Audience split between Noel Gallagher & Snow Patrol. If you were a fan of Oasis and never got a chance to catch them back in the day, this was the closest you might get to seeing one of the Gallagher brothers perform live. Most fans confused as to why Noel Gallagher was the 2nd act. Some fans upset over promoter's decision to have seating rather than general audience/SRO. Obvious when NGHFB finished their set, a portion of the audience up and left. Houston was last night of their tour. 1st Jake Bugg: solo act, hope to see more from this promising young man 2nd NGHFB: sounded fantastic, included Supersonic, Don't Look Back In Anger (final song of the set) 3rd Snow Patrol: sounded fantastic as well; show basically dedicated to their injured tour manager (hope he's recovered well), Just Say Yes (final song of the set) Just seeing Noel Gallagher was worth money spent on this ticket!

Jake Bugg was the opening act. Super talented young kid, I would recommend checking out some of his stuff, two songs that come to mind are Two Fingers and Taste it. Now, I came to this show for one reason and one reason only, to see Noel! He was amazing, he played a mix of his new stuff and Oasis tunes. I love it when you go and see someone and they sound just like the record and he definitely delivered. The only complaint I had was that it went by way too fast!

Two power pack talents who delivered an amazing concert. Love Noel singing the new and old stuff...blew me away. Snow Patrol is a great concert band. Loved singing along. I have been to open air festivals in Europe. This was just as amazing.

Going into the concert, I was more excited to SEE Noel Gallagher, as I'm a big Oasis fan, but I was more excited to HEAR Snow Patrol. I'd seen Snow Patrol open for U2 a few years back, and thought they were great. However, I'll sum things up by saying that Noel came out and rocked. He didn't try and work the crowd - he just played the awesome songs he's good at. Then Snow Patrol came out and disappointed. Their lead singer did all of the normal jingles, like inserting the words "Minnesota" into a song, etc. Just bad and too textbook. Plus, all of their songs sounded the same.

Venue was a bit dated, but bands sounded good and it was easy to get close to the band in the open floor format. Snow Patrol and Noel Gallagher rock!

This concert was awesome! Noel Gallagher's HFB were great! They sounded great live and even played a couple Oasis songs. Noel Gallagher didn't really interact with the audience, but I'm wondering if its because he's sick of everyone screaming out Oasis songs they want to hear. Side note - the HFB's piano player rocks! Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol was AMAZING! His and the band's energy is contagious! He interacted with the audience and was a lot if fun. After seeing them live, I love Snow Patrol even more. I would definitely pay to see both bands again.

Jake Bugg was good. Noel Gallagher and THFB were good although their sound and lighting guys couldn't seem to get it together. Snow Patrol, on the other hand, was one of the tightest bands I've ever heard live. The sound and light guys were amazing which for a venue that small was no small feat. Gary Lightbody's vocals were killer. Great interaction with the audience. I went to the show with my wife because she is a die-hard Snow Patrol fan. I left the show a die-hard Snow Patrol fan. I've seen a lot of bands live including three Stones tours. This was the best show I've ever attended. I'm telling you to see this band live - you won't regret it!!!!!

Snow Patrol was fantastic! So great to see them so early in the tour! Noel seemed to play on a bit long, which made the Snow Patrol set shorter - we really missed some of Gary's reknown banter!

I absolutely loved how chatty everyone was! Noel and Gary actually interacted with the audience, you don't see that happening much anymore. Made the concert more personal which upped the enjoyment level tremendously! All performances were top notch, thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable evening!

Had fantastic seats at WAMU and was able to really experience a grand concert. Each performer, including Jake Bugg to start, delivered an outstanding music experience. I love Snow Patrol, it was my 3rd time seeing them in concert, and would have been satisfied to just see them. I knew very little re, Noel Gallagher, other than the huge Oasis hits, and was blown away by their music. They are f...ing geniuses to quote Noel. Jake Bugg was impressive, later found out he is only 19, so he is in the genius category also, although he could use some voice coaching to round out his sound (just my opinion), anyway thoroughly enjoyed the concert and I'm mad at myself for not seeing them in Portland or Vancouver, ecause it is surely a very unique opportunity.

My husband and I have been to countless concerts over the years. This was the best concert we've been to in years. Even though we were in the last row, at this venue there really isn't a bad seat.

I only stayed for Noel Gallagher. He was incredible, and should have been the headliner for the show. As a long time Oasis fan I was pleased he sang many of the old hits, not just music from his album.

Snow Patrol was excellent. Not a fan of Noel but the fans that like him had a great time. The problem was the venue. They placed chairs out on the general admission floor. It really ruined the atmosphere and caused a lot of problems. If they plan to have chairs at the venue in the future, I won't be attending shows there.

