Sorry if you missed this one as it was the final show of the tour. I went to see Marcy Playground. They are always a good time and amazing live. Everclear was also sounding great and super high energy. Really enjoyed the finally with the band members of all 3 bands (Local H too) on stage.

This was the first time I had seems Everclear since 1999 and they were fantastic. Super energetic, great to the fans (they stayed after to meet people and sign stuff!), and played a diverse set of classics (Sparkle and Fade, So Much For the Afterglow). Local H and Marcy Playground were also super fun. So glad I went!

It was my first time seeing both artists, and I thought it was a really excellent show! I've always been an Everclear fan, and recently became familiar with Clayton. I would definitely go and see both of them again. In spite of the huge guy that was moshing and crushed my foot, losing my sweater, and slipping around in the cold as we hiked blocks to get there - it was a great night... and completely worthwhile. My favorite moment... probably when Everclear played 'Wonderful.' Love it! :) Keep up the great work guys!

The show at HOB OC (downtown Disney) was my 2nd night seeing Everclear. I have to give props to the staff, having been to this venue for multiple events annually since its opening (with and without my daughter), we have never received better treatment. We arrived in the middle of Stereofix, a local OC band. I really want to give props to Everclear for supporting local music. Each night, two LOCAL!!!! bands opened in addition to tour support Clayton Senne. I think it is AWESOME that Everclear supports local music. Extra brownie points. Everclear seemed a bit more energetic tonight than at the Roxy (the Roxy was a MUCH later show however) and the sound was better (less issues with house PA?). Same great energy, same great setlist. I could sit and watch these guys for hours and hours and night after night. Art Alexakis is one classy man. I told him my daughter was coming to the HOB show and he promised to watch his mouth. :) He made minor "edits" to some of the more risque lyrics (think Volvo Driving Soccer mom LOL!!!) which tickled me pink that he would remember.

I have seen Everclear almost every year since 1996, and there is a reason for it. Not only do I love all their music, but they truely put on an incredible show. And not a pyro-technic arena tour type of show, but he (He being Art since the rest of the band is revolving) plays small venues like this were you we can stand up against the stage and be a foot from them. Art is very appreciative of his fans and so he always stays after (and he annouces it) to sign autographs and meet people. The crowd new almost every song and was singing along, jumping, waiving hands, and was just completely into it. But you cannot expect anything less from them. Plus the tickets are extremely affordable. If you have not seen them, go next time. you will NOT be dissapointed!

Our tickets said the show started at 6 pm. The first band didn t come on stage until 8. Standing around for 2 hrs listening to unrelated, awful music was a drag. I wasn t umpressed with the House of Blues. We were going to leave but my husband and I were looking forward to Everclear. We ve seen them twice before in Raleigh and the venue/bands/overall experience was much better. We won t go back to Cleveland for the show.

When bands perform their most popular song (e.g. Marcy Playground's Sex and Candy) I would prefer the singer to sing the song rather than having the crowd sing some of the best parts. We paid for a ticket to hear the voice we heard on the radio perform. Not a roomful of amateurs.

Opening acts Fastball/Vertical Horizon were entertaining but forgettable. Everclear started out slow but gained momentum and rocked the house. Arts voice is not what it used to be but got better later in the set. New band mates were execelent. On a bad note do not pay extra for any VIP packages as Everclear does a meet and greet after the show at their booth so save your money. They will sign anything purchased at their booth only and Art really takes time to talk with everyone.

I went to the concert because I am a lover of 90's music. Since it was a twenty year reunion tour I didn't expect it to be anything overly special but I was pleasantly surprised. All of the bands did an amazing job and I couldn't believe the energy on the stage. We also had some of the worst seats in the venue but still were able to see and hear everything perfectly. Having seen Everclear at a smaller venue in the past, it was nice to be in a larger room because they brought the noise. They played the album So Much For The Afterglow in its entirety taking a break after Side A to throw in crowd-pleasing hits before tearing into Side B. Dressed in suits, Everclear seemed genuinely glad to be there and played their hearts out to an adoring crowd. As a staple of 90's/00's rock radio, how could you not adore them? While not original members when SMFTA was released, Art's new band knew their stuff, played with enthusiasm, and kept the crowd happy with their energy. It was really great and what the fans wanted.

