Diverse set, highly engaged with audience, informal which made you really enjoy the music- like you were sitting in on a private jam session. Musical director is an incredible musician- in fact Jeff has surrounded himself with incredible talent. Over 2 1/2 hours of music which was great! Encore a little too long. Great show and so nice to have them in Boston!

Saw 'Crazy Heart' and never knew that Jeff was so talented a musician....in fact never knew he could play guitar and sing. His concert was even better than I imagined it would be. He is professional, talented, connected with his audience and he rocked! Or should I say, "He rocked, Man"...like he would say! LOL! He gave of himself.....would buy tickets for his concerts again in a heart beat. Go, Jeff....you got it, Man....Kathryn....xx

The band, and Jeff were fantastic. The music part was excellent. Layed back and casual. My two favorite songs, and incredible jams between the talented musicians. The negative was the looooooooong intermission after Mason's opening act...why was this not announced? Why was the only intermission 20 minutes into the show? The band only played for about an hour (is $75 high for an hour's show? I don't do this often, so maybe I'm out of the loop on this) , so one may not have been necessary, but it would have been helpful to know this in advance. More lights at the Civic Center Theater. It was pitch black trying to find the car on the road by the lake. Other than that, a great show.

a real good garage band. Bridges lacked enthusiasm. Side men were good, not great.

Loved Jeff Bridges in Crazy Heart. In this concert the majority of his songs had a heavy metal sound. I would have loved the performance if Jeff the band played a more melodious sound, like the music in Crazy Heart. He did open with 2 songs from that movie, but then moved into the heavy metal sound, closing with 2 more Crazy Heart songs. For an encore, he performed one more Crazy Heart selection, and then a song I hadn't heard before, a slower song to wind down the night. The opening guitar-playing singer was a young guy named Mason who served as a "roadie" for Bridges, switching off the guitars Jeff needed, and plugging them in for amplification. Sorry, but I really did not like Mason's music, which he wrote himself. He had an appealing personality, but his music was inscrutable: you couldn't understand the words, and the sound was amateur and depressing. Mason played for a half-hour, and then we waited another 15 minutes for Jeff Bridges to come on. I think from a performer of his caliber, I expected a professional's respect for the audience, rather than keep us waiting that long after an unsatisfying opening act. Bridges performed for one hour, and then another five or so minutes of encore music. All in all, I'll admit I was disappointed in the evening as a whole.

My friends and I traveled from out of town for this show. One flew from LA and we drove from Eureka. While the show itself was wonderful, it was what happened afterward that made our night and entire trip, really. He played for a little over an hour, I think. The sound and songs were wonderful! The Abiders and Jeff himself were laid back yet professional. It was awesome to hear the wonderful songs from Crazy Heart and from Jeff's new release. He talked about all the people he'd played with and met and about becoming a grandfather. He's nicknamed himself "Dudepa". After the show, we headed 'round the back of the venue to try and meet Jeff and get our posters signed. When Jeff emerged from the side door, he headed for his car, causing instant panic but alas he said, "Be right back, I'm just going to put my stuff in here." One of my friends asked if she could shake Jeff's hand. He said sure and when my friend apologized for having cold hands, Jeff said, "Well let me warm them for you." and clasped his hand around hers. It was really very sweet. So yeah, Jeff is awesome! The Abiders are awesome! The fiddle player is superb!!! This will be one of those memories I treasure forever.

Good show. He's got a good voice and a sensational gal as back-up singer and violinist. She alone would be worth seeing. They put Mason, a young man(19) who is a stage hand up as the opening singing act which was cute and entertaining. Couldn't hear 80% of the lyrics but some of the self written tunes were OK. He did about twenty minutes which was fine. Bridges came out, finally about thirty minutes after the kid finished. The audience was starting to get impatient. I guess that's part of the diva in him. He did songs from Crazy Heart most of which were good. He didn't really engage the audience very much and he was a bit goofy picking the wrong guitar and such. All and all it was a good show. While the audience appreciated and applauded, they never really "rocked" the place. Oddly his daughter appeared as a back up singer for the first song or two and then disappeared until the encore. Was wierd. Not sure it was worth $75 per but glad I went.

the show was great. we know all the Crazy Heart songs, and it was also so nice to hear some new ones that we'd never heard. I loved the one called Slow Boat. Jeff Bridges has an amazingly good voice, and he knows how to use it. the Abiders now have a violin added, and that girl fiddler is amazing!

