Barefoot Truth

It was such a treat to see the guys performing together again. They played all my favorite songs along with many of Will's songs. I brought two of my sons to the show and they loved it. They were amazed at their onstage performance and energy level. My 12 year old son sang along to all the songs he's heard playing on my car for years. A memorable night enjoyed by all, young and old alike.

I have seen Barefoot Truth before and they never disappoint. This was the first time I went to Brighton Music Hall and the venue was great. I had read some reviews that said parking was a hassle and that the small venue could be very loud if the sound was cranked too high. I found a spot on Brighton Ave within minutes of arriving and the sound quality was perfect. Cahill Music and Spirit Family Reunion were the warm up bands. SFR was truly entertaining and they put on a fantastic show. Barefoot Truth was a solid performance mix of great vocals, high energy and crowd engagement. Great solos, great singing and solid musicality. I brought my 16 year old daughter so I couldn't tell you about beer prices but everyone seemed to be having a good time. You're not here for a long time so we must be here for a good time... I look forward to more shows in Brighton and I will be back. As for Barefoot Truth, I can't wait to see them at Solarfest this summer.

Incredible concert, love these guys. They only get together now once in a while which is sad but I'd see them no matter where in the country they go on stage.

Barefoot Truth always puts on an amazing concert full of energy. This show closed out their farewell tour and they left it all out on the stage. I can't say enough about this group.

This was by far one of my favorite shows I've ever seen. I've seen barefoot truth live before but this was by far their best show. They played with amazing energy and the setlist was fantastic. The entire night was amazing and I'm going to miss watching them play. Great job Barefoot Truth! Sad to see you go but it was a hell of a way to end it!

Barefoot Truth is going into "hibernation." At least can celebrate they are anticipating a come back. A great collection of the best of Barefoot Truth songs and some friends from the past. And some new stuff... some interesting (and well done) covers. If you attended, you know they left it all out on the stage... What is most remarkable about this band is both their accessibility and their positive uplifting lyrics. While in some cases they are modeled after Dispatch, my sense is that they exceed Dispatch in that accessibility. I think they are a bit tighter, musically, than the last Dispatch concert I attended in NJ.

Barefoot truth is an amazing band and with this show being their last (at least for a while, we were told) it was a true experience being apart of it. This show was amazing!! One of the best I have been to by them and their incorporation of various instruments played by their friends really adds to a whole new level of music. I will whole heartily miss going to their shows and i hope to see them come together again!

Amazing! Everyone there was so hyped for the show it was great to see the energy of the band and the energy of the audience feeding off of each other. You could tell everyone there loved the show.

This was my first time seeing Barefoot Truth perform and I would say that it was one of my top 2 favorite shows of all time. They are such a fun loving band who is clearly having so much fun on stage. Unbelievable performance. I can't wait to see them again!

Barefoot Truth is a fantastic band to see live. They have so much energy and put on a great show. All of the members seem to love performing and music. I will definitely see them the next time they come around.

Saw Barefoot Truth at the Life is Good festival in September of 2011 for the first time.Very excited to go see them again. Loved them and have been waiting for an opportunity to see them again. Excellent!!!

It was so fantastic! They put on an amazing show. It was completely worth the money and I loved every second of it.

Amazing show! Great venue, I would go there again for shows. Band was awesome. I only know a couple songs, but bought 2 CD's and am definitely a fan.

I went to the show because I love the mellow, laid back vibe of Barefoot Truth's album tracks, and I expected a relaxing evening swaying to some sweet and cool songs. But what I discovered instead blew me away. The energy of the songs seemed so much more intense live, and a large part of that came from the enthusiasm of the band members. They were jumping around the stage, trading instruments, and really just over all rocking out, so the feeling of absorption into the music was addictive. Even my boyfriend, who tagged along mostly because I liked the band but was not a fan himself, said that the concert ranked as one of the best he's ever been to.

They sounded better live than on their records. Amazing! Can't wait to see them again when they come back to the greater Boston area. Pick up Carry Us On!!!
