This was the single most disappointing show I have EVER seen. I was lucky enough to be immediately in front of the stage, nobody in front of me... I reached out and touched it. I've seen Scott in the past and have been a loyal supporter. His performance with STP at Hershey, PA in 2012 was one of the greatest I've seen...that was a festival and at least 50% of the crowd left immediately before STP took to the stage. What a mistake those people made, the show was AWESOME. Scott was ON, his voice and stage presence were amazing!! I've also seen STP with Chester, twice, including their first show ever. One cannot deny Chester sounds great but also cannot help but think Chester is simply doing a "Scott impression".... Having said that, seconds after Scott walked on to the stage Friday night,he mumbled "well, look at this huge crowd".....the venue was rather empty and he obviously wasn't happy to be performing. He appeared out of it through the entire show. The best sounding song was a Bowie cover. I went from being overjoyed at standing 5 feet from one of my favorites, a rock icon, to feeling as if I and the other fans weren't worth his time. Sadly disappointing. :(

Great music, great voice, great performance. Just what I needed, real rock n roll from a rock n roller. Can't wait to see him again. I was digging the new stuff to. Thanks for taking the Cosmic Owl dog tag Scott.

I paid $84 for my wife and I to see a top 5 favorite singer. We arrived 30 min after doors opened at 8pm. Show already started and ended at 9pm sharp, so I heard 5 songs and waited through a 9 min intermission. Three were butchered STP songs. 2 were solo stuff . Then after 3 STP songs, crowd got to hear 2 min of screeching feedback as Scott just held his megaphone in front of the monitors. It was very obvious he didn't want to be playing for a small crowd in Omaha, NE. Too bad because I think the those who paid would have enjoyed the small venue intimate performance. Very disappointed fan.

Scott performed very well. But the show was only 60 minutes! Very short for an expensive ticket.

I enjoy Scott's music. He sounded very good and I was happy with his playlist. However, he only played for about an hour. The ticket prices were $45 and I believe that's a complete rip off. The crowd as well as the staff at the venue were visibly upset about this.

It was a great concert, music was great and loud. Con was that it only lasted an hour and 10 minutes wasn't worth the $42. I would expect at least an hour and a half to 2 for that.

First of all great venue, it was my first time being there...staff was excellent, I will certainly be back to this venue. However while I absolutely adore Scott Weiland...... $42 for the 1hr he remained on stage was a definite let down. It was very obvious that the majority of people in attendance were pretty disgruntled. With that said....@ least he didn't cancel this show..........

It was a way to go to this event but combining Rock and Falls was an unbeatable opportunity. Great seats, front row.. I enjoyed the music, appreciating that Scott was in pain and hopefully only had a sprained ankle. I have read other reviews that commented he lacked enthusiasm...He did not. The show went on.....because most of the people who made the journey there that I talked to combined the concert w/the Falls and wouldn't have been able to make it if it had been rescheduled.. Thanks Scott. Not dead and bloated. Living and Loving and Rocking xoangelwolff can't wait for new songs !! that reflect NOW.

Scott's opening song was horrible. He sang out of pitch and his voice sounded horrible. I should have known him walking out with sunglasses on at night time it wasn't going to be good. He was slow and boring. It was obvious he was on something and during the show he would turn around, take out a nose inhaler and sniff something. He had also brought out two cups of something instead of drinking the water from the water bottles that were on the stage. He arrived on stage 30 minutes late then sang for only 40 minutes. A couple of songs he sounded decent but otherwise it was a huge disappointment. When he sang the last song he just walked off the stage. He never talked to the audience, didn't thank us, nothing. The worse concert I have ever been to.

I can't tell you how excited I was to see him, being a fan since the 90's and seeing him with STP twice before.. These tickets, plus tax and fees cost me $71.75 each. My husband and I got a room at the casino he played at, and made a night of it. Scott was due to get on at 8pm, he got on at about 8:35. He was obviously medicated, put no effort into his performance, and sounded terrible. the kicker was that I don't even think he played a full hour. The show ended quite abruptly, so, stunned that it was over, we ordered and waited for food outside the venue and were back in our room by 9:38 .... My guess is he played about 45 mins...songs were rushed....I was so disappointed. He really let his fans down. Such a shame and a waste of talent. Did I mention that it looked like he'd been in his jeans for a month straight? So sad.

