F**King Awesome Fest

The folks at the Majestic Theater put together an amazing lineup of bands at the Magic Stick for F**king Awesome Fest on Saturday. Undoubtedly the best four bands were The Greenhornes, Conspiracy of Owls, The Hounds Below, and The Sights. The other bands put on a respectable and entertaining show worthy of what is turning into a must attend festival each year. Not to strong of a turnout for these bands, but the ones who attended left dizzied from the speakers and buzzed from the booze. These Detroit acts deserve the stages that are walked by the untalented or marketable chum that stumble around on stage every night in nearly every city, and as anyone who has seen "It came from Detroit" knows, a small few ever get that chance.
