Please don't waste your time and money on this lame band. My friend and I left after 5 songs, they were THAT BAD. I love Journey but this was nothing like them

I had never heard of Run Run Run but was impressed with them. And the sound was very good. I had heard of Frontiers and always wanted to see them in concert so I was excited when I got tickets to the show. I had been told by several people that they were an amazing band. I gotta say that I was VERY disappointed. I don't know what was going on but the sound was AWFUL. Mainly the lead singers mic seemed to have something wrong with it. We talked with some people who apparently follow this band and love them and said that this was definitely an "off" night for them. I don't plan on seeing them ever again. That's how disappointed I was.

The show's opening act -Run Run Run - was a poor fit for Frontier's Boomer audience. And while Frontier's lead singer's damaged voice caused him to bail out on all of Steve Perry's signature high notes, the band's lead guitarist could step in for Neil Scion tomorrow. Only about half the audience was around the hear the last song after midnight. Frontiers is likely capable of a better show, just not on this night.

Really? A band performs for nearly 10 years and is obviously talented enough to have the track record and work ethic to consistently return to some of the country's top venues.... And no reviews.... But the singer has a bad couple of weeks and suddenly you go to Livenation.com and it looks like Frontiers is bad karaoke amateur hour, right? Like people don't have a bad night or go through a couple weeks stretch of having to get better on the road? Come on people, use your judgement. A couple of bad reviews centered around a 2 week stretch this summer shouldn't be the definitive judgement on whether or not this talented band is worth seeing or not. These guys - all of them - are the best at what they do, and there's a reason why they're successful at it. I have hired Frontiers for several festivals and performances I've promoted for the past two years and have NEVER heard a bad performance from these guys. Go see Frontiers. You won't be disappointed.

First thought something was wrong with my hearing until the singer spoke after 2 songs and said that they had played for 15 of the last 20 days and that his voice was shot. Imagine a Steve Perry impersonator with absolutely no upper range. Walked out after it was obvious that his voice was not going to warm up and get any better. Tickets should have been refunded.

I had high expectations for this event. Lead singer sang a couple of songs and then told the audience this was his 15th show in 20 days so he was not 100%. He couldn't hit any high notes the whole night, at least 30 ppl left within the first 30 minutes of the concert. His voice was just awful, and the sound techs had the volume turned up way too loud, probably to make it harder to tell that his voice was so bad. I am very disappointed. I left after 45 minutes because I could not take it anymore. And to top it off, it was standing room only, no seats in the entire place, misleading since my ticket had a seat number on it.

If you're gonna bill yourself as the "Ultimate Journey Tribute Band", you had better have a singer that lives up to the reputation. First off, this guy looked like he just rolled out of bed and came out on stage. His hair was a mess and his plain white t-shirt was half tucked in. His voice was very weak and he couldn't hit and hold half of the notes. Not to mention the fact that he receives a lot of help from the tons of effects that are on his vocals, as well as the "harmonizer enhanced" backup vocals. Musically, they are decent with the drummer being only adequate. His covers of the drum parts were way off the mark. The one bright spot was the guitarist. He played quite well and covered Neal Schon respectfully. I saw this band at a free concert, and I would have been very disappointed if I had paid good money to see them. Save your money!
