Black Onassis

35 minutes of ear extasy. A perfect fusion of dance, electronica and rock. With dashes of late 70s / early 80s synthpop - I could hear The Human League a couple of times and, more prominently, Gary Numan. And, throughout, that giant textured sound that pervaded the first Kasabian album -- like a musical Klimt painting -- every inch of the aural canvas filled with sound. But it's invidious to describe this band by reference to other bands and other musical styles. They're themselves and they're stellar.
