Pendulum

No doubt in my mind that Pendulum is the best Live Electro Band Ever.

Pendulum was sooo amazing!!! They need to come back and soon!! They didn't play as long as other concerts have, but it doesn't matter because they rocked it hard!

I paid $63 for two tickets, fees and all, to find out that Pendulum was not actually there. It said the show started at 10, but my boyfriend and I had to sit through over two hours of two boring DJs playing elevator music. When "pendulum" came on, there were no drums, no guitars, no singer. There was a DJ and some random guy with a mic who kept saying stupid stuff over the music like "YEAH YEAH DC" and singing (badly) bits and pieces of the lyrics. Any time you see a concert for Pendulum, make sure it isn't a DJ set. It was still advertised as "Pendulum" both on the app Bandsintown and Pendulum's site.

Wow. That's the first thing I'd like to say because the whole experience was so amazing!! I've never been to any techno based concert, and Pendulum made my first experience an unforgettable one. They really got the crowd moving and they never lost energy. I wished they never stopped playing, I could have listened to them forever.

literally amazing show. only problem was that innerpartysystem's set was only about 30 minutes long.

Easily the best concert I've been to in quite a while...maybe it was the people I was with, maybe it was the incredible, heart-stopping, make-you-shake-your-hips dance-party kind of atmosphere with the best bass drops and tightly packed venue. IPS wasn't as great as the last time I'd seen them, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I can't wait for the next opportunity to see pendulum again. Well worth the money and travel. I would travel farther if necessary!

Pendulum was phenomenal! One of the best shows I've seen! High energy and deep bass! Though the change in start time and early end to the show was a bit disapointing

DJ Fury and Inner Party System were both pleasant surprises. I usually never give a crap about opening acts, but these guys were good. Inner Party System brought the house down. As far as Pendulum - they opened with the one song of theirs that I am not crazy about (Salt in the Wounds) so it was good to get that over with first, and the only other criticism is that they didn't play "The Tempest" which is one of their most amazing songs. If they played the same exact set, I would go to it over and over and over again - these guys are absolutely incredible live. The energy of the room was amazing. BTW - the new drummer KJ Sawka really kicks ass too.

This show was absolutely ridiculous. Easily the best concert i have ever been to. Both bands are incredible live.

Pendulum was awesome. My husband even called it one of the best shows he's been to, and he's been to a lot. The band is incredibly talented, many of them switch instruments throughout, and they had great energy. DONT MISS THEM!

Innerpartysystem and Pendulum delivered an amazing show that I have to put as one of the best I have ever seen! That being said I rated this with only 4 stars because the event time was changed to 7 instead of 8, no reason given. We show up at 7..... and.... the show doesn't start until 8!! DJ Fury was no where to be seen, there was no announcement that the show would start late. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Thank heaven that Innerpartysystem and Pendulum delivered and were on top of their game, because no else was! JTwizzle

An intense and powerful show. The energy in the room was really high and everyone seemed to be having a great time and thinking the same thing. Best concert I have ever attended. Cool venue too.

Sucks it took this long for Pendulum to come back around. Nice to see them rip the walls of a small venue down. Lots of sweaty people in the pit

Pendulum came and blew away the New York Crowd.. it was non stop energy and just totally one of the most epic shows I have been to in such a long time...I am very fortunate to be able to see this band play in such a small venue. Thankful that Linkin Park I hope is giving them some good exposure here in the States. but this Headline show was just epic!

Saw them at The Fillmore last night. Tons of energy and they love their SF fans! Rob Swire has a great voice (better than expected live). Their MC needs to calm down a little though. I understand getting the crowd pumped up, but he constantly talked over the epic music. That is my only complaint though.

Pendulum came to the Showbox Sodo in Seattle, playing a range of songs. About half of the songs were songs I didn't care for, leaving me feeling a little bored. The other half the songs were great. In general, the energy just wasn't as good as it was a couple years ago. Pendulum performed at the Showbox by the Pike Place Market a couple years ago, and the energy there was unbeatable. I was hoping for the same performance this time around, and I feel that it was lacking.

I had buyers regret when I purchased this ticket. I liked Pendulum a lot, but was unsure about them live. The show was pretty early so we arrived ten minutes before the show. The lights were amazing and the band really brought the energy. This was one of the most memorable and energetic shows I have ever seen. My only complaint is that they didn't play a really long set. However I feel that they were truly gassed and had given the show everything they had. I will see this band every time they come to Colorado.