I enjoyed the music and the relaxed atmosphere of the show. The bass sound is not balanced well so that would improve the music for the audience. I liked the entire show and the abiders were a great and talented group. We hope to see Jeff Bridges again. The music from Crazy Heart was, of course, a huge hit with everyone. He is unpretentious and talented and it was just a wonderful evening of entertainment. Thank you to Jeff Bridges and the Abiders.

From start to finish this show was amazing! Mason, the opening act was a young, energetic and fun musician with some great songs. It was a perfect segue to the show that was to follow. Jeff Bridges came out on stage and immediately i was blown away with just how cool he was, cool doesn't even seem like it does him justice. From the moment he came on stage you could tell he was having a good time, and it was infectious. The songs were warm and heartfelt, some fast, some slow. The Abiders were an amazing group of musicians from rocking guitar solos to a truly breathtaking violin performance. I wish i could have gone to all three of there performances. My only two possible regrets/criticisms if you could even call them that, are that mason didn't have a CD i could buy and that there were seats so i couldn't dance to the music as i so badly wanted to, Thanks guys for an amazing show, i hope there are many more to come.

Jeff Bridges & The Abiders at the Marin Civic Center was just what I expected. Good music in a good venue. I enjoyed the casual feeling on stage, as if freinds gathered to enjoy some music together. I think Jeff Bridges was good and I would see him again. He played new and old stuff and not being too familar with his music I really enjoyed the group's performance and will see him again when he returns. I would recommed seeing Jeff Bridges & The Abiders.

Jeff and the band were great...shame he wasn't feeling well...but he captured the essence of 'crazy heart' perfectly for me...it was an honour to be in his presence yet you almost felt like he was honoured to be in ours...a true humble gentleman. His honesty as a musician wraps around you from the moment he steps on stage and holds you tight for days afterwards...I'm hoping he continues to get out there and give others a glimpse of what it's like to hang with the 'dude' in his living room...tea and all :)

Jeff was personable, funny, handsome, great singing, backup band wonderful, nice guy personality shown through. It was his last night of performing on his first tour ever and he was enjoying every last minute, his "thank you" after each set was genuine, he was having fun, and the audience appreciation back was awesome. He needs to tour more. He talked to us a lot which made it so better than some of those uppity performers who come out, sing, and walk away and you may as well have listened to a CD for a whole lot less money etting that. Jeff a breath of fresh air.

Hot Damn! Why has he not been singing and on tour his whole life. Extremely talented. Put chills thru me with some of those songs. I did not know he had it in him, nor did I know he really sang in "Crazy Heart". Fantastic show. Took my mom for part of her birthday suprise. But, ended up even more of a treat for me. Just an amazing show! Hits from Crazy Heart. Jeff's favorite songs from other soundtracks of his films and from years of playing and writing with his BF from HS. An amazing jam session you never wanted it to end. The band all world class players and all friends. Delightful. Heard so many songs I loved and had forgotten. Jeff sprinkled in banter about his life, films and famous family. His daughter opened his show with some nice, self written songs. Jeff was himself, not an actor this night, and he and his band sounded like they had been happily together for years. Wonderful night! Namaste and Rock-n-freaking-Roll Brother! Dedicated to Robin Williams at beginning. Classy and heartfelt.

After an intermission, Jeff and the Abiders gave a us fun show with a great variety of music - rock n roll, country, cajun... just a lot of fun stuff. Very talented group! Jeff Bridges delivered just like he has done in every role that he has played in the movies. Good country rock band in a great, smaller venue with great sound. First, Harrah's kind of misrepresented the event and seating. It was in their convention center which is a small venue with lots of posts in the way. They also cancelled all of their "cheap" seats......because of the posts. Should have cut the price on all the seats. I ended up in the last row (not what was pictured on the seating chart - that would have been the set up bar) adn almost behind a post. For $57 I would have preferred a better option. Also, Jeff was on the last show of an 8 city tour. Half of their equipment failed and had issues. Has no one ever heard of a sound check? I'm a working musician....I've never had so much equipment fail in one 90 minute time period.....and I'm used to doing 4 hour shows any whre from 2-4 times a week, every week. Their sound guy couldn't find a low range he didn't like. I think his mid range must have been not working. Yikes. Jeff was okay. But htey need to lose the Crosby Stills Nash tune. If you can't sing tight harmonies...DON'tT. It started out as a train wreck and never got better.

