Moon Duo

What a brilliant night. We were on holiday in Manhattan so decided to see a gig. After searching we realised that Moon Duo were playing at The Mercury Lounge. We had never been to this venue so it was a double exciting. Moon Duo were an amazing mix of psychedelic rock and pumping tunes. The sound at the venue was excellent, so much better than smaller venues in UK. And to top it all there was a superb support set from Loom.

Moon Duo is the one of the coolest acts around. Psychedelic drone with the most shadowy, eerie pop groove imaginable, not to mention amazing guitar tone. So danceable. Just remember, the riff is forever.
