Despite my nervousness of an all acoustic show, this turned out to be really awesome. Felt like i was sitting around with friends all night just chilling. Very relaxed and vocals sounded great.

I may be biased because I've been listening to dashboard for at least a decade and Chris taught me to fall in love with music, but this show was incredible. I could've altered the set list a little bit. Not that the set list was bad, but I definitely could've used a little Living In Your Letters, As Lovers Go, Carve Your Heart Out Yourself, Saints and Sailors, Shirts and Gloves, Reason to Believe, well, I guess they played quite a bit of what I would've used for a set list. If they played Living In Your Letters the night would've been complete. But the Middle East was a great little Venue. I've been to a few crappy venues and this was better than expected. Small, but kind of cozy that way. Overall Analysis: Rad.

I've listened to his music for a long time, but this was my first time going to a show if his. It was really great; the intimacy of the Middle East was perfect (he was like 12 feet away). I can't imagine the experience being greater.

Second time I have seen Dasshboard, and longtime fan. My girlfriend loves Chris, she has been hooked since the first time I played them for her. Chris puts on a great performance, but I think in the little venues, and I did enjoy the Glass House, he lets the audience give to much feedback verbally. When he was talking to the audience, some of them were saying things just to get attention. It seemed like when Chris realized this he held back a little. And he is such a great performer, effortless, that I don't want anything to hold him back. See you in Anaheim.

This was my first ever concert and it was definiately a memorable one. New Found Glory played acoustic, which took some getting used to, but they weren't bad. Dashboard was amazing though, and it was totally worth the money!

I was finaly able to see DC again live and was NOT disapointed. It's been about 3-4 (maybe a bit longer) years since I last got to see them and its just amazing. The last show i went to was a stadium show (non acoustic) and it was good but they really shine at an acoustic show...I don't think there are any words to describe the feeling you get from a show like this...INCREDIBLE!!! My one and only complaint is that i would have loved for a longer show...they played for about an hour and a half. Other than that it was the best show I have been to all year!!!!!

Chris Carrabba never ceases to amaze. Accompanied with guitarist, John Lefler, Dashboard Confessional provided one of the best intimate shows. They played their songs, one of Lefler's originals, and a few covers such as Ingrid Michaelson's Breakable. Opening band New Found Glory gave a surprisingly fantastic acoustic display of their usually very punk rock songs.

New Found Glory Acoustic, or "Unplugged" was life altering. Hands down (no reference to DC song) the best show I have ever been to. I was hesitant with this being an acoustic show, if NFG could bring it and they did. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to true NFG fans. Dashboard has never been good live all the times I've had to see them as an opener so I didn't even bother sticking around because the show was over after NFG played Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire as far as I was concerned.

Sounded amazing, good enough view for the arrival time... who cares about NFG.... just kidding. Chris needed to dig deeper and play old stuff like pretty much everything off of "So Impossible" and "So Long Sweet Summer," but I don't think he could have picked a better opening song... tears in my eyes! <3

This show is something I have been looking forward to for a long time! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Dashboard Confessional acoustic takes me back and I love it! :) Chris Carrabba and John Lefler were flawless, allowing the audience to choose most of the set list. I honestly never wanted it to end! There was a great variety of songs performed and in usual DC fashion, audience participation was not only encouraged, but pretty much mandatory (to experience the full effect of a Dashboard concert.) This was a night I will not forget soon. It was amazing and the staff at the Troubadour were very courteous and nice to all of us. For a sold out show, it wasn't as cramped or uncomfortable as I would have thought. In addition, New Found Glory sounds pretty good acoustic. I've seen their live shows before and didn't know how this would work, without all the jumping and screaming (sorta), but this was definitely a good experience.

I had a great time at the concert yesterday. The venue was nice and clean which is important to me. The band was great except they came on stage about 30 minutes late which was an annoying wait but totally worth it in the end! One of the members passed by while we were on line outside and said hello to the fans which I thought was pretty cool. They are really a group of down to earth guys who were just having fun on stage which made me have fun since their energy was so upbeat. I would recommend anyone to go to see this band or even go to this venue because I had the time of my life! It was such a great experience that I wanted to see them again today in New Jersey but I couldn't because of work. Go see Dashboard Confessional - they are awesome!

Having VIP tickets, meeting Chris, and front row at The Ryman was an unforgettable experience. And, guess what? It was cheaper than seeing other artists with mid-section seats where we were crammed at other venues and did not get to meet the band. The merch is reasonably priced as well. And this is why I like Dashboard. I also like that at just about every concert I have been to of his, Chris is trying to help someone out. It warms my heart as a fellow Nashvillian that he cares for the people in this city as well as friends and family. So, hands down, this was the best concert I will always remember. And hope for many more in Nashville!

