Overall, it was a great show. There was a microphone problem that eventually got fixed but supposedly the problem affected KC and JoJo's performance. I thought Doug E Fresh was performing. He didn't. SWV, Guy, Keith Sweat did a great job.

Well, considering the venue was changed, I had doubts about what would take place that evening. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated on the 3rd row. I could see without having to squint to figure out who was performing. K-Ci and Jo Jo started the show. The years have not faired well with these two, but they still have their voices. K-Ci even ventured out into the crowd. They are true balladers. "All My Life" was beautiful. K-Ci even ventured out onto Guy's set for a moment. Doug E. Fresh would appear between the acts. He looks like he enjoys what he does. He still has that youthful exuberance that he had when he started in the music game. He had the crowd up and moving. All in all, I enjoyed myself that evening. I had a revisit to my late teens-early 20s. The artist delivered and I am glad to see them still going strong 20 years later. Here's to Old School! SWV seem to be happy to be back together. They were never dancers; this is why they call themselves "sisters with voices." The crowd kept yelling they wanted to hear "Weak" and the ladies obliged by having this as their closing song, Guy should be called Aaron and Damian Hall. Aaron does most of the singing and Damian runs back and forth across the stage. Aaron showed that he could still do some of the same moves from 1988, even grinding the stage. Keith Sweat was the main act. He had to have the Sweat Hotel or Sweat Lounge. He is still his ole begging self. He has never been a strong singer, but he is a good entertainer. The best part was when he called ladies up on the stage. One lady gave him his money worth and was more entertaining than him. She was a large woman and I guess too much woman for him. I thought he was going to sing "Love You Down" during this set, but he did not sing it.

I saw the show at Reliant Stadium. I began 1 hour and half late. And things went downhill from there. SWV where out of shape physically but their voices still created great harmony. KCi was without JOJO who was in a accident of sorts. He was drunk and high as a kite. His words were slurred and he just wanted to "TeT-aHigh" (TESTIFY) Then he took of his shirt reveal a frail skeleton of a figure. He was so messed up, the audience laugh at him throughout his performance. Doug E, had to thank the viewers for their patience and sense of humor during this fiascal and mental meltdown of these aging artist who we once admired. Aaron Hall was showed up by his younger brother Damien, who hyped the crowd and carried his brother who could bare get out the song "Missing You" and kept appologising for his lackluster performance. Then Keith Sweat took the stage at 12:15am. He looked good and sang well. However, people were tired and were heading to the exits. I actually left before the show ended... to it mildly, I was disappointed and had E-Nuff. As a native from the Boogie Down -- I could not even rep where I was from after this show.

Went to the Fresh Music Fest in Greensboro and the sound was horrible...there was too much time in between each act with nothing happening sometimes with no music. For the floor seats I purchased I need a refund. Now for the acts... everyone did great but there could have been more Dougie or the comedian in between the acts instead of nothing. Overall, I give the acts 4 stars and the show itself was 2 stars. I hope at the next show it is better.

I would like to first start off by saying Doug E Fresh was great. I really wanted to see mote but I do understand there was a push for time. This show started an hour late. Thanks to the comedian Gary Johnson for buying time. He was truly funny. Thanks again. As far as concert itself it sucked. My only entertainment was K-Ci. Although his brother was not there, he did do his best to keep us on our feet. He was hilarious. If he was to come back by himself I would definitely go see him again. SWV was okay. Guy or maybe it should be remained The Hall brothers show. There performance was the most ridiculous show I have ever seen. They need to remember they are up in age, all that gyrating they were doing was silly. NEVER AGAIN. Keith Sweat was great, you can't ecpect anything less. Its a shame how he was the headliner and people was leaving because the show didn't start on time. Doug next time there is another Fresh festival pick another group of artist. I would have never paid to this, I felt as if this was some sort of joke.

