I haven't been to the circus in over 40 years and I can't believe what I've missed. Such wonderful memories. Ringling Brothers certainly has not lost their magic. Make sure you arrive an hour early see you can go to the free preshow. We purchased the VIP tour before the circus. We got to meet the performers and ringmaster, feed the elephant, pet the animals and have all our circus questions answered by MJ one of the trapeze artists. A perfect day!

It was a very nice surprise to see a brand-new performance with a very nice twist. With seen the Ringling Brothers many times before but I was really surprised to see that even after all these years they can still come up with new ideas. I will recommend it to anybody with kids of all ages.

Comparing this Circus event to the ones of the 70's there were less featured acts. The trapeez act was hidden from my view due to lighting which hung too low. There were only two and for the most parts one ring of entertainment. The old circus had three rings with live entertainment most of the time. I guess it goes with old saying pay more get less.

The Ringmaster was awesome, action was continuous - just like a circus should be. Kids liked the Cage of Steel bikes and Trapeze acts, adults liked the cats and Chinese Acrobats. Something for everyone.

I love the circus. I remember going to the circus when I was a little girl, it was great then and is just as great now. We took our two great-grandsons. I think they loved the excitement of the motorcycles, the wild animal show and all the action on the floor. Can't wait to go again.

Had I never been to the circus before this show would be fine, but I took my kids every year when they were small. Now they are in their 20s . I took my grandson , he is 3 . Just didn't have that wow factor. Their was no one big thing that really made you what wow. He liked the motor cycles , I wish they had done some jumps or something more then the ball. I saw that ten years ago. The tepees people feel 3 times never seen that before. Only 5 elephants, I know it must cost a lot to travel them around but I remember Gunther gable he had like 12 or 15 at one time. Seemed a lot like old acts . Did care for the midget running all around. No grandeur . I did like the lady's in the glass balls. Didn't like the horses at the end, seen that too many times I couldn't wait for that part to end. The men did the same as the women, you could skip them bring back on the motor cycles .

This show was absolutely terrific! Our tickets where reasonable and there wasn't a second of the action we missed! A must see for all families! My 4 year old nephew was blown away! This was his first time! I hadn't been to the circus since I was a little girl! They had me cheering so much I had no voice after!

This was the most fun. We took our entire family. There were 13 of us...our children and grandchildren. The show was wonderful. There is such a variety of performances and there is always something to watch / going on while they are setting up in another ring. Watching the faces of my grandchildren is beyond words...they were truly amazed at the show. They sat and just took it all in. Afterward they could not stop talking about it each telling us what their favorite part was. THE BEST!!

Ringling Brother's by far is the best circus and family event! My children loved their first circus experience and it truly brought out the kid in me. The elephants will truly be missed, but I look forward to see how this show intends to outdo their spectacular performance replacing the elephants with new, innovative, spectacular performances! Thank you for such an amazing day/experience my family so very much enjoyed!

As usual Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey put on an excellent performance. Everyone was very organized. Setup and take down of the stage was fast and efficient. Everyone seemed to be very organized and in sync , good job on lighting and sound! A few mishaps occurred which is always expected. The bounce house at the preshow was overpriced at $5 per entry or $6 for unlimited use. Also the cotton candy, pictures and flashy lights were way overpriced. Admission was reasonable at under $100 for two adults and two children. We were glad to see the Elephants as it will be their last appearance in Worcester, MA. and after May 1st 2016 they will retire. The Kids enjoyed the motorcycles in the "cage of death" and the blacklights were a great effect to add to the excitement. Tip: Go to the bathroom during the show as the lines were very long during the break.

I have not been to a circus since I took my daughter 24 years ago, but know I am spoiling my granddaughter. I did not get in on the inexpensive tickets via groupon so I had to pay full price plus handling fees. So $135 later I am in our seats (3 people) All in all a great time and my 3 year old granddaughter really loved the show but I believe the grandparents loved it as much or more. First Class Event and would go again.

This was the first time I have taken my 3 boys to the circus ever because I have always declined to go because of the animals in the circus. I will have to say that the elephants were actually dancing on their own in the line and all the animals seemed healthy and cared for, however the tigers did not seem happy to be performing that night and seemed a little aggressive and agitated to all of us. With that being said the rest of the show was amazing. We all seemed to favor the dirt bikes in the dome and on the high wire. I really enjoyed the all the acrobatics the show had to offer and how different had become since I was a child. The little dogs in the show were awesome and I even enjoyed all the antics of the clowns, I laughed like a little child again. I will end by saying it was a great family moment, but all of us agreed that it would have been just as wonderful without the animals.

Thought the circus would be a nice family night out, even though we have a toddler with a short attention span. She loves animals, so we were hoping she would think it was cool (she's not quite 2). Turns out, she sat mostly mesmerized for the ENTIRE show!! Especially the elephants!! Very entertaining, well choreographed, and perfectly executed. I also loved that it was a smaller show that the arena didn't sell tickets for ALL seats. This made for short lines for snacks and no traffic getting out, but still a great sized crowd. Wonderful show, and we can't wait to go back next time!!

