I first thought I was just getting a great double bill with both Brendan James and Tony Lucca at the same event. Not only did Matt Duke make an outstanding opener for them, they took the stage TOGETHER. Wow! They did a song or two of each artist together, then Brendan James stayed on stage with his band while Tony Lucca took a break. After a few songs, Tony returned for a song or three and Brendan left to take a well-deserved break. They played amazingly well together and the camaraderie was shining through all night. If you are a fan of these guys, you simply must see this show!

The show was amazing. I wish he had played longer and ended the show rather than falling the middle. I would definetly pay to see a whole concert with just Brendan. I wasn's as impressed with Matt White since he kept chewing on the microphone and screaming his lyrics. He would have made a better opening act than a co-headliner and the show closer.

The show was awesome. They had refreshments that were easily accessible and place was roomy. Brendan James performed awesome as always. Lucca's performance was also good.

I have seen Brendan James a handful of times now, but I have to say the concert with Tony Lucca took him to another level! I also LOVE Craig the drummer! He is amazing!!

This show was superb. I was very impressed at how well Brendan sang and played live. Some people don't sound nearly as good live as their recordings, but Brendan was even better. I was especially surprised at how good the opening act was. Lauren Pritchard had an amazing voice, and I enjoyed her set very much. I was not as impressed with Matt White. I found myself enjoying my drink and conversation more than the music during his set. Overall, though, it was a great show. I will definitely be seeing Brendan again when he comes back through Minneapolis. Loved the Fine Line, small and intimate venue.

These guys love their music and love performing! Brendan clearly loves his music. He was smiling and laughing during the show and clearly was having a blast. He wasn't there to put on a show all about glitz and special effects. It was all about the music. Artists like that are amazing to watch!

My husband & I have been fans of Brendan's music for 3 years and this was our first time to experience him in concert. What a treat! Especially because the venue was small & intimate. He is an excellent entertainer and wonderful songwriter. We will look to find him in concert again!

As always, Brendan brought it - and left it all on the stage! Such energy, enthusiasm and talent in one performer is rare, but he has it all. The most amazing voice in the business and incredible songwriting. This is the second time I've seen him play here and it was a great experience each time. Perfect.

Opening act aside, the Matt White and Brendan James show was amazing. Matt sings all the right lyrics to his female followers as he pounds the ivory and hits his notes flawlessly. His songs are deep and sweet, although he seems to be stuck in a N.Y. rut with the maturity of his wording. Brendan James, who I had never before on stage, was a breath of fresh air; his lyrics were genuine and heartfelt, his voice was hypnotic, and his presence was warm and inviting to all of his fans (who truly adore him, and understandably so). Matt and Brendan will have an excellent tour through the spring months and if you have the chance to catch them live, you absolutely should.

Every single song was perfect. Every single song erased any feeling of anything bad in this world. It was hauntingly beautiful the whole time.

Matt White was OK, but Brendan was absolute perfection! His lyrics and his voice are so genuine. So refreshing to see a young musician with so much true raw talent. Hoping everyone else sees his potential and he makes it big. He's a true talent that deserves to be shared with everyone!