I was so excited to see NGHFB I couldn't stand it and Noel did not disappoint. He sounded perfect and played a great mix of Oasis and HFB. When he played his acoustic version of Wonderwall, the crowd was so loud and full of energy it was a real "moment." His last song was Don't look back in Anger and I was singing at the top of my lungs along with everyone in the auditorium. It was the best moment of the entire show. Noel is a great front man and he brought a little Oasis vibe with him. HFB is such a great act that they don't seem like a consolation prize for someone who loves Oasis. As for Snow Patrol-they were outstanding live. I am not a huge fan of their studio work. I think they're overproduced and not my cup of tea. However, live was a different story. The songs I thought I wouldn't like, I loved. They were guitar heavy and Gary Lightbody is incredible. I will definitely go see them again. My only complaint is that they played Run and Chasing Cars close together and in the middle of the set. After Chasing Cars, a ton of people left and it seemed like they kind of fizzled out with the order of the set. The show was at the Ryman so the sound was perfection. Loved every second of it from Jake Bugg who opened to the last chord from Snow Patrol.

The crowd sang along on the important songs and let us enjoy the rest of the songs ---by listening to just the band singing! There were three different acts, and the second was "Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds." Noel Gallagher was the former lead guitarist and songwriter for the group "Oasis." They were great and, many concert goers came just to see them. The packed house was on their feet for most of concert. When Gallagher sang "Wonderwall" (You're going to be the one that saves me), the crowd went wild. Snow Patrol's high point was when they sang "Chasing Cars."

Christians want to go to Jerusalem. Muslims want to visit Mecca. All I want to do is sit and listen to Noel sing. My 2nd time seeing him this year. No offense to Snow Patrol, but I came to see Noel. Noel would get a 5 star review from me on his worst day.

NG's band is solid. They played their entire album, and threw in 3 Oasis songs, for good measure. Light show should be tweaked, should be more psychedelic. Snow Patrol may be good for home or car listens, but live, they are technically fine, but a snooze.

Disclaimer: Didn't stay for Snow Patrol because I think they are boring and terrible. Noel Gallagher was great. I saw him live 8 times when Oasis was together. I can honestly say this was his best performance better-- even better than the last time he played the Ryman with Oasis. My only complaint is that I wish he would have played more songs!

Great lineup and nice venue. The crowd was lacking in energy especially during Jake Bugg. We drove 7 hours to see the show. Probably not again to this venue. Louisville didnt know what rock legend they had to come and play for them. I expected more from the fans in the city...

I have to admit that the only reason I went to this show was to see Noel Gallagher. In my estimate, he's the best songwriter of his generation and he showed off some of his greats here. Lots of songs from his new album but I'm a huge fan and he sounded great. He mixed up his setlist a bit from his tour six months ago which is always appreciated. Most of the crowd loved Wonderwall but for me the highlight was Don't Look Back in Anger - I wondered why anyone would follow that song as Snow Patrol was due up next. In fact, lots of people left after Noel's set. I stuck around to see what they were all about and, while I don't think they are as good as Noel Gallagher, I liked their show though I was unfamiliar with their songs. My British fans who attended were much more excited about Snow Patrol and they said they were on that night.

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds were a great opener. Noel even played a couple Oasis songs like Wonderwall and Don't Look Back in Anger to close their set. Snow Patrol was phenomenal. Easily one of the top 5 live bands I've seen. You can tell they really appreciate the fans. Their set included all the hits and even some humorous banter with the crowd. It was an all around great night.

Wasn't that familiar with Noel Gallagher except for Oasis big hits but went to iTunes festival and watched the recent show. Thought it was great but NG seemed kind of hostile. Was really excited to see SP because when they opened for U2 they were awesome. Both acts sounded great and we had so much fun! NG seemed way more relaxed, piano player was rockin', came home and downloaded the album. SP did not disappoint. Sound and lighting terrific and gL is the best with the crowd. His voice sounded great. But...the crowd was so boring!!! And what was up with the empty seats that were sold but never filled? Embarrassing when these guys have played to huge crowds in Europe. 3rd party ticket brokers probably....boo!

Great show by both acts, venue doesn't have a bad seat in the house. Floor section was smaller than I expected and it was great, never seen Noel Gallagher so close before (true it's not Oasis). One thing though, walked in at 7:50pm expecting some opening band but was surprised to see Noel already into his second song(I believe) whom I thought would close the show. Guess the majority of the crowd knew something I didn't, with a few showing no class to Noel by chanting out requests. Snow Patrol put up an entertaining show and the whole night was great with that exception that left a sure sour taste.

Snow Patrol put on a great show Saturday night at The Venue at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, IN. They play loud, and they play clear - great sound. Gary Lightbody really knows how to engage the crowd. He's a great showman. Noel Gallagher was entertaining as well, though a bit stiff as a showman. Still, really enjoyed his set.

Only the US can have such a great double billing show. I am sure it must have been one of the smallest audiences that Noel Gallagher has played in front of for a long time, but small is beautiful right! The venue is a great place, we paid the extra for the VIP tickets with free drinks and buffet and front row seats, worth every penny. Both performances were rock solid, a great sing a long to some old faves as well as the recent albums.

I hadn't heard anything from Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds before the concert. Other than knowing the Oasis connection. They did an outstanding job. I have downloaded a few songs since the show. Snow Patrol were great! Outstanding performance. Picked up a few new songs I didn't know of. Lead singer was humorous on stage and really seamed like he was enjoying himself. Invited friends who didn't know much about either band. I can say they became fans.. Looking forward to the next time they come to town.