Our 5 year old son was totally enraptured by the whole show. When he saw the acrobats jumping through these very tall hoops and the trapeze artists he said "This is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my whole life." Granted, he's 5 years old, but still a great endorsement. My husband and I loved the circus as well, but loved even more watching our son's face break out in big smiles and hearing his laughs.

My intent was to bring my 2 kids (ages 6yrs and 1.5yrs) to a circus so they would be able to see and appreciate one of the lesser known/appreciated performing arts involving the usual palette of performing arts, acrobatics, stunts, comedy, animals, etc. Ringling & Barnum can put on a good entertaining show which is wholesome and entertaining for the whole family - kids & adults alike! Even though I have been to circus performances before (long long long time ago!), my wife and I were equally enthralled and both my kids LOVED IT!! The lights, sounds, were well balanced and so was the inclusion of animals (in my opinion). Well worth the time & money spent.

We took our 7 3/4 year old daughter choosing to go this year specifically because this is the last tour for the Elephants. I wanted her to see them up close and know the wonder of the circus the way I had known it as a child. The whole show, including the elephants, was magnificent! Our daughter kept saying things like, "I've never seen anything like this!" and "I will remember this my whole life!"--exactly the reaction I was hoping for. And the funny thing is, my husband and I BOTH were feeling the same thing. It really IS the Greatest Show on Earth and it was an awesome family outing!

My wife and I took our 4 year old daughter and some friends to the circus and we all had a GREAT time. It was a lot of fun, very entertaining for all ages. All of the concession and souvenirs are incredibly overpriced, but I guess that is expected these days. Parking at the Greensboro Coliseum was $10 and we didn't have to park very far from the entrance and with small kids that is a plus! We will certainly go again in a few years when our younger daughter is old enough to enjoy the experience.

I grew up going to circus yearly, so it was great to finally bring my own children. All the performers, human and animal, were amazing. Can only imagine the close relationship between handler and animals. Of course, everything is very expensive-$4 for a bottle of water, but that was to be expected. The $15 program was well worth it, filled with lots of great info and beautiful pictures. Missed seeing the circus under the big top, but glad I got to see it again, with my kids!

I actually saw this very same circus "2" years ago in Orlando at the Amway Center & for some reason - I paid 3x as much back then for a total of $293.15. This year I saw the SAME EXACT CIRCUS for only $105.65 In 2013 the tickets were $87.15 a piece after all service & facility charges ($75 before) & I paid an extra $40 per person to enter the "Ringmaster's Zone" before the show - but because no one from the Amway center knew what I was referring to and there was no signs or performers directing patrons to the Ringmaster's Zone we happened to stumble upon it just when the Circus was about to start.Tickets this year were only $50.45 a piece after fees ($40 before)

No wonder this circus is called the "Greatest Show on Earth!" My grandchildren, daughter, son-in-law, and I attended the Jacksonville 11:30 am show. I am not sure the grandchildren ever blinked for fear of missing something! They kept you on the seat, even while preparing for the next big act. The animals, including the elephants almost looked artificial they were so healthy and well-groomed. None of the animals looked distressed, but I am, just knowing the elephants will not be returning. The ringmaster was masterful, and we really enjoyed the music that accompanied him. "LEGENDS" as the theme, was right on the mark!

My entire family had a great time for our first time going to the circus. In my opinion, it would have better had we been lower. From the upper level row 2, we couldn't see the trapeze part do to sitting higher than suspended cage they were swinging from. Also, all the sound, singing, and words spoken were very muted. If I were ever to go again, I would get a lower level seat. Of course, that would depend on the prices. The pre show was probably the best part of it all.

It has been since my youth almost 30 years ago that I saw the circus. I was taken to it by my mother when I was but a child. I recently had the opportunity to go again. From the moment the show began I as spell bound. It truly was wonderful experience, and I am not being merely nostalgic. The entire experience was very professional and a great deal of fun. I especially enjoyed to the Lion show and the Elephants!!! I took almost 400 photos, so for anyone who is a shutter bug cameras are welcome. It something I will remember the rest of my life. My mother, who is 80 also had a wonderful time. I will be going again the next time the Circus (show) comes back anywhere near my area. A great thumbs up!!!!!:)

Over all pretty good. The ring master and performers had tons of energy... Despite the lack of enthusiasm from the audience. ( freaking clap people. Seriously. Don't go if your going to insult them like that) Had a few blunders but that's to be expected. They handled them well. Lions were awesome. Elephants are classic.. The reason for the four stars is after intermission the show went by quick and they blew all the big stuff out earlier. Side note the times union center good SUCKS. It's terrible. We spent 50 dollars and honest to God I've never had food that awful in my life. Except maybe out of an MRE. Anyway.. Fun times... Remember to cheer and clap. These people take pride in your enjoyment... It's hard work even if it just looks fun. Hype them up and the show will be even better than it usually is.

