We ordered our tickets for the adults only night but it snowed so kids stayed til 10 instead of 9 .. I had the best time everything was so organized and friendly and I have a feeling that I will probably compare this years in AZ to the one in Dallas.

Came across this in Ticketmaster and thought I'd add a couple thoughts for those considering the NFL Experience in future years. Essentially, it's a superhuge interactive venue designed for kids to participate in different aspects of football. After all, this is the Superbowl. You're flooded with everything NFL, As a youth, it's only a matter of time before you want to kick a ball, throw a pass, or block a dummy. This is the place to do it. Obviously, the problem is that IT"S THE SUPERBOWL. It's packed, and everyone wants a turn. As result, prepare to wait in line. We went the Friday before Superbowl Sunday. I had two 15 yr. olds with me and they loved it., but could not participate in many of the events because of time. My recommendations:: Go to the Experience on an earlier date then the weekend of the game if possible. If not possible, then try to add an extra day to your trip so that you can spend more time in the venue. There may be a lot of waiting, but any sports active kid will enjoy it, and that's really part of the reason to go in the first place.... isn't it? P.S. - Thumbs up to Indy. They did a GREAT job!

We have 3 boys that are avid football fans - they love to play and they love to watch. Decided to drive from Chicago to Indy over the weekend to attend the NFL Experience on Sunday afternoon. It was a complete bust. We had tickets for the noon entry...took us at least 45 minutes to funnel in with a huge crowd. Once inside, we discovered that we needed to sign waivers for our kids if they wanted to play any of the games...this took another 45 minutes. Finally fought the crowds and stood in line to kick field-goals. Waited almost 90 minutes to do this. By this time, our boys were DONE. They decided that they would have more fun heading home to play football in our backyard. So, so disappointed. We expected some lines, 15 - 20 minutes would have been understandable, but this was ridiculous. Signage was not good, maps were not being distributed (had to hunt them down at the information desks), food was expensive...all in all, it was just a poorly executed event. Our kids were so excited to go, and it was a long, quiet car ride home - they were totally disappointed.

NFL has no shame. Selling the amount of tickets for this event so you could stand in line for an hour to see how far you could throw a football. A few nice exhibits however overall not a good experience of the NFL. Looks like the NFL cleared 1 million last Saturday alone on this event. Stay in the "Village" Indy and enjoy your city and out of the Convention center.

Not worth the money. The lines were very long and you had to wait hours for the activities. I went on Monday and it was packed so I can't imagine what it is going to be like the rest of the week. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid downtown altogether. Rude people and long lines.. not worth it.

Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster have an assigned entry time. This is some modified form of crowd control, as you can enter any time, and stay as long as you want. So those who enter at 10am can stay the entire time, when - like any good citizen, if you wait for your assigned time, you will likely face long lines, and not enough time to do the things that are highly advertised. The lines for the Activity events (Field goal kick, pass catch, 40yd dash), are all over an hour long, and as stated in another post, others with NFLextra move to the front of the line, and can repeat the cycle through as many times as they wish. We had an entry time of 5pm, went in at 4pm, and were able to do two activites before closing. Very Frustrating and disappointing for the family.

My daughter got to play football with a NFL star. That was the highlight of our experience. The lines are riduculous. After standing in line for hours we found out that for an extra $46 per person you could buy a 'fast pass' bracelet to skip the lines (no wonder I had to wait for hours). The idea is great the execution is pathetic. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. They claim that it is open until 10 PM, but around 9:35 they begin to shut down the activites to all except those with that magic 'fast pass' bracelet. Forget about getting any food. The lines at the food booths are crazy too. One person at the register who takes your order, forgets what she put in the register, has to come back and ask you several times what you ordered and then has to go collect all of your items. They do have a family pack discount so we saved a little on the price of admission.

