Don't understand why more people don't come when a presale lawn seat was only $20! Super disappointed that Atlas Genius could not come due to bus breaking down, but Bleachers stole the show in my opinion! I preferred last year's set up when there were two stages so not much time without music doing things that way. But that also meant you missed some music if you wanted an autograph. With only 9 bands this year, I guess they thought the one stage approach was better. Also less expensive. Come on people! Come out next year and make this event a success!!

Really enjoyed Blues Traveller, loved Live and Stone Temple Pilots, but did NOT like Passion Pit.

I have to admit I didn't show up until Blues Traveler but they were good and it kept on getting better and better. Muth Math was amazing although a little loud (and yes, I know I sound like a senior citizen!) to the point of distortion with the sound system. Atlas Genius gets a huge thumbs down as they didn't show up. The biggest WIN of the night was BLEACHERS! WOW! They came out to a dull and ridiculously small crowd and made the place get off their butts and dancing by the 3rd song. They sounded great, it had every ounce of energy that a concert needs and multiplied it by 10. They did a great version of Fleetwood Mac's Go Your Own Way and I was a fan instantly. Passion Pit was fantastic although lacking the style and energy of Bleachers but they are a different band so it was a different vibe! I held out as a concert veteran for STP! DAMN. My 13 year old would probably disagree but damn if Scott Weiland didn't rock my socks off! They did a set about an hour long +15 and they did the greatest hits with class and style and I was floating on a cloud as I have always been a fan and never seen them live before. MY only gripe was the lack of audience. I'm not sure who was in charge of promoting this concert but the crowd was tiny for the Walnut Creek venue and it was 3 times smaller than last year. Those of us that DID show up LOVED IT! I hope they do it again next year!

All the bands were great, especially Sir Sly, Wolfgang and Big Data. What a great way to be introduced to some lesser known bands. You know the music is good when you are dancing and you have never heard the song before. I am sure the meet and greets were great, but I was more concerned with listening to the music. Although I like Foster the People, I am afraid they may be on their way out. Their second album doesn't have the feel of the first and that uniqueness that we fell in love with.

This concert was fantastic since the lineup offered one great band after another. Please repeat this for years to come with other great bands! The earlier bands had 30 min. slots...please bring Bear Hands back for a longer show in the future. The rules for Walnut Creek are unclear. Water bottles are allowed. No size limits are listed. I bought a 1 liter bottle and I was not allowed to bring it in at the gate, despite having brought the same size in two weeks prior for another concert! Not cool. At least the people at the box office were extremely helpful when I called to find out more details about the band lineup. They offered up specific start & end times for each band, unasked, which made planning much easier. Thanks!

The concert was amazing! It was my first concert and I had a blast. Foster the People and Fitz and the Tantrums sound fanominal in concert. I also discovered a new band I really love; Sir Sly. They too sound great live. The only problem I had was I had no idea the concert ended so late, and the wait between sets kind of sucked but it was worth it. The only major problem I had was that some (drunk) people started acting very inappropriately. But overall I wouldn't change the night if I could.

Great event. The bands we great and spaced out appropriately enough to NOT miss any of the bands. The venue was nice enough to give us tickets for seats as the venue wasn't sold out. We bought lawn seats and ended up in seats. It was a very nice surprise. The bands were great. The autograph signing tent was AWESOME and my daughter thought meeting Fitz and the Tantrums was the best thing of the day. It was very cool to have that for the concert goers. The band couldn't have been nicer and friendlier to my daughter. Fitz was AMAZING....Foster the People was OUTSTANDING and Weezer was the perfect ending to a great day with great weather (even though it rained!).

We knew this concert was going to be great, but it far exceeded our expectations. In spite of the rain, the atmosphere was fantastic- great energy level and crowd participation. We mainly went for Weezer- which was amazing- but really fell in love with Fitz and the Tantrums! Would definitely want to see them again.

I am so happy that we went to this show. The ticket value for the bands we saw was incredible. Foster the People and Weezer were phenomenal! Plus we got upgraded from lawn to the semi-covered seats which sooooo enhanced things for us.