Best part of the show was the various performances by the Chinese acrobats. They were truly inspirational in their talents. Everything else was ok...

Fun for the whole family. Kids really enjoyed the show. The only negative comment would be the prices of things the Circus was selling. ETC Drinks, snacks, toys.... " small bag of Cotton Candy $14.00" same size you can by at Walmart for less than $2.00- Face-paintings for kids $12.00 each - you get the idea - Side item prices were the reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating

Only part I didnt like was the slow process getting through the crowd to the point where we got our tickets. After that it was great. We had front row seats so. Viewing wasnt a problem. It was my son (4) first time and he loved everything. The ringmaster was fabulous. My son now wants to be a ringmaster. I hope its three rings instead of two next year

First time for our 5 and 7 year old, and they loved it, as did we (2 adults...makes you feel like a kid again). Various great acrobatics and animal shows. Seating was in section 110, lower middle area of arena and near bathroom. Great seating for kids, but not to watch the bike on rope stunt because it was right above our heads. Event parking at Baltimore, MD is $20 at arena garage and same price at garage across street.

We took our 2 /12 year old and (2) 15 year olds. All had a great time. Even the youngest one managed to make it through the entire show w/o a melt down which was a concern of mine since it wasn't over till close to 10pm. My only complaint is that the souvenirs are so darn expensive! Starting at $22 for a battery operated light-up spinner. Snacks...oh geez, just as crazy. But you can't hardly take kids to the circus and not buy them a souvenir. Between our awesome seats in front, a casual pre-show dinner at a Baltimore Harbor restaurant & then the parking, souvenir & snacks, we easily shelled out $600 for a family night out for the 5 of us. Not exactly a bargain but we left with great memories!

Fabulous show with an international twist. We had three generations of my family there, and we all enjoyed the show from the edge of our seats with excitement. It's a must see!!!

We had a very good time at the circus. Neither my husband nor I had been to the circus since we were children, and we were very excited to go when my 4 year old son asked us if we could see a circus and I found out it happened to be in town that weekend! My husband said it was the most amazing thing he's ever seen and my son said it was good, but he wanted animals to perform all of the acts. I felt sad at the apparent danger of some of the acts and the seeming exploitation of both the animals (who seemed to be lovingly tended) and the human performers (who are surely there because they want to be.) It was also the most amazing thing I've ever seen, and we all had a very good time, including my two month old son, who loved the lights and music.

My daughter is 19 months old and she loved it. We didn't know how she was going to like it because of her age but she was clapping and cheering all night. Also this was my first time going to the circus, I really enjoyed myself and had a great time. My husband had a great time as well.

The circus use to be way better than what it is now!! The seats were AWESOME but it's like they just threw together something! They just need to do a better job with that for as much as they are asking for in prices!

$14 cotton candy. Popcorn, $12. They throw in an intermission, requiring the purchase of even more overpriced toys and concessions. Nuff said.

This was the best version of the circus in many years. I was a bit hesitant but decided to go after all. This senior citizen really enjoyed the whole show, as apparently did all the little munchkins around me.

We took our grandkids to the show, ages 5 and 2 1/2. The show didn't hold their interest very well but the over-priced snacks and lighted toys did. Please....take a LOT of money to this show bc the cotton candy costs $14 and show cones were $11! The lighted plastic swords and toys started at $20! Unreal. The show was very highly stimulating with loud music and shouting constantly. The acts were pretty awesome and the performers did a great job but each act seemed too long and didn't hold the interest of our grandkids and the children around us for long. I felt the music was too noisy and the leader's shouting got old quickly. Over-all the show was mediocre and over-priced. The animals did an awesome job but I couldn't help but feel sorry for them; performing these stunts seemed so unnatural for them.

The show was great! My 2 1/2 loved the motorcycles and all the animals. He really didn't care for the performances that didn't have animals involved but hey he's 2 lol. I do have one complaint and its about Verizon center. I just wish they would have more ushers help with people leaving their seats during the shows. We had so many people standing up and taking their sweet time to move out of the way. If the ushers would have came down with their flashlights and helped them it would have be nice.

Enjoy the show. My daughter was amazed by all the acts and had a wonderful time. FYI to all the parents all the memorabilia, food etc are VERY expensive so be sure to bring lots of cash and/or credit cards!

While I was flatly disappointed in the lack of audience participation when singing our national anthem, the show itself was incredible, even for someone has not been a kid in a long time. Much like the Grand Canyon, you think you know what to expect from a circus because stories of them are so deeply rooted in American culture. I can say, those stories could never have prepared me for the excitement of seeing this show. An excellent night!
