Let me make this clear: to the best of my knowledge, the Back N Black I am reviewing is NOT the same AC/DC tribute band that plays all these shows in Georgia. This group is Bay Area-based and they don't seem to stray too far from there, also, they used to be called Riff Raff. These guys were actually not the headliners, that would be Roses N' Guns, a Guns N' Roses tribute, whilst the opening band of the night was the Iron Maiden tribute group, Maiden California. Their renditions of Iron Maiden songs were fairly impressive and they even had the spoken-word intro to "Number Of The Beast", but there was one thing that bugged me: the lead singer would sing noticeably higher at certain parts in the songs than Bruce Dickinson does on the recordings. I mean, I could understand not being able to sing as high, because Bruce is an opera-trained vocalist, but how do you sing HIGHER than that and not have your bandmates say "you messed up"? On to Back N Black. They were the audience favorite. They did a remarkably good job on the Bon Scott-era songs and likewise on the Brian Johnson-era songs. The only real problem was that during most of the latter songs, their singer would briefly do this, sort of, I guess I would call it high-pitched rapping. To their credit, I saw them about a month later and he was singing normally. They were better that time (I submitted a review of that show a couple days ago). The headlining act was Roses N' Guns. I can legitimately say the first thing I noticed was that their lead guitarist's top hat was too short and their lead singer looks more like Bret Michaels than Axl Rose. They put on a great performance, despite this. I would say they probably sound better than the real thing, at this point. They also had the amp for the bass guitar turned way up, but it was less annoying, as opposed to interesting.

Bands were rocking it. But when they say 8 oclock dnt believe it they not playing till nine. The parking sucks your own your own with street parking. The bartender was pretty cold even if she did look good. think she included a dollar tip in one of my drink purchases so she didnt get another tip. That long island ice tea was weird the strangest one I ever tasted. Overall I had a good time cause the bands really rocked. Id come see them again but mb show up a little later.

I have been following this band since March of 2015. They sound incredible and really take me back to the prime days of AC/DC. I would 100% recommend seeing them at any venue!

I have actually seen Ac/Dc in concert and this was pretty close. The musicians used the same guitars as Ac/Dc and the sound was very comparable. The musicianship was at a very high level, and in some instances, sounded better than the real thing! This may be due to the attention to detail that the band has put into re-creating the sound and feel of Ac/Dc. Sadly, there was a small crowd at the show, and the crowd got smaller and smaller as the night went on. But the band did not act like anything was different, they put on a great show regardless of the small and dwindling crowd.

Back N Black was unbelievable! If I didn't know I was at a tribute concert I would have thought it was the original band.

I have seen Back in Black before in Dallas. My brother had never seen a tribute band before, so I took him with me this time since he really loves "Thunderstruck". This is the best tribute band I have ever seen. They are just like the real thing. The band is totally tight musically, and they even dress the parts - the lead singer hamming it up, and the whole Angus Young bit. Spectacular! We'll definitely go again!

The show was great - Back in Black is the best tribute band around. And Kill 'em All were great too. The biggest surprise of the night was this awesome little kids band that opened up the show! They did 5 songs and were AMAZING! They even had a 7 year old drummer who killed it. Check out the For Those About To Rock School Jr. All Star Band and 7 year old drummer Logan "Robot" Gladden if you get a chance!

2nd time seeing this band at this venue. BNB had no opening act but there was a guy spinning good rock ahead of time. BNB put on a good show, slightly off from the first time I'd seen them (with a GNR tribute band). Only negative was the late start. Doors opened at 8. We hustled through dinner to get in by 9. Well BNB didn't start until 10. This may be as much an HOB thing. I called the box office around 6 that afternoon and they couldn't tell me when BNB would come on stage. Just said that there'd be a DJ performing first.

Saw these guys a few times and it was quite the experience. Close your eyes and just listen - you will think you are at the actual concert without paying the $100 ticket price. Open your eyes and you will see the exact replica including the Marshall and Ampeg speakers and Sonor drums. The singer looks and sounds just like Brian Johnson. They are the real deal!!!

I have seen these guys several times and I have to tell you it is like being at an AC/DC concert without having to pay $100 for a ticket. They sound just like them. Even the stage gear is identical down to the Marshall's and Ampeg's and Sonor drums. Their singer looks and sounds just like Brian Johnson. They keep you rocking non stop for 2 straight hours. Go see these guys you won't be disappointed!
