Damien Cripps Band

Damien Cripps played his first Canadian show in Vancouver this week and brought the house down. This talented Australian independent artist brought his solo acoustic show to the small, intimate setting of The Media Club and mesmerized his many Canadian fans. His catchy songs and charming personality had us all up and dancing from the moment he came on stage. Can't wait to see him again!

After hearing short bits of his music with his band, it was a pleasure to see the man himself at this acoustic show. His great voice alternated between soft and more aggressive and leant raw feeling to the songs. A great performer and one of these days I can say I saw him when... Don't miss him next time he comes around. You'll regret it.

Damien did an acoustic set for this show and even though not a full band, he rocked. Everyone showed him some great Canadian love.

There's nothing like a Damien Cripps Acoustic set to get your Sunday rocking. He plays a mix of his original material and some great covers to sing along to. His voice has an incredible edginess and his stage presence always leaves you with a smile and like you've just made a new friend.