Went my first time last year in Dallas, and it was a lot of fun. I wish I would have waited in line for the NFL shop there though to get our souveniers because the gift shop at the SuperBowl was CRAZY, and everything was picked over :( The prices are kinda high for the pops, I think in the range of $10 with a souvenier cup. I'm not going to the game this year, but only live 2 hrs away from Indy, so I'm taking my kids who are 8, 6 and 1, it will be really fun for them. Plus they give out freebies which my kids will love. If you live within driving distance, you should definitley go. Get there early though because when we left, there was a rat maze of people waiting in line to get in. This was the best part of my SuperBowl experience. The game wasn't all that great.

This even was alot of fun. The events were catered towards all, children and adults. The staff working the attractions were all in good spirits despite the huge amount of people in attendance. I really enjoyed myself as well as the children that I brought along with me. This should be a repeated event every year.

My nephews enjoyed the experience and when it was time to leave, they didn't want to. My brothers are not financially stable; therefore, they don't get to go out and take their sons to events like this due to them not having any money. Therefore, I am elated that I was blessed to receive free tickets so that my brothers were able to share and attend this event with their sons. It was a wonderful event.

It was a great experience! But food and drinks were ridiculous in price, and with all those activities the children get hungry and thirirsty. With that said ,we had to leave early because we could not afford to keep buying food and drinks for triple the price.

The North Texas Super Bowl Committee did a great job with this event. and all events across the metroplex. All the dealers in the memorabilia show were great and as a past exhibitor at Super Bowls XXX (Phoenix) and Super Bowl XXX! (New Orleans, we would like to thank all those involved for the incredible amount of attention paid to detail with security and crowd control and the exhibits of past memorabilia. The Dallas Convention Center was a great venue, although we would have loved to see the same set-up in the Arlington Convention Center across from The Ballpark in Arlington and Cowboys Stadium. Did not mind the drive, tho with the organization and ease of parking at the DCC. Hope we are able to participate in future Super Bowl events!

Get there when it opens and stay until it closes! There is so much to see and do! 3 levels. I have 3 boys: 3, 5, and 7 and there was something for all of them. There are no age or height restrictions on anything. All of the employees were so helpful and great with the kids. They even had a real goal post indoors. Lots for adults to see and do as well. It was definitley worth the money. If you have a family, buy your tickets on line and save $ with the family pack. I can't wait for the Super Bowl to come back to AZ!!

Took my 7 year son, his first time at anything of this magnitue. I attended the forerunner to this event in January 1993 with my two sons ages 12/10. They had a great time at that event..... For this event, Saturday, January 24, 2015, we had a great time. My son, who is playing football, enjoyed all the football events. He participated in one of the Play 60 clinics and got a shirt from the event, he was in heaven. My recommendations are the NFL itself. More staff to check in the Fan Mobile Pass at each spot, maybe have tags on each event sign so people with Smartphones can check themselves in. There wasn't always someone available to check us in as we participated or entered the events. We visisted almost every event and only got credit for 2 events. Wish TOPPS and the picture from the NFL RUSH ZONE could have been printed out at the event. Other than those concerns, had an outstanding time. We are Seattle Seahawk fans and he was excited to see all the Seahawk items.

Better than I thought it was....brought my son and grandson (1) and was able to get some great pic's with the uniform manakin, and the draft area with team jersey and other pic's. was able to participate in one event...lines were too long to wait with small child. on a sour note**** 1)only one line to go up the esculators going in causing a 30 minute line to get in???? 2) on the way out, a cop would not let us cut through the doors to get to the underground parking lot, by the elevator. so I had to walk a mile to get back to my car instead of 10feet. stupid!!!

I am thankful I attended this event as it reminded me of a similar event at the same venue, when the MN Twins hosted the baseball all-star game in 2014. It was great to get some free items, such as towels from Bridgestone, and Hyundai. Also getting gift cards to use at the gift shop, I got a Super Bowl button and pennant. Even though I have never attended a World's Fair, some things there remind me of what I understand is at them, such as seeing them make footballs. Great to get free photos as well, I shared one of them on Twitter, it was at the NFL Draft display. Some exhibits had long lines, I skipped those.

We went to the Super Bowl experience on Friday morning to get ahead of the crowds. It was totally worth the money. You had to download the app to get the most out of the attractions. The highlight was seeing the Lombardi trophy and getting our picture taken with it. The super bowl rings were also interesting to see. We saw NFL Network broadcasting and some other players including Cris Carter, one of our favorites! There was so much to see we spent about 4 hours there. I'm so happy we chose to attend this event.

