This was a great production! The ice skaters were wonderful, the costumes were fabulous, and there were awesome special effects. The only issue I had were the vendors. Upon entering the arena, you could not look left or right without running into a vendor booth. This is so difficult for the parent. You have already spent money for the tickets, and then you have to disappoint your child because you won't buy Disney's overpriced memorabilia. Parents, be ready to fork out more money or prepare your child for a disappointment. The show was excellent entertainment for the whole family, especially your little princess!

I took my 4 year old daughter and we had a blast. The stories of Cinderella and Rapunzel were performed amazingly. I really debated on going to this because Tiana and the Frog Prince was the other act. My daughter has not seen that movie nor will she ever. The voodoo and demons in the show were very frightening for her. Thankfully that was the first act and she was able to end the show happy and excited. The show would have been much better with any other princess story besides Tiana and the Frog Prince.

What a wonderful performance to go see with your little princess. The costumes were amazing!!!! My daughter had such a wonderful time. I was pleasantly surprised to see Mickey and Minnie and then the ending was total Disney Magic. Only negative was the pricing on items for sale. Make sure you eat before you go

Took our 4 year old daughter for her birthday. It is very loud and can be overwhelming for a child sensitive to that. My daughter was bothered but still enjoyed the show. I wish they would have told the story of different princesses. They had Tiana at the beginning but they didn't tell her story. Just a song and dance. The Tangled performance was very good though.

My children ages 7 & 3 loved the show! My husband and I had just as much fun as the kids did. We were sitting towards the middle of the coliseum and we could still see the show very well. Amazing choreography and beautiful skating.

I don't know if we just so happened to catch a show that wasn't that great, but our experience was awful. Not only we're most of the staff extremely rude and pushy, the prices we paid for tickets, drinks and souvieners was outrageous! Also, we were expected to see Snow White, Cinderella, Rapunzel and Tiana, as stated in the program on the Facebook page, but Tiana never performed and none of the customers were informed about this at all. My daughter happens to be a fan on Princess Tiana, so you could probably imagine her disappointment. The acting was terrible and half of the cast members looked like the were miserable while performing. Definitely will just save our money next time!

Was a fairy tail dream come true. Everyone that was in our group. From 8 years old to 55 years old. Loved it. It was worth every dime. Now the gifts was little pricey. They where good gifts. Just little excpencive then I heard that some people could buy. Maybe put some where in the when someone buys a ticket they can see some of prices or gifts so they would know what to expect.

My daughter is 2 and I was a little hesitant to take her to this show because I wasn't sure how well she would be able to sit and handle watching the whole time. I have to say that is was truly amazing watching my daughters eyes light up and the excitement in her expressions with every moment!! This was such a great performance and it gave me such joy that my daughter loves it so much. The length was great and we had amazing seats as well! Will definitely be going back!

Disney on Ice was an unforgetable experience for all of the family. My five year old son loved the dwarfs, Mickey, Goofy, Donald, and all the action. My six year old daughter loved the princesses and music. They both were enthralled by the amazing skaters who leapt, flew, spun, and lifted each other. My husband and I enjoyed everything as well, and mostly the looks of enjoyment on our children's faces.

Show was great for a 3 year old she was beyond excited knew most of the characters waving at them and watching in awe and even the 10 1/2 month old enjoyed all the music and lights. It was the perfect amount of time too for a child's attention span. Long enough to feel like you got your money's worth and to keep them interested but not too long which was great. Our seats section 18 row 11 were great too. Lower level so we could see everything clearly without being directly on the ice or too far to see. Looking forward to going back in the future!

My 4 year old daughter was captivated, beaming, singing and laughing throughout The Show. It was a typical Disney extravaganza, 100 % Showmanship and perfection. The glowing smiles that she proudly showed and the warmth of her heart that was lit by what was in front of her on the ice and that was worth 100 times more than the face value of the ticket. The only thing that cast a cloud over that sunny day at Disney on Ice was the scene were the witch or stepmother "stabbed" Rapunzel's boyfriend. I think if the knife seen could have been avoided, the production would have been flawless. For the record, it was a great time to be had by all, the young and old ....and if you fall into the latter category of being "old"....this show will bring back great memories and make you feel young again. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were worried that our rambunctious 16 month old wasn't going to sit still for long and lose interest. Boy, were we wrong! She sat on our laps- AMAZED the entire nearly 2 hours! She clapped and would say "Wow" when something exciting would happen. The music numbers, acting, skating, and aerial acts were spectacular! My husband and I were both blown away by the show.