I'm a huge fan of Scott Weiland, in STP, Velvet Revolver and solo Projects as well. That being said, I think my expectation was that Scott would be engaging, Despite what I've read about his concerns as of late. I'm not sure what the first two song he performed were or what words He was singing. It seemed there was an issue with the sound? A lot of feedback, maybe band was too loud ? The band was great, they did rock out the songs, but there seemed to be timing issues between Scott and the music. They did play "slither", "big bang baby" "purple" and "the big empty" to name a few. My biggest issue was it appeared that Scott was there for a paycheck. I felt his performance lacked passion for the music. I would say that he was "going through the motions." It seemed as of he was trying to perform no more than an hour, and had they not taken a break and let noisy guitar feedback Play for about 7 minutes they never would have made the hour. Bottom line, Scott Weiland is still an amazing talent, I would see him again but have no expectation. Would say the 86 ticket price was great for seats, but not for the show. The biggest plus was the amazing venue. The Hard Rock Cafe's Club Velvet is cabaret style and not a bad seat in the house!

Fairly short but hard rocking and energetic set. Scotts voice and stage presence were great,; so much different then his terrible outing at the House of Blues last year. He absolutely redeemed himself. His band was tight, and the setlist was a nice mix of STP, VR, 2 solo songs and a Bowie cover. Only down side was it was about a 70 minute set in a small room at the Rocksino, and security was adamant about no photots being taken.

Scott Weiland is one of my favorite rockstars alive. It was great seeing him in such a small setting. The songs he played were great, but it was apparent he was intoxicated (as usual) and he kept saying he had the flu. I was more worried about him passing out than enjoying the songs. Keep hanging in there Scott!

The show was only a little over an hour. They played too many of their "new" songs which no one knew or enjoyed. I think most people were there to hear STP and Velvet Revolver songs and they only played a few of those. It was really pretty boring.

I'll never watch another concert at a Casino. Who puts chairs all the way up to the front of the stage at a rock concert? The casino, that's who. A bucket of 6 beers was $24!!!! I think the show started and ended before the sun went down. Although Weilands voice and stage presence were still on par, they changed the tempos of some of the music and they totally got it wrong. Horrible experience all the way around.

The show started with 2 great bands for warm up and then came the Master!i have seen Scott probably close to 10 times now and this particular show was OUTSTANDING!!! Nick Maybury (lead guitarist) was roaming the audience pre show, and taking pics with fans and he is so kind and genuine! I cannot say one bad thing about this show!

Note to promoter: Do not schedule Scott Weiland on a Sunday night! Scott made a comment about the venue being empty. Most of us have to work on Monday's so I was only able to see 2-3 songs. I'm not 100% but was Scott drunk or under the influence? He sang amazing but his movement and speech seemed a little off. I'm a huge Scott Weiland (STP) fan and was disappointed at the time he went on. I even brought his book in hopes of a meet and greet (Book-sign). Scott Weiland (STP) a big part of my life, Thank you!

I saw Scott Weiland and the WIldabouts over the weekend and I just have to say that this was the most professional, entertaining, and overall amazing show that I have seen of Scott out of my 12 times seeing him perform. If you have a chance to see this lineup, please take it. Scott's vocals are on top. He is using his diaphragm to support his voice properly and it really shows. Scott belted out each and every song without showing any signs of letting up, keeping the crowd entertained all the way through. Nick Maybury is also perfect fit on the guitar and adds his own style through his stellar live rig. Once again, if you're a Scott fan, I believe that this is his solo career peak.

Though he has gotten a lot of bad press lately, Weiland still managed to put on a great performance, mixing up his setlist from the last time I saw him. Killed it on Vaseline in case you were wondering. Kind of cold at the meet and greet but the show made up for it. The new guitarist fit in really nicely and seemed to bring some life to Weiland and his performance.

Scott Weiland was awesome. It was the first time I saw him and he sounded awesome. My only gripe about the show was that he played a lot of new songs on tour and not a lot of STP songs and no Velvet Revolver songs. I would go see him again, it was a lot of fun. If you get the chance, you should check him out

Great show, took a couple of songs to really get in to form but overall a great set were Weiland proved he is one of the best front man in rock with a very good band behind him! I flew from Iceland for the show and was amazed at how small the venue was, never would have thought I could get so close to Scott Weiland performing. Only negative part was that the opening act was terrible, pretentious and the singer was just creepy.