The Super Bowl Experience was a huge waste of money. For starters the security had us throw away all our food and beverages that we were allowed to bring to all other Super Bowl events around town. Which was odd because when we got inside they were giving away candy and drinks at just about every booth. After we got into the venue we picked a few games to get in line for. All lines took a minimum of 15 minutes which was very frustrating. Did the VR experience and just about all machines were overheating and not working. Got in line for a game at 7:30 (event was advertised to close at 8) and got kicked out for "not being VIP". Since the event wasn't closed but we weren't allowed to participate in anything we went to the NFL shop and purchased some things. We tried to return to coat check and were not allowed in because we didn't have stamps on our hands. No one on our walk from the games to the shop was giving out hand stamps. We literally had to give our coat check tickets to STRANGERS and pray that they would bring our coats back to us. Thankfully they did but it was so frustrating. The people working this event could not have been more rude. I can't believe that we wasted close to $200 for 3 games and almost not getting our coats back.

3rd year in a row we attended and the Experience continues to be awesome! Only complaint is the NFL players should either agree to sign anything or let people know ahead of time that they wont sign things. Lots of frustration when you bring stuff to sign and they wont sign it. Got to meet lots of players and majority were very cool and signed anything. Worth going multiple days @ 35/day.

I went on a Saturday, which was not a smart choice. Very crowded. We waited in line 1 hour and 45 mins to get a picture with the Lombardy trophy. They have absolutely no lighting set up, so the photos are very dark. You can't use a flash because the trophy is in a case. It was a total waste of time. The map they hand out was helpful in getting around inside, but when we went to leave, no one could figure out where the exits were. We had trashed the map by this tie, so it might have been on those. We weren't alone trying to figure that out. They were at the far left and right of the building, so you had to walk through all the people in line for food, which was a cluster. I think if someone had children who were into sports, I would recommend it. I personally wish I had spent my 4 hours doing something else.

Before going to this event I was a little worried that the negative reviews would be true, but they were totally wrong. The event was so cool and interesting that the lines were not even bad. The average wait was 15 minutes for bigger things like the Punt Pass And Kick but about 2 minutes for smaller things like Vertical Jump. Players were signing autographs and many things were for sale. One thing that was a little off was the food price. It was $20 for an eight-piece chicken tender bucket. The overall atmosphere was amazing all fans were happy to be there and no one seemed sad. Lots of fun things to do especially for me as I have wanted to try different NFL activities for a while now.

Outstanding experience. I would say you could better the experience by cutting down on the lines by taking a page out of the the major theme parks and doing some sort of fast pass. Also, the food was outrageously priced. I knew this coming in and absolutely refused to buy any food. The experience in itself outstanding. A couple of thing to improve on though.

Awesome experience overall, loved the combine activities and staff was great. Also probably least expensive thing I did all weekend. Little disappointing to take a pic with the Lombardi Trophy inside a plexi glass container. And the super bowl rings also behind glass. I d expect up close and personal at a venue like this. With all the security they would be safe. But still, very cool.

With all the people and all there was to do, there couldn t have been a better venue, staff, or experience! Signage, directions, space, beverage availability - all stellar!!! The only part of the experience that needed a little polishing was the coat check - not particularly painful in regard to time or cost, but the staff seemed like they could ve been more organized and could ve taken a friendly lesson from other staff and volunteers. But all in all a HUGE WIN!!!