The show was to start at 7pm but started at 8:20pm. The sound was off the ENTIRE night. The event staff could not get it together. SWV sounded good but we couldn't hear them alot during their performance. Doug E Fresh came out for 3 short appearance's and only did his beat box for maybe 10 seconds. Aaron Hall came out and undoubtedly forgot his age. He told everyone he was 48 years old but didn't act like he was. He did perform several songs and sounded decent but continued to hump the floor and make obscene gestures with his tongue. When he left the stage he said "thank you Charlotte, and good night." That's great except we were in Greensboro! Then K-Ci and Jo Jo came on stage. How sad. KC-i was all over the place. He had the same problem with his tongue as Aaron Hall. KC-i stated that Jo Jo had been in a wreck the night before and wasn't feeling the best. KC-i proceeded to say how good God was and then sang "freakin you" Their songs were nothing but screaming. Jo Jo had the most melodic voice in previous years. Things have changed. Keith Sweat's performance was great. He conducted himself as a grown man. Aaron Hall and KC-i should take lessons from Keith about manly behavior. Keith did several wonderful songs. If given the opportunity, I would have stayed at home, saved my money and listened to the Cd's.

Boooooooo! The Keith Sweat concert was a disappointment. The show started a hour and a half late, equipment failures, mics too low, music too loud, disorganized, shout-outs to the wrong city, then to top it all off...why did Keith Sweat sing someone else's songs when he has many greats of his own? Not to mention the melee at the end... Okay new rule: Ladies, if you're near or over 40, nicely dressed, and out in public - getting into an all out brawl at a concert is probably not a good idea !! That was definitely our cue to leave !!!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst concerts I have ever seen. Disorganized. The show began 1 hour late. Multiple artists had to address he sound person from the stage! The mikes squealed throughout vocal performances and the musicians frequently overpowered the singers. SWV was most affected by this, but Coco still has the pipes. Guy delivered energetic showmanship, but could have benefitted from a back up vocalist on the choruses. Same for JoJo and K-Ci. JoJo was ill and obviously not well enough to perform. Still, It was nice to see them together in our home state. Keith Sweat is a strong performer and closed things out well, despite everything that went on before. (Even he had to correct the sound person.) Too bad...this line-up had great potential. Hopefully they will consider staff changes on the technical side to improve future shows.

This is by far the worst show I have ever seen. Everything about it was a mess. It started an hour & a half late. Then the AWFUL MC talked for an hour. They had both lighting & sound issues. One of the performers was not there. SWV did a great job, and Keith Sweat is incredible, but he did not come on until 4.5 hours later (close to 12:30am), and by this time people were already clearing out. Keith Sweat is definitely worth seeing, but I would not recommend this festival as a means to see him. The worst part of the whole show was the MC - he did more talking than there was music, he was painful to listen to, and all in all it was a huge waste of time & money.

When you go to a concert and every act is amazing; you get your money worth. That decribes the Fresh Music Festival. I am a huge K-Ci and Jo Jo fan so I mainly went to see them but stayed on feet the entire night. There was a comedian that kept us in stitches the entire night. Doug E Fresh brought us back to our school daze and had us "Doing The Butt" in ailes! SWV open the show and sang their tails off. Co-Co sanged and I had chills down my body. K-Ci and Jo Jo tore the house down. When they came on the stage NOBODY sat down. K-Ci walked the floor on the shoulders of his body gaurd singing "If you think your lonly, now", and didnt miss a beat. Guy showed how amazing their voices really are. Aaron Hall walked in the middle of the floor and sanged "I missed you" with NO Music! He has a wounderful voice. And, Keith Sweat as always had all the women sceaming for more. Every single performer sound better in concert than their album! No lip-syncing at all! Just RAW Talent! My homegirl enjoyed it so much that she caught the 2nd show in Houston the next night with her husband. Amazing!

The FMF was amazing from beginning to end! The only part that sucked was it was on a Sunday...which ensured i had a very long day Monday. Even with that Aron Hall and KC coming into the crowd made buying floor seats that much better.