I was excited to see Scott and the Band in a small venue like the Social that only holds a few hundred people. But after reading reviews was concerned about what I might see that night. We'll I'm glad to report I was pleasantly suprised as the Show was great. The opening bands were good and interesting. Everyone was on time and on task. Scott and his group came on and rocked it solidly on every song. I was suprised and impressed with his voice as it was strong on every note of every song. I don't who the drummer is, but this guy is a monster hitting harder than anyone I have ever seen, really added a great dynamic. Guitar , bass and back up vocals are not standouts, but all fit solidly into the band. 14 songs and sure I would have liked more, but it was a great show. Definitely recommend.

I've seen STP live 5 times with Scott fronting the band, once with Chester fronting the band, and Scott and The Wildabouts 5 times. Was tuesday night the best experience I've had at a STP related concert? No. Was it still a great concert? Yes. I'm a very loyal Weiland fan and I'll see The Wildabouts any chance I get. When I heard he was playing the Gramercy Theater, I sprung at the opportunity. In the past I have seen the Wildabouts at 2 theaters and 2 clubs. The theater shows were drastically worse than the club shows due to their stage presence and performance. The Wildabouts are a straight-up rock band. Tuesday night was the tightest I have ever seen them, mostly because of the addition of ex-Queens of The Stone Age drummer Joey Castillo. I would also like to comment on guitarist Jeremy Brown, who has improved vastly from all of the other times I have seen The Wildabouts live. Bassist Tommy black holds everything together smoothly. Although minor audible messups were present, the band still managed to create a great live sound. Moving onto the singer himself, Scott showed up looking very sad. I must have picked up his energy because I felt very somber after the show. Scott gave off a vibe that was different than any other time I have seen him live, and it made this show stand out. He struggled with some of the songs but others he belted out with full force. I noticed that his neck was tensing up a lot, meaning that he is not singing correctly. I personally believe that Scott should practice singing a bit more to be on par with the rest of the band in terms of being professional. His mood really seemed to be lightened right before meatplow When a fan screamed out: "Scott, you're still fuckin' awesome baby!". He tried to act cool calm and collected to this comment but when the entire crowd cheered and clapped, a huge smile filled his face. This was definitely a highlight of the show for me. All in all, Scott and the Wildabouts put on a memorable show, only suffering by some vocal strain, and oh yeah! A very short setlist. The crowd was treated to 7 new songs, 6 STP songs, and a David Bowie cover. When the Wildabouts ended their encore with Unglued, everyone anxiously awaited more songs. More songs did not come. I was personally content, but a lot of the fans seemed disgruntled at this fact. Bottom line: If you love Scott Weiland or STP and the Wildabouts come to your town, see them. The guy still has his voice even though he may not be giving it his all. What's most important is that he has an extremely tight backing band.

It was cool, bc there was 3 total bands and the openers were actually really good. Scott Weiland and friends only played maybe 12 songs total... I would think with that much material you'd be able to include Plush, Creep and at least a few others. It was a good show, just a taste.

First of all, I'm a musician, a huge STP and Scott Weiland fan. I'm sorry that he's not in the band, but glad he's still in the scene and working on his sobriety. Regarding the show in Atlanta, I thought the Wildabouts were great, but Scott was very average. Used to seeing him with some attitude and his signature moves on stage. He just announced each song, sang it, and thanked the crowd....repeat. And he sounded tired, winded, no energy behind the vocals. Vasoline was terrible. Maybe his ear monitors were off, but he was singing about a half step (key) off from the band. I don't know, but when I saw STP in Jax, FL a few years ago, he was awesome. This time, not so much. I do wish he and the band the best. Maybe it was just an off night. Also, sad there were only about 250-300 people there. Suggestion to the Scott and the band: plan a different ending. The walking off with megaphone sirens and feedback just don't work. How about this....finish your last song, stand together, bow and thank the crowd....and depart with class.

Scott showed up on time, didn't appear high/drunk, and rocked. The setlist was heavy on the Scott Weiland and The Wildabouts album (which is understandable) and the new tunes sounded good. Of course the STP songs are what people came for and we were not disappointed. It was a short set (as expected) that left us wanting more. I know if he were to come around again I would gladly pay to see him again. Promise me some more STP, old solo, and VR and I will pay more! An hour or two after the show Scott and the band were out on the casino floor playing some blackjack. When he got up a few of us fans approached him and I was able to shake his hand and talk for a second. He didn't want to hang out and chat but he was nice enough. Great night.
