was my first Iron Maiden show and it did not disappoint. The visual effects were amazing. The band was on top of its game. Sure, we sat a bit far back, but the seats were pretty much gave us a dead center view of the stage. My only complaint was the sound. In the Ghost set, I found the bass and drums to be too overpowering for my tastes. For Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson's voice didn't always come through, especially the higher notes. Perhaps it was due to the location of our seats. It didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the show. If Iron Maiden returns to Oracle Arena, I'll be back.

One of the best Maiden tours of all time.. Although I felt like they left a lot of songs still unplayed .. it just means I don't have to come back and play again .. overall sound was great except for the vocals cutting in and out throughout the night lighting was amazing scenery was amazing the typical Iron Maiden show . But the Oakland Coliseum is a horrible venue the conditions of the restrooms the concession stands there's a reason why the Warriors one out and I don't blame them .. The water to the restrooms were turned off halfway through the night you could wash your hands you couldn't flush the toilet, disgusting... if that again welcome to Oakland .... I can't wait to the chase center is open stay in the restrooms state of the art concession stands .. and you might want to work on your food selection this is the Bay Area , it's a shameThe Oakland Coliseum operates the way does...and that the fact that there was no Usher help to help with seating is a mystery to me ?

Iron Maiden is great! One of the few bands that still have all the quintessential musicians still performing with the group. I like the earlier albums best (Killers, Piece of Mind, The Number of the Beast, Powerslave), and although they do a variety of songs from these albums, I wish they did more. But all songs were great and heavy and rocked out! The sound in the concert, although loud, was a little muffled and not completely clear. I do not know if it's their sound system or the venue. Eddie is awesome! Live long Iron Maiden!!

I don't know if it's the venue or Iron Maidens sound people but it didn't sound great. It kind of sounded like bad cell service. I couldn't hear half of what he was singing and about halfway through it seemed like they turn up the volume to a uncomfortable level that hurt my ears do to the pitch. Now I've been to hundreds of heavy metal concerts and volume has never been a problem for me.

Venue was way too warm. Opening act of Ghost was great. Vocals were hard to hear. Have seen better Maiden shows.

They are still hitting it as hard as they were back in the 80's... Didn't miss a beat. 4 out of 5 because the sound system had a lot of echo, not sure I would see another concert at Barclay or if it was poor planning on Maiden's part... Didn't know a lot of the new tunes, but no point off for that, it's my own damn fault!

I traveled all the way from Beijing, China, where I currently live, to see Iron Maiden leave it all on the stage for the final stop on their Book of Souls Tour and it was worth the effort. The first time I saw this band was in 1982 and their energy and precision is as good as ever. Bruce proclaimed that they have more ideas in the works and that they will be back and I believe him. And why not keep it going? The crowd loved every minute and even though they played a lot from "Book of Souls", the band rocks and I left happy. As long as these guys keep playing, I will pay to see them.

although it's a pretty good album now that I got used to it, it was a pleasure to hear those songs played, if destiny should fail, speed of light, the red and the black, title song, when the river runs deep and death or glory( with Bruce donning a monkey mask as per chorus line). special treats, wrathchild, powerslave, number of the beast, fear of the dark, the trooper, iron maiden, blood brothers and closing out with wasted years. went to the show in Newark as well back in june, can't wait to see them over and over again, UP THE IRONS!

Sound was bad and the stage set was very cheap. Nothing new presentation-wise. With the exception of Bruce, guitarists flapped around like a bunch of goofy wounded ducks. Bruce was strong but save your money. Waited a long time to see these guys what a let down.

Before we begin: If you have never been to a concert, PLEASE, please, please do not cut your teeth at a Maiden show. No band in any genre does live music better than Iron Maiden. If you start with Iron Maiden, every other band you ever attend will disappoint. On to the review. Entering the venue: Barclays Center gets you through ticket scan and security faster than any arena I've ever been to, and I've been to many. The venue itself: try not to get a seat above Row 15 in the 200 level; that's where the roof trusses start and they do goofy stuff to the acoustics. Below that you'll be fine. The hall itself is fairly new and very beautiful. Preshow: standard stuff - they played tapes of rock music and did their final sound and radio checks while the crowd arrived. It is what it is. The opening band: One of my friends who had seen this package six months ago described Ghost as "hilariously bad." Apparently attending the Iron Maiden Schiool of Roch 'n' Roll for six months does a band good. They were fine. One thing I really liked: Ghost is a young band and their biggest song is Square Hammer. It's not like it's their greatest hit, it's the only Ghost song anyone's ever heard of. They opened their show with it - good move, guys. Changeover: Down to a freakin' science, man. Ghost's whole stage set is on wheels. Release the locks, push hard and break the set down backstage. Maiden: The ONLY way this could have been better for the fans, the crew and the musicians is if they would have added "Heaven Can Wait" to the set so the backstage folks could have joined the group on stage. Other than that, it was flawless.

Went to see Iron Maiden on 7/19. Got right in with Premier Parking, so no problems there. My main issue was the horrible sound the entire night. Not sure if it was the venue's acoustics or an equipment issue. Bruce's vocals were either unintelligible or screeching and distorted. Either way Maiden were great but they sounded like absolute garbage. Disappointed to say the least. Took about an hour to get out of the Premier Parking lot but, based on other people's reviews, I can't really complain about that.

Bought these tickets months in advance for my husband as an anniversary gift. All that waiting was well worth it. We were GA and only had a few people ahead of us. We could see everything. The energy the band had was AMAZING! I've been to many shows and I have to say this was the best. We even left with a drumstick for our daughter who was named after the band! Maiden said she can't wait until she's older to see Iron Maiden after we showed her the videos we took!