I was so excited to be attending the concert along with some friends. To my dismay I found myself sitting down the majority of the time. I was not impressed with none of the performers at all!!!!!!!!! But then when Doug E. Fresh came on the stage and gave us a mini concert that's when the party started for me. I am the biggest Doug E. Fresh fan ever!!!!!! I wish that he could have done the show along with the other performers being fillers. Doug E. Fresh brought the house down and the crowd was up singing along and dancing. When he left the stage I was back in my seat wondering if Doug E. Fresh would reappear. The sound was horrible and it took the performers the longest to come on stage. All in all shoutout to the one and only Doug E. Fresh for making the show.

I've been meaning to review this for a while now. So the show was good, it was pretty average. Though I am part of the younger fan base of Keith Sweat, I really liked the show. I was 18 when I went to the show, and it was my first legit concert, so I was pretty nervous, and even when I wanted to interact and stand up when they were asking ladies to stand or scream or whatever to show they're something, I couldn't because everyone there was there to talk about and hear about some "good lovemaking," and it was extremely uncomfortable for me. I went mainly for Keith Sweat, K-Ci & JoJo, and SWV. First of all, the comedian--I don't even know the guy's name, but he was incredibly crude. He had his funny moments, but for the most part, he was mainly just joking about sex and people in the audience, and he wasn't really funny at all to me. They could have kept him wherever he was before he came here. Doug E Fresh--Oh my goodness, I did not grow up with Doug E Fresh, and I wasn't really exposed to his music (I was born in the 90s) but when he was on stage, I had wished I had. He gave his own little performances while the music was playing and the other artists were getting ready to go onstage. He kept it fun for us. He even played around with us a little with dances. He showed us various versions of the real "Dougie" dance, and it was so entertaining. He danced old school dances with us, too, it was so fun. He even gave us some of the original beatboxing, and it was so amazing to actually experience that from the first human beatbox. When they would be playing songs during the breaks, he would come out on stage and stop the music for a hip hop song, especially his, and he would just perform it for us. I was a little jealous and ashamed that I didn't really know a lot of his songs to be able to sing along with him. I really had wished he had performed for most of the show, or in the place of most of K-Ci & JoJo's performance, Guy's performance, and even Keith Sweat's performance. I didn't expect to enjoy Doug E Fresh as much as I did, but by the second break between artists, I was begging for him to come back to the stage...and stay there. He needs to host another show, but with old school hip hop artists. That would be so boss for me, and I would love to attend it. He was so great. Needless to say, K-Ci & JoJo really disappointed me. I was so excited to see them, but all there was was screaming...I really wished they had just sang some a few good songs greatly and left. They were decent for some songs, but overall, I was really disappointed. Guy--I'm too young to really have known him (for one song, he was like, "Aw yeah, take it back to 1989"---I wasn't even born then lol) but I recognized a few of his songs, but...he isn't unforgettable for me. All I remember is he took his shirt off. He sings well though. SWV--My ladies, you completely brought the show up for me. They had their old music videos playing behind them as they performed, which was so nostalgic, and they still have such lovely voices. They performed all of our favorite hits and then some and even sang from their new album for us. They were a highlight of my night. Keith Sweat--You would think with the amount of time we waited for him, we would have been dazzled by his performance...it wasn't that great. I wish he would have just sung rather than try to put on an act. He sang some good songs, his voice is still there. But his whole act was pretty wack. He basically was trying to seduce this girl from the audience who he had put into a small dress of his choosing. To me, it was really awkward and unnecessary, but again, I was 18 at the time, and this was my first legit concert. Also, the dancers...they were forgettable. Anyway, I think he expected us all to be so enthusiastic and bowing to his feet when he came up, but mostly everybody was beginning to leave before he even finished his performance. When he did finish, though, he quickly walked off the stage without even saying "thank you." It was more of a "I gave this to you, you're welcome" kind of exit. It was an incredibly crude performance and a rude behavior for his exit.