I took my football-obsessed boys, ages 7 and 10, to the Super Bowl Experience in Minneapolis, and they said it was "the best day of their lives". :) We spent 8 hours at the event. Pros: Every single display was over-the-top impressive. The boys LOVED getting autographs and pictures with players. Games were very fun. We purchased the "Fast Pass" entries which we found totally worth it. This saved us from waiting in line for 30-60 minutes to play a 1-minute game. Crew52 and every staff member we encountered completely exceeded my expectations in customer service, positive energy, friendliness, and helpfulness. WAY TO GO TWIN CITIES!!!! Cons: Long lines (if you don't buy fast-pass) for games and long lines for autographs and pictures, but to be expected. Food at the convention center is insanely expensive ($20 for a chicken strip basket!). Packer fans were second to Vikes fans at the event but totally snubbed by the event. To be expected, but would have hoped we would have had a little love from the NFL! :)

Honestly would not have missed this. If it comes back I will attend again and spend more time looking at everything. I was there early and missed out on a few key events, players, autograph sessions, etc. The shop was great the activities were fun as well. I do wish i had more time to try them all out. Plan to spend a long time there if you want to participate in the activities. The food was stadium food pricing which was expected. The HOF display was awesome. Seeing the rings and the trophy was amazing. Where and when else will you have the chance to be "the player." (without the contact). Recommended to try it out, meet people, have fun! It's your chance to meet the legends, current players, and those in the field or reporting, etc. Loved every minute of it and would have loved to stay longer or go back.

I purchased our family of 4 tickets as a Christmas gift! We weren't sure what to even expect as information and reviews are hard to find. However, once down there we were so glad to have planned a bit ahead! Go early-and look around and avoid longer security lines-because you do go through security and visible security is a reassuring presence anymore. It is a giant punt pass and kick play land along with trophies, hall of fame information, autograph sessions, player interactions, NFL Network set, and so much more. Have your camera ready. Have autograph items ready. Have a little game plan of what you really want to do--we headed straight for the Lombardi Trophy and were some of the first 25 people to see it the day we were there. Seeing all of the rings-amazing. Just worth it for the experience for sure!!!!!

I took my 10 year old son to the event. We ended up spending 6 hours there getting autographs and seeing some amazing things. Everything was well planned and went smoothly and quickly. At the end of the day he said to me "mom, this is the best day of my life!" It was totally worth it!!

We had a great time and spent 5 hours inside the convention center taking in all the interactive activities. There is so much fun football related things to do. Be prepared for long lines, they go pretty fast but some could be 30 minutes... make sure you download the Super Bowl LII App it s has everything you need know on it and qualifies you for prizes and tickets.

It was a pretty amazing experience and great for kids and adults. Wish the food wasn t so expensive. It also didn t help that the NFL Experience brought to you by Visa didn t have many places that took Visa (or cards in general). So be sure to have cash on you.

I loved getting the autographs from a current and former player! The mobile pass was frustrating and the qr codes were difficult to get scanned.

Props to the NFL for putting on such an amazing event!!! The cost was totally worth it, I didn't get the fast pass. But, we didn't wait in lines that long. I brought my 11 year old son and his buddy and they had the time of their lives!!! There are no extra fees for anything. You pay for your ticket and food when you get in there. I suggest getting there an hour early and the first "time slot" because you'll be one of the 1st people in after they scan tickets. You will also be able to get more stuff done without lines. Make sure you download NFL fan mobile BEFORE you get there, you have to have it downloaded in order to do any of the activities. They scan your phone and you get these "badges" for each activity you do. You are then eligible to win all sorts of prizes. Tickets, gift cards, etc. We ended up winning a Superbowl hat and commerative pin. Food was very spend, but good. There's no re entry or bringing food in either. The boys brought in a small drawstring backpack for their football's to get signed. Now for the autographs you go and "register" at whichever location in the venue is having the particular signing, they usually only give out 125 wristbands, but not everyone knows what's going on and how to register, so I would make sure to do that. Hyundai and some other car brand were the ones we registered for. It's simple and fast, you use the tablets they have out..and take a 30 second survey, voila, that's it!!! You and 1 child get a wristband. You can do it for every player too! We got SEVERAL players. The longest we waited in line was 20 mins?? Maybe. Besides the autographs, the activities were so much fun for them. Their favorite was the NICKELODEON slime. But, they also got their heads made into a HOF statue, talked on an NFL access show (fake video), did NFL draft day, checked out the Superbowl rings, did a NFL football clinic. I highly highly recommended this for children. For the adults, you won't be doing many of the activities, but seeing the smiles on your kids face/s is heartwarming. You will still enjoy yourself too, there's stuff for you to look at too, and you can also get signatures. (They let the kids take pics with them too!!!)