Pendulum = GOD. Loved it, but the moshpit was a little rough and the stupid stoner girls next to me where smoking and It was annoying. My girlfriend and I loved it very much. You guys run a great establishment. Event parking was outrageous, and the huge parking lot across the street was free.

Title really says it all. This show was just that Amazing. The sound was great, the bar was great. I've read plenty of reviews about the Showbox SODO and have to disagree with the majority of them. The location was great, and did not let my expectations down. The building is a renovated warehouse set up near the shipping yards, that alone should tell any hardcore concert goer that the show they are about to see will be awesome. The SODO does not try to impress you with fancy seating, a full restaurant, or any other level of comfort. It is gritty, raw, and delivered an Amazing show to me. The music itself did not disappoint either. Pendulum was outstanding. For being their first west coast tour, I really hope they return. The sound was great, their overall stage performance was great, and those two together led to an amazing show. Their opener Innerpartysystem did not disappoint either. They too brought a ton of energy to the stage, and crowd, and really blew me away. I've listened to both bands for years now (Pendulum for 5yrs, Innerpartysystem for 2yrs) and must say these bands sound better live then they do recorded. I can't say anything else other then Amazing Night.

This show was beyond Awesome!! So glad I didn't miss out! Was kind of nervous about it being at Showbox SODO, since shows I've gone to in the past have sounded terrible due to the acoustics. But I thought they sounded great!

I took my kids to this show as they are big fans of pendulum. They did not dissapoint they are professional rock stars and try and make every show sound as good as possible. The crowd had quit a few bad apples but you can't blame the band for that. There was lack of response on the people running the venue but over all it was great!!!!! I would go see pendulum there or anyware for that matter.

The concert was a blast! Innerpartysystem led it with a crazy set of songs, and wonderful onstage mixing and lyrics to augment it. After they break down the set and clear out for Pendulum, they start off letting Immersion's Prelude start the set off, and set the mood for 90 minutes of energy-packed bouncing to beautifully performed Pendulum beats. Absolutely amazing to be there for, and I'd definitely do it again.

Pendulum was an amazing show and played a lot of songs. They always have a great crowd performance. I want to go see them again!

absolutely amazing. I bought tickets for my boyfriend as a birthday gift and, even though its not my favorite genre, they put on an amazing show. The openers (Innerpartysystem) were a group I'd never heard of but they were really cool. Sometimes shows get totally different styles of music to open, but this group definitely fit the theme and they did a great job! Plus, the Showbox is always an awesome venue!

It was unlike any concert I'd ever been too. I can't stop smiling, it seems so surreal that I was able to see them live. I have to see them again. Without question.

I would see that exact show every weekend if I could. It was amazing and it at no point dull.

Pendulum has had an allegiance of fans in the Seattle area for a while now, but, understandably, haven't come on a real tour over here in a long time because they are so much more popular in the UK and Australia. Well, with this show, I think they might be visiting Seattle again! (at least I hope so) It was crazy, I think almost everyone there was an avid listener, and knew exactly when the wild parts of a song were coming. Definitely think they could have played a bigger venue than the Showbox though, they sold that place out easily.

This was the fourth time I saw pendulum but a first for seeing the whole band. The other times it was just a dj set. They did not dissapoint. There music and vocals were on point and they really did a good job of gettingthe crowd into it. If your a fan don't miss out on you next chance to see them. The venue was good too big enough to have a good size crowd but it still had some intamacy you don't get from giant venues. The sound quality was good too.

Pendulum really know how to get the crowd involved and give everyone the energy to keep dancing. Definitely one of the best concerts I've ever been to

They did a fantastic job, the crowd was super excited and they kept the perfect pace to dance and jump to. The opening band (still not sure what it was called) was ok but didn't have the right energy

Hopefully they come every year! This was my first show with them and damn I didn't expect my ears to melt with insanely good drum and bass.

The singer was very alive as was the crowd! Would highly recommend for all ages.

Was a lot of fun. There was quite a bit of downtime from the first band to Pendulum, I believe 45 minutes. But after Pendulum came on everything got started back up again.

I have seen Pendulum both DJ and perform live before. Last time I saw them was in front of a crowd of 20,000 in the UK. Seeing them here with 1600 people... simply amazing. Thank you guys for bringing the show to the states!

Innerpartysystem played very well, performed more well-known/recognizable songs, and kept up great vocals. Pendulum played with a lot of energy, though most of the songs played were more instrument-driven and less popular.

