Theophilus London

I came there to see Phony PPL and never heard Theophilus London before. Let's just say, now I am a FAN! Phony PPL were good but I was expecting a little bit more. Now, Theophilus London... impressed me! His stage presence is great, his style is amazing and the bass player (the one who resembles Andre 3000) was great to watch/hear. My favorites by Phony PPL were John Jay, Break It Off and Whamz! My favorites performed by TL was Tiddays, BIG Spender, Flying Overseas and Why Even Try. They both need to go on tour together again and do MORE than one show in NYC! I recommend everyone to see them both. The crowd was mellow too.

I love his albums, but this was a train wreck. He couldn't play a song without interruption, his antics feel flat, and his attitude was lost on me. Glad I wore my earplugs and left early.

It was worth it 100% I need to see him in concert again

THIS SHOW WAS INCREDIBLE. DOJA CAT DIDN'T SHOW UP WHICH WAS OKAY BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HER. FATHER WAS LIT..HE CAME OUT AND STARTED THE SHOW OFF RIGHT THEN THEOPHILUS CAME OUT AND CHANGED MY LIFE. THE SONGS WERE AMAZING, THE LIVE BAND WAS DOPE AND AFTER THIS GIRL I KNEW ISABELLA GOT ON STAGE HE CALLED MY FRIEND LUCI AND I ON STAGE AND GOT TO DANCE AND VIBE OUT WITH HIM. IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT AND MOMENT. WE ALSO GOT TO GET ON THE TOUR BUS AFTER THE CONCERT FOR SOME PHOTOS WHICH MADE IT ALL WORTH THE EXPERIENCE.

The venue was fun, but London refused to perform. He talked half the time, antagonized the light crew and the Boston audience, and never won us back. After and hour and a half, half the audience had left. A disappointment for sure because his records are high energy

Best show I have ever been to! Theophilus will soon take over the scene. I can't believe his jams aren't top hits on the radio yet. Kanye who?!

This was my second time seeing Theophilus. He has such great energy and really gets the crowd going. I love how he does a mix of old and new stuff for the original fans. I love to go and get my dance on. Went with my boyfriend who has never been to a hip-hop show and he said he hadn't had that much fun in a while. Opening act was pretty sweet too--Phony Ppl. Webster Hall was an awesome venu for this. No spot was a bad spot to be in for this.

I was thoroughly impressed by how great of a performance this was.

This was a jolly good and rousing performance by the young lad. Really exploited his potential and the crowd luved it

Third time I've seen him in NYC, best show yet. Great usage of stage and lights. Extremely engaging.

His new music was AMAZING cant wait for the next album.

Theo puts on an energetic show. He dances, bounces all over the stage, interacts with the crowd...it's only a matter of time before he's a huge star playing in sold out arenas! See him now. Be a DAY ONE FAN!

Theophilus is gonna be HUGE! Not a single song was bad. He did a great job performing.

k flay's beats were pretty nice. theo jammed hard and i was into it. i wished for a cooler clothing choice, that man is so funky, i wanted more funk! cool space, cool red interior. speakers needed more treble in my opinion.

Venue was great. Artist was meh live. His album and its production values are better than his performance live.

Great energy, DJ, band...even the opening DJ killed it. It's great to see Theophilus London emerge from mixtapes to do such a triumphant performance...wearing a sequined tshirt and som Jordan 3s, he is as awesome as expected.

Performance started 1.5 hrs late and artist kept interrupting his own songs to talk. He also pointed his mic out to audience repeatedly though no one knew his lyrics.

I don't typically enjoy rap concerts as much as rock shows, but theophillus brought it. His DJ was on point and he had a live guitarists that added an edge to his already awesome vibe. I was unfamiliar with a number of songs performed, but enjoyed them very much. Theophillus was extremely energetic and I loved how he brought girls from the audience on stage to shake it. Special guest Ninjasonik appeared, but I was disappointed they didn't perform Get Ill. I was pleasantly surprised he performed Grove Me, one of my favorites off of the Maximum Balloon complilation. Overall, great show for a great price ($15/ticket)

This was really a wonderful show. I wasn't a huge fan of Theophilus London before I went (I'd heard some stuff and liked it, but I was just going for a fun time with a friend), but I am now TOTALLY into his stuff. He put on an amazing, energetic show for a very reasonable price and I think anyone who gets a chance should see him. The opening act was good too!

The opener Was way better than TL. TL didn't play for very long and he is so cocky.

I got introduced to Theophilus London at the Little Dragon's concert and absolutely loved him from the first beat. I danced the whole set and was so excited to see him again as the main act a few weeks later. I really hope he'll do another show at the Williamsburgh Music Hall. If more "rappers" did stuff like Theophilus, I'd be a true rap fan.

Theophilus's performance was so amazing and full of life! I' ve never been to a concert that invigorated me so. I love his on stage vibe and energy that he so eloquently emitted to the audience to animate his songs to another dimension. " Twas so much fun" is an understatement to describe my time. I can't wait for another live performance from him!!!

Theophilus London put on a excellent performance however had to wait for 2 hours before he came on. Was really upset about the long wait. Three stars because of the long wait. Would have given four stars otherwise.

Perfect way to spend valentines day! Theophilus London is really works the crowd and has great stage presence.