We went because my wife is a big fan of Jeff as an actor, and I really had no idea what to expect of the music...but I was quite impressed and really enjoyed the show. It started with a happy surprise when Jeff came onstage, unannounced, to introduce his daughter Jessie as the opening act. Jeff's band, The Abiders, is superb; Bill Flores adds a wonderful palette of color with his pedal steel, button accordion and electric 12-string, and musical director Chris Pelonis plays a great lead guitar with a little tasty organ. A relaxed and professional evening with a generous helping of music, warmly hosted by Jeff. A great night out.

This was a great show if you're a Jeff Bridges fan. His daughter opened for him and she was very entusiastic and her songs were good ones. She did about three songs too many though. Jeff is not the most articulate singer and I didn't understand most of the lyrics he sang. However, his band, the Abiders is excellent. I appreciate his taste in music and the fact that he acknowledges the song writers and gives some back ground on the music. The draw here is Jeff's presence and his relationship with the audience. Very enjoyable.

I hate to be unsupportive of anyone giving it the "old college try," but Jeff Bridges's daughter did not deserve to open with seven or eight songs. I could have lived with three maybe, but not seven or eight from someone with such modest talent. Not really fair to the audience. Jeff has been singing for most of his adult life (and well). Did not know that. Ease and quality in his work. The show includes multi-genres of pop, country, and rock and roll. (was there a bit of rap also?). . by songwriters, including Mr Bridges eliminated any stereotypes.Truly an entertaining and wonderful eye-opener. Loved the show. Loved feeling part of the Bridges Clan. In L. A., small supper club. The whole family was there-- Beau did a funny poem from the audience after being "egged on" by Jeff. The Dude and his band knocked it out of the park. Great selection of covering artists that I never knew. The band was too loud for the first several songs and this overpowered Jeff's voice. The ultimate artist in everything he does. A lesson in excellence--from the musicians working with him to his acknowledgement of their talent--to his choice of material--to his performance--he is truly at the top of his game.

Too many slow ballad songs for a live show. Sound was not good for the first 4 songs. Sounded like too much reverb in the back behind the mixer. Otherwise, love Jeff's personality and affability.

What a thrill to see Jeff Bridges.....He is a Hollywood legend and an excellent Country music performer as well. From seeing him on many late night talk shows I knew he would have a great personality with the audience, and he did not disappoint. It is apparent how much he loves this genre of music. Also, we were able to spot the love of his life, beautiful wife Susan in the audience :)

Saw Jeff Bridges and his band on Saturday night in Las Vegas Rocks Lounge. Had a great time. He and his band were on for 1 1/2 hours and had the audience's undivided attention for the entire time. He not only makes, sings and plays great music, he also told us interesting stories about the music he played and his family and friends. They received 3 standing ovations and I would definitely recommend you see him and his talented band.

I really enjoyed this show. Jeff talked about who wrote the songs they performed as well as told stories about his friends and how it related to any motion pictures he has done. Many of his friends and family were in the audience as well as others in show business including Nicolas Cage who sat 3 rows behind me. Jeff played guitar and keyboards very well and the band was tight and sounded very good. Jeff seemed thrilled to be doing this kind of thing so late in life...he's 63 and said he is living out a teenage fantasy. He is not the best singer in the world but he holds his own and sounds good. He is one of my all time favorite actors and this show is definitely worth the ticket price...a very good time!

Good venue (Chrome Showroom). Skilled musicians in band. Jeff's singing though was just so so. Many of his vocals were almost mumbled.

Had such high hopes for a great evening. He just never seemed to put an effort into the show. Plus an hour late to start. Thank goodness the venue was beautiful and www met great people.

LOVED Jeff! Was slightly annoying that whoever opened was on too long and Jeff didn't take the stage until after 8. Everyone was super anxious for him to come on, so very restless. Intro act should have been no more than 20 minutes. Once Jeff and band took the stage, they were AWESOME. Loved it!

Jeff Bridges was as expected; laid back, gracious, humble, grateful, kind and confident. It seemed he was genuinely excited to be there and appreciating every moment of the experience. It was a two-way street for him. And the fact he had Richard Robinson as his opening act - a presumed autistic older gentleman with a "Sea Hunt" score obsession and a great piano player - was wonderful. Jeff was beaming from the back as he watched this Seattle acquaintance also fulfill a probably life-long dream. Jeff walks his talk and clearly is enjoying and appreciating life and his place in it.

More often than not, I think of Jeff Bridges, the actor. However, his ability as a musician and signer is terrific. His concert was the one I enjoyed the most this year.

The concert was great! I didn't know what to expect from Jeff Bridges the actor but loved Crazy Heart and thought I'd give it a shot. It was a great show! I'd definitely go see him again. I love the winery but always feel like 'a kid' there since it draws a much older crowd.