Need to know if anyone know why they canceled the rest of the tour? I saw someone say there were no more dates on the review from Indy. I saw a month ago they had more dates coming... Please say it is because OF THEIR SOUND SYSTEM. I will be greatly disappointed if they haven't figured it out by now and have replaced it. Looking forward to Keith Sweat the most. Have seen his shows before & he has still GOT IT! From the reviews & videos I have seen so far on this tour I am scared for a few reasons... KC & JoJo.. wondering if they are going to figure out they should try their very best at just their best hits. And not scream and sound horrible like I heard about and saw on videos

Doug E. Fresh is a great emcee! However, he must work on the acts for his tour. I wish he would have done his own songs as well. He didn't even give us a tease. The comedian was G-Thang and he was great! I've seen him on tv a number of times and he is better in person! K-Ci and JoJo did ok on the first song and it was down hill from there (taking off the shirt, being carried through the audience, screaming instead of singing, etc.). I wanted so much for them to sing two songs well and leave with dignity. Aaron Hall was so disrespectful. It was hard to listen to his mini tirades and he took his shirt off too! Someone please make it stop! Even some of the young ones don't have the body for it now or ever. His vocals were decent however. SWV did well. They sang and presented themselves professionally. Many people are not as shapely as when they started out but they handled themselves well because they are real singers. They stood out as the real professionals of the bunch. Now for Keith Sweat. He has so many hits and I wanted him to just sing. I saw him with LSG and he was great and he sounds the same. He lost me when he spent 20 minutes finding girls for the stage. He was telling them to hurry up because he's been reading the tweets that it takes too long for him to do his stage act. It felt like 45 minutes with him talking to one in particular. He did a little singing and suddenly picked the girl up with her legs wrapped around his waist...and she had a short clingy dress on! He said he had to put her down because he could feel it about to come up and off. Why pick the poor girl up to begin with? Oh brother, it was a mess. Everyone was looking at each other. He should just sing. I won't even talk about the dancers behind him while he was singing. Someone already posted to the effect that more professional and better looking dancers would do the show for free just to have the opportunity to dance for Keith Sweat. I still love his music but he has to work on the act or just sing! How's that for a concept? I give the show 3 stars because I still had fun hearing all the old songs Doug E Fresh had the DJ play. The songs the musicians sang were songs that I remembered and could sing along with.

I came to see Guy and Keith Sweat and I was so disappointed! Ok...first Guy. Aaron Hall was a hot mess! First of all, his vocals were not as good as they used to be. Then he started going off about how he hasn't seen his child in several years and that is ok with him because he is not going to let a court tell him when he can see his child, and how he just told his baby's momma that she can just have the child! He gave bad advice to all of the other deadbeat dads out there! Teddy Riley was sorely missed! Then Keith Sweat...he was good but he spent too much time with his stage act with getting a girl. He didn't sing all of the hits either. Jodeci...they did well actually. SWV...they were pretty good. Just couldn't get past the white jeans that they wore that did not compliment their figures. The kept turning their backs to the audience...not a pretty sight. Doug E. was good. I missed Slick Rick though because he only gave us teases of his songs. He was very entertaining though! The concert was much better in my head. I should have saved my money and just bought the CDs!

Luckily Indianapolis didn't get the show cancelled. Idk why but the rest of the Fresh Fest tour dates were cancelled after, 7/21. Overall it was a good show. K-Ci and JoJo were a hott mess but they def put forth a strong effort. The sound also kept messing up, and they cussed out the soundstage ppl, lol. SWV was great. Vocals were on point, and their stage presence was everything. Doug E Fresh kept the crowd hype and he did a great job. Guy was ok, but Aaron Hall was doing the most. Keith Sweat looked good and sounded good as well. Overall it was a good show.

