Tyler Perry did an awesome job; from the story line to the casting of the play. The kids that were in this play were amazing; that baby girl can sang!! Madea is always on point with her wisdom and crazy remarks. Aunt Bam was hilarious; her and Tyler work well together. I traveled all the way from Houston, Texas to come and see this play, and know I was not disappointed; it was well worth the trip. The set design was also beautiful. I look forward to seeing more of Tyler's work in the future; cause nothing can stop him. He has a true gift from GOD and he is using everything GOD has given him and I know in spirit there is more to come. KUDOS to you Tyler Perry!! Great job and keep up the good work. TRULY ENJOYED THE SHOW!!!! Will definitely go out and buy the DVD when it comes out ; so keep me posted. I want to see it again! Oh yea the mailman can sang his butt off!!!!

I wouldn't take nothing for my journey of almost 400 miles just to see this play! I deeply applaud Mr. Perry for his relentless desire to give his audience pieces of himself through his inspirational and comedic genius. I thoroughly enjoyed and soaked up every ounce of joy poured out during the entire show!!! Mr. Perry is indeed a blessing to The Body of Christ! A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance (Proverbs 15:13a). Thank you Mr. Perry for all the warm, thought-provoking moments you have brought into my life!

This new play from Tyler Perry will be enjoyable for the masses that already adore Mr. Perry. The title is slightly misleading. I would suggest other more appropriate titles but think he may have intentionally misled viewers so that the plot was more of a surprise.

I've seen several Tyler Perry's plays, but on DVD. My best friend and I saw the play together, which is great because we had been talking about going to one for year's and finally quit talking and went. I've been to a few other musical plays/performances and really like them. This one was good, but just not what I was expecting. I was expecting a little more polish to the play and it wasn't there. Could have been that is was opening night, but there was just something missing. It was ok, but I would definitely think twice before I would go to another one.

For fans of TP this play will not disappoint. As with his previous plays, he introduces you to the characters (a few new comers), a brief background, and gives advice and corrections. It's not thick on plot, but the messages are easy to take and not pushed into your face. Coupled with the fact that Madea and Aunt Bam are in this movie, it makes for some hilarious moments. Overall it is extremely entertaining and if you have never seen TP live, it is a sight to behold. I would highly recommend it!

At my church circle the other day they were talking about the mythological Medea. I enjoyed saying, "I don't know who you're talking about, but my Madea lives in Atlantra!" And I appreciate Tyler Perry giving a loud voice to local community affairs such as Grady Hospital and foster care. The music was rockin' fantastic too! I had a great time, from the giant cocktail party before the show to the standing ovation. Way to show y'all!

Hey Tyler Perry I really enjoyed the play! That was my second time seeing you / Madea in person! I wish I could have met you in person! You are my role model and my inspiration! I told my mom I wanted to make movies and she said, "I don't think that will take you far in life!" But I still keep my head up and believe that one day my dream will come true and that I will meet you! I just want to let you know that I love all your work and it teaches me a lot!

This play is truly at the top of the board for Tyler's best work. This man is very gifted and talented and most definitely blessed by God. His writing is pure and unadulturated to the point that it tickles the funny bone, speaks volumes to the mind and tantalizes the soul. I laughed so hard that I have a six pack for the abdominal that I didn't have before I saw this play.

I haven't been to a Tyler Perry stage play in over 3 years, but I was led by the Holy Spirit to attend the stage play Madea's Neighbors from Hell. This play was very funny and so inspirational. I love the part toward the end of the play, when we had church (Wess Morgan wanting folk to stand to give God praise). All the actors did a great job, the set was so colorful and beautiful, the band did a great job, the actors/actresses did a marvelous job entertaining the audience. I really enjoyed seeing Miss Bam and Madea come together in a stage play, they are both HILARIOUS. I really enjoyed myself.

This play was simply....A-freaking-MAZING!!! My boyfriend and I laughed throughout this performance, and as well we felt the heartbreak in parts. The play was incredibly written and superbly acted as to be expected from a Tyler Perry play. The blend of humor along with the very saddening social commentary is a testament to the brilliance of Tyler Perry. This was our first time seeing one of Tyler Perry's plays live, but have been fans for quite some time. We will definitely be looking out for the next one as it is one thing to watch the dvd, but such an unbelievable experience to see it live!!!! Thank you Tyler Perry for all bringing all of your talent and vision to the stage (and the big screen too), and for bringing together such an incredibly talented group of actors to bring your vision to life!!!!!

Watching the plays on DVD is always great but seeing everything live is unforgettable. You are well aware that you are watching one of the greats at work. Watching Flip Wilson, Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor most of my life and wishing that I had taken the time to see then in person; I knew that I did not want to take the chance and miss this performance. There are always rumors that Madea is going to be retired so I had to see this performance for myself.

Tyler Perry comes through again with his emotional joy ride. Laughter (lots of it), Joy, Pain, Redemption and did I say Laughter. The acting sequence was spot on. As each character was introduced you got immediately who they were and what they were about. The vocals were off the chain. They had my hands and feet moving right along with the music. Without giving away any of the storyline, I have to say the entire performance was outstanding. If possible I would have hit rewind and watched it all over again. Tyler, we want MORE!

It was one of the funniest works of Tyler's I have seen! BUT, the storyline was anything but funny....he was very open and honest with the script, considering the subject was such a sensitive issue. I thought he addressed so many problems our youth are encountering these days. Loved the singing parts of the show, felt like a worship experience! Another winner in my book!!

As usual, Tyler Perry puts on another great presentation. This play was full of great talent, including a couple of children, that BLEW MY HAIR BACK, with their unexpected excellent voices. These babies can SANG. I don't know where he finds such talented individuals, but he needs to keep doing whatever it is he's doing. Previously, I sat next to a lady that flew in from England for "Hell hath no fury" play, but on this night I sat next to a family from Iowa that flew in specifically for the play. If that ain't love for Tyler Perry and his work... I don't know what is. His humor is unmatched. We want more Tyler and more MADEA. Much love to both, cause he is always in and out of character.

The play was typical Madea, it had all that has been expected of a Tyler Perry play. The play was funny, but serious with a plot that needed to be told. Child abuse an fraud with the children services need to be told. Those children really played their roles an can sing.

The Play Madea, and the Neighbor s from hell was awesome. The presentation was awesome. The Cobb Energy Center itself is one of the best, if not the best venue for performing arts in the South today. All seats are excellent with great acoustics and lighting. Couple Mr. Perry s production with the venue, and without a doubt, it is the best I have seen this year. The Cobb Energy Center is now my venue of choice in the Atlanta area.