Everclear certainly has sustained the afterglow after all these years. This show opened with Fastball rocking the house and having a lot of fun. Vertical Horizon provided some local talent for the evening, then Everclear wasted no time getting to it and bringing us back to the 90's. I think everyone in the audience must have had this 'cassette' because we knew every word and lyric. The band sounded as good as they did when I saw them at Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel 20 years ago. I'm a little older, but glad I got out to see this show.

This was a really terrific experience. I am a huge Everclear fan from way back when, and I was totally stoked to see these guys. It was awesome! There were, of course, some downsides. The ones that I thought were relevant are: 1) Everclear played/sang in a different key, so it was tough to sing along. I would have preferred the music to be more familiar, but hey - it was still great. 2) Everclear went on a bit later than I would have liked. They went on at about 10:30ish. In my single days, that would have been fine. As it was, we had to cut out early to relieve the babysitter. I would have really enjoyed seeing the whole concert. Otherwise, the venue was great, the music rocked and the whole evening was terrific!

Overall a great summer concert..awesome to be outside and loved the personal interraction of lead vocalists from Sponge and Filter coming into the crowd. Great to hear the songs that I loved so much again. Hardest to watch was Live. Missed having Ed Kowalcyk as the front man. They definitely need a stylist cause the 80's ZZ top look was awful. Chris the lead vocalist does not have the same heart or passion as Ed Kowalcyk..I am qualified Iin saying this as I have seen the band play over 5 times...sorry but think this will be his last tour. Art from Everclear was a great host...I alway appreciate a man that is so talented who also remains humble.

It s not summer until the tan lines are back and I've sampled the sweltering, swaying, delicious & debauched madness of a solid rock show. Everclear, Live, Filter, &Sponge at the Hampton Beach Casino was that show. We befriended a few crowd members who were pleasant & quirky to start, but became downright possessed (in a good way) when the bands played. We missed Sponge, but Filter poured their heaving souls onto the stage, Live rocked the hits and did not make us miss the old frontman, (he-who-shall-not-be-named lest we be accused of selling the drama), and Everclear, apparently the ringmaster of this blissful rock circus, nailed it. Even the staff was cool. I've been to a dozen or more shows at the Casino, and this was easily one of the best. Chalk it up to the consistent energy the bands generated. (I'm still waiting for someone to top Social Distortion, 7/29/2007.) But this night made me recall a handful of astonishing epiphanies and a few alcohol-infused half-truths that only rock and roll and the people who love it can conjure. Thanks all. PS - Extra kudos to Filter's Richard Patrick, who took video of the rabid yet adorning audience while performing, wrapped up the set, but he didn't go back stage. He hung w/ the masses by the merch table. His enthusiasm and appreciation after all these years knocked it out the park for me.

The concert was the best I have ever seen, A+++ would gladly go see the Summerland Tour again when they come back next year. Filter was awesome and is my favorite band of all time. I missed them in Knoxville so this tour fit the bill just fine. Sponge was ok and everyone got into Live a lot. Everclear was great, playing great songs from my teenage years, but Filter rocked the roof off in my opinion. I can't wait to see who Everclear brings back next year...

Filter was not there because they broke down in Texas and couldn't make it. All the bands gave great performances and played their biggest hits from back in the day. The show was awesome. I would have liked to see more Everclear but at the same time, not any less of Filter, Sponge or Live. The set up took a bit of time between acts, yes but they have a lot of equipment and each band has their own sound and needs their own special set up. In other words, it was worth it. The bands are a bit older but that is what makes it so awesome. They have all stood the test of time and still rock. Jonny Radtke of Filter was unbelievable,...such quick hands and of course Art owned it. Yes he is a bit older but the lyrics of Everclear songs move the fans and much of his music is autobiographical. They are not spouting just anything. Overall, I had an excellent time as did those around me. It was a great night in a great venue with 4 bands who really seemed to enjoy the crowd. The meet and greet with the Band was also truly exceptional. Everclear really appreciates its fans.

They all played all their best songs and some new ones. They thoroughly played to please the audience. The bands all played just long enough and put on a great show. I was embarassed that the crowd wasn't more enthusiastic. Alot of people were just standing there and I think that's rude. The drinks are expensive at the Electric Factory. I paid $7 for a small plastic cup of beer and they didn't have Miller Lite. Two double mixed drinks cost $26. They closed the women's bathroom halfway through for some dumb reason. The sound was garbled if you were right up front but sounded great midway up.