If you look at the first reviews, you will see that the audience was completely dissatisfied with the performers, the production as well as the sound engineering. I am here to say that nothing has changed. In fact, at the end of the concert, Keith Sweat the master beggar himself, begged people to post positive reviews and send positive tweets about the concert. Have you ever been to a concert where the performer does this??? Not me!!! Now for my review…..sound engineering was awful. At one point during Keith Sweat s performance, it sounded as if there was another band warming up backstage…to a different song!!! The sound throughout the concert was horrible!!! With that being said, let s talk about performers! SWV was great! They can actually sing:) Of course, the sound made it seem as though they were screaming at times, but that was no fault of theirs. Next….Guy….I mean if you can call it Guy . How are you going to have basically two backup singers sing a repertoire of songs without the real lead singer, Teddy Riley??? When they first started performing, they were sooooo off key!!! Likewise, when they came out, they tried to dance like they were still in the 80 s, New Jack style. Too funny!!! Aaron Hall went on to gyrate without his shirt. Why??? If you are going to take off your shirt, please have a chest that is more defined than my 11 year old son s!! Next….K Ci & Jo Jo. Now I have seen them before and they did rather well despite spotty performances at other arenas. This performance??? All I can say is crack is whack!!! Jo Jo couldn t carry a tune if it was packaged in a cocaine baggy. Boys, it s time to give it up. I was absolutely sooooo embarrassed for them! Truly sad! Next…Doug E Fresh…very entertaining!! Can t go wrong since he didn t have to sing:) I heard that he had been the MC in past shows…wish he had been one for this show too!! Next….Keith Sweat!! I was sooooo excited as I had seen him perform before as well and he was great! Uh oh…the first song was awful. I couldn t figure out if it was the sound engineer or him! Luckily his vocals improved however the sound engineering didn t. On the down side…who the hell were those girls dancing for him??? I have never seen a hefty dancer with lumpy thighs and cellulite performing in booty shorts during a performance!! The dancers weren t in sync and at times, forgot their dance moves. Keith!!! I know we are in a recession, but DAMN!!!!...I know some girls that are better dancers that would jump at the opportunity to perform for free!! Likewise, who in the heck produced Keith s show?? He spent too much damn time picking out girls in the audience to join him on stage!!! Just sing!!! Overall!! Worst concert I have ever been to!!

Overall good concert, it was good to hear and see some ol' school. DougE fresh was off the hook and the comedian, I could have been well entertained by those 2 alone. Also, the band drowned out the singers so they practically had to shout for you to hear them (too bad). All the performers done a good job. Keith Sweat was as arrogant as he always has been and seemed to have an attitude towards the end towards one of his fans (not nice at all). It kinda ended suddenly which could have been done a lot better too, kinda left everyone hanging. It was my first live concert and I would go again.

The concert event was horrible. The sound system was unbearable. Not only was I very upset but t each artist who performed was extremely upset as well. The artists were visibly upset with the sound system and their reactions took the focus away from the performances. Additionally, the exorbitant use of profanity throughout the entire show (excluding SWV's performance) was not necessary (in my opinion) and did not add any value to the performances. All of the performers were my absolute favorites back in the day and, I must say, I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the show.

I was very disappointment. The event was supposed to open the doors at 7pm, but didn t open until 8pm, with everyone yelling to get in because of the HEAT WAVE that is going on around the world. DOUGIE didn t show up, which was a huge disapoinemtn for everyone as he was the one most wanted to see off all the groups. At the beginning of the show, they announced that he would be there, but he never showed. I figured he wouldn t since I saw him on a line up for the essence festival which was this weekend as well (SMH). KC did all the singing for him and his brother, as well as Aaron Hall for GUY. SWV was awesome, I was very happy they did a great show. Keith I must say I was extremely disappointment, not his singing, but his interlude that he did. He was so rude to the women that came on stage, I was embarrassed for them, and the language he was using was un-called-for. Remember we are your fans and we purchase your CDs, it is not nice to make us feel inadequate because of size, color or shapes. He was horrible, and I was appalled. The sad part is that I read all the reviews prior to going, but decided well I will give them a chance, plus I really want to see Dougie...