Jeff Bridges was amazing and really interacted well with the crowd! The venue was well laid out and not a bad seat in the house really. I loved how laid back he was and truly seemed to feel comfortable with the crowd.

Touching demonstration of just how self-centered a lucky male actor can be.

I'm giving this event two stars because the winery/setting is fantastic. Jeff Bridges should have stayed away from the wine. He was clearly intoxicated and when he finally took the stage there were times were he seemed to just "lose the script." There are no second takes on the stage "dude" ... stick to acting.

I have always been a fan of Jeff Bridges and what he played was wonderful. There was not enough of it. I was medically retired and am living on a fixed income. I feel that I didn't get as much as I should have for the bucks. I have been around a long time and have seen a lot of events in my time (am a 60's kind of gal). Of course, that is just my opinion and I think that the event was more tailored to people with $$. My opinion has nothing to do with the most talented Jeff Bridges and his band. They for the short time they played were fantastic. The people that were standing interfered with seeing some of the performance. Your staff needs to get to the people standing sooner.

Jeff Bridges obviously has a big "crazy heart" but I went to the concert to listen to some great country western tunes. After 2 hours of sitting in the sunshine, drinking fine wine, and eating great food, the crowd was ready to rock the country beat. But instead, Jeff came out on stage and introduced us to a former homeless guy that he met in Seattle who had a passion for the old Sea Hunt TV series. This guy, who had some physical disabilities, proceeded to play Sea Hunt theme music on the piano--not for 5 minutes, not 10 minutes, not 20 minutes...but for 45 minutes. The music was boring and all sounded the same--kind of new agey--like my kids play on the piano. It was a total buzz kill for the evening. Finally Jeff took the stage and he is a pretty mellow performer as it is. So...the evening was a real snooze fest! With all the great country western acts, I can't believe Jeff did not choose a warmup band that complemented his style and got the crowd revved up for a fun night. I'm sorry Jeff, but your charity shouldn't be MY charity.

Jeff Bridges did not disappoint! What a thrill to see him in person. His voice is so unique, and his band rocked! The best part of the show...watching Jeff Bridges have the time of his life! It truely put a smile on your face!

We were looking forward to seeing Jeff Bridges well just because he's Jeff Bridges. I mean that's kinda awesome to have someone of his stature in our neighborhood. And then we heard him sing and hang out on the stage (it didn't feel like a canned performance - more like a really big backyard party). It was by far the best concert we've seen at Ste Michelle and we've been to dozens over the last 5 years. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff Bridges is fun to listen too, he has a great personality and seems to geninely enjoy what he's doing and appreciates the crowd. His voice is great and I loved the music. I thought it was great that he invited Richard to open for him. Richard is an interesting man and we have seen him many times around the Husky games when we are tailgating. He'll play anything on the trumpet for you.

The warm-up act, a piano, concerto, did not fit with the country western theme. We did not like it, and couldn't wait till it was finished. First, my wife and I are big fans of Jeff Bridges. His singing in "Crazy Heart" was entertaining and pleasing to hear. His choice of songs for the concert left something to be desired- could have been better.

A long time between opening act and Jeff. Many sound issues for Jeff, I felt bad for him as those type of issues make for a tough show for all. The show set was very, very short, A woman sitting to our left talked loudly ALL NIGHT and persisted even after several people asked her to keep it down. She made it difficult for us to hear the music, or Jeff's talking. I don't know why she came, but it wasn't for the show.

The concert was not what I have come to expect from artists who go to Ste. Michelle. There was about 45 minutes of no music. The show opened with a set of piano music that was not impressive. Mr. Bridges really needs to look through his music and mix it up. Too many slow songs in a row with a bottle of wine will put even an avid fan to sleep.

Jeff's warmth came through every time he bantered with the audience. You just gotta' like the guy. His music choices were incredible, perfect for him and for his band, especially all the John Goodwin selections. And, of course, we all were there to see him perform the Crazy Heart numbers. A beautiful night, balloons overhead, happy people, St Michelle wines, and thou.

Not sure if he was high, or confused himself with The Dude.... Not only did he come out an hour late, he put a street performer on stage to play some jazz. Most people were confused, bumbed and generally on the downtick while listening to this. Most got up to get more food, concessions definitely benefited. When he finally got on stage, this was nothing more than an actor in front of a captive audience. Yay, he can play guitar. Yay, he has a friend who wrote songs for him. No, he has no unique style or real performance skill.
