It was inferior in almost all ways. My ticket was purchased for me as a gift. I m sorry my son spent his hard earned money. I have seen many Irish shows both in Ireland and the US. This was by far the worst. We left at interission

We bought tickets for Celtic Nights for my husband's parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. Six of us went and all of us enjoyed the program. The music was great and the performers were excellent. Singing, dancing and instrumentals.

I surprised my half Irish husband for his birthday with this show, couldn't have picked a better gift. Wear your dancin' shoes, I could hardly sit still. We had a great time and love the venue. I don't think there would be a bad seat in the house. The group was in the lobby after the show visiting with the patrons and they were all very friendly, as you would expect of the beautiful Irish people!

Wonderful music and dancing. Beautiful voices. Energetic and fun cast. Some of the music was a history of Ireland illustrated with a video backdrop. The Chandler Center for the Arts is a wonderful theater and prices are usually quite reasonable. There are no bad seats. You just need to decide how much you want to spend and how close you want to be to the stage. I would recommend both Celtic Nights and Chandler Center for the Arts.

Let's start with the positive. The singers and dancers are very good. The show is divided into two segments separated by a break. We almost left at the break. While the singing and dancing was nice, we did not know the wongs and had trouble understanding the words due to the accents. I am glad we stayed for the second half. The renditions of Shenandoah and Danny Boy are among the best I have heard. The dance routines were lively and fun. If I could only go for the second half I would consider going again.

We laughed, we cried, we clapped and sang along, and we had a wonderful time. The background pictures of Ireland made you want to book a flight immediately, and live the stories being told. Would go see it again.

The people in this show interacted with the audience on every level. The stories they told were VERY moving. The Irish people were in fact the first slaves as indentured servants. The music was unforgettable, as was the dancing!

We weren't expecting much, never having heard of Celtic Nights before. Since the show, we've been telling EVERYBODY to see this show! It was wonderful! The dancers were outstanding, the singers left us applauding wildly and the two instrumentalists were a super surprise. The guitarist was expert and we all agreed the fiddler was one of the two or three best we've ever heard. Definitely, definitely, see this show!

Although the singers had beautiful voices, the dancers were talented and the musicians were great, the show just didn't blend together for an enjoyable evening. Every time the performers started to get the audience involved and enthusiastic, they would throw in another incredibly long ballad that appeared to be set to the same tune as the one before. There's only so many times I can listen to long laments about the trials of immigration and this show contained about 10 too many such songs.

This was NOT worth the money they charged for this steaming pile. This was by far one of the worst 'professional' performances we have ever seen. We both thought it was on par with a 'high school level' play. The singers had limited range and could barely hold a note. While the dancers were individually competent (not great, just competent), the choreography was absolutely amateurish. The fiddle player and guitar player were average, but not much better than other studio musicians. The composition of individual instrumentals was ok, not awe inspiring. The mix of singing, dancing, and instrumentals had no logical progression from one performance to the next. It was like the show's producer and director threw a bunch of stuff against the wall and whatever stuck made it into the program. There was no rhyme or reason to the flow from one song to the next, and it was painful to watch. I kept waiting if there would be some magical point where the show would turn from bad to good. It never got better than bad. You've been warned!

The program was over amplified and deafening. The singers sung in to microphones they held up to their faces and not to the audience. The music in the first half was monotonous. The second half was more varied and lively

Just in time for Saint Patricks day this evening of authentic, traditional Irish music and dance was all we needed to get us into the mood! Beautiful singers dancers and musicians made the entire experience enjoyable. We hope they are on next years schedule.

The show was wonderful.,They included some of the lesser known tunes Would love to have heard their version of the Wild Colonial Boy, It was great to see them include the audience. On another note - I was very disappointed in the way PAC treated the audience and moved them from the reserved seats they had ordered to seats in the front of the lower floor where vision was not as good and the spot lights kept blinding us..

We have seen eagles and freedom and migrants and bridges over time and ocean and tenors and dance. We missed originality, an interesting choreography and any spark. The saving grace of the performance was the fiddler who displayed not just excellent skill but a charming personality and originality too. The rest was professionally common place geared towards the mediocre. We used the break to escape, and we were not alone.

It was like a mini trip to Ireland. The singers, dancers, and performers were amazingly talented and very friendly. Their happiness and joy to be there on stage entertaining us seemed real and the audience participated in kind. A lovely evening for all.

No fancy production numbers or extravagant sets, just great singing, dancing and music. A most enjoyable evening of Celtic music with performers who interact with the audience.

Should have done a bit more research on this event. I loved the experience. I was a bit disappointed on the amount of dancing. Of course the vocalist had wonderful performances. Our group thought there would be a bit more dance numbers.

After seeing River Dance several years ago, this was like a high school production. The singers were talented, but certainly not exceptional. The dancers were accomplished, but a simple change of costume does not cover the lack of variety in choreography. The musicians were the highlight of the evening with the violin/fiddle solo and the Uilleann Pipes solo. I would not return for a repeat performance, no would I recommend this to others.

13 very talented performers did their best with a mish-mash of traditional folk, pop tunes, and over-played ballads. The low point for me was the solo rendition of U2's 'I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For', which me reminded me of Bill Murray's lounge lizard act on SNL. The instrumentalists were outstanding, the singers were tight, but the dancing was too 1995 for my tastes.

Although this event was on a winter, Sunday evening, and we had to drive 90 miles roundtrip, we were so empressed! The singers were great, the musicians even better, but the dancers were magnificient! We love celtic music and were skeptical in how this group would/could be as good as what we watch on PBS. They did an amazing job in their "own style". They thought our audience was their best since coming to America!

A true tribute to the Irish, both at home and in this country. A grand mix of old Irish folk music and dance, along with ballads, dance and technology of the new. The dancing was amazing!

An extremely talented and friendly group of people. Do not have a bit of Irish in me, but they made me feel like I was a part of Ireland.