The thought of this concert was appealing but it was quite disappointing. The sound system was messed up, they made you wait outside for an hour, although the ticket said to arrive at 7 and the performers were lackluster. I was so excited to finally see the performers I've only heard through the radio. I will not be as enthusiastic to participate in this kind of concert again. And side note, Keith sweat was a jack ass to those poor women on stage. K_Ci and Jojo were great and so was Guy, other than that, I left early.

I would have given this event 5 Stars because all of the performances were great. The problem was the venue which is not known for good sound quality to begin with. Secondly, there were technical issues throughout the night with the sound system itself with mics going in and out. Techs running out on stage switching out mics in the middle of performances. It was awful!! Part of me feels really bad for the performers, but another part of me feels like their road crew or who ever was responsible for the sound equipment should have known there were problems and fixed them before the event started. People paid good money for those tickets! I know I did, and I am thoroughly dissappointed. However, I can't take away from the talent because I have no proof of them having any control over what happened. Hopefully it will be better for them in the next city.

The show was very poorly orchestrated. First of all the doors didn't open at 7:00 pm, like specified on the ticket. It was quite hot outside and the doors did not open until 7:35 pm. The sound system was horrible, you couldn't even hear the songs that were sang clearly. The artist kept having to change microphones. Lastly the original host, Dougie Frsh did not even show up, no word said, and the fill in was some non funny comedian. I will not go to another concert at the Sundome, if this is going to be the results.

The Fresh Music Festival would have been a memorable event had the Sundome had their acoustics set up properly and in good working order. The acts were amazing; however, you couldn't hear them well at all. I was and still am VERY disappointed that I paid a pretty penny for this show. I will not support the another Sundome event EVER!!! I couldn't wait to see this concert, I had high hopes. Doug E. Fresh started it off right and I thought I was gonna be in for a treat.... That's where the treat ended. Next on stage was a big joke, KC & JoJo. JoJo was trying but KC was a mess! A drunk/ high mess, and poor JoJo was trying to keep him together. Later on in the show KC even wandered onto the stage and wouldn't get off despite efforts from JoJo and some other guy in a suit trying to get his attention off stage. ;0( Then SWV- they sounded great but the look was a bit off. Their outfits looked like they were just put together down at the Magic Mall off Colonial Dr. in Orlando right before the show. They lacked enthusiasm and their coreography was "Weak" (no pun intended). They looked a bit outta shape but I'm still trying to figure out if Coco is preggo cause she looked like she was wearing a pillow on her gut! Maybe just age setting in. Aaron Hall was probably the best besides Doug E. Fresh, and his brother was working it! Keith Sweat was ok, but then he wasted time at the end of the show with one of the concert goers who was obviously not as fortunate as him, and sadly, he treated her as such. Not nice Mr. Sweat... And to top it off, the concert seemed to end without a true endin...Sweat walked off, can't remember if he said bye, or thanks for coming...next thing, they turned off the stage lights and turned on the theater lights, we saw the crew packing up equipment and we all were looking around at each other with the same perplexed look on our faces as we all slowly got up from our seats hoping for an official outtro. Also, the sound system SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!! There was too much base, and you could barely hear the singers- it was really bad. Over all, the concert was just not what I expected. Just so so. Not top notch professional quality that I paid $80 for!

Kci and Jojo tried hard, but were unable to sing a note! Note to self: Don't get high before a perfomance! Wow! I still enjoyed them though. They looked good, although they have lost a lot of weight. They definitely showed us how much they love each other. SWV was good, but the crowd did not really feel them. Coco still has it! Guy did an awesome job! Aaron Hall and his brother put on a great show. Aaron danced like Hammer across the stage! KEITH SWEAT, KEITH SWEAT...Wow!! Doug E Fresh kept the crowd going! I enjoyed the whole show!! It was money well spent and thanks for starting on time!! The venue.changed and I was closer....Thanks!!!