I think it was really cool. I wish there was a little less wait times at the main attractions like the super bowl rings and the Lombardi trophy. Was really cool to see my nephew get to play on the field and catch a pass. Would have been better if I knew more about the things we could do and the things you needed like NFL mobile pass.

This was my first NFL Experience and I really had a great time doing some drills and watching other people enjoy the event as well. The only issue I had was that there wasn't enough time for me to complete all of the activities within the 4 hour period. This event should run about 6 hours, instead of just 4. I don't think anybody can complete the entire skills test in a 4 hour period.

I had an incredible experience at super bowl 49. I went to the last super bowl in Arizona and this one was put on much better. From the bands to the friendly staff working the event everything was amazing. Can't help but be extra happy that the patriots won! Purchasing and picking up the tickets through the NFL ticket exchange was the best choice to go by far. It was convenient and secure, making for an even more enjoyable and less stressful event.

I was disappointed that the NFL Experience wasn't at the stadium like last time... But I was very happy with the way they did things. There was a lot of things to do for all ages and they had way more to see and "experience" then the last time. My husband and I have a 15 yr old and a 2 yr old and we all had fun! We got there at 4pm and thought we would only be there for a couple of hours and we ended up closing the place down at 10pm. :) The only bad thing I would have to say is that the food and drinks were very over priced. That bothered me a lot. And you have no other options because you can't leave and come back in. I will definitely go again when the Superbowl comes back again. And you know it will.

This was such a fun event!!! SO well-organized. It was great to see the exhibits (once in a life-time for the Super Bowl rings, the NFC/AFC awards, and the Lombardi Trophy) and also super fun to participate in the events. I wish I would have allotted more than 1 day.

This event was awesome! My 2 boys were in football heaven with all the different activities and seeing all the different football players that were scheduled to make appearances at this event. The staff at all the activities were great!! They were friendly and cheering the kids on as they participated in the various activities. Wonderful experience and something my kids will remember forever!!

Simply put - there are just too many people and too big of lines to do much. I came with 4 hours, and that was enough time to wait in line for 1 thing - the Pun, Pass and Kick. I feel like I would've loved if it there was actually enough time to do things but there were just too many people in there. This was even more frustrating because I had to buy a ticket for a specific time, which I assume they did because they are aware of the line problem, but it failed spectacularly.

To pay the extra cost for the SB extra band was a huge waste of money. We went looking for autographs and they only had D list players available with that wrist band. Any other autographs, you will need to know the schedule long in advance and be prepared to wait in long lines. We literally got nothing for paying the extra cost for the "VIP" wristband.

Everything was great except....autographs. Players need to show up on scheduled times. It seams nobody respects the fans time. We have schedules to follow. So should the players. Very disappointing sitting in line for 45 minutes and players not showing. Try explain that to a child. Players need to be responsible also!!!

There were 3 adults and 3 kids in our group. We hesitated about going based on some of the reviews but I am so glad we did. I suggest going right when they open since the lines for certain events tend to get longer as the day goes on.

The venue, events and things to do [seemed] amazing. The only thing this event cared about was selling tickets - event was beyond capacity. The "hour based' entry on ticket was a joke. Lines were 2-3 hours long. We purchased enter at 2pm tickets, walked in at 2:06pm next to people who purchased enter at 5pm tickets. Would have been there when doors opened had we known the entry time on tickets did not matter.

This was a great event. Loved the atmosphere. I had an opportunity to be at the experience both weekends that it was going on. The last Saturday that we were there was unbearable. 2+ hour wait for the super bowl rings and trophy, 1+ hour for any of the interactive games. Not worth it. We walked around for a couple hours and left. If you are going to go, I highly recommend the first weekend or during the week. Do not go the day or two leading up to the Super Bowl.

I'm sure many with kids loved the experience. But, I didn't see any football star doing autographs when we were there. Lines way too long to see Superbowl rings and Lombardi trophy. We had more fun outside with all the free stuff than the paid admittance for Superbowl experience.
