Went to the show with my girlfriend to see one of our favorite bands, Now Now. They played acoustic, which is something we've never seen them do live before. The poetry portion and other bands were also great.

Really great musicians coming together with a message that a lot of people needed to hear. Awesome experience. Had chills up and down my spine several times during the show.

The concert was great. There were various openers including Now,Now, Satellite, the lead singer of Parachute...and the main act Fiction Family led by Jon Foreman of Switchfoot. In between the bands there was a poet who had also great talent, and the CEO of TWLOHA introduced the motive of his company. I had been excited for this show for a long time and it did not disappoint. Their new CD was presented in the tour and they sang some old favorites as well. I just wish the set of Fiction Family was longer.

This was the most awesome event I've experienced. Not only did all of the performances exceed my expectations, but the CROWD WAS AMAZING. There were so many friendly faces, everyone was very respectful, and it was just a great environment. Empowering event and excellent evening. Thanks everyone [:

I could write something extremely long, giving every detail to why it was so amazing, but I don't think I have words to explain it. This event was simply perfect. The music, the words, they saved me. It might sound exaggerated, it's just a concert, right? But it's not just a concert. It gave me hope. And that is something I haven't had in a long, long time. This concert is exactly what I needed and I'm not lying when I say that it might have saved my life. For everyone out there who's struggling, this is it, guys. TWLOHA is everything you need.

TWLOHA is an amazing organization I have been supporting for years, so I was ecstatic to finally get a chance to participate in an event like this. And even better, one of my heroes was there to play with them! The night was truly as it was described, 'a night of music and hope.' All of the bands, (Satellite, nownow, Parachute, Bayside, Jon Foreman and Fiction Family) were amazing artists, and I would gladly go see any one of their shows. The poet and speakers made the night unforgettable and left the crowd with hope for tomorrow.

The music didn't have anything to do with what TWLOHA should for and I guess I was expecting more conversation and some testimonies. Also the language was unnecessary

TWLOHA never fails to amaze me with every event they put on. This was by far their best. Everything from the new music I was introduced to, poetry in between acts, and the the feeling of hope and love.

This was the best show I have ever been to, because it was so much more than a show. It was a night of hope and conversation as well. It was a night to inspire people to seek help if they may need it, whether it's a day, month, or years from now. It was a night to remind people that they are never alone, no matter how much they may feel they are at times. It was a night to encourage people to start conversations about things that matter and that may be difficult to talk about, such as mental health and personal stories. It was a reminder that love can go a long way, and that we all need it and we all need other people. Everyone is living a story and everyone deserves a happy ending. The show consisted of the following musicians: Now Now, Will Anderson (of Parachute), The Lone Bellow, Anthony Raneri (also of Bayside), and Jon Foreman & Fiction Family. There was also a spoken poet, Anis Mojgani, who was amazing- I have never heard words spoken so beautifully before. Jamie Tworkowski, the founder of TWLOHA spoke about the organization and the stuff I mentioned up above. A counselor from Florida, Aaron Moore, also spoke about mental illness and the importance of erasing the stigma around mental illness (the main way being to be honest and to talk about it). Words can't really describe how phenomenal the night was. If tTWLOHA ever does a Heavy & Light Tour again, I highly recommend it to anyone.

TWLOHA has been an important part of my life for the last 5 years. This event was incredible, heartfelt, and overall a great experience. The music was phenomenal, poetry was awesome, and Jamie and Aaron's talks brought me to tears. Definitely hope they come back to Boston next year.

My husband and my two teen-age daughters went. My girls really had a good time. They were standing and singing with the bands the whole time. My husband and i were happy sitting at our table. I enjoyed supporting a good cause (bringing hope to people), and i like having a good time with my family. House of Blues was a really neat place to have this. The artwork on the walls really inspired my oldest daughter, who's an artist.

This was an amazing concert. I like that it was just an acoustic set. So many concerts are loud and over the top and the music gets lost. Here...I felt the music and the message they were sending. I liked the mellowness and I will repeat....acoustics....you can never go wrong. I hope they will do this again!

The whole night was just full of great music, and the HOB is such an awesome venue! LOVED Anis Mojgani, spoken word poet and the stories of hope shared by TWLOHA people! Favorite parts of the night were basically whenever Jon Foreman was on stage. SO GREAT!

Wonderfully encouraging with high energy and hopeful message. I would recommend to anyone feeling alone through difficult times or anyone who has friends/family in these straights. The young man's the testimonial of addiction to recovery was my favorite moment - Truth. So incredible to hear how he's turned his struggle to ministry, now a counselor for those struggling along the same path from which he was rescued!

The venue was awesome! For being a chill and slow concert they should have put out folding chairs instead of standing room only - especially since it wasn't crowded. It was uncomfortable to stand still in one spot for 3 hours! Didn't realize it was an "awareness" concert. It was like they kept saying there was hope for those who were in despair, but never said where they could find that hope...in Jesus! It was like they were skirting the answer. Also, at one point a guy got up and talked about being lost for about 20 minutes - his message is good, but he took too long to get to the point - people stop listening after a certain amount of time. Also, a few of the artists decided to go mic-less for some of the songs - which I understand that is cool and intimate, but I was in the back and couldn't hear a thing. Overall, the music was great, just the whole evening didn't flow right. I appreciate the good that these guys are trying to accomplish in the world, really I do, but to offer hope apart from Christ is not hope at all just more confusion.