Stage AE is one of my favorite venus. In or out, no matter where you are, the seats are good. That aside, Sponge, Live, Filter, and Everclear all did really good sets. The bands were interactive with the crowd and no one came off like douche bags. You could tell they were happy to be there and there was a nice camaraderie among the guys. From Sponge through Everclear, the bands performed their asses off...interacting with the "intimate" crowd (come on Long Island!!! Where were you??.) throughout and making themselves available for fans in the lobby after sets. The performers were by far the highlight...but the venue should be ashamed. Sound guy was continually prompted to turn up the vocals during each set (can't hear Richard Patrick??? Really???). Beer prices are ridiculous: $15 tap beer? $10 bottled beer? $17 mixed drinks??? Seriously...if Summerland ever comes back, please play at the Paramount or Emporium!!!

We were listening from the lobby when Sponge was on. Made it inside for Filter. Great performance by the band and got us up on our feet towards the end of the performance. Live was next up. The new singer sounds great, he appears to may have forgotten some of the words, or maybe he likes the crowd to sing along. By the end of the set Live had really charged the theater and I couldn't wait for Everclear. Everclear comes on and the sound is a little off. Art Alexakis vocals are flat as if he was't even singing. After the fourth song we were sitting down, and after the 6th we were leaving before the show was over. I have never experienced any of these bands before now. I was expecting more from Everclear than i had received.

I have seen Everclear 7 times this year and this show was by far the best. Seeing them at a small intimate venue that they were so honored to play really showed through their performance. The whole band was very interactive with the fans which made the energy feed spectacular. Eve 6 also came through unbelievable. I hadn't seen either of these bands, and Everclear was on my bucket list. I was very happy with their show. Both bands were really into their performances and made us feel special down here in Ft. Lauderdale. For those of you who are familiar with Art, he had that smile on his face still that he gets when he sings that really makes you feel good about yourself. Before I just figured that I would see them once to get it off my list since I don't really do concerts anymore, but I'll probably make it a point to see them again. On top of that, Everclear came out for a meet and greet after the show at the merchandise table. When they announced it, they said we didn't have to buy anything, just come say hi. Lastly, I've heard these guys are having trouble selling tickets. I know they're probably fine with not selling out, but if you're on the fence about going, I highly recommend going. Both these guys deserve it, and you won't be let down.

Vertical Horizon was by far the best band there; would definitely pay the price to see them alone. The venue wasn't overcrowded and the workers were very friendly.

The concert was awesome! Vertical horizon was a wonderful performance, and Fastball was awesome. I've been a fan of both since I was a child and enjoyed finally seeing them live. I was surprised Fastball had a Meet N' Greet open to all who had concert tickets and never would have imagined meeting them eighteen or nineteen years ago (when I was seven or eight). I listened to Vertical Horizon way-back-when too, and I met a couple of band members mingling throughout the venue when not performing. I was also impressed that Everclear had a Meet N' Greet after the show for all who had concert tickets. Even though I'm not familiar with their music, it was still cool to meet them.

Everclear always puts on a hard rocking show, and this was no different. As it was the 20th anniversary tour for the "So Much For the Afterglow" album, they played it in its enterety, broken up by a smattering of cuts from their first two albums in the middle, and bookended by a rundown of the big hits from the other albums at the end. Sometimes album shows can drag, but this one most definitely did not - the b-sides (which admittedly are pretty good on that album) were terrific live, with the band pringing plenty of power and energy. Art's vocals on songs like "Father of Mine" and "wonderful" as raw and forceful as ever, and "AM Radio" and especially "Santa Monica" were as fun and rocking as you'd hope. Best part by far though - the entire band staying for HOURS after the show's end to meet, greet, and sign autographs for every fan that got in line. Really, really cool - and genuine too. Not just a glance up and a quick scribble, but a handshake, genuine get-to-know-you conversation, sincere appreciation, and pictures. For a band that's been multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated to put that kind of time and genuine appreciation for the fans in was incredible.

Art Alexakis and company did not disappoint! I remember fondly, Everclear's "So Much For The Afterglow" album when it was still on the charts. Thanks to FM airplay and the band's extensive touring they did, as well as myself living in the Pacific Northwest during their climbing success, I was an instant fan!

I love to see guys in their still 50's rocking it LIVE. Everclear wrote some great rock and roll songs in the 90's-early 2000's. They were timeless and to hear them live in a great venue was a lot of fun. A good song never dies and good rock is just.... good for the soul. The only bad part was realizing that 20's had past since the great album they were celebrating had passed. Rock on guys....