I would highly recommend seeing Dashboard Confessional live to anyone who is even remotely interested in their music. The small venue was amazing and the show had a great vibe. Chris Carraba is an exceptional front man and really engaged the audience as though they were a part of the show, not just watching it. DC can still play as well as they did 15 years ago- and probably better. I will definitely make a point to see them again. The venue is great too- this is my second show at the Stone Pony and it has a great ambiance. It was super crowded for the DC show but nearly anywhere in the place has a great view of the stage.

This was my fourth time seeing Dashboard Confessional in the past three years. I ll tell you what, they know how to put on one heck of a show. Chris Carrabba is amazing! After all these years, he still has it! He played so many of his old songs and the crowd loudly sang along the whole time! Buckhead theater was a great place for this show, and is a fantastic venue in general. Upstairs balcony seating is available, and was (surprisingly) ample for this concert. The band played well, but there were a few problems. The singing was often off key. The song sequence was either not known by the band, or an attempt at a more random set list fell flat. The lead singer can hold a powerful scream three times in one song, but seems to struggle on holding softer notes in melodies. These glitches will get resolved soon, but I d recommend the gigs after about show five.

The whole thing was perfection. The venue: I have never been on seats like those before and they are the bomb. We had perfect seats and could see the band clearly. AAR blew the roof off the place. They did two of their newer songs, but of course it is their "oldies" that bring down the house. I do not know how those men in their 30's have the same energy they had at 17, but they do. The concert was awesome. Dashboard Confessional was good too even though I am not a fan. The only complaint I have at all was that the merch people were not very nice. Everyone else was to the ushers, security, the parking lot attendant. So it made up for it. Already looking forward to next time Tyson, Mikey, Chris, Nick and Scotty.

Opening band The Social Animals-so good. I had never heard of them before, but they definitely impressed me. Immediately got on Spotify when I got home to listen to all their stuff. All American Rejects-this is the second time I have seen them, the first being last summer. Man, they are GOOD. So fun and entertaining. If you don't love them, you will once you go to one of their shows. Lead singer Tyson is crazy, in a good way. He interacts with the crowd, runs around and dances, plays guitar, slides all over the stage... Just a pure entertainer. It makes it so much fun. He even came down into the pit area for a song and we all got to sing and dance and jump around with him. It was amazing and a night I will never forget. Dashboard Confessional - a band I have wanted to see forever, and I was not disappointed. The great thing about DC is that, to me, they are the little band that could. I've feel like they've never been super huge on mainstream radio, but they slowly gained this huge following. Maybe that's just me though. They were great. Chris's voice is incredible. He is so modest and you can feel how real and honest he is being. You could tell it wasn't an act-he was truly grateful for every single person there. He sang a few new tunes, but stuck mostly to the old faves. Highlight for me was Screaming Infidelities and Hands Down just because those are the oldies that I finally got hear live.

This was my second year in a row of Taste of Chaos and Yess it was amazing, however the sound AGAIN sucked for most bands. The vocals mainly are what are so quiet you can barely hear the lead singer. There also were technical difficulties with a performers piano for about half their entire set. I felt so bad for her. I loved the security helpfulness again though and the delicious food and magaritas were Amazing! Just do better when sound checking the vocalists and then I got no complaints because at the end of the day we are there for the MUSIC!!

It was nostalgia at it's finest. I saw Taking back Sunday about 10 years ago and they sounded 10 times better than they did then and they were AMAZING back then!!! The Starting line was another band that I listened to in my teen angsty days and being able to sing along, was such a great time. I did recently see Dashboard, they were good per usual. The concert started off awesome. Early November pumped up the crowd for Saoisin. Saosin definitely got the crowd moving. It was awesome Taking Back Sunday did a moment of silence. They had a nice balance between the classics and their new stuff; however, the energy of the crowd died as soon as Vindicated was over by Dashboard Confessionals. I would've expected them to swap the headliners around. Don't get me wrong, I love Dashboed but was extremely disappointed on their performance. It was honestly boring. I left early.

I arrived late to see Taking Back Sunday and Dashboard only because I don't listen to the other openers. They both put in great shows and played sets that were perfectly nostalgic for the old crowd that came to relive their middle school and high school days. The crowd however did not return the favor. One of the more boring, uninvolved crowds I've been a part of. The venue didn't help in my opinion. The crowd is pushed back from the stage and has an unnecessary separation to make a pit area that was nowhere near full.

First off, I want to say thw show was amazing. Chris did a great job interacting with the crowd and it was a really fun night. Without going into too much detail, the lack of communication between house of blues and live nation here was terrible. Wrong times posted causing us to be an hour late to pre-show activities. HOB really stepped up in the end and got us a table quickly for dinner and then upgraded our tix to the VIP area. I really give them credit for turning the night around as I was getting really frustrated. All in all it was a great time and I will be back at House of Blues for more shows in the future.