The show was amazing. This was my first time ever attending, I brought my 7 year old and 1 year old. All three of us were in awe and want to come back for more. We did miss most of Princess Tiana, we were about 5 minutes late trying to find our seats, and her whole set was almost over. It was great and we will be going again.

We loved the part where Cinderella comes out all glamed out with her carriage but there wasn't so many more firework/action moments. For instance I expected more from Rapunzels lantern moment. I had setup a date night for me and my 8 year old daughter. Searching online I came across front row seating or 2nd row VIP seating with dining. I chose the latter and very pleased in the end. That is the only way to watch this show. We had our own table with meals included and it was cheaper than the simple chair with no table in front of us. My daughter said I was her prince and she was my princess. It's a night I'll never forget. The show was fantastic!!

I took my niece, nephew and senior aunt and we all loved it! The show, literally entertained each one of us. My nephew is 3, niece 12, myself 31 and my aunt is 63 so...i find that to be impressive. It's also very good value..money and time we'll spent! Great memory to share with the family and really see how amazing Disney on Ice is!!

I took my grandchild for her first Disney on Ice experience and through the reactions and eyes of this 4 year old, it was a memorable experience. I purchased 1st row , center seats so she could be up close and personal. She was dancing and twirling on the carpet at The Finale when ALL the Princesses came out. There was sheer joy on her face. They played well to the audience and waved. I was hoping for a little more interaction as they did when her mother was little. They used to give rides to some of the people who paid extra money for those seats. But she didn't know about that, so it didn't matter to her.

Cost was appropriate.... The show was exhilarating. My neice screamed with excitement the whole time and while exiting the building. Friday day show was not too crowded many school-students and staff. The children looked so cute in their Disney costumes as well. Just remember the closer to rink the colder it maybe for you and the little one(s). Hand held souvenirs at the front entrance were expensive (more than the tickets). Novelty items at the concession stand were a lot affordable when taking children. Customer service was awesome in allowing me to exchange seats for 6.

I was so excited that Disney on ice came to Springfield! There were lots of show times to choose from and 11 was the perfect time for us. The show started right on time and began with Tiana. This was the only lacking area of the show as they barely showed any of her story. I would have liked to see the Princes and the Frog story told fully like the others. The other princesses shows were great: Snow White, Cinderella and rapunsel were all featured. They were selling toys and snacks all of which were extremely overpriced so be prepared for that. We brought our own snacks and that worked out fine. The show had an intermission right on time for a potty break. The skaters were amazing! Music, dancing and lighting all on point! If the show comes to your town it's a must see!

My daughter loved the show! We had 2nd row seats and she was in heaven. The performers did a great job. I would definitely recommend the show to parents. It's a great show and didn't cost a lot of money.

I have been going to Disney on ice as long as I can remember. My father use to take me and my siblings every year. This is the first year in about 17 years that I have attended the show. My sister and niece came with me. My 4 year old niece was so excited and our seats were so close to the ice that it made the experience so worth wild. I felt like a kid again! My only complaint would be that the show should have been a little longer and had more princess stories.

The show was very nice and we'll put together. I know you've probably heard this a thousand times but the tickets were affordable but the souvenirs and consession stand prices are outrageous. But again I enjoyed myself.

Bought these tickets with presale code, got front row tickets for myself, children and my mom. We all loved it and the Grand Duke even came off the ice to try the glass slipper on my little one's foot!!

Our seats were great! My family and I could see everything. From the costumes to the skating was absolutely amazing!!! They put on a fantastic show! We could not keep are eyes off of the show!! The hard work and detail really showed through!!

Had a good time. It was my daughters birthday we bought more expensive tickets but we ended up off to the side and the main show and props were facing front and we were behind missing a lot of the show. Can't afford to do these kind things often first time just wish I could have seen the show

The show itself is amazing. It's something both parent and child can definitely enjoy! This is our 4th or 5th Disney on Ice in 3.5 years, it's definitely something for children of all ages. We will be going again! Only complaint is product at the event is a bit over priced but that is to be expected.