This was my first electronic band concert. I loved it!!! I will be seeing The Prodigy pretty soon and this was a good opening for me. Pendulum was one of the greatest bands I have seen. I have watched some top acts too. Their sound quiality was perfect and their love of performing was highly visable. They played all their hits and threw in their cover of Voodoo People. I would recommend anyone to see them and I can not wait to see them again. They had a nice stage setting with a great light show. They where very interactive with the crowd and the crowd loved them back. I have never seen so many people dance at a show and move together as one. Pendulum just put on a very well played show. Favorite Moment: The encore with Watercolour was the best moment. Rob's voice was shot, he still sounded like he does on the album, so he asked the crowd to help him out. Ben restated what Rob had said but when they song started the crowd just took over. It was an awesome very magical moment. I think they were impressed that the US crowd knew their song so well. When the chorus hit Rob took back over and the crowd was just full of energy.

Every Ogden show I've been to ended at 2am but Pendulum, not so. They quit before midnight, I feel like I didn't get my moneys worth.

Pendulum Dj set was awesome! The venue had a great sound system, drinks were a little overpriced but my overall experience was great!

We showed up over an hour late just to stand in a long line and wait to get into the venue. Then the DJ finally comes on 3 hours late (tickets read 7:45pm start time, we showed up at 9pm expecting the place to be hoppin', and he doesn't come on until 11pm. I mean, seriously??). On top of the fact that the DJ playing b4 the main act was awful. He kept playing what we have coined to be "jungle boogie trance" so that by the time the main act came on our senses had been overloaded by an intense, scattered drum & bass (that could be used to torture terrorists) that we left the show 20 minutes after the main act finally appeared. I mean, if you're gonna show up 3 hours late, at least put on an awesome show. He wasn't even interacting with the audience, relying on the lamest "hype guy" ever to get the crowd going. What a waste of money!!!!

I loved it. it was my first dj set and I had an amazing time. Can't wait for another one!!!!

Having seen the full Pendulum line-up live in concert before, I am a little spoiled, but the dj set was still fun. Although I would have hoped for a longer set and shorter sets from the openers. MC Verse does a great job in pumping up the crowd and there were some awesome moments. I was a little sad that they didn't play more off of In Silico

Pendulum was awesome. So was Mord Fustang. The dancers & hoopers on stage were hot tomales. Interactive spider web - so fun. Only complaint - kind of a big one, is that this venue is brand new (Soundgarden Hall) & they had no liquor license! WTH? I didn't get the memo that I had the option of BYOB, so I was pretty bored from 9p to 12:30a until Pendulum started.

The venue was unusual. No alcoholic drinks on the floor. However people 21+ can reserve a VIP table for only $10 a person and it's completely BYOB. Beer, Wine, Champagne, Liqour are all allowed to be brought in unopened. They have chasers available for $4 each and big tub filled with ice for all your beverages. Very Cool Mord Fustang was awesome Pendulum was awesome Some dude with a microphone kept coming on and needed to shut up.

Suprisingly two of the opening acts were better then the headliner Pendulum. I was sort of expecting a live band / dj team from what I've seen in youtube clips but all it was was someone yelling over their cd playing. We left halfway through their set. Oh and tell the Hype Man if you could to chill out. Said the same thing over and over like 50 times. I couldn't vibe to the music with him yelling.

Absolutely amazing! Soundgarden is my favorite venue in Philly. Pendulum seriously killed it! Did not want the show to end!

When I purchased these tickets it did not mention that it was a DJ Set! I was very disappointed. I went to the show thinking I was going to see them. And I would never have paid that much money to see a freekin' dj. When I paid the same to see them live and in person!!! The DJ didn't even play there best songs!!!! I could have played my own tracks at home an have more fun and would have saved $45 : ((((

The music was great, lights and audio worked well. It was great to finally see them live, obviously the beat was good, and the crowd was into it. The venue also worked well (once you got inside that is, it was cool and raining outside with no cover, so a lot of people were pretty wet by the time they got inside). It was good to see a large turn out, I've seen video clips from concerts in the UK, and the amount of people dancing and enjoying at those out door venues.... very impressive. Bottom line? I hope they come back soon!

The show was awesome! Great light show, great sound, Pendulum is better live than on record.

