I enjoyed every bit of the performance this year. The music was familiar, but yet different. The entrance and stage moves were well planned, the harp was outstanding, all the musicians were amazing. I so enjoyed how everyone started together on tune and stayed together. The horns were very enjoyable. The whole performance this year was amazing. We also enjoyed watching the student directors.

Last year was our first year at the Rejoice Event and we were so looking forward to bringing our entire family back this year for a Holiday concert and evening out. While I appreciate that it was a college event and the ticket was a very nominal fee, we were all so disappointed that there was not really any familiar Christmas song in the 12-15 arrangements?? Other than Silent Night at the end, the selections were not festive or recognizable. I would expect a music concert throughout the year that highlights the voices and choirs but at the Holiday, the focus could have been on Christmas/Holiday music. Also really missed the Orchestra this year!!!

I enjoyed the instrumental portions the best. The organ was fantastic and so was percussion and sax. I thought there was (band or orchestra) accompanying last year. I enjoyed that better than accapella. I, myself, would enjoy more traditional music in English as sell.

Excellent concert with a high degree of musicianship. A very varied festive set list was presented and sometimes it was difficult to believe that this was not a professional symphony orchestra. Open seating worked reasonably well but it may be better to have an assigned seat to "aim for". However, this was a very a minor criticism.

Christmas can be a hectic time, especially when you have two young children. For the past three years, my wife and I always take a date night and go to see Rejoice. We absolutely love it! My wife enjoys the choir and ensemble numbers whereas I prefer the symphony orchestra. Regardless of your personal preferences, the entire program is well done. We look forward to going again next year!

This was a beautiful event. The band and the choirs were absolutely astonishing. The music was amazing and really put us in the Christmas spirit. For this event to be free it is a wonderful gift. It is wonderful as a romantic evening, a family event or a night out with friends. I definitely recommend this event.

The Butler music program is top notch! My fiancé and I are considering getting tickets for every concert they put on. They definitely don't disappoint!

The concert was great, especially the Butler Symphony s performances of "The Bells of Christmas", "Polar Express" and Leroy Anderson's "A Christmas Festival". But the highlight for everyone in the packed house was "Silver Bells" performed by the men s a cappella group, "Out of the Dawg House". Their rendition of the Christmas classic brought down the house.

What a great evening! The choir was fantastic and the symphony orchestra was superb. I would have thought I was listening to professionals had I not already known it was an all collegiate performance. It is unimagineable that this concert is free! I would pay good money to see it again! Well done, Butler musicians!