KC & Jo Jo were very disappointing, what a mess!! Especially after seeing the program on t.v about how they had tried to clean up and were looking at making a come back. Really thought we were in for a great show!! The music was over powering so you couldn't hear the singing that well. Would of been better to have background music lower to hear the artists actually sing. KC needs help!!

I highly anticipated a GREAT show, as I drove 3 hours to be present. Maybe because Lafayette, LA was the "kickoff" city, the show lacked just a little excitement. I definitely understand sound checks and getting music to sound on key are upmost important. But, I feel as if Keith Sweat didnt put forth his best effort in Lafayette. And i absolutely LOVE Keith Sweat....what I wouldnt do to be at one of his shows if it was within 5 hours drive. He did not sing alot of his hit songs that I thought he would sing and he actually injected another artist's song, which I understand he helped produce this artist back in the day. Maybe the following night in Houston was better. I would like to attend another show, just to see the possible progress it has made.

The show was definitely amazing. Started on time. I luv how they had the comedian in between performers. This was the longest show I've ever been 2 @ rbc. The show was over by 12. SWV still sounds great. Keith sweat could've killed time by doin something else besides those chics he brought on stage. dougie fresh I wish he had more time bc he really had me on my feet. The Fresh Music Festival was amazing. My friends and I were on our feet the entire time rocking to the old school music lead by Dougie Fresh. The line up was great, it took you back to 90's. I was disappointed in K-Ci behavior their performance was good. SWV are my girls, I just wish the background music wasn't over powering them when they were performing, Guy's performance was awsome from beginning to end! Keith Sweat performance was great. This show was OUTSTANDING. It started on time, it was energetic, fun, and full of surprises. The comedian, Gary G Thang Johnson, was HILARIOUS. Doug E. Fresh kept the crowd entertained between acts by dancing and getting the audience to sing along...K-Ci and Jojo came out and brought that southern soul and performed some of their best R&B hits in the 90s...SWV came out and sung like it was no tomorrow (especially Coko) and also did a little bit of dancing, which I was pretty impressed with. I was glad they sung a couple of their new songs as well...Guy came out and performed their classic hits, which was great. Aaron Hall came out like DMX...LOL...last but not least, Keith Sweat brought down the house and performed pretty much all of his hits...the part where he brought out the ladies on stage with him at the end could have been removed...it was a little time consuming and blah, but he did really good. Lelee from SWV mentioned how she would like people to come up here and leave a review...well here's my review and I hope you like it...LOL...

I took my wife to the fresh fest, for the most part the show was decent. My only problem was where we sat we could not take good pictures because the lights were blinding our sight, from seeing the artist. The big screen needs to have a side view like the time warner pavilion has for people seated on the side stage. The sound was too acoustic, which made the artist sound distorted.. It was also a very short concert considering the artist presented were 90's legends, and we would have loved to hear more from SWV. Aaron Hall was extra explicit and seemed rather desperate to sing alone. Would have loved to see Teddy Riley who started the Guy group. Overall it was decent but pricey for the quality of the sound and view.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Fresh Music Festival. Each artist had his or her own favor and it was well worth the expense to be sitting on the front row. I particularlly enjoyed Dougie Fresh and Keith Sweat's performances. Sounded as fresh as the original sounds years ago. Ki-C and JoJo were wonderful as well; those men can sing!!!! Arron Hall forgot for a moment that everyone in the arena had paid to see him...he stayed shirtless and stuck on 1 side of the arena performing - leaving the rest of us out in viewing his live talent...(when one asks the question, "don't I sound like my records/cds" then one knows he does not sound the same, but was alright anyway. Arron's brother, made up for what Arron did not do (showed tremendous talent - stage wide). SWV (I recognize Zumba steps when I see them). They did not sound exactly like their old music, but were still good. I really enjoyed their newest song. Overall, it was an excellent concert!

