National Cannabis Festival

I really enjoyed myself. And I can't wait to go next year. Even though it rained we all still came together and had fun.

Even though it rained non stop...this event was fabulous, thumbs up to a fun, fun festival.

This is my 2nd year attending this event ...It rained all day but no one complained & I would have stayed all day (but I was freezing cold after being wet & the low temperature). Backyard Band was; as they say it in the DMV area "CRANKIN"... family from out of state attended with me and we are making it a tradition to go for my birthday every year now. It just wish it was an official after party to top it off. Both years were great and I can't wait for 2018

Awful selection of vendors I found the entire thing to be a drag. Also whose idea was it to have a vaguely named alcohol infused fudge booth there.

It was cold and raining and still a great time! The event was well organized, informative and the music line up was amazing! I would absolutely recommend this event and go next year!

This event was nice. It would of been even better if the weather cooperated with us! First timer and already can't wait until next year!

There wasn't much to the festival- it was smaller than I thought. I was hoping for more vendors selling the "good stuff" but it seemed like mostly information/ people advertising as opposed to selling. Looooonnnng line to get in. Food truck variety was great though!

Overall a fun cool concert. Great food, music, and vendors!

Da only thing I can say bad was dat it rained and rained lol but it was still festive and peaceful

This Festival was amazing! I will definitely be back next year. The vendors, the food, the live music, and most of ALL the GOOD VIBES from everyone!! Highly recommend this to ANYONE!

Great experience, going back next year. Get there early.

I was the 3rd person in. I had a blast and everyone was friendly. The venue was amazing.

Enjoyed their vendors, music, and education. I really pleasant learn about plant and dab. I wish more edibles in future.

If you really want to experience a cannibis festival or just a music festival with pot smoking....fly west! It was ok, but the weather put a damper on the day which was disappointing. I'm sure it will only get better as each year passes, but it won't ever compare to California...they've been doing this for over a decade.

First of all "Cannabis" is a culture/life style, that crosses all nationalities, races, ages etc., The vibes you felt & the smells:) were truly amazing, you had to be there to experience it. I loved everything about the "Festival"! The information that was provided was outstanding and so7useful, all of the vendors had new & interesting items, the food that was being sold looked outstanding (not a lot of vegetarian food items:(, but not a problem:)). It was a good turn out for it to be "rainy" all day, had it not rain, OMG!!!, with that being said, I believe all had a "great" time....

other then the rain it was an amazing event. so much information on things i knew and things i didn't even think about. also a lot of vendors. large area. the ticket line ran smoothly as well. if it wasn't for the rain i feel like it would have been a huge event.

Very educating event rain or shine it was very nice along with the back yard band it was lit in the rain they e the #1 band in WDC

I really enjoyed my time at the national cannabis festival. The vibes were super mellow. I didn't hear anyone shouting or see any fighting which is rare when a bunch of adolescents are in the same locale. Of course the "gifts" were probably a major factor in the mood that day (wink)(cough)(cough). Talib Kweli was great! He performed for about an hour and brought out K'Valentine, an up and coming female rapper who lit up the place! She was the honestly the star of the show. Some recommendations for next year: I want this to become a bigger and bigger event each year. If High Times could get involved somehow that would be awesome for exposure nationwide! Maybe invite some YouTube stars like CustomGrow420. A huge tent for the main stage as opposed to the outside open air stage since April is known for showers. It rained all day this year but it wasn't enough to dampen my mood. Definitely looking forward to next year.

I'm sure the organizers of this event feel the weather is what ruined the event ( it rained) however, the overall event sucked. It was supposed to be a cannabis festival but none of the vendors were offering cannabis in any form. I understand DC has a grey area when it comes to cannabis laws cannabis can only be gifted not sold most vendors typically sale you a product such as a bag, shirt, or art and gift cannabis in return that way. I thought it would've been the same concept at this event but I was wrong. This event was a vendor fair to buy overpriced smoke accessories, t-shirts, and hats. I only gave the extra star because I love Pinky Killacorn and Ressa Renee I really enjoyed the brief performances from both artist.

Long line to get in. Parking was ridiculously overprice along with fee. Hardly any herbs to purchase only tons of materials on how to grow it. Maybe if the rain didn't come down so hard might of been 2stars at best. For a festival thats about weed you would think the stuff would be everywhere. Almost all Vendors didn't have tree or oils for sale. Crazy