If you are an old school Dashboard fan this was the best show! He played only lik 3 or 4 songs that were covers or new and the rest were all old school Dashboard songs. Didn't really care to much about John Lefler (former member of DC). However, when Lady Danville came on stage they sit the mood right, there Drummer was Awesome. I have never seen anyone play the drums with their hands. Even though they are a new up coming band they good the crowd into it. I can now say that I am a fan of this band. Chris from Save the Day was pretty good acoustic. Then there is Chris Carrabba, last time I saw DC in concert was 7 years when I was 16 and now at 25 last night I was amazed all over again. He put his heart and soul into all of his songs and had the crowd right there with him the whole night. People complained in previous post about the whole band should have been there, I think it was great just the way it was, there is a better connection when it is just the artist and his guitar getting lost in the moment of his songs and the crowd. It was continuous songs and sing a longs all night. His stage present was phenomenal, constantly moving around to get a feel of the whole audience. This was definitely a night I will remember and a must see.

I've seen Dashboard perform live before, as well as many other bands, but this was by far the best concert I have ever seen!!! There is no doubt about it!

This was a fantastic show. There is definitely something special about hearing one of your favorite albums - one that you grew up with and one that you felt defined who you were as a person - live and in order. It takes a personal experience and makes it into a communal experience. It's extra nice to get to hear some of the older songs that Dashboard doesn't play in their repertoire anymore. All of that being said, I don't understand why the show had such a late start time. This is the 10th anniversary tour, we're all too old to be out that late anymore!

I waited like 7 years to see Dashboard because I dont live in the united states and it was so amazing I met some really great people who fully understand what I felt for Chris Carraba's music! The concert was great from begging to end, Chris Carraba puts a lot of passion in his songs.. I left the show without words and barely breathing...

Chris Carrabba often gets a bad rap for being able to sound good on a record and badly live. I would completely disagree. He came to the Nokia Theatre and blew the place away. The setlist was amazing and just what you would expect. Chris and his band were into it the whole time and the crowd was even louder. You could tell Chris was loving every second of it. He posted this to his twitter page the following day: "Had my favorite NYC show ever. Good friends great audience. What more could you want in life. Many thanks." If you get the chance, do yourself a favor and go see Chris with Dashboard Confessional. It's completely worth it.

Great concert! The opening acts were great; social animals and The Maine. All American Rejects were good they played some old songs and although the lead singer was sick, they put in a great show. Dashboard confessional was electric as always! Very humble and great band! They played for 75 minutes and i enjoyed all it! They even played some new stuff!

I loved the opener, Social Animals, they had a great laid back vibe. I have started to follow their music on Spotify. All American Rejects nailed it and played all of my favorites and blew me away with their light show. And I could not have been more amazed with DC, I was transported back to my college days. Their new hit Heartbeat will be played at my wedding later this year, amazing!

This is the 18th time I've seen Dashboard Confessional and it was definitely one of the best. I frequently see multiple cities on the same tour and Columbus is always my favorite show. The crowd just seems to be so much more involved and passionate about the music. I chose to get a VIP package for this show and I was blown away. I got to sit in a tent with about 30 people, right next to Chris Carrabba and listen to him tell stories, answer questions, and play a few songs. The main show was excellent. Nothing will ever top the 2016 Taste of Chaos lineup, but this was a very close second. I really like The Social Animals and I was honestly a little disappointed they only played one song from their EP. However, their performance was fun and energetic. I wasn't terribly familiar with The Maine, but I left a fan. The lead singer is electric. The All American Rejects were FUN. Dashboard was of course, excellent. Live Express is a great venue - small enough that it's intimate, but I rarely felt crowded even though I was up against the barricade. I heard Chris once say that he never takes out bands that he doesn't love and I've really found this to be true. I come away with new bands to listen to every single Dashboard tour. So thank you for that!

Social Animals opened and they did great, I was expecting a few more from them. (2nd time I have heard them live) The Maine puts on an a great show and truly wants audience involvement! It was hilarious when the crowd wasn't into at first then by the end of the set were all The Main fans! AAR has not lost a beat, still amazing. Opened with "swing swing" and did all the top hits. They did their 2 new songs, and at one point Tyson jumped into the pit. I was surprised when they were on for like an hour. Then Dashboard came on close to 9:45p. Truly made my night! They never disappoint. Chris did a few covers and some swiss army romance songs! Loved it all!

This concert was excellent. It was my first at the remodeled Pacific Amphitheater and the outdoor venue is so amazing. They added a bunch of food and drink selections. It's small and intimate and perfect for summer night concerts. I feel like it ended early though which may be a result of a curfew because it's very close to homes. As for the bands, their performances we just as good as when they began over 10 and 15 years ago. The only difference is that they have so many more hits that they may not play all your favorite songs.
