The performance was wonderful. My favorite piece was the collaboration with DJ Total Eclipse. They worked perfectly together. I would not recommend getting the VIP Package. I appreciate the option having seats held and of getting the chance to meet and greet a performer who I really enjoy and the chance to get to know them a bit. However, the package was no different than the offering made to the general audience during the CD signing session with photos and conversation other than the seats being reserved. I would absolutely recommend seeing Miri and will be seeing her the next time she is in town!

Miri Ben Ari did her thing! I have been waiting to see her for years and she did not disappoint. The only thing that I was disappointed by, was the lack of attendance. A better choice of venue would have increased attendance. With so many venues to choose from in DC, I'm surprised this one was chosen. I wasn't notified by my favorites alerts that Miri was even coming to town. Through a random search I located the concert. Please bring Miri back to DC but in a better venue.

Miri was AMAZING! The venue, however, was different. At some points it was hard to stay in my seat, because I desperately wanted to dance. Buuuut... I was in a pew! :( Miri killed it and I would see her 10 more times!

Miri Ben-Ari is a gifted electric violinist. It is too bad that the background music that accompanied her beautiful performance was very noisy and WAY TOO LOUD, drowning this talented artist. !

Miri played for barely an hour and spent a good part of her set lip syncing. Sincerely disappointed.

First....this venue is AWESOME. I've never been to Sixth and I so I had no idea what to expect. Not only is the location beautiful the acoustics are sweet. Miri was simply amazing. She's so incredibly talented it's unbelievable. She's sick. She's dope. She's all that and a bag of chips. I thoroughly enjoyed each piece. I felt a little sacrilegious jamming to her hip-hop segment in a synagogue but it was so hot I had no choice but to sing-along. She's very versatile and makes the violin work with any genre. She performed her original piece "Symphony of Dreams" with audio/video of Dr. King and the infamous "I Have a Dream" speech in the background...I had to fight tears---it was so beautiful I wanted to cry. I'm not much of a crier and don't ever recall being so moved by the beauty of a song that it brought tears to my eyes. She's also really sweet. She had such high praises to give to everyone in her camp. And she was kind enough to meet EVERYONE who wanted to meet her after the show (whether ya bought merchandise or not). How often does an artist do that these days? Especially someone who is already a well-established artist.