We couldnt ever hear the singers very well. The show rocked but the mics not working correctly was a real bummer. Wild Feathers was a great band to see live, thanks for bringing them to town

I screamed so loud and long. I sang along to every song. It was a great time. The warm up bands were engaging and fun and the park was a great setting for the show. All around great time.

This was an awesome event! The food booths were varied and everything we tried was delicious. The games were fun for children and adults. We had a 3 year old in our group. In between milkshakes and elephant ears he managed to play 2 games and win 2 prizes before "Everclear" took the stage. They were great! Played all of the old songs for us and a couple of new ones that I'd like to hear again. Nobody seemed to want it to end. The crowd was very happy and I think almost everyone was singing. This band is so talented and humble. What a great bunch of guys. I should have been a groupie.

It was a lot of fun to see Everclear in their hometown (I'm also a Portland native) and performing at the local summer festival, however, they were pretty drunk by the time they came on stage and it was evident. Still fun though!

Wildfeathers rocked. Everclear okay. We paid extra for VIP expecting to have great seating and the frills. Instead, we got practically back row and off to the side seating. We used our two drink tickets and left to move up to the stage to watch the show. When we came back between the Wildfeathers and Everclear, all the less than mediocre food was gone. What a bust. Not worth the money at all.

Everclear (minus a couple of members?) has still got it! We rocked out to every song, right up close to the stage. Great show!!!

Its amazing to see the bands from our area that made it big come back home and play. I personally was SUPER disappointed that they didn't play Volvo driving soccer mom (trade out Strawberry). The microphone was off / didn't work well but the band itself killed it. They were full of energy, fun to watch and I would go see them again. The Old School Songs were amazing and the only complaint was the concert was too short. The coolest part of the night they had The Wildfeathers and Greg Holden (there was another but I missed it) and a Sailor off one of the Ship that had came in for Fleet week named Jesus that they allowed to play for one song. Jesus went on right before Everclear and it was really gracious of the band to let him play. It was obliviously this man's dream and it showed a lot of respect for our Military. So hats off to Everclear for being the band that supported the Military, the lead singer acknowledged his band members several times and his daughter and family. Super cool to be a kind group of musicians with class and not a group of A-holes. They have talent and class! Keep on tearing it up. You boys are the real deal.

By now, you should know what you're getting at an Everclear concert, Art is older and doesn't have the voice he used to have. No one can keep their pace up so I am aware when I see Everclear it is more about the experience than the singing. The band sounded good, not great do to the volume being so low. Art had more energy than when we saw them at the Wonder Ballroom. The opening acts were excellent.

I went to this snow because they are my best friends favorite band. I had never seen them live. I ended up enjoying the show very much. I would definitely go and see them again. The only thing I didn't like was the length of the show. I felt that an hour was not long enough for the amount paid. Other than that, my friend and I enjoyed the show.

Loved the show. Kept it tight, played all of their hits. But they only played about 65 minutes. That's my only reason for no 5 stars. Would like to have heard more.

Everclear was a great gig. It was shorter than I expected although they did play many of their classics. My biggest complaint was that the acoustics of Valley Forge Music Fair's room created a lot of distortion and made it difficult at times to understand the lyrics. Several people I spoke to after the show experienced this same problem.

First time at this venue, no seats standing room only which I prefer. We had general admission which was downstairs, walked in and couldn't believe how small it was!! You could see well from anywhere in room, it was size of a nightclub with a stage. There was also an upstairs balcony, I heard those were the VIP package seats that included drinks too. From what I could see there were a few tables with chairs up there rest were standing. Downstairs were I watched was perfect to see entire stage. Drinks were reasonably priced. No issues at all I would go see a show here again.

Seeing Everclear preform the Sparkle and Fade Album live was an absolute dream come true!! The show was fantastic. My only complaint was after the show they stayed after to sign autographs.....but only if you bought merch, and no pictures. Not everyone can afford a $40 T-shirt. I was disappointed.

I couldn't hear my favorite childhood band. I was really excited and had built up my anticipation. I could hear both cover bands just fine but whenEverclear got onstage I could t hear the lead singer and I was standing right there. Couldn't even tell what song he was singing! Still loved them bc of who they are but wish I could have heard them clearer.