No other band brings good clean energy like Pendulum. And, the other good thing is, people may call it rock or metal, but it still rooted in old skool DRUM and BASS! Excellent show! I would have paid $100 per ticket if i had to. They bring a lot of elements together which satisfy the rockers, punkers, and ravers. It is hard not to love Pendulum.

My third time seeing these guys come through LA with full live band performances (first with KJ!) and my favorite show so far. First time seeing them play Immersion tracks live, and hearing Comprachicos made the show for me. One of my lifetime concert highlights to date. Slam, Watercolour, Witchcraft, Propane Nightmares, Granite, The Island (all together), Crush.. It all sounded great, and the crowd was jumping (and the Wiltern was shaking under our feet)! Can't wait for these guys to come through on a headlining tour again. It made the long wait outside in the rain seem like a minor inconvenience at worst. :)

I just saw them at The Wiltern on the 25th. It was an amazing show but what made it even better was the fact that i had never really listened to them before this. So it was an awesome way to finally listen to some Pendulum. I did feel a little shorted when they stopped playing after an hour and a half but over all it was well worth the drive and money. I HIGHLY recommend you take the chance to see these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Such a fun event for all the drum and bass heads in L.A.! The loge and mezzanine levels were definitely shakin'!!!!

I'm a professional photographer and make my living going to a ton of LA area concerts. That being said, this was the best live performance I have ever seen. The high energy of Pendulum mixed with their one of a kind sound made the evening truly spectacular. If you ever have the chance to see this band live, do everything you can to make it happen.

Waiting outside in line in the pouring rain for over an hour was not fun. But once inside and the show began it was incredible : )

Pendulum came to the San Francisco Bay Area and laid down an amazing live set. Not to forget the venue the SF Fillmore which always amounts to a great show. The standing room only dance floor was alive with energy the whole night. It surprised us all when a few pits broke out on the floor. The opening band, Innerparty System, played a great show despite having poor recorded examples before the show. I thought they took to the live show rather well and emitted a great sound throughout their opening act. Between acts as the roadies setup the stage random dances would erupt because people were so hyped up. Four people next to me had a dance circle going strong. Then Pendulum came out and started their attack on all of our senses. The crowd hopped, bounced, and jumped to every song except for a few vocal tracks sung by Rob. The MC did a tremendous job of setting the mood for the crowd like a conductor at the symphony. On a few occassions he asked if people knew what they did and why it was so special that night. To which the crowd unanimously replied "Yeah" one time. Pendulum is a drum-n-bass group that uses recorded tracks on a loop to produce their sound. So when they came out that night with a live drummer, guitarist, etc. it was a big deal. Sort of like when Trent Reznor toured with the band Flood in order to play live shows of the NIN music. It's special when electronica genre music is played live by musicians playing instruments not DJs looping tracks or playing DUBs.

AMAZING. Everyone had a great time! The band knows how to hype up the crowd, PLUS they put on an excellent performance. I've never heard a band sound exactly like the album yet BETTER, except Pendulum. I truly appreciate their talent, and would definitely see them again.

This is the second time I have seen Pendulum and I thought last time I saw them here in the Bay Area was the best concert I had ever seen. They out did themselves this time, it was just as good if not better. I loved every second of the show, only part I didn't like was the opening group, they were just kind of lame in comparison. Oh and if you can see them somewhere else besides San Francisco, do it. Way too many hipster, wanna be cool kids who clearly are just there because Pendulum isn't some huge popular band here and they want to be different and not mainstream. In closing I would say if you EVER in your life have a chance to see these guys, do it, you won't regret it and you will be blown away by the music.

Pendulum put on one hell of a show. Constantly kept the energy up, getting the crowd into the performance. They played a wide variety of their songs. Can't wait to see them again.

The energy was amazing & at the Fillmore the floor bounces so each time the crowd would jump with the band we got a little extra bounce. Got some amazing pics & videos. My leg muscles are sore from rocking out so much.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The music was pumping, they were energetic and it was gloriously, continuously FANTASTIC.

best live performance i've ever seen! i've been to many many shows and have never seen anything like this. everyone including myself was dancing and smiling ear to ear the entire time... no joke! i'm waiting for the next time they return...

The music was great as was to be expected, some classics were missing (Where was Tarantula?) but the show was an hour and a half of no one on stage and some various music playing, and only an hour and a half of Pendulum! Just as it was starting to get good, they stopped playing and the place cleared out. "It must be an intermission," we thought. But alas, the music did not return. Keep this in mind when considering future Pendulum shows.
