I literally just heard their music a week before the concert due to my friend inviting me to attend the concert. First time I heard them, it was an instant love for their music. Liam's voice is so full and you feel his soul in his music together with the band's rhythm together. I had to be in the front to get the best experience and I did. I love that their still building their name because definitely this band is something to look out for. :)

Americans would know this British band best from their song 'If It Wasn't For You' being used in the Zales ad at Christmastime. They play a modern alternative/soul influenced rock, kinda like Vampire Weekend but with more loud guitar. The show started slowly with an assortment of technical problems, so the band stood on stage for a while with nothing to do but look very uncomfortable. Around the 4th song they started to shake their uneasiness and get into it. They played most of their album, a new song and their first single 'F.E.A.R'. On stage they benefit from having an excellent guitarist who fills a lot of empty space with great, melodic guitar lines. Biggest complaint would be song order. They played 'F.E.A.R.' as the next to last song. On stage it is a grinding, loud, angry song with an extended guitar workout. It should have been the end of the show, instead they did one more song 'Chemicals', which is much quieter. It didn't flow well.