All around great performance. Dougie had the whole show rocking. SWV were sexy as always. K-CI was the bomb. Loved it when he got a piggyback ride out in the audience while he was singing. JO-JO once again was just there. It would've been nice if he would've known more words to the songs. Aaron and Damien smashed. Keith Sweat dropped it on all of the ladies while having several ladies pulled up onstage from the audience to chill in his Sweat House. This was my very 1st concert and a memorable one with some of my fav artists from the 90's era and still to this time. Loved it!

I loved this show. Doug E Fresh is the best host. Very charismatic, you don't even notice the time between sets which used to annoy the heck out of me. He opened introducing the lineup and with an old school dj. There was an extremely funny, vulgar comic, I forgot his name. SWV opened, they still have the harmonies and the voices. Of course their old school was the best, but they did two new ones which will make me get their new cd (cosign and "If only you knew" remake). K Ci and Jojo are loved by their hometown crowd and sounded great, though I have to mention they started the party way early. Probably legally drunk by show time. KCi was his energetic self and left the stage on Big D's shoulders for "If you think you're lonely now". Jojo holds down the stage but still interacts with the crowd. They are like your favorite, crazy, drunk cousins. Their dad was off to the side holding KCi's jacket which he shed with his shirt and half his undershirt. Guy didn't respond to a very long cue, Doug E Fresh came back out and inferred some type police encounter. He did the human beat box and La Di Da Dee. Guy came out and looked and sounded great. Damian is a great dancer and background harmony singer. Aaron Hall looked great, sounded perfect, or in his words "don't I sound just like the mf album!". Yes! He did "I Miss you" from the crowd which was very touching. Piece of my love and Groove me were also crowd pleasers. No "Teddy's Jam" because Teddy wasn't there and not missed by me. Keith Sweat had the most elaborate set, "sweat Hotel" with bar featuring ladies, and jumbo trons showing his videos. He looks and sounds as good as Keith Sweat can look and sound. He had a lot of great songs. I wish he'd showcase the back up singer on "Make it last for ever". She sang duet from the back. His ego probably wouldn't allow that though. KCI also made another appearance and I think he thought it was a real bar. Keith was not mean about it, but it clearly was not scripted. Somebody had buttoned his shirt and suit jacket back up. I loved this line up and every performer was great to the crowd and glad to be there.

Loved seeing SWV they were the highlight of the show. They performed first but I feel they should have been closer to the end. KC and Jo Jo to say the least were comical. They were in there hometown and they were feeling themselves. KC especially seemed to be drunk or high and it only got worse as the night went on. This is reality (TV) at its worst. Guy was average....could have done with all the cussing and tongue action. Keith Sweat again was average. I would loved to have heard more music and not the girls from the audience coming up on stage. Overall the show was average. I can say that I have seen them all in concert.

The show overall was good. The sound guy did a bad job on KC and JoJo when he turns the mic's down for the one singing back up to where you can not hear him at all. Kieth Sweats show could have better skits. The ending part with the girls on stage sucked. We don't want to see him bust a rap to some no name girl. We know he has game, he is famous, he does not have to prove it with 10 minutes of bordom. I see why a lot of people started to leave and beat the trafic. Unfortunately, performers showing their age. While each act had their high moments, there seemed to be a general lack of energy and enthusiasm throughout the show. Let me knock out the biggest issue first. The bass (mostly from the bass drum I'm sure) was way too loud. I love bass, don't get me wrong, but it overpowered the performers vocals all night long which is a shame. Tough to really enjoy a Keith Sweat slow jam when the bass sounds like what's on "Whomp there it is" track. SWV: sounded very good, just wish the set was longer. they should have been given more time GUY: excellent, true performers K-Ci and JoJo: K-Ci was obviously strung out and probably needs help. At one point he just about pulled his junk out which no one liked. Feel badly for JoJo who actually seemed interested in trying to provide a good show. Not the Jodeci you remember, total disappointment. Keith Sweat- excellent Doug E Fresh- Outstanding Comedian- Hilarious
